My friend and I wanted navel piercings and this place was the highest rated on Google. Well deserved! Shop was clean, everyone was friendly, Brett was a cool guy who put us both at ease and made it a super quick and easy experience.

Very warm welcoming upon entering this business, thanks to the wonderful young ladies up front. Keith did a fantastic job with my daughter navel piercing. Would highly recommend going to him!! He has really good energy, and was very patient with her❤️

Keith Collin’s did my Helix and Tragus piercing today. Went out in a limb and did this last minute while I’m visiting my friend in Mobile. He was INCREDIBLE! Was extremely helpful and thorough. You could tell he actually cares about the people he was giving piercings to. Super appreciative to him and all the advice to help these babies heal correctly. 10/10 would recommend him!

Kieth is great at his job and really fun and really knowledgable about his piercings. 10/10. Made my boyfriend feel really comfortable getting his lobes done.

Im sure they do a very good job. However, if you put down a deposit then cant get them to respond to messages, you cannot decide to go elsewhere if youre unhappy. They keep your deposit regardless.They do not communicate well internally.

I got a double frontal helix done here! My piercer was very professional and it did not take long at all. There was very little pain in this experience as well. (although pain may vary from person to person 🤣)My piercings altogether with the saline wash cost me 110$, I was honestly really surprised that it wasnt more.

The piercer was a very nice guy. My people go to him for piercings too. I was in town so I got my nose re pierced at his shop. I went somewhere else the first 2x in another state where I currently live. He did excellent and would definitely recommend.

I got my ears pierced here back in August. Brett was GREAT. Very kind and patient. Made me way less nervous. Piercing was quick and didnt hurt too badly. Girl at the front desk was also very sweet. 10/10 definitely recommend Kaoz.

I honestly didn’t think i would trust another tattoo shop other than the people i’m used too but i loved this place. they were accommodating, nice, respectful and friendly. can’t remember his name for the life of me, but older gentleman with septum piercing and a mean beard was super cool!

I got my septum piercing done here yesterday by Kieth. He did a fantastic job. Even when I freaked out a bit. He was very thorough explaining aftercare and gave me lots of useful tips!!

Brett pierced mine and my 6yr old daughter’s ears and he did amazing! Everything was so clean and he was so good with my daughter. He took his time and communicated with her and reassured her. Highly recommend!

I want to start this review off with saying everyone is very friendly here! I’ve had multiple piercings done at Kaoz and have always felt comfortable during the entire process and was talked through every piercing and told the proper aftercare. However, I’ve have 2 very anatomy dependent piercings done here, my industrial and naval and both were done wrong. I went to a few other piercers with concerns on both piercings and was told they were done improperly. My naval was not even pierced, I was given a “floating naval” which is a surface piercing. I was informed it was done incorrectly and would likely reject. It was poorly done and again my naval was not even pierced. It was at least an inch above it. My industrial was pierced at an improper angle and after a year of having it, complications continued, I went to another piercer and was informed of it being done improperly and had to remove it. I hate to write this review because I love Kaoz! I’ve come here for 5+ piercings since 2019 and Keith was very friendly and informative on the piercing I received from him. My other piercings look great and I love them as well, I didn’t catch those piercers names. But if you’re thinking of getting a very anatomy dependent piercing, I would not go here.

I got my lip pierced here and it has been healing beautifully. Keith knows their craft and performs it amazingly! def felt a comfortable vibe and the prices were on point.

First off let me say how clean the shop is. Brett did my nose piercing today. He was very informative. I was so nervous about getting it done because I don’t like needles. Brett explained everything with a much needed touch of humor. He did it so quick and it truly didn’t really hurt. He even talked me through the process as he was doing each step. I would 100% go back to him for another piercing and I definitely recommend Kaoz as well!

The service was great from the front desk to the gentleman who did it . The place was very nice and clean.

There are not good people evil ,as Chassidy calls them PUNKS I would not recommend the shop you go in with unique artwork and they say they can’t do it and then you go in there the next visit and then Your unique ARTWORK is on them like the surface PIERCING on that dude forehead I wonder who’s got the Labre dermal. I frequent this shop a lot. Everyone there is super professional and absolutely chill. A great atmosphere and laid back staff who can get you in quick. The tattoo artists and peircers are super sweet and absolutely want to deliver a service that allows you be the you you can be.

