Got 4 lobe piercings (two on each ear) done by Abby and she did a great job! She and her mentor took the time to make sure placement was perfect. We made a few adjustments based on my feedback and it turned out great! The shop is very clean and they take hygiene seriously. I felt comfortable with Abby which is saying something because I’m a big baby around piercings! Will definitely be back when I work up the courage to do a cartilage piercing.

I came in to get my piercing looked at because it was hurting and the tech explained that the hoop i switched to got stuck and my piercing hole was closing! She was very gentle and attentive with me and helped put my original stud in so i can restart the healing process. I’m so grateful i found the right place that made me feel safe and at ease about the process!

Angie and Nova have done piercings for me and my boyfriend and we love them all! All of the experiences we’ve have, have been wonderful! Can’t wait to keep coming back!

I had nothing but pleasant experiences here, I came here as a desperate last minute attempt to save my lip piercings from some really oversized jewelry I was given by a different piercing shop. I called and told them I was really struggling and they made arrangements and helped me the whole way, every single staff member Ive met has been an absolute dream to work with and I have so much love in my heart for them. Went in on Friday the 13th and expected a wait. The staff was friendly, communicative and very appreciative of not only our business but the fact that we waited a while. The wait was totally worth it! Paul is a gem and a truly gifted artist. He took amazing care of myself, my daughter and her boyfriend! We have been customers in the past and will go nowhere else. Came here for a piercing on Friday the 13th and I was pleasantly surprised how well run the shop was on such a busy day! Everyone working there was very professional and nice. They were efficient, prices were very reasonable (even their normal prices). I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nick is a talented tattoo artist. He always makes sure youre happy with the way the tattoo appears and is meticulous and thorough with every detail. The employees that work at Ink Mafia are quite energetic and the shop itself is fantastic for tattoos. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I called about 10 minutes ahead to ask questions before a walk-in. The staff was very knowledgeable and emphasized safety protocols on all ends.I am a female. I like that when I walked in, I never had to request a female piercer. There was another employee shadowing my session and receiving instruction (also female)The shop (foyer & rooms) are very clean. The piercing/tattoo chairs are able to recline at an angle. My piercing was for nips so being able to sit at a 45° angle was a nice touch, which wasnt an option for me the last time I received this piercing. The piercer (I believe her name is Angie) was very patient and accomodating.Awesome staff, great prices. Staff is knowledgeable and good on the education/after-care aspect as well.

My experience here was awesome. I went in to get my septum pierced and Nick helped me. He was super friendly and the woman at the front desk held my hand to help me stay calm. The store is very clean and smells super sterile which was wonderful.

I went here for a walk-in navel piercing! Angie was super sweet and friendly. She gave me a lot of insight and knowledge and was very comforting during the process of my piercing. She took her time to make sure that everything was done right and was very open throughout the process. I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place! Emily did an excellent job covering up an old tattoo of mine. Then, my daughter had an industrial piercing done that she had done at a different place. It came off, and I could not get it back on. I took her over here, and they were great with her and got it right in, and now she’s getting her ears gauged there. She’s thrilled with the results, and I can’t wait to come back and have Emily do another cover-up for me!

I’ve gotten my tongue pierced as well as chest dermal here, both done by different piercers. Both experiences were amazing! They are clean, friendly, quick, and so thorough when explaining after care instructions.

We loved coming in for ear piercings. Angie did a wonderful job helping my 8 yr old feel comfortable to get her ears pierced. Just got my medusa piercing and a vertical labret downsized by Nick! Walked in around 7:30PM on a Tuesday, I was taken right away! Staff is super chill & friendly. I’ve been to 3 different piercing shops, would come here again!

Visited today wanting to get some jewelry replaced and wasn’t really sure what i wanted or what i was looking for. Katie was there to answer all my questions and offered her professional opinion! jewelry prices are great, staff is amazing, and it’s super clean! i will be returning in the future!

