Just the BEST tattooers in Las Cruces (probably in the state!), hands down! Ive been tattooed twice now by Anahy, and Ill continue to ask her to do all my work. She is a truly gifted artist! The entire crew at Atom Bomb is incredibly talented and just really nice people to hang with. The shop is run very professionally and always clean. Rates are competitive and well deserved. I just cant say enough good things about Anahy, Aaron, Chris and the amazing work they do!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! came from out of town and had the most fun with these guys. everyone was chill. went with my brother, sister and cousin; got all of done within 2 and half hours. great place 10/10 recommend

I got my first tattoo from Xombi Aaron at Atom Bomb Studio yesterday, and it was incredible! Tattoo turned out even better than Id imagined, and the experience was a blast. The studio was clean and had a great, relaxing atmosphere, everyone there was very cool and professional. This is an amazing place to get your first tattoo. The atmosphere of the shop, the people working there, the hospitality, and the tattoo work itself all are extremely amazing. 10/10, I will be going back for all my tattoo needs.

I have tattoos done all across the country, and this was by far the best quality, service, and overall experience Ive had. Aaron took some references of a vibe I was going for and made something completely his own, in the best way possible. Sitting was a breeze and felt like hanging out with your best friends on a Friday night. It was more than worth the drive from Albuquerque and Im looking forward to getting more work done at the studio.

I absolutely love the vibe here! Chris did my tattoo and he was an absolute delight! I felt very comfortable, he made sure to check on me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, he was really fun to talk to and has GREAT humor! Likes anime too! My husband and I stopped in on a whim during our honeymoon road trip and we are glad we did!! Chris met us at the door, all of the other artists were super friendly, and the shop itself was very comfortable. Im a bit of a wimp and got lightheaded, but they were more than prepared to help me! The tattoos turned out awesome and are healing really well! (We would totally drive from Houston to go to this shop again)

When in with a group of friends to get tattoo. Christopher was extremely welcoming and friendly. The group enjoyed the session while watching some great movies, and comforting conversations for one of us that had never been tattooed. Christopher was professional, and guided everyone through the process while doing the tattoo and maintain his enthusiastic attitude throughout all for clients.

Anahy was so amazing!! This was my very first tattoo, and she made me feel completely comfortable and her work is phenomenal. My daughter and I looked for a couple months to find the right artist to do our tattoo because even though it may be simple, it is a hard tattoo. We are so happy with our tattoo! The whole crew in the studio are down to earth, funny, and talented to say the least! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing artist and definitely some of the most chill. I was there for about 3 hours and they made it feel like nothing. Always keeping up a conversation and it was a very calm atmosphere.

I had the privilege of having Arron as my tattoo artist for a portrait of my recently departed dog, and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The level of detail in capturing my dogs likeness is truly remarkable. Arrons artistic skill brought out the essence of my fur(less) friend, creating a lasting tribute that Ill forever cherish.

I went in for a 4 hour session today and they were extremely welcoming and friendly and while I was getting the tattoo Aaron was clear on what was happening, the equipment he was using, howd it all look in the end. Overall between getting the tattoo, the people, and being in the shop the experience was a 10/10.

I got a new tattoo and touch-ups for the t-rex and fox by Carlton. He added his own ideas to the touch-ups and made them way better than how they looked before. I will definitely be going to Carlton again in the future. I also really liked the vibe of the shop and the guys who work there, and the cost for a 4-hour session was a great deal.

If I could give them 100 stars I would do it in a heart beat. Ive gotten tattooed by Chris and Aaron and both of them have done outstanding tattoos for me. Ive gotten 6 tattoos from them so far and will continue to use them.They are amazing artists that care for their customers like checking up on them when in a session. Clean,relaxing and very comfortable environment. I most definitely recommend Atom Bomb Studio 100%!!!

Aaron and his team are really cool and friendly dudes, nice cool welcoming environment, free water, bunch of tv screens to watch movies during your session, and not to mention the tattoos were flawless, he took his time with the artwork and cant complain about the results, just blew my mind. What an amazing experience! I can’t remember the last time I had so much fun getting a tattoo. The entire atmosphere was laid back, full of laughter, and wholesome. Communication was on point through email all the way up to appointment time. The shop was clean, brand new needles, and changed out gloves multiple times. Anahy explained her process of every step of the way and even asked if you are ok from start to finish. Any virgin skin would be put at ease. She absolutely is light handed which is dream! I definitely will be back; thank you again for the amazing tattoo! I will forever cherish my little “twister”!

I went to Aaron to get my second tattoo as soon as I walked in the shop I felt very welcome and it was extremely relaxed Aaron was able to get what my vision was in my head onto my skin it came out 10 times better than I could’ve ever expected and the healing process. Afterwords was 10 times better than the one on my shoulder. I would recommend a 10 out of 10 I have referred the studio to everybody.

