I’ve gone here multiple times to get piercings done by Dari and she’s an amazing piercer. She is the first piercer i’ve had great experiences with every single time. She is very knowledgeable about piercings and she is very friendly and i’ve been satisfied after every piercing. I highly recommend her and I will not go to anyone else for my piercings! thank you!

I received 2 tattoos so far from Maus and plan on many more! He takes such care in his work and is very talented. Hes just really good energy to be around and can listen to an idea and create beautiful designs. Highly recommend Maus.

Please read before you get a piercing here, I went and got double labret piercings by DARI and it went horrilbe.. they did not come out straight, after she pierced my lip she told me let the swelling go down and it should go into place, NO! Your piercings should be straight when you leave!! not only did that happen but the jewelry she put in my lip was way to small, which made it even more painful as the swelling got worse my jewelry was tight on my lip, no room for swelling at all! It was an awful awful experience, I tried to get a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Dont recommend at all.

Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. they really but time in their work. and the apprentice “seven” does such amazing detailed and beautiful tattoos.

I usually love this place for all my piercing needs, but unfortunately I had an awful experience with their new piercer Dari who I will say is a very nice person but just not a knowledgeable piercer in any way, I wouldnt reccomend

Rob was the greatest. I am highly satisfied. So much so i am going again today with a friend so can get more tattoos. 😀

I came here for a septum stretch and Nico was fantastic. He was professional and answered all my questions. When he did the stretch he explained it all the way through. When it was time to do the stretch, he took it slowly and repeated asked if I was experiencing any pain. I could tell he was knowledgeable and wanted me to feel comfortable throughout the process. I was also impressed with his hand hygiene, he changed gloves multiple times, kept a sterile field, and used sanitizer. My daughter wants her navel pierced and Nico has definitely earned my business and we will be seeing him soon for her piercing.

I got my first tattoo here 4 years ago. When I was back in town a couple months ago I knew this was where I wanted to go to get a second small one done. The staff is fantastic and the artists are the best in the area!

Javi has earned my business, he did a great job , pain was minimal and he was very professional 👏👏👏👏Thanks again , the compliments are still rolling in .

Nicois so kind and genuinely wanted to help us even though we had our piercings dinner in Vegas. He gave fantastic advice for free to me in the past, and when my daughters new piercing came out, we went to see him again for more advice. We have a plan now for her healin, and we look forward to only having Nico do any future piercings for our family. Thank you for caring!

Every time I want to get a piercing I come here, been coming for 10 years and Ive never had a bad experience. Nico did my septum piercing today and I love how professional and casual he is. He explained the aftercare in great detail and the piercing itself was absolutely painless and looks amazing! Will be coming back to change out the jewelry in a few months. :) Always recommend this place to my friends.

I come here to be tattooed by the lovely, incredibly talented and all around badass Christine. Every single tattoo shes done is STUNNING. I have many tattoos, but when people stop me to comment on my tattoos, they ALWAYS point out her stuff first. The shop is always clean and Brooklyn is always there to greet me with the sweetest smile.

If I could give this shop a 6/5 I would. The staff is so friendly and professional. They really make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a client. Not to mention their work is the best!

I would highly recommend him and more than likely anybody else there is great also. I looked through all the books of their work and it was very difficult to make the decision on who to select!

Third time back. Javier was my artist. The place was clean and the ladies at the desk and other artists very friendly. Very professional everything explained, cost discussed, Javi met with me each time prior to my tatoo and was upfront and honest with the design I wanted and what would look good. The prices were reasonable for the excellent art I received. A fourth visit ....probably

This place is amazing the peircer I had was named Neko or Niko (sorry not sure how to spell) He came off very confident and educated on what he was doing which made me feel very comfortable. The peircing came out great and he made sure to explain to me how and why I need to to clean and care for my peircing. The shop is beautiful and the whole vibe of the place is just very relaxed and inviting everyone was very nice all and all 10/10 experience i would recommend this place to everyone and I do!

I came to get my septum by nico! the process was almost painless i was very surprised at how little it hurt! i had no pain following the piercing either. the shop is very professional and clean, i would highly suggest seeing nico if you’re interested in finding the right piercing for you!

James creates absolutely phenomenal tattoos for a broad range of tastes. I originally approached him because his color work is like nothing Id ever seen before. From the beginning, James has been patient and intuitive, helping me realize what I want exactly, and making it reality. Ive left every session positively ecstatic with the ink in my skin.Though Ive never had one, his cover-ups are also top-shelf quality. If youve been putting off getting a tattoo because you havent been able to find the right artist, then you need to check out Urban Art Tattoo.

I got my belly button pierced and right when I walked in there was someone to greet me and help me with any questions I had. The lady at the front desk helped get all of the papers I needed due to being under 18. After I filled everything out she pointed me in the right direct and the guy that pierced me was very patient and did an amazing job of lining everything up and making sure it was perfect. He asked for my opinion on it and make sure it was also up to my standards. He explained everything that was going to happen and used sterile needles, jewelry, and gloves. He did a fantastic job of piercing and explaining how to care for it. I would definitely recommend to my friends. I cant wait to go back and get more work done by them.

