I read so many reviews on so many places and there were a huge amount recommending Sydney so I decided to take a chance and it was the best choice!!! Sydney was extremely kind and calming and she guided me through everything. She did such an amazing job and was so quick.

Sydney is amazing! She did my conch piercing and I am so happy with the results. It is still early in the healing process but the pain went away so fast. This has to be the easiest healing process I’ve ever had. Sydney was helpful and explained everything she was doing. I love the position and the angle of the piercing. Clear aftercare instructions that are easy to follow. Looking forward to my next piercing!

Very welcoming LGBTQ+ community there which I really appreciated. I got 2 tattoos done by Eric (one being a coverup) and they turned out sick. Here are the tattoos about a week or 2 after getting them done. I also got some piercing jewelry from them and the afternoon piercer was also a super cool guy. Also, despite negative reviews, this place was as clean as can be. Literally the cleanest piercing room I have ever seen. I mean it was seriously doctor level. Tattoo artists are also always cleanly and they use and change their gloves and supplies.

Sydney is amazing and made what I thought would be sooo painful relatively painless. very sweet, knowledgeable, clean, and I can’t wait to go back to her for my next few piercings 🩷

Mark and the staff did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were considerate of the fact that I drove an hour to get there and allowed me to do some of my consultation over phone and email. He took my ideas and drew them out and worked with me until I found what I liked. The shop was clean and they went above and beyond to follow the Covid rules. He’s so easy to work with and is obviously passionate and talented. See y’all again soon!

My daughter got her nose pierced at trilogy last month and 21 years ago I got my 1st tattoo finished and colored in at trilogy.

MARK IS AWESOME I got both hands tatted by him and in Arabic writing so it wasnt easy, but he did it quick and with ease ....💙💙💯

Rico is the best! Super professional and extremely good bedside manner. The helix piercing I got yesterday was quick and relatively painless, and my ear feels great today! I’ll definitely be returning for further piercings later down the line. Shop itself is very clean and well maintained, and front desk staff are great to interact with as well. Highly recommend.

Rico did my piercings today and I was very impressed. He was very nice and I got super nervous since I’m not a fan of needles and he calmed me down.

So pissed off. I have total probably 40 tattoos. I went in here for a simple peace sign on my hand. Waited 6 hours and paid $100. 4 weeks later you can only see ONE line of the tattoo. Ive called twice and messaged 6 times on fb. My messages keep getting by read and no reply and cant get ANYONE to answer.

Went in for a cover up over the most horrible tattoo in the world. I have been told numerous times by different artists that it could not be covered. Well....Nate is the G.O.A.T.!!! Completely covered it up in the first session! Way above my expectations! Cant wait to see the results after the second session....

I came into to Trilogy on May 1st (2022) attempting a walk-in tattoo, but good things come to those who wait. They were slammed and presumably weren’t able to do it that night. Although I wasn’t able to get my piece that night, Wil took amazing care of me! She took the overall idea of my tattoo, scaled it perfectly to my desires, got me a quote and scheduled me for today, May 14th. My artist was Mark and from the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and was very kind. A bit into my tattoo, I began to feel faint (I have a small history of my blood sugar bottoming out, no matter the precautions I take) so I told him and he immediately took action and made sure I was okay, had me lay down and went to grab me a drink. I was embarrassed, as one would be and he assured me that it was entirely okay and it was much more common than I may think. I typically don’t talk a lot in new environments or around new people but with him it was so easy. He was a good sport about me being an absolute chatty kathy and when I tell you my tattoo looks AMAZING, I’m not exaggerating. Mark is absolutely amazing at what he does. I will definitely be coming to see him again!! I would give him 100 stars if I could. The first photo shown was 24h after it was wrapped between the initial wrap and the second one (edit: the second photo is 2 months healed, the photo looks wonky because of the angle lol )

Rico was phenomenal. I was nervous coming into the shop, but he made me feel really comfortable during the whole process. It was the least painful piercing I’ve ever had and my eyes didn’t even water. The piercing itself was very quick but he made sure I left knowing exactly what to do to take care of it properly. They got Best Of 2022 for a reason! Great atmosphere. Incredibly clean. Cypress did my Friday 13 tattoo and its the best Ive ever gotten. They were very professional and just cool! Their vibe was vibin. Sydneys precision in her piercings are great. I cant wait to go back!

Got my helix pierced here recently and Ive also had a second piercing in my ear lobes done here a few months ago! Sydney pierced them both and theyre healing nicely. She did an amazing job and talked me through the process so I wasnt stressed or worried about it at all. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about getting a new piercing to come here!

Got a beautiful piece done by Cypress. The atmosphere and staff were very welcoming and I would definitely go again for any future tattoos.I cannot wait to go back and get this beautiful piece colored in!

I live out of town, but I travel back to get my piercings done at Trilogy. The guy that does the piercings always is super detailed about the care of your new piercing and makes the experience as painless as possible. I plan on getting my next three piercings here!

Gotten 3 ear piercings there so far, oustanding service and very friendly staff. Also very helpful and understanding. will for sure continue to go there for any piercing needs :)

We took our daughter in to get her ears pierced. They do not take appointments so be flexible when planning. We had to wait over an hour but it was well worth it.Sydney was the piercer and she was wonderful with our young and nervous daughter. She took her time explaining everything and talking through the process. She triple checked the placement using a micrometer caliper. And when she did the actual piercing it was fast and easy. Our daughter didn’t even flinch. Well worth the time and expense ($155).

