Everyone there is nice and it’s very oriented too. They got only the best ones working there! It’s the only place I go to get my tattoos and piercings.

I love going to Ariel! She always gets the job done! I’ve gotten multiple piercings done by her with her amazing experience! She SPECIFICALLY lets you know how to PROPERLY take care of the piercings. I highly recommend my girl! ❤️

Seemed OK..only thing was i.. Spent money on gold jewelry later on to find out I was given wrong jewelry sizes in order for semi fresh piercings to heal..please go in knowing the gauge sizes needed for each piercing.

I got my 5th piercing done here so not new to the piercing as far as healing process. Ariel did my piercing. After a month it wasn’t going down from swelling. I went to another shop and had to unfortunately get it taken out. The piercer as the next shop told me it was due to her piercing it at an angle and it was ultimately crooked as hell. And that it wouldn’t have been able to heal at all. She also sold me jewelry to correct the problem before I had gotten it taken out and the piercer at the shop where I got it removed said it wouldn’t have done anything but make it worse. Don’t recommend going to her.

I got a tattoo yesterday and I love it. They are very professional and sanitized. I do recommend going back to them.

Not only is Mario my artist but my husband! He’s very professional plus he does amazing work! I’ve gotten several pieces from portraits to traditional work by him and adding to my collection of ink! The portrait and the traditional is my ink. He loves doing realism but can do anything! He’s very talented and his work shows!

Jay Cross has been the artist i go to and he has to be the funniest and most comfortable people to work with! he makes sure you’re okay and makes you laugh!His portrait and horror Tattoos are AMAZING!everyone there is always amazing and a very laid back chill environment! they treat you like family !

The Guerreros (shop owners) and the rest of the staff were kind and down to earth people. The customer service experience was great. I went late at night but still felt safe. They gave me bottled water at no cost. Whatever playlist they had going was hittin. They were busy when I went, but accommodated me by scheduling me after closing time that same day and still charged very reasonably. Mr. Guerrero added detail to my tattoo that was not on the image I presented that made it even better. I will be sending everyone that mentions a tattoo or piercing that way. Thank you Tattoo Shack for a wonderful experience!

Got my work done by Jay and have to say one of the best shop experiences I have ever had. You definitely get what you pay for. Awesome guy for sure and super talented. Whole shop felt comfortable. First time there and they made me feel like a return customer. Will definitely be back each time I come through Dallas. Jay get ready I got many more tattoo ideas bro!!!!

I did a walk in for these tattoos and they are by fat my best tattoos I have gotten. I travel alot,so when Im down in Dallas again I will be going back for even more. I also picked up some new jewelry for my tongue, nose,and septum good quality and great prices. Very friendly staff. Great quality at great pricing.

A friend and I went to this shop because it had such reviews, yet left leaving SO disappointed. The artist said he had 20+ years of expierence but now I have doubts. My whole tattoo was over worked and now I’m being left with one giant discolored scar that you can’t even tell what it was. I drove just over an hour to my friend to come to this shop and paid for BOTH mine and hers… I have 20+ tattoos including a sleeve… the ONLY reason I give 2 stars is because we where greeted in a timely manner and the woman who greeted us was very sweet

I went in on a Saturday to get my very first tattoo done. Chris was the artist that did my work. He was amazing all around. Great work, very professional, cool as hell, and he took the time to make sure I liked it before he started. Customer service was friendly, wait time was short, great prices, clean place, great vibe all around. Ill definitely be going back for more. Thanks a bunch for making my first tattoo experience a good one!

I just got my first piercings done at this shop and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone was down to earth, the place was clean, great music and the prices were affordable. I definitely recommend going here if you’re interested in piercings or tattoo work💯

My experience here is always great! Guero is your guy! He’s done all ten of my tattoos ranging from 3.5 hour tattoos to 30 minute tattoos and I’m always happy when I leave this place. Can’t wait to come back!!

Jay he’s a very good artist does a very good job and he’s so friendly we just talked through the whole process of him tattooing me and it probably take like two hours but he’s a very awesome person I would love for him to do another tattoo for me I would definitely go back especially to him keep up the good work

Got my septum pierced here about a month ago. It has fully healed & I had zero issues during the process per the directions given to me. I definitely suggest coming here, very clean and neat.

