Their great! But they never have any lip jewelry or piercing lip studs so I’ve waited three weeks and they are out again and they said I can try next week but I’m just gonna go to a different place. If you have a product that is selling so well and fast get more of that product because it’s like they only buy10 and it’s like whoever gets there first gets one and the rest are outta luck. Other than that the prices are fair and people are welcoming and great.

Worked with Brittany (the tattoo artist) and Celeste (the piercer) to get a tattoo and my daiths pierced. They were both AWESOME! The tattoo came out beautifully and is healing well and the daiths are amazing. I drove an hour and a half for them and will happily make that drive again in the future to see them. Highly HIGHLY recommended

What an amazing experience i had. Customer service was outstanding. Chico was very professional. I presented him w an experience required piercing. He was so professional, went out of his way to make me comfortable. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend coming here for all things piercing/ tattoo. Thanks Chico !!!

All the employees were very kind and attentive. Chico did my eyebrow piercing and he was amazing !!! Super funny and chill guy, he did a great job at keeping me calm and distracted during my piercing! He had a very light hand and it barely hurt. He also made sure to give me all the proper care info afterwards.

Worst place ever! I went in march to get my 2nds and 3rds done on my ears. First thing was I paid for the piercings and then the front desk girl said it would be an hour after I already paid (I wouldn’t have paid if I knew the wait was that long). Finally I get in the chair and the guy is super creepy (the one with the pony tail and tan skin) I understand he is piercings my ears but he didn’t have to touch my legs as much as he did. Present day both piercings got infected and I had to remove both. Never coming back never unorganized. Stay away!!

I thought I had a well rounded educated piercer but when I first arrived and Chico choose to sit and scroll through his phone making it seem like he had to really prepare for me; considering I was the only customer in the store, ABSURD! What’s even more Absurd is when you have a nose piercing; and the artist chooses to use a big as L shaped nose ring next to the first hoop nose ring. It’s always good to get another professional’s opinion. At the end of the day; if you care for your customers wholeheartedly additional training is needed along with updated standard jewelry

Went for 2 coverups for myself and my wife. We both were quoted 700$ a piece from Chico and paid a 350$ deposit the same day and got scheduled.I ended up rescheduling then canceling my tattoo and ate the 350$ I lost I knew it was my fault no biggieChico told my wife like 4:30pm or so she got there and didn’t get started for another 30 mins to a hour later AND SHE ALSO PAID THE OTHER 350 totaling 700$.During the tattoo session he stopped to go perice walk ins and left my wife sitting waiting for him to come back to continue tattooing by 9pm he had finished the line work of the tattoo then told her “your 2 hours has finished we can get another date to finish your 2 hours and tattoo”It took us 2 WEEKS TO GET HIM TO SCHEDULE HER AND WHEN HE FINALLY DID HE HAD AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT.When she finally got scheduled he was rude as hell and said “she can come on a Thursday my Fridays and Saturdays are for new money” (i have proof of everything via screenshots) and told her to come in at 1pm on August 15th she got to the shop at 12:45 and she was told he wasn’t there yet but he would be there soon no problem she’s early.He showed up at 1:30 sat my wife down and ignored her til 3:20 when he started tattooing her and which he started again peircing walk ins.After 2 hours all he had gotten done was touched up some lines and did a small amount of color then called it done and when we messaged him about finishing the tattoo he wanted us to pay more to finish a tattoo we paid for alreadyI emailed back n forth with the owner and no help was given just more questions asked when I provided proof even when her tattoo got infected from chicos practicesSo I’m this whole processI would never recommend coming to this shop and using Chico as your artist he’s unprofessional doesn’t stand by his work and he also likes to frisk female clients as he brushed against my wife’s chest and mad a comical apology by laughing and saying “huh sorry”If anyone wants to deny these claims by the business and artist I have all the proof🙃

Chico did a great job making my daughter’s nose piercing a comfortable, professional, and calm experience.He had enough care for her to have a positive experience that he kindly, but firmly insisted that she get some food on her stomach first (from the food court) so she didn’t end up on the floor!

My daughter has wanted her septum pierced for a while now. We have had many discussions about it and as her mother was ok with it. If she changes her mind about it later in life she will have no noticeable scar and she can also hide the piercing if need be now. When we got there, Chico did not want to do it because he has principles concerning teenagers and doing too much too soon. I listened to his views and he listened to mine. I truly appreciated that he has core views and values! Chico was wonderful to work with and would definitely go back!!