Rico is top notch! He is so smart and imparts wisdom every time he provides a piercing. His passion for the profession shows. He takes pride in his work. Trilogy has been my go-to location since the early 2000s. Everyone was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Thank you Trilogy - you are truly a hometown gem!

We got my 10-year-olds ears pierced here and it was an incredibly smooth experience. Very nice piercer who clearly had experience with nervous kids and exuded a lovely, calm energy.

The staff is amazingly friendly. Ive gone to Eric for three of my tattoos (my Nefertiti portrait, my broken heart piece and lady on the rose along with a retouch).

Best experience with a piercing ever! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else ever again. The jewelry was pricey and the wait time was about 2hrs for walk in piercings, but honestly all worth it. I have many piercings already, and any other shop I’ve been to didn’t even come close to Trilogy. The wait time was so long because Rico takes so much time with each customer. He is incredibly thorough with explaining the whole process and what he is going to do. He helps you with breathing techniques and explains to you why he uses them. He talks to you the whole time and we felt so safe and comfortable with him. Every other piercer I’ve went to were never as caring about their job and customer as Rico. Usually they don’t talk much and if they see you already have several piercings they just assume you already know the drill and aren’t nervous, so they don’t really acknowledge you. This was the total opposite. He is also so fast at piercing that you don’t even really have time to process it and through it all he continues to help you stay calm and breathe. 10/10 experience!

Very COVID-safe with masking in the piercing room. Excellent sterility for procedures and availability for follow-up questions.

I went to Trilogy to get my lobes pierced. It was my first piercing ever (at age 22) so I was quite nervous. They got me in quickly and were very efficient. It was a little pricey ($150 for mid range earrings) but my experience was good. I have had issues in the past with fainting or feeling faint during and after experiences with needles, and I was concerned this could happen again. Immediately after both of my piercings were done (which was only slightly painful) I felt woozy and my color changed very quickly. Sydney and the other women there reacted quickly, helping me to lie down and getting me a coke and candy bar to help with my blood sugar. They also put a cold compress on my neck to help me, which was very nice. I was so embarrassed but having such thoughtful professionals around was great. Thanks Sydney and everyone at Trilogy!

The absolute worst customer service from the girl with blonde hair at the front desk. We wanted to give the artist artistic freedom speak about the way they like to tattoo, see photo references and we were turned away. She couldn’t tell us who may be available and wouldn’t take our information to contact. at anytime without a tattoo photo.Seems she just didn’t want our business so we left.

Awesome staff! Nate was amazing! Im from out of town, was able to email art and set everything up over the phone for our trip. Went smoothly and turned out great!

Please do not come here if you are pressed for time. We waited over two hours for ONE single piercing which is insane.

My appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:40 and was told there backed up. Then at 3:30 was told the artist added her own spice to my design which was completely different than what I asked for. I then had to wait another hour for her to resketch my original design. I found that very frustrating because I don’t understand why I was not informed about the change in my design before she went ahead and did it.

The piercer was really nice and discussed the process from start to end. I was nervous about my nose piercing even though I have other piercings. The wait staff was amazing also, so I would definitely go back for other piercings.

This past weekend my daughter (9) & I went to get piercings. Ear lobes for her, a helix for me. We saw Sydney & she was SO wonderful! She was fun, professional, and very informative with our procedures & aftercare. My daughter later remarked that she really appreciated that Sydney really took the time to make sure she knew what was happening & felt comfortable the whole time. 10/10 service!

Rico is amazing!! He pierced my navel which had been poorly done by another piercer a couple years ago. He talked me through the whole process and gave extremely detailed after care instructions. I would recommend anybody visit Rico to get pierced!

Sydney is a fantastic and very professional piercer. I have an unusual piercing… It is a double tragus in my right ear. It could be hard to work with because my ears are tiny, and the piercings are only about a quarter inch apart. Regardless of the possible difficulty, Sydney has helped me with my piercings for several years now. Anytime I want to change them out, or have to have them re-installed, she takes great care of me, and always stands behind her work. She even contacted me about one of my piercings, to let me know she had a piece to install in it that would make it more comfortable. Sydney goes above and beyond to take care of her customers, and give them exactly what they ask for. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about how to care for your piercings. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend trilogy, and especially Sydney.

One of the ladies working the front yesterday was extremely rude and unprofessional to my brother who was visiting from out of town. Extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. Ive never felt more unwelcome in a business before. Save a trip and a headache and go to Inked down the street.

Just had my 8 yr olds ears pierced. Rico was amazing! He had her do breathing exercises, showed her the tools, and gave her encouragement. Store was very nice, good price for professional piercing and jewelry. Will definitely be back when i have my next tattoo figured out.

Great Service. Went in on a Saturday night to get a few ear piercings and was serviced by Rico. The wait wasnt too bad. He sure knows his stuff. He was quick, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and highly recommended. I will definitely go see him when Im ready for more. The young lady up front was very nice as well.

I had my first tattoo done with Darby, she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She talked .e through every step and I feel like I learned a ton while getting a beautiful piece added to my body. 10/10 would recommend!

