Got a great tattoo earlier this year Evan made it into a beautiful one, havent had any of the others. Clean, friendly, and willing to give you a break now and then. If I have just one complaint it is that Evan can be just a little bit picky on his tattoos but if you have a really good idea of what you want its worth it.

I went in to get a consultation for a tattoo. I didnt make an appointment so I walked in, but I was totally willing to if they had told me to. when I walked in I wasnt really greeted by anyone, which was cool because there were several people at the counter. when some guy at the light table noticed me he said how can I help you and I went over. I described to him what I would like and if it would be possible. He was EXTREMELY rude! he basically said that what I wanted was impossible, I wanted the outline of the state with a small phrase in side, and he told me that they couldnot do it because the letters all had to be 1in by 1in and that it wouldnt fit. Im no tattoo artist but Im pretty sure you can tattoo a letter small than that. The whole 2 minutes I was talking to him he had a bad attitude and acted if he didnt want my business or my money. He rudely mentioned that they didnt do free sketches and offered no other options for my tattoo. I know that Im not the oldest client (19) but my money is just as green as anyone elses and when I go into a professional establishment I expected to be treated a little better. I was really disappointed because I have heard so many great reviews from good friends and family. I wouldnt recommend, because when Im getting a needle repeatedly stabbed into my skin Id like the artist to at least be friendly.

Ive gotten multiple tattoos from Black Rat over the years and have not been let down! Great artwork great work & lovely people to have conversation with highly recommend this place to anyone.

I know the owners and I made an appointment with one her name is tickets to get a Ta2 for my birthday on my neck in front from were it meets my shoulders and to my Adams Apple its a rabbit head for my 44th birthday which is April 6 and I am going to by me a new guitar and skate board too and a microphone too

The shop is dope, the atmosphere is fantastic and Tick is an extremely talented artist!!! And that is an understatement.