I would not reccomend, I went in Sunday to get a replacement titanium L shaped piercing and was told to wait because the piercer wasn’t there . I told the cashier my nose is pierced just need a replacement and was told I still had to wait on the piercer?! How are you a business and don’t have products on hand. Keep in mind I had gotten my piercing done here. That is just ridiculous , so I waited 10 minutes no piercer and some more time passed I left. People have things to do and jobs to go to, and it is ridiculous you don’t have studs/piercings on hand , I don’t want to think she just didn’t want to sell to me or was racially profiling me just think it’s unprofessional not to have product on hand. Imagine you own a shoe store and don’t have any at your physical store and have to wait on someone to bring them to see / purchase them… totally pointless , waste of time and gas.

CHICO!!! You’ll know him by his style & love him for his confidence & professionalism. I came to get a double nostril piercing & this man made me feel so relaxed about the process. Went into the shop and spoke with Kevin on 11/13/23 , i booked an appointment and put down a deposit. He said he would send me some drawings later on that day. I sent him some ideas via text. Its been close to two weeks now 11/24/23 and i still havent heard from him or received any drawings. I called the shop twice and spoke with the shop manager. They assured me he would call me back. I could tell by speaking with the manager she was definitely inexperienced and didnt know how to run a shop. Ive been getting tattooed for close to 20 yrs and have spent about 30 k on tattoos. Ive been tattooed in different citys, states and shops. Ive never had a artist go ghost on me. To make it worse the manager was no help at all. This is by far the worst, most unprofessional shop Ive ever walked into. They give the art of tattooing a bad name. I have such little faith in this shop and this artist that im supposed to get a tattoo from Kevin in a few days and Im willing to walk away from my 50 dollar deposit and cut my losses. There are plenty of amazing artist in memphis. I gave this one a shot and deeply regret it!!!!!

Chico was amazing! I was getting my ears lobes pierced as my first ever piercing today, and Chico made it very fast and easy. He has an amazing energy and vibe that really helped calm me down a lot (Im not a big fan of needles, they scare me, so I was a little nervous)I dont currently plan any other piercings, but Chico is for sure who I would go to see if I was or if anyone asked me for suggestionsThe lady working the front counter was also very nice Im sorry I did not catch your name!

Celeste is the best! I recently had her to do my Ashley piercing and her gentleness felt like a slightly pinch. Very professional and accurate with her markings as far as piercing placements go. I wanted it right in the middle of my lip and she perfectly pierced it, center on! Like a bull’s eye on a dart board. Also very clean environment.

Guy who did my tattoo was nice which I appreciate but the tattoo completely came off by a week later and I took excellent care of it. All the words on my tattoo are gone now just looks like tiny black marks here and there. I tried to go back to get it fix but the guy at the counter was extremely rude and wouldve rather debated then try to solve the issue. I wouldnt get a tattoo here.

Im Anti-tattoo,so if the Detroit lions win the Super Bowl, i promise myself i would get the lions logo on my right shoulder. These employees had no idea what i was referring to. They quoting me $700, i told him it was smaller, $400. So they couldnt figure out price, the size, even the logo itself. Side note, the owner is rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he chooses to insult paying customers. So for any tattoo work or piercings, I do not recommend the mall location.

Accompanied my friend for a nose piercing. Celeste took great care of her and did a wonderful job. The staff was welcoming and accommodated us as soon as we walked in. Loved the store.

I paid 400 for 2 touch up sessions. After the 1st session the artist disappeared. Hope this helps

Insanely amazing concept to have an actual tattoo and piercing parlor in the mall. I loved the shop, the clerks were all super cool and the tattoo artists were awesome with quality work! If I had the chance I would have gotten one myself!

I went in to have my ear pierced and was blown away by how gentle she was. I didn’t even feel a thing. Celeste is a true artist and really takes pride in her craft. Highly highly recommend the shop and her (and most likely any of the employees) there. Will definitely be back!

I recently went in to inquire about a nose piercing and was told to come back the next day because the piecer was not there. Went the next day and the piercer on staff did not want to come out a speak to me about questions I had concerning the piercing. I was told because she didn’t pierce it and she is having a bad day. Wow!!! I advise them she did not have to look at the piercing just answer a question I had. Awful service would not recommend them to anyone.

