Paid a visit here to get my septum done while I’m in Cali for work. Shorty (my piercer in Florida) referred me here and I’m so happy he did! I was for sure nervous getting it done. But Kayla went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me comfortable and took her time. Absolutely amazing! I’m beyond happy with the piercing and the genuinely love the kindness from Kayla ❤️

The staff were very friendly and informative. They seemed very knowledgeable about body piercings and constantly asked how I was feeling during the piercing process.

I got my septum pierced by John today at their Torrance location inside of Black Raven. John made the process so easy and calm! New flow is a fantastic piercing studio. They utilize state of the art sterilization processes, to insure the safety of their clients. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and they stock a extensive collection of jewelry for both healed and fresh body piercings. They cut no corners when it comes to client safety by utilizing the highest quality jewelry in the industry. Huge plus is they have a parking lot that makes parking a breeze.

The front desk and piercer were very friendly. They explain everything theyre going to be doing throughly before your actual piercing. Everything seems to be super clean and during covid youre the only customer inside. After youre done getting pierced they give you a card of aftercare instructions personalized for you and your piercing. Shwayze was the person that pierced me and they were great. My total was around $90+ after tip.

I was having a lot of trouble finding a piercing place who would help me downsize my Ashley piercing since I am from out of town. I had called 2 other places and both informed me they couldn’t look or install the post but could sell me jewelry. Brielle (piercer) and Jay (front desk gal) took great care of me from the moment they picked up the phone all the way through the end of my downsizing service. I’m really happy with the entire experience and their professionalism.Thank you girls for all of the great care!

I went in at 4:30PM on December 19th. I sent in my husband to pick up jewelry for me as my septum had fallen out and I was eager to get something back in before my piercing had closed up. My husband went inside of the shop and face timed me so I could pick out what I was looking for. The woman in front was extremely abrasive and aggressive. I was excited to purchase multiple pieces of jewelry before I heard the way she was speaking to my husband. Rather than helping us through the predicament, she repeated multiple times that I should come in instead. She was unhelpful, and eager to sell my husband a gift card rather than sell him the much needed jewelry. He left empty handed and now he is off to find a different place to purchase jewelry from. While I don’t feel like there was any malicious intent behind her tone and words, she definitely needs coaching on how she treats incoming customers.

My sister and I came here while visiting Long Beach. I found the spot on the national association of piercing (APP) to ensure they’re safe and trained. Now that I look at the site again I notice the dude who pierced my sister is not listed as an APP business member. I should have checked that when we got there but instead trusted the place.We felt a little uncomfortable at first as the front desk gal was super hard to read. Not very welcoming at first but she warmed up after we got pierced. I had my tragus pierced and my sis got a third piercing on her left ear. After two weeks my tragus got embedded and you could no longer see the jewelry. I went to my local piercing spot and they popped it out for me. They told me the placing of the piercing was deeper than they normally do so I will most likely continue to have issues with it. Couple more weeks went by and continuous problems with the piercing. It would not heal. I had to go back to my local piercing spot and put a longer bar on it so it could have more room to swell. They told me I may need to just take it out and start over cause the placing of it will continue to give me problems. I gave a few more days and still so uncomfortable. So I had to take it out. Now I’m left with a scar that’s healing.My sis on the other hand, her jewelry fell out and she put a replacement in there and it didn’t make it either.Couple other things to note:- not a huge jewelry selection- our appointment didn’t start on time- plenty of parking here so no worries there- once we were there for a bit the front desk gal warmed up and that was nice but it felt like we had to win her over first- double check your piercer is listed as an APP business member if you come here so you’re sure to get the right technique and placement

Dropped by for a better nose piece and they were very nice an accommodating. Got a nice piece of titanium jewelry and put in for a great price. Nice selection as well.

Took my 17 year old for to get her ears pierced and they would not do it because she doesn’t have ID. Honestly I would have been fine if the girl at the door had just said I’m sorry they don’t pierce minors. But she has pretty rude and condescending telling me it had to be a “government issued ID”. Ok cool, she’s only 17, I have my ID- she cut me off “we need both her ID and your ID” I said “is school ID sufficient?” She scoffed and said “it has to be government issued” I said half joking “it’s public school, state of California- that’s government funded, so essentially government issued. She’s 17, she doesn’t have a drivers license yet” and she got indignant saying “you can get an ID card at any age!” So I said “so you can’t pierce her ears?” She said “well yeah we can” then after a long pause said “after she has an ID card”.The man who was there and opened the door for us was actually very nice. He recommended trying another shop. Unfortunately the shop he mentioned is in Costa Mesa, a little further than I wanted to go. Now we know why people end up going to the mall… (I would never recommend that, just sayin).

They know what they are doing. For a good piercing experience, get yourself here.

Visiting from out of town and decided to get my nose pierced here. My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The front desk lady was super nice and informative. They have a nice jewelry selection and prices are reasonable. Squeeze pierced my nose and was super welcoming and explained the whole process from start to finish. I appreciated how he took his time sanitizing everything, making sure I was comfortable with the placement, and checked in with me throughout. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get a piercing! Thanks again for the awesome customer service! 😊

Ive been pierced here several times (and my husband got his ears pierced) and it is always an excellent experience. Ive seen 3 different piercers, and each was great in his/her own way.Everyone is friendly, theyre efficient, and exceptionally clean and sanitary.As long as theyre there I will continue to return for my various piercings.

I had gone to a different piercing shop and had an issue with my piercing. John took a look at it and helped me with my issues. He was so kind and patient during the entire process. He also talked me through the jewlery that was used that irritated my piercing. I never recieved custmer service like that in a looooonng time. Thank you again!