Took my son to get his ears pierced… the staff was very nice and informative. The piercer was just fabulous from the pre piercing to the very end. He was very gentle and informative on what was going on the entire time.

I got tattooed by Darrian Fournier almost a month ago now. It was my first tattoo and I was nervous. She, however, was very warm and welcoming and very patient with me. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and caring.I cannot express enough how caring she is for her clients. She walked me through every step of the process and thoroughly explained how the pain would be (in her own experience). She made sure to check on me during the entire session.I would rate her 10/10 if I could. LOVE HER!

I went to get a nose piercing and after three days it started sinking into my skin I went back to get it corrected and Brett was very rude he hurt me so bad and told me I could have went a clinic and got it taken out. He was upset bc I waited so long to come get it corrected. He was yelling at me while others was there. That was my first piercing besides my ears and it was the most painful thing ever happened to me bc he was mad! He was asking who did my piercing and was talking ugly about him. It was not my fault and I don’t think the guy that did my piercing meant to harm me!! Brett was very rude to me in front of everyone very embarrassing!!!

Been getting pierced here almost 6 years now. My piercer is keith and anytime keith isnt there i always go to Matt. Both amazing seasoned piercers that take comfort into mind heavily. They wont do anything that isnt safe for you and will take care of any issue that comes up. Best place. Extremely sterile. Fresh tools everytime. 10/10. Highly recommend. Thanks for the medusa! Kaoz has by far the most professional and talented people ever. Not only do they all know what they’re talking about, they are the coolest and most down-to-earth people ever. Chelsea at the desk is an absolute sweetheart and really cares about helping the clients. My boyfriend goes to Dustin for his tattoos, and he does a phenomenal job every single time. There is nothing he couldn’t do. Keith and the other guy who does piercings (can’t remember where I put his card :/) are the absolute best as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I would trust them with any piercings or tattoos. :))UPDATE: Came back to add I finally got my tattoo. Knowing how well Dustin did with my boyfriend’s tattoos, I completely trusted him with everything on mine! He made my first tattoo experience very comfortable, and I could not be happier with the result. He made my tattoo better than the original picture I sent him and even did it a little larger than planned. The price was a great deal considering the quality and size of it. Of course, Chelsea at the desk was an angel as always as well. Everything about this place is truly incredible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with piercings or tattoos!!

Brett recently pierced my navel and he was very gentle and respectful! I love my piercing. I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings by Brett :)

Last night me and my friend decided to get our nose pierced. She was kind of nervous but the young lady at counter (sorry forgot her name) made her feel at ease. She explained and answered any questions we had regarding the service. When it was time Keith was very outgoing and made it enjoyable quick and easy experience. We will most definitely be coming back for another pericing soon!🥰 I highly recommend especially if its your first pericing.

Stopped in today to get an industrial piercing and the entire staff was amazing. Matt did my piercing and he made me feel comfortable and you could tell he knew what he was doing. It wasnt just a job for him. You could tell he has a passion for what he is doing from making sure the markings were perfect and checking and double checking. He had me inhale/exhale at the correct times to make the two piercings that come with the industrial piercings feel almost like a regular piercing. Thank you Matt and the entire staff. Im so happy with my piercings and additional tips for my bar.

Getting my nose pierced with my daughter at Kaoz was such a cool experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was very clean and organized and they were very professional. They gave us an informative handout on how to take care of our piercing and said that they would be available for us to contact if we had any questions or concerns. I just got a daith piercing from Keith and the experience was phenomenal! You can tell he really cares about making sure you are comfortable and walks you through the process. They thoroughly go through the healing process so you know what to expect and how to keep your piercing in clean condition and also offer to look at and check on your piercing as it heals if you have any concerns. I love this new addition and I would highly recommend them for a piercing, even first timers. Loved it!Also the woman at the front desk was insanely nice and sweet, both when I called and came in. Wish I knew her name to thank her too. Great customer service!

I came with my 2 daughters to get cartilage piercings. Keith was so amazing throughout the process. He was very informative about the process and aftercare and was so incredibly patient with my daughters. The lady Assistant ( didn’t get her name) was so also so polite and nice. Even though she was super busy, she was so attentive to each customer. I will definitely recommend this shop.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mike and Keith each spent about 20 minutes trying to get “place holders” off of my forward helix piercings. They were a year and half old from the original piercer and were near impossible to get off. However, these guys took the time and were very gentle. I now have super cute earrings that I absolutely love. Also they give great advice and really know what they’re talking about.

