LOVE the staff here at Removery Long Beach. Frankie is so sweet, and Kristin is fantastic at what she does. When I went in for just the consultation, Frankie was actually able to get me in for my first session on the same day, which was awesome because I had mentioned how eager I was to get started! Super validating and an anxiety-free experience :)

First time here and it’s funny because as I waited for my free consultation another patient let me know I was in good hands and how amazing they are at what they do! This is my first time ever getting a procedure like this done but the staff were so friendly and helpful. Guided me through the process, thoroughly went over the details and answered all questions I had. They were so sweet and ensured I was comfortable. 1st session was super quick - it was so comforting knowing I am in good hands closing the door on a chapter of my life. Can’t wait till my ink is removed. Highly recommend this place. 10/10.

Kristin was great as usual! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I have been getting laser for a few years now and Kristin is definitlely the best out of all the techs Ive seen. I came in for a consultation and honestly it was great! When I walked in the girl at the front desk was very nice and helped me check in. Once I got called in, Frankie made me feel very comfortable and they answered all of my questions. They did a great job breaking everything down for me and showing me what options I have. I felt very well informed and at ease. I’ve been looking into getting laser tattoo removal for about 2 months now and I’m trying to remove 98% of everything I have so it’s definitely a long journey ahead of me but I’m definitely considering starting my journey here.

The staff is nice good customer service they get stars.Before I do anything I like to get the best option out there so I been to a few places before making my decision .this place was EXTREMELY over priced honestly . She did say the machines are very high quality very expensive they do a great job BUT then she said it depends on your body to push out ink and your blood flow etc. so I figure then what the point of the “ high quality machine “ to over charge when everyone ?!?So I picked a different spot 3 times less on all the price options I received here . I’m not paying for great machine I’m paying for the session my body is taking to push it out and the person to making sure they give me a quality session

Getting checked in was super quick. The Reception area and the treatment room were both very clean and modern, the nurse Kristen that helped me was Impeccable! I’ve been attending offices in New York and LA and I must say the staff have been awesome no matter where I go. My consult was in New York and they were very straightforward with me on pricing and financing plans that they have. I have no regrets. This is the place you want to go for your tattoo Removal!

Kristin has been the most amazing nurse ever and has made my tattoo removal journey as pleasant as it can be. She helps me get comfortable and communicates exactly what she is going to do. She is very kind and I hope she is my nurse every time!

Hands down recommended, I’m on my fourth session and can see the big difference, I have three total I getting rid of and went with the unlimited package. The staff makes you feel comfortable and safe, they do great work with care. I was nervous at first as to what to expect but within minutes was educated on everything. The pain is tolerable if you hold your breath but so worth it ;) I can’t wait to get these tattoos off completely!

Kristen has been the BEST nurse. I have done 5 sessions so far, and 3 of them have been with Kristen.We communicate really well, and have a routine that caters to my needs/pain management throughout the treatment. I am removing a large sternum/chest/stomach piece, which is very painful and can be time consuming if a “rhythm” is not found during the procedure.Kristen remembers me and all my concerns so I come in and we are ready to start the procedure.I also have additional health issues that impact how my skin acts to the laser treatment, and Kristen/Removery in general has taken that into consideration when programming the laser machine.To anyone considering Removery: DO IT. Start sooner than later to get that ugly tattoo off of you asap! I can’t wait for my body to be free of the hideous piece I have.For pain management during the session, my best advice is to leave the ice pack provided on your body for as long as possible. You want to keep it on until you don’t feel the cold of the ice (which takes about 5 minutes).I also am prescribed (from my other doctors and for managing my other illnesses) Hydrocodone, xanax, and pregabalin and use that to help with the pain during the procedure. (I’m a big baby when it comes to pain.) I want to reiterate that these prescriptions are for other chronic pain/health issues, NOT SPECIFICALLY for the tattoo removal. But that is my cocktail of choice to help me get through everything as easily as possible.Long review/post, but removing a tattoo is a serious time and monetary commitment. I’d rather provide too much info rather than not enough.

I came in to get my eyebrow microblading removed. I had had it for over 10 years (they say it fades after a year, but mine didnt!). I was a bit skeptical since its on my face. But after the first session where they did a test patch, I was definitely on board! My microblading was removed with only two sessions. The women who helped me out were AMAZING!! If you have questions just go in or call and they can answer them all. I normally dont leave reviews but I love this place.