I got a cartilage and a tragus piercing almost 6 months ago and i have had endless trouble with both. Both have piercing bumps and infection. i have cared for them exactly as i was instructed, and even returned to the shop later to see if there was anything more i could be doing to help them heal. i was told to keep cleaning and that eventually my body would “get used to the piercings.” i have over 8 piercings and have never had this kind of trouble. i don’t know where exactly it went wrong, but i would highly recommend finding a different shop and saving yourself the trouble.

My daughter had her ears pierced at Trilogy several years ago and we had a great experience. We have tried 4 times to go back for a second ear piercing but each time there has been an issue. Each time we have called ahead and we were not given the correct information. We gave up tonight and went to No Regrets and we dont have any regrets. We had a great experience there.

So ! When I came into the shop I was greeted by grace! Grace has been really helpful and all the other tattoo artists seems really cool. But Rico did my septum piercing which he did himself and he also look at my other nose piercings as well which another person did. He briefly explain to me how the septum piercing works, how my septum piercing is going to look during different stages( including after a few months, and year ) , Alternatives ways to clean my nose piercings, Rico also told me! How many times max I can flip my septum piercing up when I first get it, and after some time pass, and so much more.I 10/10 would recommend Mr.Rico I shall be coming back to Mr.Rico to get more piercings done!Side note: When you get into trilogy they also have music playing which did help set me at ease! Instead of being nervous about having a needle inside my nostril lol.

My wife and daughter have both gotten piercings from Rico at Trilogy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rico really takes the time to walk through what is happening and how to care for a piercing. Im also glad that theyre still taking precautions with mask wearing and limiting the number of people in the building.

Love the staff! They always make me feel welcome. Have let my daughter get 2 different piercings and both guys were very professional and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. Eric is also an amazing tattoo artist. He did a dragon on my lower leg from the idea in my head and I have never been more happy with my money spent. ASK FOR RICO!!!!!!This was single-handedly the best experience Ive ever had getting a piercing. Inked Memphis is just across the street and as soon as I walked into Trilogy, I knew I had made a mistake ever going into Inked. Inked did my piercing wrong and it hadnt been healing properly because THE PIERCING WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. Needless to say, as soon as the piercing experience began in Trilogy, I knew this was the place I would continue going to for any future piercing or tattoo needs. Rico cleaned and sanitized every instrument. He wore gloves. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND MY BEST FRIEND AS TO WHY WE NEED TO DO THINGS AND WHY WE SHOULDNT DO OTHERS. He even gave us his personal phone number so we could ask him any questions we had!He gets most of his money through tips and you best believe he got a big one for him and his baby girl!Amazing job, Rico. Ill be back soon.

I wanted my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced somewhere professional so my friend recommended Trilogy. Since we have to drive an hour away, I called the day before I went and asked if they would have a piercer, what all we would need to bring and what times I could come. When my daughters and I arrived at 12 pm on a Saturday, I was told that they were only down to one piercer and they could get me in at 2 pm. Rico was very professional and I thought it wasnt such a bad experience. He gave me his number and said I could text him when we needed a change out. Several months passed and one earring fell out but we could not get the right earring out. I text the number that I was given for Rico and I got a you have the wrong number response. I called Trilogy and asked if they could help us out and they said they could. I asked what time they were open since I was driving an hour and they said they opened from 3 pm - 11 pm. When my daughters and I arrived at 3:30 pm, I texted Trilogy and they said they could get me in at 8:30 pm. HA! I told them I had driven an hour to Memphis with my 2 daughters and I couldnt just hang around for 5 HOURS. The lady said they were first come first serve and got booked up pretty fast and sorry for the inconvenience. They opened at 3 and booked up for 5 hours in 30 minutes time? I guess since I wasn’t going to buy another pair of $75 earrings, they didn’t want to bother with us. Thankfully, I found another piercer who was glad to help out a stressed mama and her kiddos. I would not recommend Trilogy at all.

They have done numerous piercings for me since 2015. Jason and Ricardo take great care of their clients.I especially like that you can pick out your jewelry. You have jewelry options here; higher-end, mid range & economy..... not the plain-Jane stuff most other shops use...that you cant wait to replace.

Overall a great experience!! Ricardos reputation as a piercer is well earned, he is experienced, knowledgeable and talented. I am happy with my piercing experience and placement of the septum ring; it was a clean and sterile environment and medical procedure. I left feeling informed and confident about the after care and look forward to returning for my next piercing in a month. (The pictures are from same day as piercing.)

Got my very first tattoo here. Mark, my tattoo artist, did a wonderful job and was very nice. He was extremely patient and understanding even through all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Mark! The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful too. The pricing was fair, the shop was clean and sanitary, which was very important. They tend to get pretty busy, so I would definitely recommend an appointment versus trying to get a tattoo done on a walk-in. I would recommend this shop and Mark to anyone looking for quality tattoo work in a clean and friendly environment.

I got my nostril piercing done by Ricardo. Hes incredibly professional but easy to talk to and very helpful and specific. Follow his after care directions- they really work! I also recommend getting the saline spray he recommends. H2Ocean is fantastic!Edit: still havent found any place better for piercings than this one. Rico is still my favorite piercer ever and they always do such a great job and have friendly service! Ive gotten a nostril, septum, industrial, and conch done now!