I have gotten multiple tattoos and piercings here over the years. I have always been 100% satisfied and I recommend them to everyone. Dustin is the best artist Ive seen and the only artist Ill ever let tattoo me again, and he is extremely reasonable with pricing. Shop is very clean and organized and the staff treats you like youre a close friend. Amazing shop 10/10 would recommend. :)

I was initially skeptical of this place but decided to try it based on the good reviews I read. I went there for a forward helix piercing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how thoroughly clean and sterile the whole process was. Not only was ALL the equipment sterile, but my ear was wiped and cleaned many, many times before being pierced. The gentleman also confirmed many times the location I wanted my piercing before completion. The actual process was quick and painless and the gentleman who did the piercing was very friendly and put me at ease (hard to do since I am so shy). Afterward, he even told me that if I had ANY problems, to please come back and they would remedy the problem. Since leaving... I have had no pain with my piercing (also a rarity for me)! I cannot be happier with the whole experience...it was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. I will definitely be back for future piercings. Thank you very much for not only being so clean and so friendly and professional, but also for giving me exactly what I wanted without messing it up! Great job! And best wishes!

I had my nose pierced. Mikee did an amazing job. He explained the entire process to me from start to finish before he did it. He was very professional. He was also very patient and able to quickly manage when instinctively I jerked away during the process. It was done in less than 3 minutes from walk in to seeing my new piercing. Very sterile environment and the staff are all very professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, rude, not on time, and my tattoo artist made me feel extremely uncomfortable.DO NOT GET A TATTOO FROM DREW!! I was left with the ugliest tattoo I’ve even seen in my life, which I am scheduled to get removed. My friend also went here for a tattoo and it was bleeding days after and it started taking her skin off. She is also getting hers removed. Overall this place is a scam and I wouldn’t recommend. please don’t be like me, do your research before getting a tattoo somewhere. This place is a joke.UPDATE: 2024 I have FINALLY started the removal process of this wretched tattoo. Dont go here guys it still haunts me 😭😭

The artist ghosted me after a consultation and back and forth emails with pictures and discussion of what I was looking for.They said that they would get back to me with times to schedule and never did. I followed up a few months later thinking that they were busy and I never received a response.The one star would be for everyone who was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in.

My freaking fave place of all time. Thats my fam right there. Ive gotten 8+ piercings from my man Keith there, 3 tattoos by various artist. They are the most chilled atmosphere, professional place Ive ever been in. They take the utmost care of every person who walks in that door wanting their service. They support local artist by selling handmade soaps, bath stuff, art, etc. Amazing artist, piercers, amazing place all around. 100% always been satisfied after leaving :)

I am from out of state and came to Mobile to visit my mom. I recently had my septum pierced and after waiting the allotted 6 weeks I took it out to clean it properly, but I’m kind of dumb and couldn’t get it back in. I came to Kaoz, not only because it was close but the reviews were all awesome and one of them is very similar to what happened to me. I never write reviews because eh, but I had to write a review to just rave about them. They were so incredibly kind and I had my 5 year old niece with me running wild and they were so patient with her and didn’t get mad that she was there. Plus the piercer was funny and made sure to keep me talking when he had to stretch open the septum piercing because it’s kind of painful. By the time he was done and I was ready to go he told me that it was on him and to not worry about paying, and that alone was worth me leaving a review. But I told him that I had to pay for something because I could not leave without tipping him so I ended up buying a new nose ring that my niece picked out and I was able to tip him. Also the girl who helped me check out was so sweet and answered everyone’s questions really intelligently and took her time to make sure people understood what she was talking about. And the most random thing, but also really important to me, is that the piercer had run out to get food because it was kinda late (9 pm) and he got back with his food before he helped me, and some other girls had come in after me and when he was done with me he started to help them and she whisper asked him if he had gotten a chance to eat because the girls were willing to wait for him to eat some of his food. And I know it seems silly but I love when people care about their coworkers. It shows that they actually like being around each other which makes for a more pleasant experience. Ok I’m done rambling. If you’re in the area go here!

