Five Stars! Ive shopped at Claires for over 20 years now, and I still love their selection of unique holiday jewelry. Maybe Im still just a young person at heart, but Claires has my full attention for its colorful displays and choices of items for a variety of age groups. Now Ill be getting my ears re-pierced and am looking forward to even more fun finds! Very nice people throughout the store, too!

Recently got my ears pierced by Emilee. She was very friendly and made me very comfortable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My ears healed quickly and look perfect!

Have more than one person working. My daughter was excited to buy her things, we waited 20 minutes while the young girl worker doing a piercing was trying to finish the little kid who CLEARLY did not want to get her ears pierced as her mom is trying to bribe her. We had to leave and my daughter was very disappointed. Not to mention there were a couple of teenagers stealing stuff since no one was watching. Laughable.

The young lady who assisted us was not very friendly. She seemed very annoyed when I asked her for help with opening a case of jewelry and she didn’t tell us that a different ring was needed for each side of the nostril. She did mention that all sales were final no matter what but neglected to inform us of the specifics of that nose ring. It can’t even be used and I’m out 20

I just want to say we were initially trying to go somewhere else to get our daughters ears pierced but we did end up having to do it at Claire’s and I have no regrets! Trinity did amazing she was well informed, VERY PATIENT, went over details of procedure very well, and just made the experience overall great! She made sure we understood the after care as well, and just made our group (grandparents were there too) very comfortable! THANK YOU!!

Disappointed in their customer service. I went here to get my ear pierced and the employee put the wrong earring in my ear despite us being very clear about the piece that we wanted. Lack of communication among employees. Manager was unprofessional and on FaceTime call the entire time. Response of them for putting the wrong jewelry in was also poor.

I had the assistance of Nyra! My baby girl was nervous to get her ears pierced but she did a beautiful job and was very calm!

We just took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff was super friendly and did great helping her (and me!) feel comfortable with the process. Getting her ears pierced was super quick and we’re glad we went to Claire’s for this milestone in her life.

Disappointed in the lack of concern for customer safety by the manager desi. I let the manager know the sanitizer they had at the entrance was empty and it should probably be removed so that other customers dont touch an empty pump. The manager responded in a careless manner and the empty sanitizer remained there as I continued shopping there. I also asked if they had any more sanitizer in which she said no. When I left i noticed a second full smaller sanitizer by the window of entrance and called her out on it. Again she was very unbothered by her negligence. I hope this company has stronger concerns for customer safety unlike this manager. Especially since covid is still a situation, hence why I assume why sanitizing stations are implemented. She needs to be demoted or reminded of her responsibilities. Terrible customer service.

Very poor service, employees were rude and super on edge. We were browsing there store and noticed the employees were staring us down later on the mall security came in and just watched us until we left the store. The security then pointed to my 13 year old sister and demanded that he speak with her and my father asked him for what. He then accused my sister and her friends of shoplifting and even after my father asked them if they did and they said no they began to try and stop my father from leaving the building they go so far as to bump chests with my father to instigate a fight and even triping him to which my father tryed getting away from him. We were then followed to the parking lot and then to the car. It was super uncomfortable and my father was physically assaulted by the mall security. I dont recommend claires to any family wishing to hold a party for their kids or even to get anything because youll probably also be falsely accused and harrassed by mall security.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party everything went great until the end when employees were taking tags off of items that they were playing with (example you go into the store your child plays with an item tries it on see if they want it they say no they take the item back off put it up. We are being charged for that) and made me pay for them even though we didnt ask for them also the things that we did use during the party I told her I would pay for ie nail polishes. when all is said and done we are missing items that we have paid for. Employees at the stores said that they put everything in a bag even though the stuff is not in our bags and are refusing to compensate for the items that we purchased and did not receive. the store is a cute store but its not worth having a birthday party especially for the price you pay.

Staff is always friendly! Love shopping here. Piercing is quick and very little pain. Good selection of jewelry.

Everything is cute. I love this store and they shouls start selling clothes. I just wish everything wasnt so overpriced.

Not friendly and not helpful when theres an issue. They never answer the phone and the jewelry is usually tarnished already.