It was great and the environment was super comfortable and friendly not because of the store but the employees are just genuinely happy to be there. Aaron did my first tattoo for me this week! They worked with me to get me in ASAP after having to postpone due to coronavirus restrictions. He is taking appropriate precautions for himself and his customers as they’ve reopened. Got started fairly late but honestly so worth the wait! Shop is very clean and he was great with explaining the process for me. Worked with me on my custom watercolor idea til it was right and I am very happy with the result! Would definitely recommend his work!

I went for my birthday with my little sister, and the atmosphere was just so chill the second we walked in. Our tattoo artist, I cant remember his name, was very courteous and made us feel comfortable. He was also very helpful with explaining the process of how the tattoo would turn out with certain fonts.. (because I wanted a simple tattoo of a word and I wasnt sure on the font lol) The best part was while we were getting our tattoos we were watching the horror film Barbarian. Which was a first. I am definitely going back! I am also in love with my new addition of ink. :)

Aarons work on my thigh piece was impeccable. His shop and entire staff are warm and welcoming. When designing my tattoo and he listened to what I wanted and . He was very courteous and patient with me as I was making modifications to my design before I had it done. He made sure to inform me of his safety procedures ensuring that he takes infection control and sanitation very seriously. His art work was amazing and he made sure that I was comfortable through the entire process of my tattoo. You can tell that he loves what he does, and it shows through his work. I have gone to this studio for two of my most recent tattoos. They do great work here!! I have one tattoo that was done by Aaron and another one done by Carlton. Both are beautiful tattoos!! Their shop is clean and I really love the look of it. I took my little sister in for her first tattoo, done by Carlton, and he did awesome! He talked her through every step of the process and checked in on her throughout, it really helped her to stay calm during the whole thing! Great studio and even greater artist!! Definitely will be going back for any other pieces I have done!

My sister and I got the prettiest tattoos at Atom Bomb Studio!! I flew in from Colorado the same day and we couldnt wait to get our best friend tats. Corny but its been years in the making. No regrets after getting ours done by artist, Zombie Aron (not sure how to spell his name, sorry!) He finished our tats and they looked exactly like the picture we showed him! He even threw in white highlights to make it pop. We had the funniest time over there with him and his fellow coworker! Its a really good atmosphere and the quality of tats they do is worth it. I already plan on getting more at Atom Bomb Studio for my next visit to Las Cruces!

Probably the best tattoo experience Ive ever had! Aaron was incredibly thoughtful and took his time to explain the entire process. Very hygienic and he went through all of the equipment he was using. Carlton did two tattoos for me tonight and let me say, he was amazing. I have 6 previous tattoos that have all be done by different people because I was not in love with any of them enough to go back to that person. I will definitely be going back there. I have seen Carlton for 6-7 sessions completing a cover up, combined into a full arm sleeve. I can’t say good enough things about Atom Bomb studios. They really are a great place to go. Well worth the price and waitlist. They’re usually busy for a reason. I have recommended them to all of my friends and they’re booking appointments as well.Carlton did an outstanding job on my arm. I have been getting compliments on it from our first session on. He’s an amazing artist... friendly, welcoming, and hilarious. I had a good time working out the cover up with his suggestions. I was looking for a place in Las Cruces to start my sleeve tattoo and did not find another artist that was as enthusiastic as Aaron to do my work. His shop is inviting and clean, he explained things well, and most importantly he did a great job on my tattoo. Super friendly and loves what he does so makes your experience that much better. Also during covid, he took extra precautions in making sure himself, his staff, and you were healthy and safe. Highly recommend.

Recently moved to Las Cruces from Cleveland Oh and yesterday I got my first tattoos in New Mexico from Carlton and it was such a great experience! The large tattoo is of my 2 little parrots and a prickly pear cactus. He did such an amazing job; I absolutely LOVE it!! It has bright, vibrant, colors in a watercolor technique and is exactly what I asked for! Now I have my 2 babies with me all the time! They are spot on. He also did a Sanskrit Mantra on my upper back that also looks perfect.Not only are the tattoos great quality and beautiful, the whole experience was super fun! Carlton was so nice and him and the other two artists in the shop, including the owner, were super funny and made the entire time I was there enjoyable! I have just about a dozen tattoos and this was by far the most fun tattoo experience Ive ever had.Cant recommend this shop enough and will definitely be back to see Carlton in the future!