Only reason for 1 star is because I had set up an appointment at 5 pm with aerial to get some piercing done. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and walked in and sat down. They knew we were there never greeted us ,never helped us or asked us anything. I waited and waited it was already past 5 the man that walked out to smoke didnt say none . It was already 5:20 I decided to say something about my appointment and the whole time she was in the back chillen there. Im wondering if i wouldnt have said anything they wouldnt have helped me ? Lack of professionalism (FYI we were the only ones there) place was empty. I wouldve left if I didnt make a deposit for my piercings.. another thing I disliked is how she mentioned all the risks of having that certain piercing done . After she was done with my piercings.. I wouldnt have gotten it if she told me before due to me always having to work outside and work around debris and can get very easily infected . Dont plan on coming back !

Went in for Friday the 13th, and Day of the Dead promotions and was thrilled with the work I received from Jay!

Had 4 piercings done at once! Ariel was quite patient and calming while doing them. Even joked around a bit when doing that last one. Will definitely go back for more soon. Thanks!!!!

My tattoo was pretty simple but meant a lot to me. Im very satisfied. First guy on the left, not sure of His name was very cool and made me feel comfortable. My experience was great. Perfect. Im going back for my other tattoos.

Ive been going here for years Guerro has done 13 out of 16 of my tattoos and they all come out great. I highly recommend going here. Ariel does an awesome job on piercings too!!!

I went in there year 2010 just to get a cover up tattoo... AND FEEL IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY 😍His freestyle tattoos alone is Remarkable . I dont go to anyone else for my tattoos now Guero and his wife literally are my FAMILY! Nothing like good professionalism in Dallas especially! P.S it is now 2017 you have to check them out 💯

I got a tattoo done by Roger and my Mom got a tattoo done by Guero. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was our first tattoo and it went so smooth and both guys were awesome. The tattoos are beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality tattoos.

Came in with a pic of what I wanted where I wanted and the rude guy said he couldn’t do it lmfao 🤣 went to fearless they got it done with no problems don’t even waste ur time there 😂😂 rude lady at front and the “artist” lmao was not confident in his work at all I wouldn’t recommend even stopping in 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Got my second piercing here today!!! I think her name is Aerial. Got my first piercing by her apprentice about 6 years ago and Ive been coming here for my body jewelry ever since!!! Always a friendly staff and very informative!!! Ill continue purchasing my jewelry and getting my piercings here!!!

Guero is the man for your Tats spent a few hours a few times getting awesome work and Aerial has done lots of piercings for my wife and i have a hard time beliving the previous post about her. As with anything you can have complications and my wife has been back a couple of times to have her piercings changed and they went well then she slept wrong or caught it on something and she gets swelling and soreness instead of writting about bad reviews my wife went back to see Aerial and she helped her.. Mostly due to my wife causing issues thinking she was taking care of them, Aerial had her put larger rings in to relieve the swelling and had her change her routine of how she was caring for it because she was causing it to stay sore keeping sauve on it. They are good people and if you communicate with them the will do and help you with anthing. My thoughts and experience with many of years of going to them.

My son and I went in last week for his first tattoo. Cisco was professional and did a great job on both our tattoos. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Ariel is very professional and an expert on explaining the difference between piercings. She made very comfortable. This was a repierce for me and she gave very good info that was not explained to me before. We be returning in the future!

She notified me of scheduling online but I still got seen it was easy fast and done customer service a++ will be back for 👁 brows and some type of Baltic/Scandinavian tribal work

I went there to get three dermal piercings about 3 years ago....Aerial was the person that done my dermals....first of all she did not measure the piercings on my back where they should go....all of them was crooked as hell...I just had them removed at Pain and Pleasure tattoo place on campwisdom in Dallas.....those over there are very professional and the know what they are doing.....they do a great job on dermal piercings.....very neat and straight.

Got my Medusa and a labret.....theyre both sideways. I cant even change the bars because they have to be longer than what you can buy. Also on my labret she nicked the nerve. I went to the ER and what do you know, exposed nerve.... Wont go back for anything

Nose piercing... painful. Staff was very professional. My first time in a tattoo shop and getting a piercing other than my ears.

I give it 1000 stars excellent environment and the Artist are professional clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting.

Had me waite an hour then said they couldnt do my service... that would have been fine if they would have said so before asking a customer to waite an hour... my first time there was ok but service went from mediocre to bad.
