Mee? Nope. Never again. The worst tattoo ever! It isnt even close to what I wanted. He was very distracted with his exs and the baby that was about to be born. Perhaps that is why it ended up the way it did. He also told us that he hates people and only cares for his long term clientele, could care less about any other customers. Who says that to people? I have shown other tattoo places this tatt to see if they can help me out. The first things they say when I show them is, oh hun, I am so sorry this happened to you, oh., and yes, we can definitely help it look better. That says a lot about his (amazing) work you all rave about. Bummer I cant just erase it. Too much money later, I am getting it redone so I am not embarrassed by this huge-a$$ mistake.

I got my snake bites done here by mee himself they were not lined up properly and he put in hoops instead of studs. It started getting very irritated because you are not supposed use hoops when piercing new snakebites. Also his bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and place was very dirty. If you are gonna go here do not get anything done by the owner this guy does not care about his clients. This place looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. 80 dollars wasted.

All i have to say is i have never felt more comfortable in a tattoo seat. Jae made me feel very comfortable, she took her time to make sure everything was right and it looks beyond amazing!! Thank you jae!! Let tattooing by mee get yall right

A family of 7 ladies ages 42-87 who wanted tiny matching tattoos. The studio was very accommodating from booking us rather last minute to putting up with all of our giggles, cackling, and questions. Cameron was so patient and kind. I think we even made him blush a time or two. We had a great experience- especially for several first timers!

My husband and I went as walk ins. They were able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. They were easy to work with and communicated well. It was my husbands first tattoo and his artist was able to put his mind at ease. We both walked out with amazing tattoos.

Me, my mom and daughter went and got memorial tattoos! This was me and my Moms first tattoo.. Mee made this experience a pleasant one. He had us all laughing and it settled our nerves for sure. I was tattooed by Jaelyn a few hours ago and it was my most pleasant tattoo experience yet. Everyone in the shop was very sweet, and it didn’t feel awkward. Not to mention the tattoo looks gorgeous. The photo was just the stencil, but it turned out even better than I could have hoped for.

Awesome place! Mee was very helpful and put up with my nervous energy very well. He was kind and professional and made me feel at home in his studio. The tattoo came out great and he even gave me aftercare instructions. I would definitely go back.

I went here for my first tattoo and the environment was very relaxed and made me feel at ease. i got there a few minutes early and they were ready right away. i do wish they gave out pamphlets for the aftercare considering it was my first tattoo, and there was a very small mess up at the bottom of the tattoo but not very noticeable. overall it was a good experience. also they accept cash, but there is an atm in the shop to get cash if you only have your card.

The owner does great piercings he has done about 8 on my daughter she is under age he is always super friendly and explains everything very well on how to take care of them and if you have problems with it he tells you yo call him but we have never had to and the front desk girl is great

Best place to get a tattoo in Lancaster PA. Mee takes his time and does spectacular work. His prices are fair and responsible. He takes pride in his work. He can do any tatoo you desire. Definitely try him out!

My and my Fiancé got matching tattoos by Mee himself. Small, zodiac sign tattoo. Really simple. Turned out terrible. Crooked, lopsided, off centered, and certain parts are just off, position wise. Not to mention that the ink didn’t hold at all and that’s never been an issue with the dozens of other tattoos I have, much larger and also smaller in nature.

Had a tattoo done by Mee today and I am amazed! Great talented artist and great staff in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Coming back for a coverup!! Thanks everyone!

They were super professional and extremely kind! I got a double cartilage piercing done, and it was $60 for both. Mee definitely knows what he is doing and kept everything sanitary. The piercing itself went extremely smooth and I experience minimal lightheadedness, compared to when I almost passed out from my third lobe piercing.Highly, highly recommend going here! Kudos!

I received a tattoo from Mee today. I came earlier than my appointment time and he took me right away. Mee did not seem put out. He was very friendly and informative. I will definitely tell my friends and family about my positive experience.

The overall hospitality in the shop is great. Everyone working there is very welcoming. Jaelyn has done 3 of my tattoos in the past 6 months and I leave happy every time. Her line work, as well as black and grey pieces, are amazing and I always recommend her to my friends.

Where do I begin? Mee has done all my work, and I am so very pleased! I have gone to him since I was 18, hes such a great artist to work with. I have over nine tattoos and I love them all! His hand work is flawless, and his needlework is just amazing. I recently got a tattoo down my spine, it took him very little time, and I love how well it turned out! His location is easy to get to, his studio is uniquely his own, and everyone there has their own personality they display and its just a great environment.