I got my nose pierced yesterday by Ricardo(Rico) he is the best !! He is very professional he double checks and makes sure you like your piercing placement before he starts lets you see all the tools he will use and let’s you know every step of the way and great at explaining after care for your piercing!

I got my nose pierced there yesterday. The lady was very helpful with helping me chose the stud for my nose and explaining everything. They were a little busy but the wait time wasnt that bad. Im not sure how long but know it was less than an hour. Jason, who pierced it, was very friendly and and explained everything to me as he was doing it and how to care for my piercing. I would definitely go back 😊

Got my piercings there 2 weeks ago and was definitely at ease during the whole process thanks to Sydney Barakat! Great placement, minimum pain, and theyre doing great healing up.Small tip: Take 2 ibuprofen before you get anything pierced anywhere because it makes a huge difference.

My wife and I walked in to Trilogy to get her nose pierced. We were taken aback by the covid protocols. It’s summer 2022 y’all. 99.9% of places including health care providers do not ask for vaccination cards and do not require masks anymore. A little weird and completely irrational that it is still required nowadays. It wouldn’t be as big of a deal, but some of the employees didn’t have their masks over their nose. But whatever.My wife got her nose pierced by Syd(I think I heard the name right) who was amazing and super friendly, entertaining and patient during the piercing process. I was let in the back room for moral support for my wife(who has extreme anxiety and other related issues). We were given tips and suggestions on what to buy to help the healing process. I would recommend this piercer 10x over. Real pleasant experience.After the piercing my wife wanted to get the tattoo that shes been wanting for awhile. Super simple line wave. She got the quote, paid, signed the paper work and was told to come back in a few hours. Cool. We came back a few hours later. And although we were in and out in like 30 mins the experience wasn’t as stellar as the first one a few hours before. Staff was a little rude to my wife, again staff not fully wearing masks over their nose yet the customer is required to wear the mask. The tattoo artist then wouldn’t allow me in the room with my wife for moral support. That was never said once during the process. Nothing was posted in the shop. Nothing on the paperwork she signed that said I couldn’t be in the room. Your shop, your rules I get it, but had we known that was your “policy” we wouldn’t have gotten the tattoo here. Also if this is your “policy” why was I let in the back with the piercing session? This would have been her first tattoo together with me. My wife even asked for a simple photo of her getting tattooed. The artist replied no. To avoid confrontation and wasting everyone’s time my wife went ahead and got the tattoo and she’s happy with it overall. But I do feel like you guys could have communicated better and post these “policies” around the shop. The arbitrary made up “policy” ruined what otherwise would have been a good experience for me and my wife that we were looking forward to experiencing it TOGETHER. Guess not. I would be giving 1 star to this place but Syd (again I think that was the name) deserves 5 stars.

I went in to get an industrial and a navel piercing and both turned out great! Ricardo was very thorough, took his time with me, and did an excellent job. I expected the industrial to hurt quite a bit but he was quick and accurate and it was done before I knew it! My navel piercing also turned out great; its centered well and it didnt even bleed!

I got my lobes repierced and must i say, the staff is amazing and inclusive. Very friendly very professional. I personally might come back to Memphis JUST to go to them again in the future XD.The peircer was quick to help me when i felt faint and nauseous and explained everything in detail. He was quick and it was painless!I highly recommend this business and definitely will be coming back.

Ive been to Trilogy many times over the years. The desk service is good enough and the jewelry selection is ok, but the tattoo artists and piercers are fabulous.Rico is the head piercer and he is just fabulous. Hes done several of my piercings and he did my daughters ears when she was around 8 years old. They will pierce the lobes of children who are old enough to ask to get it. Their consent is important. However, make sure your kid is ready, because there is a no refund policy if your kid backs out. This happened to a friend of mine.Ive gotten 2 tattoos by Nate, who is a great artist and a really cool dude.Overall, I love Trilogy. Its my spot for body mods.

I got some snake bite piercings from this place back is 2013. They were great. They have a great reputation and are well known. They are super respectful and very easy to talk to. I’ll be getting quite a few tattoos from this place. They are not judgmental about 1488 like my hometown shop is. Love y’all 💯

I was a little nervous about getting my 2nd and 3rd tattoos here because of the reviews and a less than assuring encounter with the people at the front desk, but I decided to wait and meet with the artist before I wrote this place off and I am so glad that I did! Eric gave me two awesome tattoos that were better than I had imagined and he treated me right and made sure the people at the front desk took care of me. I do think the appointment and telephone service needs a little help, but the artists are most definitely worth it!

Always a great experience. I got a Rook piercing from Rico...he talked me right through it, and I barely felt it. This guys knows his piercing and is fast, precise, and awesome.My husband got a tattoo from Sarah, again, not the first time with her either. We were not disappointed. His tattoo is beautifully lined and Im sure will heal well. I have my appointment set for next week, and I have no doubt I will have a good cry over that one too...mostly happy tears anyway. Both tattoos are for our cat that recently crossed the rainbow bridge, and so no matter how lovely Sarahs work is, there will be a little sad there.

I went in to get my conch and tragus pierced and I was greeted by the receptionist. She immediately calmed my nerves. She helped me pick out jewelry and I got signed in. I had to wait about 30 minutes which was fine. Rico did both piercings and with his breathing techniques, the tragus was painless and the conch had minimal pain! Rico was very informative and I’m glad I chose Trilogy for my piercing needs. I suggest anyone who is afraid of the pain to go see Rico. He will definitely take care of you!