My 1st session was AWESOME!! Way better than I expected; Kristin was very detailed & showed that she cares about your journey as it relates to removing your tattoo.

Talk about great service. I’m usually here no longer than 15 minutes, but my tattoo isn’t large to begin with. These ladies take care of your right from your consultation to your appointments. I’m half way there and it’s been a good experience!

The staff is incredibly friendly and made me relaxed and comfortable before my first treatment. They set realistic expectations and timelines for my removal process. The treatment itself is about as painful as you would expect (but if you got the tattoo in the first place, you can handle the laser) and it goes by pretty quickly.

I cannot even believe my experience here. I saw an ad for it in the morning, went for a consultation after work and was able to go straight into my first treatment. Kristen and Frankie were wonderful, made me feel comfortable (mostly as the treatment it self was a bit not so comfortable) and was out the door all in about 45 minutes. If you have ever considered removing a tattoo, this is absolutely the place. I was barley curious, but the process was so easy it was a no brainer!

Came to do my first session way more nervous then I was getting the dumb tattoo but they both made me feel comfortable and assured that it was gonna be fine if u need a second chance and want to erase a mistake u made don’t worry hit up Removery talk to Frankie and come do it asap

I’m so glad I decided to switch location from Santa Ana to the Long Beach location. The staff there are super duper nice and friendly. I’ve been going to Removery for a few months now, and am in the process of removing an entire sleeve. Kristin has been the nurse doing my treatments and she has been an absolute pleasure. Making a less than comfortable process (laser doesn’t feel good) actually enjoyable. I look forward to seeing her every time i show up. I started my treatments at the Beverly Grove location where she was my nurse, upon moving down to Huntington Beach I switched to having my treatments done in Long Beach and to my surprise she had also just relocated work locations and was able to continue treating me. It was a huge relief to see her! Very grateful to the Removery team for always being welcoming, understanding and making the process as easy as possible.

I recently began my removal journey but my experience so far at removery has been amazing! I was hesitant on beginning because my tattoo is rather large but this site gave me a lower price than laseraway and any other places I inquired about removal with. The staff is so nice and welcoming, aside from the price, it was their warm energy that made me feel comfortable enough to take the step towards clean, tattoo free skin.

I wrote a review when I started the treatment earlier this year, but I deleted it, and Im rewriting this review because I want to give a shout-out to Kristin! Shes such an amazing nurse, and the only reason I drive all the way down to Long Beach is just to get my treatment from her. As you guys assume, tattoo removal is such a long journey (+ painful, of course), so I think its really important to start it at the right place. And Kristin is definitely the one who will help you through it. I finished my 4th session last week. I had my 1st and 2nd sessions with the other nurse before she started working here. No offense; he was great too. But just a note for someone who hasnt started the removal, the treatment gets more painful with each session because the laser powers increased. My second session was literally torture. It was so painful to the point where I ended up putting off my third session because I got so scared, lol. On my third session day, I went to the clinic feeling worried and horrified and met her for the first time. She was just amazing, so helpful and supportive during the treatment. She definitely knows how to make people relaxed and feel less pain. I used to have to take multiple breaks during the treatment because of my large tattoo size, but she made me so comfortable, and I was able to finish it with just one break! Surprisingly, it was way less painful compared to the second session. It was as bearable as my first session, which made me think, Wow, I think I can keep getting the treatments until my tattoos gone! Same in my fourth session too. For those who still hesitate to start tattoo removal, I strongly recommend this place because of her. Tattoo removal is a long journey, so the sooner you start, the sooner its gone. She will help you get through it! If you read this, youre the best, Kristin!

Went in for my consultation/first session and it was great!! The receptionist (missed their name) was super sweet, informative, and patient. They made my experience comfortable, swift, and easy. The nurse, Angel, who did the laser procedure was very nice as well. They did not mind stopping if need be, they were thorough with the information/care, and I was sent with a reusable ice pack.