Update:Its been a few months and over time, Im disappointed in my tattoo. When it was fresh, it was hard to see the imperfections because of the swelling. The bottom of the semicolon is missing ink in the middle. My cross is crooked and the bottom thins out instead of being a solid, steady line. There are also breaks in the ink. I paid $80 plus a tip for this tiny tattoo and have been told countless times I got ripped off. I was so happy at first, but now what should be a beautiful symbol for me makes me sad when I look at it.Very clean, employees were all friendly. My artist made sure I was happy before giving my tattoo. Brittany was my artist and did a great job and made sure to thoroughly explain my after care since this was my first. If I ever get pierced again, Ill be back!

Go see Reagan for your next piercing, she’s kind, walks you through the process, and executes the piercings wonderfully. Got my conch done, and it was almost painless. She marked it where I wanted it, and made the entire thing quick and easy.

Celstile (I am probably spelling her name wrong) did absolutely amazing with my daughter while piercing her ears! I was absolutely thrilled at how calm and gentle she was. Made her feel so comfortable. Will definitely be back if I ever decide to do piercings ❤️

I have gotten 2 piercing from pure thirteen and my daughter 2 as well. The last couple of times my girl Celeste has done the job. Thanks again and look forward to some more. Keep up the good work. Ive had two piercings here, one nipple piercing and one labret. I didnt have the same piercer twice but both of them were very kind, made sure I was okay with the placement before and after, was very thorough in telling me the dos and donts... overall a really nice experience every time

Pixi is THE BEST piercer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She made my wife feel completely at ease during her piercing and explained the procedure during its entirety. I was greeted with smiles by Zaya!! super sweet girl!! wouldn’t go here for piercings though. Chico was just rude and seemed angry to even be there. Also, be prepared to pay $80 for jewelery and be told it’s an extra charge to put it in! :-)

I got a lower side labret( from a different company) which swelled. THE person that pierced me pierced me with a shorter bar. I called all over the city for someone who could give me relief and had a longer bar. I found Pixi😁😁😁😁SHE changed my bar and took very good care of me. I cannot wait to have her do my Daith for mothers day😁👈🏾. Im so happy he fd up and sent me to her!!! All smiles here. My piercing healed very well.

Cannot recommend Mary enough!!! Got 2 tattoos done by her and am SO happy with how they turned out. She’s very professional, walked me through different options, and has clean line work. It’s a bonus that she’s super cool and made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

I wanted to go here to get my first tattoo here with my mom and best friend and a worker walked by and recorded us. For sure once and we thought she did it when she walked by again but aren’t sure. We left before we could get our tattoos because she made us so uncomfortable. The man said it was their new piercer Celeste or something along those lines

I would recommend going somewhere else if you want a professional and inexpensive experience. The prices of their jewelry is insanely high and they will charge you a service fee (and will ask for a tip) just to look at you for a second and then say they can’t help you. If they turn you away, go somewhere else, because theres a 99% chance it’s just a them problem and someone else will be able to help you (probably for a cheaper price as well). I’ve gotten turned away multiple times just to go somewhere else nearby and they can do it no issue (shout out to INKED - Memphis). I’ve also had a friend go there for a simple lobe piercing and it fell out within two days because it was not put in correctly.

After many times of getting my septum piercing, it would never stay in! I first got it done in oak court with a place called sweets years ago but they made my piercing crooked. Then the next time I got it done at my tattoo parlor I go to, but my piercing fell out when I woke up. Then I decided to try again and hope that I can keep the septum this time lol. I came here, and had Celeste do my piercing. It was quick and only painful for a couple of milliseconds. This time it stayed until one of the balls fell out and I couldnt find the hole anymore. Celeste was in Hornlake MS pure thirteen, she told me I could come over and she could check to see if the hole closed up, and she saved me! She was able to re put the piercing back in and I didnt have to go through a whole new process again. Really grateful and definitely recommend!

Celeste was amazing! My mom and I got our nose pierced and it was quick and virtually painless. I’ve had my nose pierced twice before by other shops and this was the best experience and Celeste is really sweet!

I was hesitant to let my teen get a nose piercing, but Celeste was awesome. She answered my numerous questions patiently and explained everything as she was doing it. About three weeks later, the nose ring mysteriously fell out overnight. We went back to see Celeste to buy a more secure replacement stud. Pixi has pierced my wife as well as myself and shes great! Very knowledgeable as well as gentle. Shes a true body piercer, not just someone who stabs you. Very knowledgeable as well!