LOVE this shop, today on 1/2/19 I walked in for a daith piercing and navel piercing. Jason was my piercer being such a great guy. Awesome customer service. Super professional and so easy to talk too! I was done in just minutes. Very sanitary just a great experience overall ! Definitely recommend!

I’ve used Trilogy 3 times and its been fairly decent but on my 3rd visit i was extremely disappointed. Customer service(front desk) was not friendly, welcoming and almost made us miss our appointment (told us one time but wrote another). Young lady practically made my partner and I feel unwelcome. Just might have been my last time there. Thank you anywas.

I got pierced by sydney about six weeks ago. the covid protocol felt really safe and the shop was very clean. sydney went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understand the process. she has good energy that puts you at ease. she’s clearly very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. i reached out to her today with a question about aftercare and she responded immediately. i love great customer service and she definitely has that! i’m really happy overall with my piercings and my experience.

Fantastic place to get a piercing done! I came in today (6/14/19) to get my septum pierced at 4pm, unfortunately was turned away because the piercer on shift didn’t do septum piercing but one who could would be in at 6. While a little let down I couldn’t get it right then, I was glad they didn’t just tell me to take a seat and wait two hours.I came back at 7pm and talked with them again, filled everything out, paid, and sat down for maybe 2 minutes tops before I was called back.Kasey was my piercer. She was absolutely professional and made me feel as if I was at home. I saw the entire process (aside from the needle). Clean gloves every single time she touched something other than me (maybe twice), sterile packaging for the needle and jewelry. She cleaned everything (my nose) really well. Talked me through every single step. The pain was virtually nothing, I was so surprised. She even got me a cup of water for when I got lightheaded!As I was getting less faint (even though it didn’t hurt I still get lightheaded from overthinking), she thoroughly went through the cleaning and healing process (and a sheet of paper with those instructions), even walked me through flipping the jewelry up before I left the shop.10/10 would definitely come back again for my future piercings!

I took my 12-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and Sydney was amazing. She made her feel at ease, and it was quick and painless. Sydney was very professional, and I highly recommend her for your piercing needs.

I got my Tragus piercing here last year and I had the best experience with my piercer, Rico. He was very knowledgeable and very reassuring. He let me know what pain to expect and what to do for aftercare. I am going back soon for my next one. I definitely recommend this place and Rico.

Wife waited over a month for her consult, then made an appointment for 2 weeks later. Only to show up today, after waiting for over an hour checking in via text. To be told that the lady behind the counter made the mistake and canceled her appointment. And they did not refund the $75. So you can make the mistake and keep our money....... Go elsewhere, was originally pleased with other ink they have done for us, but will be finding another location solely based on customer service.

Me and my wife went here for our first tattoo. We were both a little nervous. The whole experience was great. I believe Sarah did my wifes tattoo and Mark did mine. Both of them were friendly and explained the whole process. Before going in make sure you have an idea or picture of what you want. That will make the whole process go smooth. I would highly recommend this place. We did not have an appointment went we went. Probably a good idea if you plan on getting a large tattoo.

I got my nose pierced by Sydney and I’m in love! Elliot and Sydney are insanely sweet and I never want to go anywhere else. It was a easy and painless process and the two of them were wonderful!

If I could give 0 I would. Place had roaches staff was unprofessional dressed in skimpy skin all out outfits and very rude. I took hand drawn sketches of my own art to get quotes for tattoos she took my art and got a quote but then wouldnt let me have my drawings back. They were so rude and unprofessional. The place was also NOT biohazard friendly. Needle on the floor is a definite no business from me. IF YOU WANT CLEAN LOW RISK OF INFECTION this place aint for you.

Came to Trilogy Tattoos as part of a last minute decision to get a new tattoo while in Memphis. They were VERY friendly! They spoke to us immediately and looked at our designs. They had them printed out and sized and priced within mere minutes. The shop was busy but they never failed to pay attention to their clients both in the waiting room and at the counter.Their pricing was VERY reasonable and fair -- I would even go so far as to say extremely affordable. I overheard the pricing of the piercings and I would have to say the same was true about the prices of their piercings. I myself did not get pierced but MANY other people did while we were there and the piercers studio was very clean. He was very efficient too. He got clients in and out as quickly as was necessary while still making sure to spend as much time with the client as they needed. It was a private piercing room so you cannot see the piercing being done from the waiting room. I think thats important. Some people get intimate piercings and dont want their privacy compromised. Trilogy obviously understood that and made the necessary accommodations.The artist we used stayed late to do one of our tattoos and then offered to come in on his off day to do our other tattoo -- thats great service! He was fast, efficient, friendly, funny, and he did great work. I enjoyed the sessions with him so much that I would absolutely make a trip back to Memphis to be tattooed by him at Trilogy again. I can highly recommend Trilogy Tattoos if youre in the Memphis area and looking for a tattoo or piercing!

Ricardo is an amazing piercer. He did a wonderful job with my lip piercing! Very imformative and showed me how to take care of it. He is also very professional! Highly recommend him! Also, piercing can walk in and depending on the piercing and jewelry is different prices. I believe the prices start at $50.