Kristin is the absolute best - be sure to request her. I used to go to the WeHo location but started going to Long Beach when Kristin moved shops (because I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone but her) and I actually prefer it overall - especially because theres parking! Im getting a lot of tattoos removed at once and she makes the long and painful process as pleasant as possible. I did a lot of research before choosing a shop and Removery was hands down the most welcoming and professional option and also uses the latest technology aka they dont cut corners the way so many other places do. The sales manager predicted up to 12 sessions for some of my darker tattoos but a few of them are super faded after only 4. So glad I found this place and got paired with Kristin!

This review is long overdue. I’ve had several sessions with Kristin and if you can request her by all means do yourself a favor. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and careful. This is not an easy treatment to get done in anyway but I love that she always makes sure you’re not in pain l, and if so, she will turn down the laser a couple of notches so you’re comfortable. She’s also incredible at not overdoing it and scarring your skin. I started my treatment with a dermatologist before I switched over to Removery and the difference is night and day. The dermatologist was burning my skin almost to the point of no return. That’ll never happen at Removery and with Kristin!!! From a scale of 1 to 10 I give her 100!!!

Frankie and Kristen are the reason I came here to this location in Long Beach! Kristen made me feel so comfortable in the chair and got my tattoo session done quick with the Picoway Laser! Frankie is by far the best in making sure I got qn appointment that fit my schedule. She did great in the consultation and was very informative.

I use to go to the Hermosa Beach Location but now I come here love the Long Beach location everyone is friendly, kind, professional and it’s super clean. I was so hesitant to even get my tattoo removed but it’s the best decision ever and best place to do it with professionals who’s priority is to remove your tattoo without harming your skin and keeping it looking as natural as possible if your thinking about it just do it ! :)

This is my first time getting a tattoo removed and needless to say I was very nervous. To my surprise it wasn’t that bad! The nurse who actually did the procedure was very welcoming and friendly. He made it easy to ask questions and to also feel comfortable enough for me to ask for a quick break if I actually needed one! Overall it was a great experience from start to finish.

Megan does a great and thorough consultation and answers any questions or hesitations as honestly as possible. This location is one million times better than the Redondo Beach location. After that location having been the only option in the LA area for a long time, Ive been overjoyed with the Long Beach location my past few visits. Convenient location, scheduling is always easy, and the person who does the removal is super pleasant, consistent, professional, and really seems like he knows what hes doing. Im sad I didnt have this person do my removal the entire time. Removery hired poorly trained and incompetent people (with a high turnover rate – I probably had 4-5 technicians within a year) at my last location, which has made my removal process take over twice as long as I was quoted when I originally purchased.Honestly this experience has been hellish, and I would not recommend Removery overall... UNLESS you start with this location and stick with this technician the whole time!!

Lovely team in Long beach! Like the fragrance, Jasmine was supportive, sweet and the most refreshing receptionist. She explained the process with clarity and answered any questions w/ concern. Removery really has some great people working for them. Starting with Susan, from the call center, who I talked too initially about general info and setting up my consult, to Jasmine and Angel at the Long Beach site. Everyone explained the procedure in great detail and gave me some options with suggestions. Had my first session the same day as the consult. After care was explained in detail and I was told what to expect. Many more sessions to go yet, but definitely feel like I will be taken care of.

I went in for my third session with Angel. The guy is super cool and gentle with the laser. I have two small tattoos I’m having removed. I started seeing results right after the first session. Definitely recommend Removery!

Im about 6-8 sessions in and watching my tattoos fade away is honestly making me so sad because it means my time with Kristin is almost up 🥹 Might have to get a few new regrettable tattoos just so I can come hang with her more!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The salon is stylish, clean and easily accessible with free parking. Ive been in pursuit of the perfect Brows since 1990 and have been the victim a few mistakes along the way resulting in expensive and painful laser removal. My consultation was very in depth which is comforting because I have darker skin. Fast forward my patch test was done and I received my first service by Angel. Angel is extremely professional, communicative and an expert at his craft. He was communicative every step of the way and my pain was minimal compared to my previous experiences. Angelis the Picasso of laser tattoo removal! I highly recommend Recovery!

