I got my tragus pierced and they were the nicest people ever. Very clean and informative. They also gave me water because I was feeling light headed. 10/10 recommend, I think my piercer was name Kenny. My piercing doesn’t even hurt because he did such a good job.

My wife and I got tattoos on Friday. Thank you for taking walk-in appointments and doing awesome work! It was my first tattoo, and you all made it quick! Ricky Spencer took good care of us.

My fiancé got his tattoo done here about a week ago by Ricky. Ricky is a true artist. He took his time and did not rush through, as this tattoo required a lot of detail and patience. He did not disappoint! He was very laid back and kind. Hopefully soon I will finally have the time to make an appointment with him for one of MANY tattoos I’ve been waiting years to get. My artist was Ricky he did and amazing job and he was very patient with me and explained every part of the process i was a little nervous being this was my first tattoo but i love it!

I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in with an idea for a tattoo on my inner forearm and luckily there wasn’t a wait. Ricky spent the time with me to make sure that the placement and size were exactly what I was looking for. As we got started he asked what kind of music I liked and turned on a playlist that was perfect. I never felt rushed and had good conversations with him during the tattoo and breaks. He’s a great artist and a great guy overall. I would absolutely recommend getting a tattoo here and from Ricky especially.

I went here as a walk in to get my earlobes pierced. Nick was really cool and down to earth, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere was laid back. I really like this place. Also, they dont charge $154 to Pierce your ears like some other huuuugely overpriced places in town. Thanks guys!

I went here for a nose piercing, not too long ago. They were amazingly fast at picking up the phone and taking in walk-in. They were extremely patient with me despite for it being my first time getting a piercing of that sort. So far is giving me a cup of water midway through because I felt lightheaded. They were very transparent on what they were going to use and showed me all the materials they were using. Honestly amazing for the Prices for a piercing, also very informative about any shape of question I had and respectful. I would almost definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Super reasonably priced and some of the most amazing service I have ever had. Nick did my helix piercing and explained the entire procedure and aftercare. Kenny spent FIVE hours overtime on my tattoo and charged a ridiculously low amount in addition to the staffs overall kind and patient attitude. Wish I lived in Kentucky to come by again

I went yesterday & let me tell you NICKKK WAS AMAZINGGG, I got 3 piercings (both nostrils & a re-piercing of my eyebrow because it closed up) GREAT pricing. The pain wasn’t too bad, it was better than I expected. I’ve had piercings before & Nick was just the best I’ve had so far. He will be who I go to from now on if I need any piercings. I got a large spine tattoo, my artist was Ricky, the first thing he asked me was what my budget was and he did everything he could to make it affordable for me. He worked fast and efficient and the tattoo turned out better then I imagined. The place was friendly and sanitary. I’ve recommended fallen angel too my friends. My sister and I stopped in to get our nostrils pierced and Kenny was fantastic! Super clean, knowledgeable and clear on what was happening. I went to get my frog eyes tongue pierced and the staff was great the guy was very sweet a nice and explained everything to me from beginning to end and went over everything with this piercing. I got my belly button pierced and it was so quick and so cheap! Cheap usually scares me but this place was CLEAN and awesome 😎 Kenny explained everything to me and made sure i was okay about 100 times. this is the first time i got a piercing and i felt happy and not stressed. After looking round looking for a walk in place in Lexington my friend and I came across Fallen angel. They answered the phone quick and their cheap minimum compared to other places around town was much more inviting. They were quick to help us and get an idea of what we wanted. After a negotiation of price that suited both then we were underway. My artist was kenny. A fantastic bloke, really calming and worked well with me to get exactly what I wanted. My tattoo came out perfectly how I wanted it and I couldn’t recommend him and fallen angel more!!!

I absolutely loved my experience here. Cait did my hand tattoo and made me feel so comfortable with her amazing personality. She also really impressed me with her talent too. She took the ideas me and my fiancé had and improved them. The attitude of the shop is professional, but also super relaxed. The piercer, Kenny, was also amazing. I got my ears punched to a 4 right after my tattoo and he walked me through every single step and every instrument he used. Honestly, this was my best tattoo experience with people I just met who treated me like a friend. Will be going back for more work as soon as possible.

Go see Kenny at Fallen Angel!! I walked in for a conch piercing and was immediately greeted. The atmosphere is super chill and inviting. I was really freaking nervous, but Kenny, along with another young man who works there (really wish I got his name) were SO considerate of my nerves, kept me laughing and he really really kept me calm.Kenny definitely knows his stuff - he will give you educated suggestions based on your measurements, ear shape, etc. I love that he let me know every single step he was taking, showed me that all equipment was sterilized and sealed, and most importantly, had me relax and breathe.PAINLESS! So quick! I believe he could pierce anything and you would say “you’re already done?!” Thank you SO MUCH Kenny (and other guy)! Can’t wait to see ya in 6 months for my change out (:

The facility was very clean, employees were welcoming, and Kenny was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about his art of piercings. He explained everything he would be doing, what each instrument was for as well as showing that everything was in packages and sterilized before opening them. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the placement of where the piercings would be, as well as going over what type of piercing would be used. He talked to me through the entire procedure which helped put me at ease, and there was barely even any pain while it was being done. It was mostly just a mild discomfort if anything because it barely hurt. Afterwards he explained in great detail the process in which to keep them from getting infected, gave me after care instructions, and told me if I had any problems at all to come back and see him. Prices were extremely appropriate for what I had done, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would high recommend!

I would just like to say that this was the best tattooing experience I’ve ever had.. My Artist Robbie was very professional and created 2 very beautiful tattoos for me... I couldn’t be happier. I will be using this shop for future tattoos.. Every artist working there was extremely nice and very professional. They are also taking every precaution possible to protect all their customers from Covid.. they require masks the entire visit and you must also hand sanitizer and get your temp taken up one arrival.. Cait did an amazing job working on my sleeve. She was handed a arm that already had work and a vague ideal of what I wanted and created a masterpiece that flowed with what was already on my arm. She can bounce ideals back and forth and come up with amazing creations. And she will work until you are happy from the beginning. I got 1 small tatto from her and have gotten more since then. I wont go to anyone else now! Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Josh Busbee went above and beyond to let me get some ink while I was here for work. The entire process was so smooth and easy. I live about 6 hours from the shop but will definitely be coming back for future sleeve work, and yes they are absolutely worth the drive!

Fallen Angel Tattoo studio is now my new favorite place to get tattooed. Not only is the staff extremely talented but they are are very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My artist dealt with my pickiness better than any other I’ve dealt with. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with my piece. I’ve had other artists become obviously frustrated with me and if he was frustrated at all he did an great job of hiding it. I’ll never go to another shop again.

Let me start off by saying, that the piercer Kenny. Has to HANDS DOWN BE THE SINGLE BEST PIERCER IVE EVER MET!!!!!! I took my daughter to get an industrial piercing and she was nervous. Kenny EXPLAINED EVERYTHING about the piercing and what to expect and aftercare. He made my daughter feel at ease and brezzed right thru it. NOW for mind you. HE DID ALL OF THIS ON HIS DAY OFF!!!!! HE took time from his personal life, just to make time for my daughter!!!! SO IF YOUR LOOKIBG TO GET A PIERCING, HONESTLY LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! I cant think of any other piercer that would be SO PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

Caitlyn has done a couple pieces for me now and you just can’t beat her work. Creativity on the fly and she’s one of the few people I think I could sit through a 2 hour+ session with. I’ve gone to other artist and none of them have just understood my work like Caitlyn. She makes everyone comfortable and is easy to talk to. Come get tattooed by Caitlyn!