I just got my first tattoo here and it was a wondeful experience. I went in earlier today and just asked about pricing and where they recommended a good location for the small tattoo i wanted. They were really patient with me, answered my questions, and were just so nice. They also told me how much it would cost and it was a very reasonable price. When i came back after having thought about it for a while, they were just as patient and kind as before and worked me in quickly! The tattoo artist that did mine (Cole) was SO nice and answered my questions and did an incredible job. Great customer service and i am in love with my first tattoo!!

My husband and I walked in to get tattoos during vacation. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Our tattoo artist was Fifi (I might have spelled her name wrong) and she was AMAZING! Our tattoos are absolutely gorgeous, she was very funny, and made our experience a pleasant one. The shop was very clean and well kept.

I live in baton rouge now (Memphis is my hometown) but I will make a special trip to get any work done because I know itll be great.

Contacted Trilogy on Instagram and by calling before coming by and they were prompt to reply and very professional. The place felt very clean, from covid protocols to the piercing room. Got a simple ear piercing by Sydney. She was great - she measured spacing with calipers so they were even, and when I had a question about something she explained why she put the hole where she did, she talked through everything she was doing and went over aftercare with me afterwards in detail. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I prepaid for an industrial piercing, and waited 2 HOURS only for them to tell us NO because her ears are kind of small and for us to get a refund at the counter. Ive seen much smaller ears pierced elsewhere with no problem. Now I cant get her to commit to trying again:{

Scheduled a tattoo for Saturday August 22. I got a call while in route to Trilogy in Memphis saying my artist was sick and in the hospital. Trilogy had to cancel my appointment for Saturday August 22. I called another local shop since I was already in Memphis to get it done. I asked for a refund on the deposit and was told that I could not get a refund. I could understand not getting a refund if I cancel or don’t show up. Not very good Customer Service.

I visited Trilogy after losing a 6G tunnel in my sleep and wanted something to keep my ear stretched until I find my old earring. The plug and tunnel selection is very limited and their piercer tried to tell me my ear closed up to a 12G already. After waiting for 30 minutes to have him swap me out, I left with my new ugly plugs and had my whole restretched within a minute after returning home. Kinda concerns me that a professional piercer would be so incredibly mistaken about something as simple as an ear plug.In other news, I totally respect their COVID protocols.

My mom had an appointment booked with trilogy for weeks and she showed up the day of her appointment and they never put her on the schedule and would not refund her deposit! Super unprofessional. Save your time and money and go to “No Regrets” they’re great!

My tattoo artists name was Erin. She drew such a beautiful design off of just a couple pictures and a short conversation. She was really patient with readjusting the stencil. Her station and tools all looked really clean and she gave helpful, thorough aftercare instructions.

Ricardo was my piercer for my navel, and he was very helpful. The piercing experience was almost painless and he was great at describing the after care. Everyone was kind and respectful. Definetly will be back for future piercings.

The staff was friendly and my tattoo artist was professional and skilled, but I will not be returning. It was my first tattoo and was (maybe) the size of a quarter and they charged me $80 (mind you it was just stick figures). Everyone Ive spoken to told me they heavily overcharged me and when I got rates from other shops they were significantly cheaper. I dont know if its that they knew it was my first and I didnt know better or if they were feeling particularly stingy, but in retrospect it pissed me off.

My right nostril was done by Sydney and my septum and left nostril was done by Rico both very amazing and Ashley switched my septum jewelry for me currently don’t have pictures but she was the sweetest I love this place have had no problems and will get all my future piercings here!!

I recently texted and emailed expressing that I wanted a tattoo. I never contact shops until I know I can financially afford it, as one responsible customer should always do. I said what I wanted, and I wanted to move forward with scheduling once I was told the price. No response, never got a response back. Like covid has made these shops so stupid and unprofessional with contacting customers. This is like the 2nd time I’ve been asking for a simple tattoo. It’s frustrating to not be able to get a simple lettering tattoo. Guess they didn’t want to do a tattoo under $200?

I went to get my ear pierced requesting for a conch and the guy that took care of me was so cool and explained everything. They had plenty of options from which stud I could get. I am happy that I went there!

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. The lady was so rude and unprofessional and it was so uncalled for. I told her to set my appointment at one time and she took it upon herself to set it at a different time even after I repeatedly said the time I wanted and needed. When I showed up for my appointment, she said she remembered me calling but forgot to change the time so I could not get my tattoo. There was no apology what so ever just strict attitude. They lost 3 customers today because of her attitude and unprofessionalism.

I had got my industrial here. Jason had did it. He was amazing I didn’t feel the second hole at all and he explained what I needed to do to clean it and how to take care of it. He put me in ease despite how nervous I was. It was actually a lot better then I had thought n in the videos I’ve seen. I’ll be coming back.

Sidney pierced my daughters nose today. She explained everything in detail to me and my daughter. Sydney explained how my daughter should breathe during the piercing. Super patient and sweet!!!!!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Friendly staff. The priecer did a wonderful job of comforting and controlling her fear. Id like a bit more communication other than paying and being asked to have a seat and then an hour later having to go to the counter to get any sort of eta. Apparently, the morning pirecer left shortly after we signed in and we waited for the evening guy. Would have been nice to know that and I would have just come back as apposed to sitting and staring at the wall for 75 minutes.