I got a couple tattoos done a few days ago by Aaron. I am absolutely in love with them! They came out exactly as I pictured them in my head, and Aaron took the time to ask questions/pay attention to the little details to understand exactly what I wanted. And the end result is perfect! Aaron did a memorial tattoo for me and...wow!! The work was incredible, but beyond that everyone in the shop was incredibly kind and fun to talk to. Upon arrival my husband and I were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Let me say, thats unusual in a tattoo shop so it was much appreciated. The shop was very clean ( Im a clean freak) with a super chill energy. Carlton gave me a simple, all black tattoo but, treated it as a custom piece. His line work and color saturation is amazing! This wasnt my first tattoo and is defiantly not the last. It is a simple but meaningful script. Aaron was by far the best tattoo artist Ive been to. His shop is extremely clean and professional and he is very professional and funny!! He made us feel so comfortable we were all on a first name basis by the time we left. Their Friday the 13th event was immaculately organized. Sure, some people couldn’t get tattooed, but anyone with enough tattoos knows that’s how these events go. They’re walk in events, and the early bird gets the worm. Super friendly staff, even better quality tattooing.

I got tattooed by Carlton last Friday and it was just a walk in. I loved the place and everything was done with clean products. Carlton was supper nice it was my first tattoo it was just a small hand written tattoo but he made sure I was okay. I loved the people there and the shop is cute. I would definitely only get my tattoos from there. They also helped me with what I need to do with after care and made sure if I had questions I could call.

I cannot thank Aaron enough for the amazing job he did! He took the concept of what I wanted and made it 10x better. Everyone there was friendly and the environment had an amazing vibe.

Found this amazing artist by luck right after I moved to Cruces. He is one of a kind!!! Absolutely love going to his shop. He does awesome work and he is just a genuinely great guy. Took my daughter there too for her first tattoo and he made her first tattoo experience a fantastic one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Atom Bomb Studio is a very professional and personable tattoo shop that knows exactly what theyre doing. I went there for a 3 session back piece. I initially drew out my idea 3 years ago. In those 3 years i couldnt find an artist to see what i was drawing. Most of them just stuck to what they knew. I showed my drawing to Aaron. And he made it come to life. He perfected my idea and i can say it was exactly what i pictured. I now have a master piece on my skin that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron and his keen eye for detail in the art he produces. Hes an artist that makes things happen. I will be going to this shop again and will recommend this shop to anyone. I had an excellent experience at this shop. Ill post pictures once my tattoo heals up in order to defend my post. I brought my cousin, little sister, and myself in to all get tattoos done (5 tattoos in total). All of them were tribute tattoos and are extremely important to us and we love how each of them came out (even better than I had imagined). Aaron is amazing and was great throughout the entire time we were there. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that asks.

Xombi Aaron is probably the most down to earth tattoo artist in las cruces. He’s extremely talented and makes the whole experience a good time. I had a tattoo cover up done in two sessions and I’ll definitely be coming back to him for more tattoos in the future.

I moved to Socorro two years ago for a job. I come down often. I went to Atom Bomb for the first time after learning Black Rat was no more. What a great shop! Im very happy with my tattoo! I wanted a lithium carbonate molecule with a semicolon and green watercolor background. I love how Carlton integrated the semicolon with the lithium carbonate molecule in such a creative way. I love the aurora borealis effect he did with the watercolor design behind it. Thank you Carlton!

Got an inner bicep white ink tattoo from Aaron. He made room for my appointment even though hes booked out and I cant express how happy I am that he made the time for me. Had an appointment and arrived on time. Waited about 10 minutes to be told tattoo wasn’t going to be done that day which is fine. Even talked about re scheduling. The artist never once texted me that day to tell us and still hasent reached out. It’s been a week. In all honesty if they would’ve just told us they didn’t want to do my tattoo I would’ve been fine with it and took my time somewhere else. Super unprofessional big oof cause I see nothing but great reviews and art work. Got a free sticker though so there’s that.

Got 3 Tats from Xombie Aaron. All three look great. Very affordable. Im alergic to cheap colored ink so its nice that the ink they use is good quality. Totally in to nerd culture. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of neat art to look at. Aaron has a really light hand so if you want a perfect tattoo with half the pain, this place should be your first stop

Went in and got tattoos with my sisters. Even though they closed at 8, when they knew that they were running behind they offered to let us come in after hours to get the tattoos. Everyone there were increadibly friendly and the tattoos are extremely well done and with very crips lines. Xombi even touched up my other tattoo I got somewhere else. 10/10 would recommend. I wanted a tattoo to commemorate my time spent living in southern nm. I spoke with carlton and told him what I wanted. I explained that Im open to design suggestions and he put together a piece that I think really represents southern nm. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I really like their philosophy on tattooing and their moral stand on age requirements. I would recommend them to everyone.

There was a mixup with my appointed date and time when I arrived yesterday. Carlton knew I was from out of town and contacted the person in my place to see if they would be ok moving their time back. Once they said yes Carlton got right to work designing my tattoo. He then did a fantastic job inking it on my arm. I am VERY pleased with the results and customer service following a slight hiccup.
