Loved this place! Very welcoming and chill atmosphere. Approachable and friendly artists- literally everyone spoke to me and made me feel very at ease. My artist Alex spent a lot of time working on my design and didn’t start tattooing until I was 100% sure. She was an absolute delight and did an awesome job. I freakin love it and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend- I’ll definitely be back.

I went to level 33 for the first time based on their ratings. My first impression was that the store was super clean and the employees were super friendly and helpful. I now understand why their ratings are five stars.I explained to Olivia what I wanted, she quickly sketched it out, and I have the most beautiful, fine, intricate crisp tattoo. I am 100% pleased and will 100% go back. Olivia‘s touch was so light that it was my easiest tattoo to date.I would absolutely recommend Level 33 Tattoo!!!Thank you so much, Olivia!!! My friend and I went for the paw tattoos for donating to the rescue. It was a long wait but had an amazing experience! Love our tattoos and that we could donate to the shelter! The artists were amazing and did an amazing job and made the wait worth it!

Amazing customer service! Myself and a friend were in town and looking to get matching tattoos. We were able to get in same day-walk in. The owner Mark was very welcoming and made sure we laughed the entire time: We went in with an idea and the tattoo artist (Alex) exceeded ecxpectations. Mark is amazing!! His talents are remarkable! He put me at ease and has provided me with two wonderful tattoo experiences that resulted in two Beautiful pieces of Art! He is also my daughter’s guy for her first and second tattoo.

Wonderful friendly staff. Ive been wanting a mental health tattoo for a long time, the hardest that I chose is wonderful colorful tattoos and everything. Her vibe was perfect and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Definitely go give them a try!! Stormy did my tattoo, Im not sure if its Stormie or Stormy. Go check them out! Im obsessed with cats and instead of keep going I said keep meowing, it definitely fits my personality. I feel comfortable enough to get another tattoo in the future with them and the other artists. I wouldnt mind another piercing as well.

Marc is the best at what he does. He turned my idea into reality and created the most beautiful memorial tattoo. My arm looks like one of my Nannys oil paintings. Marc made the entire process, almost, painless. Hes incredibly talented and hes knowledgable. I enjoyed watching him share his expertise with the rest of the shop. Hes my go-to now and worth the 2 hour drive for me to sit in his chair.

My mom and I got tattoos here on 5/08/2023. We were in town from Virginia and called the shop that morning to see if they could fit us in for two apple blossom tattoos. We got in later that day around 6. All of the tattoo artists were really friendly and all of the artists stations were very clean. Stormy ended up being our artist and she was great! We sent her an idea of what we wanted and she printed three different sizes to help us decide exactly how big we wanted them. She also gave honest advice on which ones looked the best and how they would heal over time. Stormy took her time and really paid attention to the small details from the picture we had sent her as inspiration. We are very happy with our tattoos and if we are ever getting tattoos in Little Rock again we will be sure to come back!

Everyone here is super friendly. Marc did an amazing job on my tattoo and was so easy to talk to. I had been looking for so long to work with me and no one acted like they wanted to. Marc acted happy and interested in hearing my ideas immediately. Highly recommend this place and everyone in it. So happy to have finally found my tattoo home. A big group of us gals got together to go get tattooed. Like 13 of us. Naturally we called weeks in advance. These guys were so cool, fun, chill, down to earth. They took our loud bunch with grace and patience and professionalism. They let us play our music the entire time we were there. Since there were so many of us, we got to experience all the wonderful artists at Level 33! The consensus was we would definitely be back!! Maybe not all of us at the same time again haha but we definitely found our place 🥰🥰 thanks for the awesome tattoos!!

I highly recommend Level 33 Tattoo. I went with my girlfriend to see about getting a walk in tattoo. The artist, Alex Wilde, came up with a unique design and brought my girlfriends wish to life. It looks incredible and Alex takes her time to capture every detail. We are not from the area but stopped in for a quick tattoo and we will now make a 3 hour drive just to come to this shop for our tattoos.

Came in as a walk in and was able to get a simple design done on the back of my neck. Everyone was great and the place was very clean. Stormy was amazing and I definitely plan on staying in touch for future pieces I want to have done. Highly recommend!

Marc is a great guy, was nice being able to have a 6 hour tattoo done and be able to talk and share story’s. He made it for a all around great experience! He did a very sentimental tattoo for me and took my ideas and went above and beyond my expectations. Over a year later and tattoo still looks amazing! Very pleased with his work!

My sisters and I came in for tattoos and the experience was wonderful 🤓 From the moment we called Marc said that there were openings. When we got there, the vibe was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the whole environment of the shop. Everyone is kind and inviting while being professional and fantastic at their craft. Two of us got tattoos. Stormy did an amazing job with the stars ⭐️ on my ribs while my sister had some script done one her bicep. Level 33 Tattoos is flawless!! We will be back!! Thank you for making our sister day magic!

We had a great experience today. We initially had matching tattoos completed by an artist who has since left the shop. The owner touched up our tats himself, free of charge. He worked us in quickly and did an excellent job touching up the tats!

Mark was so kind and really made me feel comfortable the whole time. Mack Aka Kenny did my tattoo and was so patient with me! It was a coverup and he worked with me so well as I was deciding the final details. Love my tattoo and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Super clean place as well

This place is phenomenally good, if I could give 100 stars I would. Right away Marc made me feel like I was home. In the time I was there, I observed as an artist he’s able to capture the essence and context of each individual piece and give it the personalized attention it needs. He is a master of his craft in every sense. He assigned me to Alyx and she did an American traditional nurse on my arm, and she put her everything into it, and the work reflects every hour that was spent. When getting a tattoo the experience is everything, and they provide the best experience. Even if there is better out there, I won’t be going anywhere else to find out. All love and respect for everyone at this place. They have my business forever. 10/10

Such a chill place, atmosphere is far better than most shops around town. Marc has done two large pieces for me and I am thrilled with how they turned out. He brought my ideas to life, like literally. I have definitely found my new shop of choice!

Marc is an artistic GENIUS! He does every style of tattoo art you can think of and they are all equally beautiful. He has done pieces that I would never imagine coming up with and made them masterpieces. My first big tat (4 large flowers and 2 sets of smaller ones) was also a coverup for a smaller infinity symbol. My flowers have SO much color detail. No doubt that he is absolutely passionate about what he does and wants you to be in love with your tattoo. (I AM!).

All of these artists are AMAZING people, but we got Stormy to give us matching tattoos. Although they are expensive, the work is quality and BEAUTIFUL. Definitely will be back soon!

Called ahead for a walk-in scenario and they gladly fit me in. Had a blast hanging out and laughing with the guys while my design was put together. Thrilled with my tattoo and will be back for more, but they elevated the experience. Appreciate these guys! Highly recommend.