I currently have 8 tattoos. 4 from 1 artist and 4 from other artists. I even have 1 tattoo from an artist at Trilogy. I am ready for a new tattoo, so I researched the artists work and really enjoyed Darbys work. Made a consultation appointment for April 5. I enjoyed my short time with Darby and made the appointment to get the tattoo May 10. I was excited. I put my $75 deposit and waited for the day.Then (4/23) I posted a very filtered post to 15 of my Facebook friends asking if I should expect the artist to show me the drawing before I showed up to the appointment. These were 15 people that I trusted to tell me to just chill, and that is exactly what happened. I was still very excited to get a tattoo from Darby.I had a random friend that works at Trilogy in some capacity that somehow told Darby some sketchy stuff about my limited Facebook conversation and now Darby has terminated my appointment and does not want to work with me. Kinsley Patterson was a rando friend on my Facebook - never met nor spoke to her ever. Kinsley even commented positively on the limited conversation and I thanked her for the feedback. That was Friday 4/23.That same night Darby terminates me, Kinsley blocks me and I am left with WEEKS of wasted time on an artist/shop that did not even talk to me. They took whatever Kinsley said and that was that.I type all of this to say - Ive seen good work come out of Trilogy - but the weird vibe from this situation should be embarrassing to the shop. This is childish behavior, at best. Not professional. Terrible vibe. Beware.

I went to trilogy a couple months ago to get my belly button pierced unfortunately my body rejects the jewelry. I was unaware of this when I came in and they refused to take my money because they actually cared enough and did not want my body to scar up. Even though I was a little disappointed, the workers there were really nice and showed me other options. I was overall very happy to know they care about their customers and arent out for just money.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and my artist, Mike, did amazingly with the art and ink. He was even kind enough to go back over my jackal tattoo when I said the lines were blotchy. Everything was moderately priced and overall, a great experience.

The staff and artists are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always perform sterile sanitary practices when working. If you want to have something done correct, and artists and staff that are honest and frank with you, sincere and genuine about what they do and say, take time to answer questions, and make you feel comfortable, then Trilogy is where you want to go.

Called over the phone to see if I needed to make an appointment for a tattoo (already had in mind exactly what was going to be done). The lady said we didnt need an appointment and to come right in first come first serve. This tattoo was going to be for my mom, so I came for support. When we drove all the way there, the same lady told us we needed to schedule an appointment for a tattoo... The woman at the desk also kept talking to ME instead of acknowledging my mom WHO WAS THE CUSTOMER. I felt like that was rude and disrespectful to my mom. Shes not a child and doesnt need me to translate for her, shes not stupid. The staff made it so difficult just to schedule an appointment and when the day finally came two weeks later... They said the artist didnt have time to do her tattoo.My first tattoo was done here in 2011. Trilogy has horrible customer service now, never coming back or recommending this place again.EDIT: In response to Barb Listengart... I was NOT told that. I had my septum pierced here by Caity (January 2015) and my rook done by Ricardo (April 2015). My septum was my first piercing ever done with a needle/at a tattoo parlor. Ive got a somewhat low pain tolerance when it comes to piercings or needles in general (medical or not), and both experiences were practically painless. I felt absolutely nothing when Caity pierced my septum and she aligned it perfectly. She was very kind and thorough about how the piercing is done and the healing process.Ricardo was kind as well, although he was not very thorough on the healing process and how to take care of the piercing afterwards (luckily, I knew how to care for it due to my septum). He was a little heavy-handed with the marker and needle, but it was bearable. All I felt was a little pinch as he pierced my rook.I was a bit nervous before I got each piercing, but both were nice enough to let me take a minute or two to relax before they did the piercings.I have had no problems whatsoever out of either piercings so far. I will not go anywhere other than Trilogy for any piercings from here on out.

They have a sign at the door stating to text a specific number and they will call. I waited over 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to call. When they finally called someone stated it would be another 20 minutes b4 I could come in. I just wanted to purchase a nose ring. Ive been there on 3 separate occasions. Each time the same thing happens. Needless to say, I didnt purchase a nose ring. I wont be returning.

I love the staff so sweet. Theyve even helped me out BC I live in Arkansas and was a dollar short and I was so embarrassed and she reassured me that it happens and covered the $1 for me since I just drove from Arkansas. The only problem I have is I have had to go up there twice and pay $5 for him to change my ring BC me nor anyone I have try can ever get it off and I want to be able to do that from home. Received very poor customer service at this shop when I tried to come in for a consultation. I was requesting a specific artist. The woman at the front counter went to the back to speak with him and then came to tell me that he had no interest in doing it. On top of that, she said she thought it wasnt a good idea for a design. The rudeness of her response really put me off. I was stunned, so it took a moment to gather my thoughts.When I went to this shop, I went in with a certain degree of flexibility on the execution of the piece and the subject matter. It was intended to be a cover up, and I knew it would take some time and conversation to settle on something that would work for the piece and for my body. I was not expecting to be talked down to. The front-counter girl continued to tell me that the artist wasnt doing a lot of geo designs right now and that he preferred to do custom work. (This would have been a custom piece...?) She added that he was pretty booked but did not offer to say how soon he would be available for appointments. (I have scheduled tattoos months in advance, as I have no problem waiting for a tattoo from an artist I admire.)I suggested another idea I had considered for this tattoo, but the woman seemed disinterested. She just reinforced that she didnt think the artist would want to do it. She asked me if I wanted her to speak with anyone else. At this point I thanked her and left.Im extremely disappointed, because I have followed this tattoo artists work for years and Ive heard such wonderful things about this shop. I just left with such a bad taste in my mouth after this experience. Probably wouldnt go back.