I would have left 5 stars, however; Keith rip he did my tattoos. One he didnt finish and said he would. I have the text messages saying it was to early to finish. I went in yesterday to see about getting them finished. Found out the devastating news. However, the artist Matt said he would finish it but was going to charge me another 300 when I already paid 400 for it. Walked out disappointed. Its not my fault this happened and my tattoo never got finished. If that is how the shop is going to operate good luck to them. I will be seeking advice on the situation because I feel that it should be finished after all the money I have paid.

This is the second time I’ve been here and I will never go to another shop for any of my future piercings or tattoos! I went in tonight because I felt like the shop I previously went to to get my septum pierced had the wrong placement and within seconds of being at Ink Mafia, they confirmed that it was wrong. Keith fixed the placement and re-pierced it all in about 20 minutes. Amazing experience and.I definitely learned my lesson! Please only go to this shop for your piercing needs!

I was diagnosed with chronic migraines when I was 13 years old. I’m 24 yes old now and since then I been having migraines. I was on medication non stop to super low doses to extremely high doses. I was having a migraine walking in there and I’m being so serious when I say Keith put that needle in my daith it instantly went away. I wanted to cry so bad not because of it hurting but because I never felt so free of migraine. I’m definitely going to go back after this one heals and get my other side done. Got my nose pierced on Friday night. I believe I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everything was clean and sterile. Angie walked me through the process and helped me pick jewelry. The process was quick and she told me how to take care of it and I can’t wait to go back in 6 months to change out the stud.

Our artists name is Keith Pulvers. People joke when he tattoos them, saying theyve been pulverized. This is a cute misnomer. Keith is actually very light handed and gentle. This doesnt mean he wastes time. He hammers the image out quickly and delicately. Hes also super precise and clean lined. He took my image and TOTALLY improved upon it. He gave me a memorial piece that I will look at everyday with joy! I have found my new artist! Highly recommend!

I went to get pierced by Izzy Bryant and she was wonderful! Super rad and easy going vibe but also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job with my piercings and I 10/10 recommend her!

I went in to get snake bites done and honestly I wish I didn’t go to this place for them. The customer service when you walk in was great, very friendly but I waited in the lobby for them to prep for a couple of minutes. When I finally went in they were totally unprepared and unprofessional. They didn’t even check if they had enough of the right size jewelry and when he realized he didn’t have them he upsized it without asking me. He then kept inserting and removing the needle and the jewelry into my lip and it hurt so much. I really wish I didn’t have to pay all that money for that horrible experience.

I have suffered from splitting headaches my whole life. The past few months, there hasnt been a day where I woke up without a migraine. I was having terrible pain while on vacation in AZ and out of desperation called this business to see if they could give me a daith piercing in the hopes that itd help. I had instant migraine relief as soon as the needle went in. I write this the next morning, migraine free for the first time in a long time.I was greeted by kind people, offered a donut, and seen quickly. I was very impressed, and will be taking my business here in the future.

I just got my eyebrow and nostril pierced here, 10/10 would recommend. They were so nice and professional, the guy who pierced me, Keith, was so friendly and made the process easy I’ll definitely be coming back next time I want another piercing

Owner distracted, ruined tattoo. Should have checked and double checked when he thought to himself it looked wrong. Instead, just went ahead and in fact did it wrong.Update: Sued and lost. Owner isnt big enough to admit his mistake. Judge says caveat emptor, BUYER BEWARE. Do your homework and check the backgrounds of tattooists. Understand ANY mediocre artist can open a tattoo parlor as AZ doesnt even require a license to start one and there are almost no regulations. Let that be a lesson to the next person.

Had a confirmed appointment with a specific tattoo artist … arrive to check in and was informed that tattoo artist was booked … made me wait and changed the artists said it be 15 minute wait but NO it was 1hour and 47 minutes… had to walk out what a waist of my time …. Only because my regular tattoo artist at a diff shop in Mesa was on vacation or I would have never made a wasted appointment Here Horrible customer service !

Keith is awesome. Professional, reliable, dependable, personable and not to mention, he has state of the art equipment, countless years of experience and a very clean work environment. I’ve been Pulverized many of times by Keith and will continue to do so. You won’t be disappointed.

We scheduled a walk in for my wife and I to get matching very simple and small tattoos. We ended up both having bad scarring and serious issues with color saturation. I would not recommend using this place.