The staff was awesome from the moment we walked in. My bf and I surprised his 14 year old with a nose piercing for her birthday. I called ahead and when we arrived they were so friendly! The birthday girl didn’t even know the needle was through her nose! I decided to join her and get a funky cartridge piercing while I was there! Why not? She said at least 12 times it was her best birthday! Thank you for making it a great experience!!!

My best friend and I just got matching tattoos. It was very last minute because she flies out on Monday. We knew it would be hit or miss with being able to get in somewhere on such short notice but they were able to get us both in and did AMAZING work. Will be back again for sure!

Receptionists were fantastic with scheduling and answering questions, .. Incredibly respectful and polite.The artist really took time to make sure I was happy with the imagine prior to tattooing. I got my n*pples done and not only did Mee make it incredibly awkward by blowing and flicking them, but also made a comment saying “wow i really hate my job” and winked at me. I figured I would just get through it cause I had already paid, but as he clamped my second one, he took a phone call in the middle and my n*pple started peeling from the clamp. I told him he needed to take the clamp off or hang up and finish. This was almost two years ago and that side has never healed. It gets incredibly infected and has scars from the clamp peeling the skin. I’m sure the others do fine work, but Mee made my visit horribly uncomfortable and after almost two years his work hasn’t healed. Don’t go here for piercings.

Mee is such a great artist and was so easy to talk to. He uses such a light hand with the tattoo machine and all around gave me an excellent experience. The whole vibe of the shop was very oldschool, its nice that its priced by piece and not hour I was blown away at the end high quality work with a good time while youre getting poked. I wont go to anyone else after coming to him!

Jaelyn is an incredible artist. i love my tattoos. her shading and line work tattoos are gorgeous. the owner did light a cigarette inside though which feels a bit unsanitary to say the least.

I received my second tattoo here! No appointment necessary and it was a holiday. They got me and 2 friends in all in the same day. We brought in pictures and he made them look perfect. He asked before adding additional color and was very entertaining. The price was perfect (and for people who are complaining about expensive tattoos... that means its going to be good, which it should be considering its permanent.) He has been tattooing for over 50 years and you could tell by the detail he was able to do. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

I have been here for several piercings and tattoos, and have recommended this shop to several family members and friends. Andy Morrissey does my tattoos; he is first and foremost a great artist as well as a skilled tattooer and all around nice dude to work with. My husband and I have a combined 8 tattoos by Andy, all ranging in styles/sizes, and each one is a work of art. We are both getting more! Plus, the shop is very clean and Andy takes safety seriously.I have also gotten piercings by Mee. Again, the process is very professional and clean. You can tell Mee has a high standard for his shop. He is very knowledgeable and gives great information; don’t hesitate to ask him questions or go in for help if you whack or snag your healing piercing.

Such a great experience! I was nervous at first but Mee is such a pro, answered all of my questions and cheered me on! I got a conch piercing.

So I went to this place last year to get a tattoo, and I really am disappointed with the workmanship... I showed the guy what I wanted, and told him I wanted exactly that. He drew up something that didnt even look close to what I wanted. That right there was the red flag. Should have left. If an artist cant copy what they see, clearly they arent a good artist. Im new to tattoos tho, so lesson learned. After him drawing up the sketch 4 times! We finally got it looking almost good. I was being pressured by one of the workers in there. Kept telling me its good, and stuff. Just was really pushy. I got the tattoo, and at first I didnt see the error he made, but now I def see it. The problem I have, is the artist could clearly see something didnt look right, but instead of fixing the error, they just wanted to get the tattoo done as quick as possible and just did the tattoo anyway... I get some of this is my fault. Im the one who gave the final say, just not pleased on how I felt rushed, how ge didnt listen to what I wanted, and didnt really show he cared about his work by not trying to do a 100% flawless piece. One of these days I will have to fix it somehow. If I were you guys, I would look for a better tattoo artist. Dreams collide is the shop to go!