AMAZING SERVICE! Everyone there was soooo nice! Rod is great with detailed, intricate tattoos and he gave my friends and I an insane discount for our behind-the-ear tattoos. Chas pierced my friends nipples and gave her $20 off of the session, half off of the jewels, and a free bottle of cleaner because it was her birthday. Everyone there was so informative, caring, and straight-up. Theyre all incredible at there job and I had the greatest experience.

By far the best place to go for a piercing. We went to a few places, and felt the most comfortable with Karla as our piercer. She is so knowledgeable and She took her time with us, and answered every possible question we had, as well as going above and beyond in every way. Lori the apprentice was also awesome with us throughout the entire process. My daughter got her tragus pierced, and they were the best! Thank you ladies

I hate to leave a negative review however I went in to get a simple matching tattoo with someone and called to get the shop minimum, I was told $50. I came in with a simple design all line work no shading or color or any other additions and was charged $140!! The artist Rob did not show us the design before putting it on our skin and even had the nerve to be upset when we asked to move spots. It was extremely uncomfortable experience and i was charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money for just lines and text!!!!!! Horrible experience and definitely would not recommend!

Not so good we talked to the piercer a year-and-a-half ago who said hed do a skin implant of a magnet and I finger and when I finally got ahold of him with the implant he backed out of it totally. So I spent $200 on something that he said if I got he do just had to cut my husband which is fine LOL

I have been going to Christine Vallieres for about a year now and her work is impeccable. Very attentive to detail, a highly educated artist that employs her knowledge in her talented work, and just a genuinely good person to be around. The shop is comfortable and the other artists are always friendly, making 8-hour sessions as painless as possible.

Javi did an incredible job on a super detailed fine point tattoo for me. I was super impressed with how amazing the tattoo looks and how little time it took him. I will definitely be going back to Javi for any other future tattoos. The shop itself also has a super cool style and vibe.

Overall, he did a great job. Jamie was my artist, and his work is pretty sick. However, it started a bit bumpy because, after agreeing to do a tree, he complained about it for a good 30 minutes. Apparently is was his 61st tree of the month. Fine, but dont agree to do it. After two sessions, it looked amazing and even he said it was a pretty cool tree. Sure he brought his gun into work every day, but once you got around the rough edges his work is pretty damn good. A few flaws in the tattoo, but nothing that anyone else would notice. Ive already recommended him to several people.

I wanted to surprise my son and pay for his piercing for the holiday, just to find out this establishment doesn’t take payments by phone or offer 3rd party payment service. (PayPal,Venmo, etc) which is odd, it’s 2022 almost 2023. Very disappointing that we still are in the dark ages when it comes to payment systems. Major inconvenience for someone who does not have the time to come pay in person.

On my 18th birthday, I got my first real tattoo at Sages Urban Art on Main st. This was 20 years ago. And over time, as life goes on, a lot of things changed… But the one thing that consistently stayed the same was the quality of work I got from Urban Art. Ive had many, many, MANY tattoos from numerous shops and people. James has always consistently been the BEST! The numerous times Ive seen James his work has excelled!! He has always pushed himself to become a better artist and person!! He honestly is my hero! For my 38th birthday this year, James rescued me from a serious tattoo nightmare cover up and Im so grateful for his archaic skills!!! Im also grateful for this familiar and comfortable space that still exists. You get what you pay for with tattoos and the artist that Ive seen work at this shop are always far superior and worth every penny. Thank you Urban Art and so much gratitude to James for the permanent reminders you created on this old living canvas of mine.

Tattoo artist was good, and did a great job. It just seemed really... impersonal. Like he just wanted to get my money and get me out of there. Every other tattoo Ive gotten at other places, everyone in the tattoo shop was super nice and actually talked to me, made me feel like my business was appreciated and wanted. I dunno, this place is nice and clean and the price was right, I just like being made feel welcome, like my business is wanted.

I just got my tattoo finished (by James), and I could not be happier. It was a cover up job, and James simply turned something that was ugly into an amazing piece of art. I liked it so much, that I am planing the second one already. The shop is clear and nice and everyone is really nice and professional there, so do not feel intimidated to go in (specially Samantha who takes care of all the customers at the front desk and she is very very nice). Thank guys!!

Was a walk in to get a helix and nose piercing. They were able to see me right away and cut me a deal to get both done at once. The guy was very nice. Walked me through everything being done, made sure I was ready before he did anything, let me look at the piercings placement before anything happened in case I wanted to change the location. I was nervous going in but he was so calm, informed and professional that it calmed me down. It was an excellent job all around and Ive already recommended him to a few friends. Will definatly be back for any future piercings or even a tattoo.

Amazing artist here and great people. I have seen James who works mon-thursday currently, for over 15 years. He is known for great color work, and being great for working with women. All the artist and staff there are respectful, competent genuine good people. This is the tattoo we are working on now, custom drawn for me by James. All their artist are great.

