We had a great experience with Bri and Kelsey at Rowan! They worked out a plan that made my kiddo feel so comfortable. The vibe of the shop is amazing and the fact that they are nurses gives me solid peace of mind! Also very pleased that we have a 3 week check up. Highly recommend. !

Great experience! Bri was so professional and made sure my daughter stayed calm the whole time! Talked her through everything and made sure she understood. Didn’t catch the name of the front desk employee, but she was great! Explained the process, and great detail to the earring options. Altogether a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Brianna (and really the whole staff) was excellent. She explained everything to both myself and my nervous daughter. She also found that my original piercings were still open, and she easily inserted new earrings!

Kelsey was my piercer and an absolute angel. She made feel super comfortable in chair while I was nervous!! Rest of the staff was super friendly as well. The environment is clean and welcoming!!

Nurse Bri who pierced the ears of my 6 year old was excellent, very attentive, and very informative. She made sure my daughter was ready and that we were all comfortable with how it would go. You could tell she was very well trained!My ONLY complaint was the antibacterial spray isn’t included in a “package” of sorts—just felt a little nickel and dime-y (separate costs for piercing, earrings, spray. Would feel better if it was bundled).Still, the experience and care was top notch and would highly recommend! We did the “device” piercing for what it’s worth. My daughter is thrilled!

Awesome! I came in with a botched set of helix piercings (done with incorrectly sized earrings, butterfly backs, un-even, and angled wrong) and Hannah was SO Helpful in fixing them. She was able to remove the old piercings and re-pierce the helix in a new spot with flat-backs. She was incredibly hygienic and calming the entire time. Totally recommend!!!

Got my mid helix pierced here a couple of weeks ago by Miriam. Had a great experience, staff were knowledgeable and super nice. Had no pain, and was told last week by another piercer that it looks like it is healing great and that the angle was really good! I would 100% recommend! :)

This place is a butcher shop, not better than Claires. Dont be fooled by the slick marketing.Had both daughters ears pierced at the Dallas location during spring break. Used aftercare spray as directed and didnt attempt a change until the recommended time. When I went to change daughter one earrings, I couldnt get the new pair in and she screamed in pain. The Lexington location, closest to where we live, wasnt opened yet, so her holes closed up.2nd daughter left hers alone until 2 full months after the piercing (they say first change can happen as early as 3 weeks). We made an appointment at the Lexington location for a change. Same situation: we couldnt get the ball back off the earring and then she was screaming in pain, worse than when she was pierced. It took 3 different workers to try to get the change earring in and at one point they looked at me and asked if I wanted to try!Two weeks later, I attempt to put a different earring in. Once again, I cant get the post in and shes SCREAMING in pain.Obviously what we have figured out is these not Claires style guns SUCK, are guns and not devices, and the holes were not healed enough for a change. My daughters are traumatized from the pain, we are out $400 between the piercings and the earrings they push, and now we have exactly one of four ears with an earring and terrified to change it out.Local piercing place has told us today that these devices Rowan says are not guns are the same things as guns, their aftercare directions are totally wrong (rowan tells you to spin, you should never spin), and Rowan saying they can be changed in 3 weeks is wayyyyy too soon. Now we have to wait until fall to go to a real piercing shop to try again, if my kids even want to now.Dont be fooled by the bougie, hip storefront and con that nurses do this ao it must be safe. This company doesnt know what it is doing. Nurses are not trained extensively in piercing. Its not a coincidence that this has happened to both daughters. Thanks a ton for taking what was supposed to be a special milestone and traumatizing my daughters.