I was looking for a place to remove my old microbladed brows (PMU) and was skeptical about this place because the reviews seemed too good to be true.So I scheduled an appointment to learn more but was not expecting to follow through. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised — it was exactly as I expected from the reviews here.They were professional, friendly, and caring. I decided to go for it and did my first session. It was a little painful (feels like someone is snapping your skin with a rubber band)... but quick!When I got to see the results I noticed that some of the ink had already faded and was impressed. I think with 1 or 2 more sessions the ink will be out. Im very happy and would highly recommend this location :)

I was a little scared, not knowing what to expect. I thought it was going to be a little expensive. The staff was very friendly, Knowledgeable and forthcoming. They told me what to expect regrading pain. Surprisingly isn’t painful at all. Not even discomfort. This location is terrible now. Nurse Angel no longer works here. Its just like the other mediocre locations Ive been to for my previous laser treatments. No type of customer service skills or basic courtesy. The new person was cold, rushed my treatment, and seemed annoyed I was asking her questions about the treatment and her experience. The staff at this location and other locations in Orange County are trash.

I had my first session in the Long Beach location a few months ago and had a great experience over all with the staff. Very professional and very helpful and thorough with all the questions I had. The first session was great as this is my first time ever getting a tattoo removed and Anjel was great and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. Now comes my second session and I reschedule obviously wanting to go back to the same location because of the great staff but I get a call and there was a conflict with scheduling so I had to reschedule which was no problem but I needed to do it that day so they booked me at a different location which was again ok since I felt like it was going to be the same service as I got in the Long Beach location but I was wrong. I’m not here to bash or throw anyone under the bus but it was not the same service I got with the Long Beach location. Needless to say my Third appointment was made at the Long Beach location with Anjel and the great staff there. I just left and once again Anjel was great and professional and on time. He even put music that I liked and made me feel comfortable. So if your ever in need and in doubt about getting a tattoo removed, go see Anjel at the Long Beach location. Great staff and customer service! Keep up the good work guys and thank you!

I just completed my 2nd treatment with the Removery (and 7th/8th tattoo removal treatment overall.) I switched to Removery after negative experiences with two other companies in the area and am happy to say that I’m so thrilled with this facility, the staff, and the equipment they use.The facility is always clean, Angel (nurse/technician) is professional and empathetic, and the laser has been the least painful I have encountered even without numbing cream!Following my first treatment with the Removery I have seen significant lightening and am looking forward to see the results from, what I hope to be, my last two laser treatments 🥳

Had a great experience. Was able to answer all my questions. I started my sessions at the same time of my assessment. Did my first removal session and it’s taken already 50% of my ink off. My tattoo is 14 years old and was already semi-faded.

I’m removing two tattoos and I’m seeing so much progress since going to Angel at the Long Beach location! My removal process seemed to plateau, I wasn’t seeing much of a difference after multiple sessions until I started going to Angel. Now I’m very confident it’ll be removed in no time!

From the start, Jessie called me to set up a consultation and she was very kind. The facility is beautiful and clean. Jasmine and Angel attended me in person at the location in Long Beach and they were very kind as well though I did get ice burn from the ice pack I put on my skin and it continued to hurt the rest of the night.

Had my second session recently and my nurse Angel is an angel. Very patient with my endless questions and very thorough with the removal process even when I struggle from the pain. Excited to see the results as time goes on. I’m already seeing a lot of fading going on but a long way to go

So far I have only had 1 session to remove my microbladed eyebrows which had turned red. They were very cautious with the laser and explained to me to side effects that can happen with the laser. They checked a small test spot to see if there was a bad reaction to the laser before I made my decision to use them and the test spot had seemed to receive well. So far my eyebrows are fading a bit from 1 session and the color has actually changed back to its original color with less redness to it. The tattoo isn’t completely removed yet as I know that it will take more than 1 session but I’m happy with the results so far.

I had a very good experience with nurse Angel, he made me so comfortable and he explained very well how its works and what I expect, from my eyebrows laser removal very professional and i think he really cares about the clients. Thank you Angel Im for sure going back.

Unfortunately Angel got let go and he was the only reason I was going to this location. New lady is nice (this is nothing against her), I just built such a great trusting relationship with Angel that it really hurts he’s no longer there and I have to go through this extremely tough process with someone else who is completely new. Staff very professional, but the treatment will not so great. I felt that they use the lowest setting so I will return and by more settings.