I got my belly button peirced here and they did a good job. i came back and got my septum nose piercing and they pierced it too low. it still went through the squishy part and healed right but it wasn’t in the sweet spot at all. i don’t like how my spectrum jewelry hangs so low and i still can’t find one that sits right with me

STAY AWAY FROM NEIL!!! He did a horrible tattoo on my shoulder, as my first tattoo, over charged me, then wanted to blame me for his screw up and charge me to touch it again. The owner Jacob seemed to want to genuinely make it right but I had to opt for removal and am going to try somewhere else. Neil has no pride in his work if its not his personal drawing and a bad attitude to back it up. Maybe another artist would do better work there but for me its not worth the risk.

I had the honor of receiving Rods artistic gifts a few weeks ago. I was referred to him thru a mutual friend. My family had a recent tragedy and i needed to memorialize the lost loved one in ink. I set a consult appt online then met with Rod. He listened to my story, collaborated with my ideas, and gave advice on my piece. I even scored a heartfelt hug (I was in tears); which cemented my faith in him. The session was set out a bit (he is much in-demand, obviously because he is quite awesome) and I could not have had a better turnout! He educated me on tattooing over my scars, and gave proper expectations so I knew what to look out for. I absolutely love what he did from the strong lines, to the wispy lines... shading and clarity- all was beautifully done -better than my mind could imagine. Like I told him at the end of my session- Rod is my tattoo artist for life.Oh, and Lori was super cool to deal with in the front office; great follow up email w/instructions. Just got matching tattoos with my sister today by Vinnie. This is my third tattoo by vinnie and he is amazing. The first time I met Vinnie I was 18 and getting my first tattoo. He instantly makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. I am in love with all of my tattoos and I highly recommend him!

I got my first tattoo from here about a week ago and my artist was absolutely amazing. I I i I had Anthony do my tattoo with a Sakura going from my hip up my ribs, he made it beautiful and fit my body perfectly. He was patient with me and helped me be very comfortable while he did my tattoo, I recommend this place to anyone.

I got my nipples pierced here almost two months ago. It was handsdowns the best piercings experince Ive ever had. Chas was so womderful! Absolutely love this shop. My go-to piercer is Jessika. Shes quick and has fun, bubbly personality that makes the piercing basically painless! I want more holes just so I can see her again.

Lost a piece of jewelry and stopped in to get a new one. Nico was happy to help me and while I was there I also got 2 other pieces of jewelry replaced since I had, had the jewelry for over 15 yrs and better generations of jewelry had come out.

Not a happy camper at all, I got 2 chest dermals. Now when I got them done the piercing slipped and made a big whole in my chest. I waited for it to heal thinking the piercing would be okay. Well a few weeks later is falls out, I call ahead of time because I’m on my lunch break to literally just have a jewel screwed back in and was totally just dismissed. Someone who was paying was taken before me and when I left upset nobody seemed to care. Very unprofessional

Got my nose pierced here and they talked me thru the while thing and made me feel very comfortable and safe during the process. Got the H2o spray for an awesome price so I didnt break the bank!

Got a tattoo from Juan. He did a cover up for me a couple years ago and it still looks flawless. Every other tattoo shop said they couldnt cover up an old tat of mine, but he did it and did AWESOME. I went back and have had a couple more tattoos done by him and they still look great two years later as well.

A friend suggested seeing sage for my portrait tattoo. I brought in some old picture from 30 years ago and it’s like he just stuck them on my arm. I got another tattoo yesterday of my dads car and I can’t believe the detail that’s in it. I will never go to another tattoo shop again. Looking forward to my next one.

We came late at night before closing hours and they all seemed to want to go home early because they said so and they had the doors closed already. Anyhow they still let us in and we got a nose piercing and it seemed to go by well. There were no issues and it was very sanitary.

Ive received 2 tattoos (pending number 3) and my girlfriend got 1. All 3 done by Neil. His work has been solid and Ive loved the work a year later.

Went in to see about a piercing.. stood there as like we never existed nor acknowledge of saying to us that someone would be with us. Then 2 people cut in front of us after they got there tattoos and could if told them to wait to see what we were there for. Poor communication plus people that worked there didnt say anything as well. Will not go there or refer anyone to go there.

Unprofessional the two guys working there who told me over the phone I could go in for a walk in turned around and told me that they had plans to go to lunch. Also to get a small 4 in. tattoo of a snake would be way to complex for them They also said In order for me to have them do it they would make it have to huge and charge me 140 dollars.

Horrible customer service, I was not acknowledged when I walked in the Door. It wasnt even til after I stood in front of the customer service counter for a bit that the employees finally took their eyes off of the movie that was playing on the computer and finally asked what they could help us with. Employees seemed very judgmental and laughed when I tipped $15 for a $100 dollar tattoo.Tattoo artist was awesome great work and very friendly person other than that very horrible service would not recommend simply because of the customer service.