I got a second lobe piercing and they were very professional and I could tell they have been piercing ears for a long time. It was a little pricey ($150) but Im glad I got it here. The person who pierced my ears has a work phone number that he only gives to his clients incase they have any questions after they leave. The whole staff was very friendly, I HIGHLY recommend!!

I had a picture perfect experience with the artist who gave me my tattoo. It was a very small script tattoo of my late friends initials. I am giving 4 stars to Trilogy because of the treatment I received from one female in particular working behind the counter. She was so smug and down right disrespectful and not shy about showing that she disapproves of you. I was moments away from leaving and never coming back many times while I was in the lobby as my tattoo artist prepared. I almost left so many times because I felt like the woman behavior behind the front desk was only going to get worse.Hrmph.

Safely removed my rejecting naval piercing and gave professional advice on how to heal my belly button scar. Also recommended I get a titanium rod next time if I try again because of my metal allergy.

DO NOT SUPPORT this business!!! The shop, owner, shop manager and employees are RACIST towards Black women. I had to call the police to get a police report! The owner constantly cursed and interrupted me when I was trying to explain and get an understanding about a Monroe piercing I received in September. I was not given the correct information in September about my piercing and instead of trying to come to a mutual agreement with me, she disrespectd, cursed and called security on me. I in return called MPD for a police report of the entire event.

Ive been going to Trilogy for years and I have never had one bad experiance. Inger has stretched my ear lobes for me I cant tell you how many times, shes also done one of my nostrils, my septum, and my industrial piercing. Ive had some minor problems with my lobes, but Im Diabetic and I have trouble keeping anything like that up. Everything Inger and the ladies up front have ever recommended me to do because of my Diabetes and new piercings has given me nothing but success! Jason Owens and Nathan Parten do my tattoos and I wouldnt go to ANYONE else!!

I paid for the consult made the appointment ,showed up to my appointment 30 mins early after waiting was told whoops Im sorry I never wrote it down after trying to reschedule the appointment they put no effort into trying to get me in for a reschedule quickly as for it was thier mistake not mine right?put all effort into letting me know my deposit was not refundable! Very poor service! And litte customer care! Word of mouth travels along way....

Absolutely love Marks work. He did a cover up for me that was horrid before. Its been 4 yrs and no fading as well as he made it look so much better. Thanks Mark! Also got an ear cartlidge done here and it was perfect.

I needed a clear retainer for my nose piercing. The piercer put the retainer in for me. Also discussed some concerns I had. I also needed a clear retainer for my Monroe piercing... But they didnt have any.

I got an industrial piercing by James the day after Christmas. There was a wait but was not long at all. James was super awesome and knowledgeable. Great experience!

The staff their are amazing. As soon as I get the money I will get a tattoo there. The few people t hgt at do the piercings are wonderful.

They lady was very nice polite, but she said they have limited time asked me what I wanted and when told her she was OK with it. Printed off my tattoo asking what size I wanted and once I told her decided she didnt have time for my size... Thats quite annoying!

I had my nose ring damaged, and was told to apply umi oil so that a bump wouldnt form. Mind you I did not have a bump at the time of the visit. AFTER applying that b.s to my piercing IT MADE/ CREATED a bump on my nose ring. Its so Fu***** ugly!!!!!!!! Idk what to do. :( I wasted my money putting my trust in these ppl. I dont think they aw dat anyway. Tattoo Spot is WAY BETTER! Wish I wouldve let them pierce me instead of these folks! And NEVER put my trust in Trilogy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came in to get a small curved barbell for the web of my tongue, but because they do not perform the piercing, they would not sell me a jewelry for it which doesn’t make any sense considering I’d be putting it in myself, and I don’t see how they’d be liable for a piece of jewelry… Later on heard from a person who previously been there that the cashier was just bullcraping me.

One of the best tattoo/piercing shops in Memphis. Ive gotten 2 tattoos and a nose piercing here. These guys know what theyre doing. Definitely recommend

The guy at the front was really rude. Dont know his name or anything. The guy who pierced me was really cool tho. He talked to me the entire time and made the experience very pleasant...I didnt even realize when he finished.

Was in Memphis 2 years ago with some family. We went around different tattoo parlors trying to get matching tattoos. Trilogy turned us away, refusing to accept our business. Not recommended.

I’ve got a bunch of piercings done here. I have had two tattoos done. I was worried about the one on my foot, but it hasn’t even faded. My cousin went somewhere else and has had to have hers redone twice.

Rico is the absolute best. Went to Trilogy last night to get my nose pierced - he was so informative and professional.

Took the artist an hour to set up for a simple tattoo, but once called the the back, he reeked of marijuana and his pupils were as big as dimes. So turns out the hour wait was so that he could get high.

Got my tragus pierced here by Caity about two months ago, she was wonderful! Very friendly, informative, and professional! Great atmosphere and customer service.. I highly recommend this place!!

I called to ask about a tattoo, and the lady that ansanswe the phone was extremely rude. Didnt give me any time to ask a question. When I started to ask something, her response was youre just going to have to come into the shop, theres a line at the door, and hung up. I live about an hour away.