This studio is very clean, I had Mee as my artist and he was really nice and funny. He put me at ease, because I was a little nervous about getting the tattoo. He cracked jokes the whole time, and he was also pretty cute for an old dude (he made me say that 😂)

I had an amazing experience here. I had my nose pierced yesterday at a different piercing place in the city and very obnoxious and unflattering jewlrey was placed in my nostrils instead of a stud or regular nose ring. I was upset and worried that I would have to keep the jewelry I hated in my nose for 6-8 weeks before I could change it out. After calling Tattooing by Mee, I was advised to come in and hed take a look at it. He was able to change my jewelry out to a much more flattering stud and I am beyond pleased with how professional and nice he was the whole time. I will be going here for all my piercing needs in the future!

After running out of, what seemed like the shadiest tattoo shop, my next stop was tattooing by mee! So glad I found this place, the place was clean and well maintained, the staff was fun and professional, and they have small privacy cubicles to get your work done!! Just got a tattoo that was extremely personal and special to myself, and I entrusted him with this task that I take as a very serious one. I have about 6 other tattoos, but stumbled upon Mee from a Facebook group. After reading a bunch of very good google reviews, I decided to give him a shot. He is a phenomenal talent, his line work and shading are 2nd to none. We were joking around the whole time, and it was a great environment. I appreciate him, and would, without hesitation, return to him for future work, and also would absolutely recommend him to anyone for first timers, or people with a bunch of tattoos already!

Exceptional! This is the third tattoo I personally gotten done. My mom had her eyebrows and eyeliner done by mee and my husband had work done here and we are couldn’t be more impressed.

I got hit in the face in a mosh pit last night and my fresh nose piercing was knocked out. The next day I went to this place since it was the only one open in the morning. I was greeted by the hilarious owner outside who took a look at the situation, sat me down, and basically saved my life (I might be exaggerating slightly). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and he only charged me $10. I trust this man more than I trust my General Practitioner.

I had an excellent experience as a walk-in to get a nose piercing this past week. They were very sterile as far as I could see and Mee did everything quick and painlessly. I cant say he walked me through the process like some other piercers supposedly do, but before I knew it, we were done. My eyes watered a lot and Mee was so awesome in making sure I was comfortable and wiped them off for me. I also bled a little more than normal and he made sure I was all cleaned up before he even let me get up. I do have to say the only time I felt even a little bit of pain was when he was moving the piercing around to clean off the blood, but otherwise I was only sore a little after. He was very clear with aftercare procedures, answered all questions clearly and welcomed me back to change the piercing if I need to or if I have any questions. Everything was done just as I would have wanted and the price was just the same as most places as far as Im aware. Definitely will go back for any future piercings or tattoos.

I went here after another shop botched my nose piercing. Mee fixed it right up for only $10 by replacing the original jewelry with a longer piece that fit my nose much better. He did it so fast I didnt even feel it. If you want your piercings done correctly, come here.

Got my first tattoo from Gabe. Took about 4 hours for a large detailed tattoo on my shoulder. Gabe is the man, made me feel right at home, and his attention to detail is outstanding. Gabe is a true artist, and his recommendations and designs are stellar. Can’t wait to go back!

I had an appointment for 12:00 p.m clearly called a week in advance and they told me it was ok. As soon as I came in they said if I could come back the next day, and then proceeded to just cancel my appointment. No call, no message in advance. So I’m not sure even if their work is good but clearly their customer service is not. Making people waste their times. Not nice.

I’ve been going to tattooing by Mee for years and the newest tattoo artist, Danielle Brown, is extremely talented. She can always come up with ideas to make every tattoo unique and fun. Her details are incredible and she’s always down for some cool conversation while she’s tattooing! Most tattoos I have from tattooing by Mee are from Andy Morrisey who can do any style you’re looking for while putting his own unique talents into every piece he does. Everytime I go in with an idea he makes the tattoo look amazing and exceeds all the ideas I had for it in the first place with things I never would have thought about. Both Danielle and Andy are very talented people that I would suggest to anyone looking for a great tattoo artist in Lancaster city!

Got my tragus done. I was in and out in 10 mins. Mee went over how to care for it for healing. Took longer to go through McDonalds drive thru then it did to get my piercing done. Didnt hurt at all! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Cant wait to go back and get more piercings!