My wife and I both have gone to New Flower for all of our piercings. We sing their praises whenever the chance arises - they’re extremely passionate about what they do and are very friendly and professional. They can recommend what will go well with the look you’re going for and they offer free checkups if ever you need help changing jewelry or just want to see how everything is healing up. The place itself is very clean and the environment is very relaxing. We couldn’t find a better studio if we tried!

I love love love my experience with New Flower Studio. They are so nice and friendly. The studio is very clean and appealing. Vanessa is a wonderful and professional piercer. She is super sweet and talked me through the entire process for my nose piercing. She was very informative and gave me really good information about my belly button piercing. First time here. I came in for a snug removal. I arrived right before my appointment and they took me fairly quickly. Schwayze removed my jewelry. He was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The process was quick and painless, considering the snug hurt from time to time. Im very satisfied with the service I received today. Thank you!

Took my daughter there for the first time today. Vanessa was great! Friendly, knowledgeable. She talked my daughter through the entire process. My daughter had two cartilage piercings done and it was quick and didnt hurt at all. Were definitely coming back for more piercings! !

The shop was clean and professional. piercer themselves were somewhat friendly, and professional enough. Though it was came off as if my appointment was more of an inconvenience to them than anything even though the shop was completely empty.Jewelry options/variety was not impressive, and very limited.They didnt even keep pairs of jewelry on hand. So when having to pay the price for quality jewelry and not even being able to get a matching pair doesnt really make for a great experience.

The staff were warm and friendly, answered all of my questions and put me at ease for my conch piercing. I was also pleasantly surprised that it didnt hurt as much as I thought it would, my piercer had a very gentle touch. And its healing up very nicely!

Squeeze and Vanessa are both wonderful. Squeeze just pierced my Fiances lip and it turned out perfect. Vanessa has pierced my nose and septum. Clean place, very patient, they make sure theyre doing their best for EVERY customer. Ill never get pierced anywhere else. Theyve got my loyalty.

Last July I went to New Flower Studio for my birthday & got my tragus pierced. Ive been back 4x since. Staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. I know theyve been asked the same questions a million times but youd never know it. The shop is super clean & have a great selection of jewelry. Only place Id go for piercing.

The front desk workers seemed like they had an attitude! Very unprofessional. My piercer Chelsea however was super nice and made me feel comfortable. My piercing honestly didn’t hurt at all! Thank you Chelsea.

I dont know who I spoke to but they were in a hurry to get off the phone. I wanted some information because I was going to come here for my friends birthday. I had questions but they told me twice to go on the website to make an appointment. I guess no time for conversation. If they couldnt talk maybe they need someone there to manage calls.

Found this place when I was looking to get my daith piercing and im so happy I did. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and very informative. She was able to answer any questions I had and gave some good suggestions. The woman who did my piercing was very nice as well and took things slow and explained each step as she went along. She made the piercing itself as painless as she could with breathing techniques. Would highly suggest this shop to anyone looking to get a piercing. They also have a very good selection of jewelry

Cannot recommend this place enough, have hade a few piercings done and bought some jewelry as well.You will always be treated right and receive the best quality jewelry available. Been getting pierced by Vanessa for a few years with my neck dermals being the most fun piercing I received.

Shwayze was my piercer. He was cool, calm and collected to my nerves. The outcome was a beautiful atmosphere with an awesome nasal piercing.

My favorite place to get pierced. John will walk you though every step and make sure you have a complete understanding of the entire process, including home care. I had gotten a rook piercing done twice before coming here, and both rejected. John took one look at my ear and told me I didnt have the proper anatomy to have a rook and he wouldnt do it, as it would reject again. He then suggested other piercings and explained why they were better and further explained why other ones would or wouldnt work for me. This place will not just pierce you because they can make a buck. They will only do what they believe will work for you, money be damned. Never will I go any place else.

John Johnson is the owner of this wonderful establishment specializing in body piercing and fine jewelry. He has done the majority of my piercings and he is not only patient, but he also stresses the importance of proper aftercare. This studio is APP certified.

Chelsea did my rook piercing and she was super awesome the whole time! Helped me relax as well. :) Im really happy with my new piercings.

I recommend this place 100% I recently got a navel piercing at a different piercing place and that piercer put the wrong jewelry on me and it was irritating my skin, I was recommended by a professional piecer to come here to New Flower and I appreciated how friendly and kind they were & the information they gave that my last piercer did not give and luckily they helped me by putting a more suitable piercing:)

The people here are great and they are willing to answer any question you have, no matter how dumb you think it might be. I had a tongue piercing and it was almost painless!! Definitely coming back if I ever want anymore piercings.

Found John on the interwebz. The studio was busy, and John stayed late to see all his folx. John provided excellent service and did a masterful job with 4 new piercings for myself and my boyfriend. This place is great! this has been my go-to piercing shop since 2014. I just finished stretching my ear from a 4 to a 2 and as always the staff is amazingly friendly!

I had just started my journey to Christmas shop I had a purse full of money and lots of time my first stop was the store I was met with a girl with shaved head who never got up from her desk offered to help me I guess the Christmas holidays have gotten to her already anyway she said theres nothing in the store I could buy for under $100 I came in prepared to spend over $100 but she didnt want to get up and show me anything or help me so it was pretty sad that it was Christmas and I couldnt buy my daughter anything there she made it very clear that she wasnt going to help me so I said thank you and good luck with your journey and went and spent lots of money somewhere else she was rude unfriendly and did not give good customer service

The amazing piercers at this shop got you covered. If you have sensitive skin like me, this is where you need to be. If it isnt hi quality, completely hypoallergenic jewelry, they do not carry it

I went into this shop for the first time, the set-up is very unprofessional, it smelled weird, and had a serious lack of customer service I waited for 20 mins to buy a piece of jewelry and ended up walking out because I hadnt been helped....dont waste your time here!
