Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Did not honor the 10k Diamond heart ear piercing kit I bought for ear piercings. I waited for the attendant to come back to the stand for about 30 minutes to be told they dont have the gauge or the piercing gun for the ear kit I bought for $109. I actually bought two of them.

I had an great experience at banterEspecially with Ariel . She took her time and handled me with care. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. I will return again thank you.

Ariel the manager was pleasant and helpful me maximize my lease ... however I observed other customers waiting around for help. The employee that was there to help her was standing on her phone and not helping anyone Iher name is Summer. I was at the booth a total of about 40 minutes

Very great customer service and the manager took her time explaining the process and the best layout of my piercings. I definitely will be coming back again.

I was VERY nervous to be getting my second piercing, but the lady was really sweet. I was very squirmy and the lady was still kind and put up with me very well. I just had them done, so if something happens I’ll leave another review. If you you want to get a piercing, I recommend this place!Update: it’s been about four days, I’ve been cleaning them and being careful with them. My ears haven’t reacted in any negative ways and they are healing very well!

Quick to take your money for purchase but going on two weeks and going to the store 4 times to replace it with warranty and still no resolution. I want the same friendly person the day of purchase.

Came in with my daughter to get her ears pierced. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a good time and Arial was great! Her placement was perfect. Will definitely use them again.

I got a set of earrings in Tennessee that was $35 when I got to the one at the mall there was $105 and the people there acted like they didnt really want to do no business with me so I went to Claras and gave her $1,000

“They don’t flat out lie, but they don’t tell the truth either. My refund process was the only thing nice about the whole situation. I went to the the mall looking for an 10kt/14kt anklet. I seen the piercing pagoda booth, walked over and asked do you have real gold anklets. She said yes mam. She pulled out a shelf of about 6, we talked about the weight etc.. I lefted with what I believed to be a real gold anklet. When I got home and went to put it on I realized it was fake. When I returned the next day, and told the clerk what happened, she informed me that the first three on the rack of 6 was real gold. She returned my $147.00 with no problem. She also informed me that most of their jewelry is gold filed or plated.

Took my daughter about a month ago and the lady messed up on the right ear of my daughter the gun jammed and only went halfway through her ear and she pulled it out and re-did it and I have had problems with that ear ever since. The other side is perfectly healed but the right ear is always having bad problems and not only that when it jammed it bent the earring in her ear ☹️

Got my ear repierced and I was a lil nervous but both tha gals were very helpful & friendly, tha girl who pierced my ear even had her coworker come an check out my ear ta make sure it was even with my other ear b4 she pierced it! great lil shop, I would recommend to anyone!! Thanks girls!!