DO NOT GET CARTILAGE PIERCING HERE!!! I got my cartilage piercings done over a year ago. The experience was alright, as it was my first upper ear piercing. Mee pierced my ear and used a wrench and pliers to then fasten the ball to the hoop. THAT WAS A WARNING SIGN. The pliers looked like they needed some cleaning and without exaggeration, they just looked dirty. I would have recommended using a stud for first piercing now looking back. I did everything he said. Neosporin and rubbing alcohol. My bottom cartilage got a bubble created in the piercing. It didn’t go away for about 4 months. People would notice and ask me but i insisted it would go away. It did eventually, after playing close attention to it for almost 5 months. It constantly hurt after the bubble went away, though. I let that go on for another few months. Just recently i decided to let the bottom cartilage piercing close because it was too much of a pain. I truly think that if I had a stud to start with I wouldn’t of had to let it close. The piercing process was very very painful and the result was rather sad, after I paid the money to get both done and ended up in the long run with none. The piercing I had left ended up being a hassle and with a surgery nearing, I decided to let that one close as well. A huge waste of money all after 2 bad piercings that were done poorly and hurt very much.

This is the first tattoo I got and I must say that Alberto did a great job. He has got lot of patience. He is so friendly and designed the tattoo in the same way that I wanted. I am so happy with his work and definitely recommend him.

Pierced my belly button, and it healed well and did not get infected. I have several friends who all went here to get their belly buttons pierced as well, and none of theirs got infected either. He changes the ring for you the first time after for free and shows you how to change it from there on out. He is very friendly and funny, and will help you clam down if you are nervous. Was not painful at all, and I was surprised that it was done when it was. He pierces it laying down which I think helps. I tell anyone getting a piercing to go here to get it done!

Came for a tattoo with my boyfriend because this place had great reviews. The service was great, reasonably priced, and Mee is awesome with a great sense of humor! We will be back for sure :)

Although the staff was nice, I would NEVER recommend this place ever!!!!! On March 17th 2017 I came here to get my Cartilage pierced. I typically go to a different place who does my piercings, so coming to Mee was on a whim because I was in the city with a friend when we decided to get piercings done. The owner is the one who did our piercings. Thankfully my friend did not have any trouble with her piercing, unlike me. We both video taped our sessions of us getting our piercings, and during her piercing, the owner answered the phone with his gloved hands and then finished putting her earring in without changing his gloves. I am disgusted. There are so many germs on phones and you could have caused infection! So unprofessional!!I had my Cartilage pierced. I have never had any issues with any of my other piercings in the past until I got my Cartilage pierced here. 3 days after my piercing, my ear started to swell pretty bad. I kept my piercing clean and used salt soaks and compresses but it kept getting worse. The 5th day, I went to my regular Ear Piercer and he had to remove the earring. I started to take an antibiotic the same day. My ear kept getting progressively worse, swelling and filling up with liquid. My ear has been throbbing, stinging and in severe pain. I then went to the ER at Lancaster General where they prescribed me a second antibiotic and it still didnt help. I went to my Family doctor later that week and he put me on my 3rd set of antibiotics and finally put me on pain killers because the pain was too intense. I finally went to an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor this last week and got my 4th set of antibiotics and Steriods to help the inflammation!!!!!!!!! My Cartilage was so swollen that It hurt to do anything!!!!!!!!! This past Monday my ear Specialist put me under and opened up my ear and drained the bad infection. To add to all of that, TODAY (Thursday, April 13th), My Ear Doctor called me and told me my Ear cultures came back and I had a bad skin infection due to the piercing and had to be on yet a 5th set of antibiotics!!!!!!!!!!I rewatched the video my friend took when Mee pierced my ear and I believe that the infection came from the pliers he used to close the earring onto my ear. The pliers look like they needed cleaned.At this point I am beyond frustrated and angry because of all of the trauma and pain and wasted money I have had with this infection!!!!!! Sadly, my ear was so bad that it will never look the way it did before I got it pierced. To say I am upset is putting it mildly!!!! Do not EVER go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mee did my tattoo. very unprofessional. smoked a few times and didnt wash hands before starting back up. he was more interested in flirting with the woman I was with. tattoo work wasnt that great either.

Walked in a got a piercing with my daughter and a tattoo for me. Really nice people and good work. I will be considering them again in the future

Very professional and down to earth, Got an awesome tattoo for a fair price. Its real artwork and they were gentle as well.

Didn’t put the tat where I wanted it. Didn’t use the colors I asked for! Ended up going to Reanimated Art Tattoos in Manheim (waaaay better studio!) and got the one from Mee covered up. What a nightmare! Don’t waste your time or money!

Got my bellybutton pierced here, it’s placed way to high and is rejecting, having troubles taking it out now, would not recommend, if they didn’t know how to pierce don’t tell me you could do it and make me waste $50