My niece and I walk in the store on a Friday around noon to look at some shoes that where on display in front of the store. No one spoke at all and it was a 4-6 workers behind counter for me that was already a red flag because where is the customer service. The sign says on table to asks for assistance if you need to look for size so again no one never acknowledges us. Finally I asked for help and they all looked at me like I had three heads or something. I was ready to leave at this point but niece wanted this shoes for her Gala and finally some lady came with look like we bothering her. She went under the table and barley look for the shoe said they didn’t have the size so I asked for another shoe at this point I became irritated because it’s like I’m forcing someone to take my money. I never felt like we were wanted in the store from the beginning. Never again!!!! Customer Service Sucks or just for certain people. However I did get great Customer Service at Dillard’s!!

Celeste, the piercer, has the best attitude, customer service, and the knowledge and skills to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!!

This is, HANDS DOWN, the best tattoo place in Memphis. I have been all over Memphis. I have walked in to every tattoo shop and this is the friendliest, most accommodating shop in town. Paige at the front desk was so sweet and personable. I bought a shirt per her recommendation and I love it. ❤️ McKenna did my first tattoo and it was exactly what I wanted. I was so obsessed with her quality of work and the laid back, but quick and professional elements of my experience that I immediately scheduled my next piece. But McKenna was very honest and non-competitive about her co-workers that she said oh, Mary would love to do that piece. I messaged Mary that night and we talked extensively about the piece. She worked hard and put up with all of my tweaks and changes to this and that. I was running her ragged (Im so sorry)...but she was never rude or upset. She remained sweet and bubbly for a world record amount of time and acted like she had all the time in the world just for me. 🥰My tattoo absolutely exceeded my expectations and I will be back in two days for another piece. Im just in love with this whole shop. I want a tattoo from each artist because I think so highly of this place! Everyone in there is worth their weight in gold. Mary is a master at her craft. McKenna too! Ill be coming back until Ive run out of room for more tattoos. They are the absolute best in town. I highly recommend them.

I came here to get a second lobe piercing and my piercer, Celeste, was super quick and friendly. She gave great advice for future piercings and made the piercings super easy. Definitely coming here again!!

I recently lost my best friend, a yorkie poo named Mr. Big. For Valentine’s Day, my husband thought of the perfect gift: a tattoo to memorialize him. After going to two other parlors and ultimately leaving before the tattoo happened for one reason or another, we decided to stop into Pure 13. Mary was awesome and made sure my new tattoo was going to be exactly what I wanted. She was conscientious and meticulous! I would recommend her to anyone! Don’t hesitate to give her a shot!

I knew as soon as I walked in the door, my kind wasnt welcomed but I gave the young lady a chance to prove my thoughts. Absolutely great for getting pierced, quick and clean job. The only thing thats concerning is hearing some of the apprentices getting trash talked openly by their coworkers. Its not very professional and very concerning about how stable the workplace is.

Literally came in when they opened, was told to wait, waited 2 hours, gave my number and left. they called an hour and a half later and told me i could come get my piercing and drive all the way back up there just to be told there was no piercer. biggest waste of time ever

Worst experience of my life!!Wish I could give 0 stars.The woman pierced my nipples or should I say I tried to pierced them.She pierced them too far back and they were crooked.She seemed really zoned out.I had to run to the nearest tattoo shop and get them removed immediately.

Thanks Adam, for the tattoo you were quick. But it was overpriced for a small tattoo. Also youby the end of a tattoo experience you didnt put a bandage on. All tattoo artists are required to put bandages on once the tattoo is complete. Then again thanks for the tattoo and I love it

My friend and I called and was told to come in at 6:30. We were there by 6:15 and told that they couldnt attend us due to having too many walk ins. It was visible there was only 1 other client there at the time. We were offered another appointment and a quote. After waiting 20 minuets for the cashier not able to get anyone to help us further we left. Very unprofessional

Got a peircing here and immediately it started swelling and got really infected. Had to have hospital staff remove it it was swollen over the peircing itself. DO NOT RECOMEND GOING HERE

Spent $300 on jewelry and they wouldn’t help putting the jewelry in and wouldn’t get me a refund when nothing was ever opened And the receipt CLEARLY STATES I can get a refund. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Ive gotten a piercing and two tattoos here and i need both tattoos redone due to them being so faded. Theyre pretty cheap though and touch ups are free so yeeee