I was in the area and wanted to make my infinity tattoo have some life lol so I asked for water colors to go in the background of it, let me just say WILL was awesome, he explained to me that he would recommend the tattoo artist that came in later. I explained to him that I was traveling and headed back home 4 1/2 hours away. He then openly and honestly explained to me that he had never done it, but willing to give it a try. And I’m all about giving people chances and let me tell you I absolutely LOVE it. ❤️❤️ Not to mention Will and the front seat guy/piercer were extremely nice and generous. I highly recommend them. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a better tattoo shop.

I stopped here while traveling for emergency help. My two week old nose piercing had come out during the night and I couldn’t get it back in because the hole had started to close. Kaoz helped me immediately, no questions. They were kind, helpful, professional, efficient - everything I had hoped they would be based on reviews. I am so thankful for their help and welcoming of me as someone who didn’t even get pierced there. If you are considering going to Kaoz for work, don’t even question it! Just go and you won’t regret it.

My friend and I went to get our piercings a couple of weeks ago. She had her nipples pierced and I had my eyebrow done. Both are healing beautifully. Our piercer was beyond respectful, and the shop was VERY clean, mask must be worn, following covid guidelines great.Just enough pain for the adrenaline rush.5 stars for customer service, friendly employees, cleanliness, a wonderful hostess lady up front, and all over experience.They handled my ADHD and overtalking, being nervous, extremely well. Very welcoming to people who are new to peircings.We will be returning for 2 tattoos and another eyebrow soon. Cant wait to visit this establishment again.

Found KAOZ on Google and decided to check out their reviews. Went in and the service was good. I got my tattoos done by Will who was super sweet and talked me through the process. I told him it’s been a few years since my last set of ink work and that I had a low pain tolerance and he offered to let me stop if I needed to. He was quick with drawing out the designs and with the work itself. I only made it about 15 minutes through an almost hour long podcast.I definitely plan on returning again soon!

I am visiting from Orlando and finally decided since Im in my hometown it was time to get a tattoo that was important and near and dear to my heart. From the time I walked in the experience was fantastic. Im a very nervous person and the crew made me feel at ease. Dustin was amazing and is a true artist, he knew what my tattoo stood for and couldnt be more respectful and made me feel even better about my choice to get it. Thanks to all. ❤️

I went here on a whim with my best friend for our first tattoos and it was a great experience. The whole atmosphere of the place is very chill. Jack was our artist, he was very nice and did very good work. thank you guys.🙂🙂

I would not recommend. at first, everyone was nice. i was told my forward helix piercing would be $30 (which is expected i’m fine with that) then i was told i could pick out a cool gem for an additional $15 (again i’m fine with that. the gems were cool) so i picked one. at the end of the service, they told me it was $61. needless to say i was not happy. the piercing is downward facing not straight ahead, extremely over priced even though they told me the price in the beginning and when i asked why it was $61 they said “oh our piercings are 40 and the gems are 20” so they “gave me a free bottle of saline to even out the cost” 4 days later, my pretty opal gem that i paid an additional $20 fell out. i called the shop and the guy was extremely rude saying he doesn’t know what i want him to do. i also asked him again why it was $61 and he cut me off talking about how it’s not his fault my gem fell out. very dissatisfied. would not recommend.

After researching and reading bad review after bad review on every piercing shop in Mobile, I had almost decided not to get any new piercings. Then I called my daughter in law whose friend had just been pierced and she said it was wonderful here at Kaos. So on personal referral I went to Kaos. I am a nurse and was skeptical of cleanliness and procedure. When I walked in it was very clean. The room I was placed in was very clean, all the tools were new and studs were placed in medical cups, Mikee wore gloves, cleansed my skin, and was very professional. He literally did not have to touch me. He was knowledgeable of placement and best angles to my anatomy and marked me for my approval prior to piercing me. And talked me through every step as he went so there were no surprises. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. Am so very thankful for the referral.

OMG! I absolutely love Dustin! he is awesome he gave me a great price for my first tattoo which is pretty big and its down my spine for 120. He is really patient and works pretty fast. I just want to thank him again for doing my tattoo.

I went there more than one time. Always satisfied and the guys did a great job and they are nice.Last time I bought a new tong jewel and a new one for my tragus.Both came off the same day. After asking if they can put the piercing back in, the lady on the phone was first, not very polite and friendly and she asked for 20 dollar fee to put these piercing back in!! Way over priced, 20!! for something which I bought there and they didnt fixed it properl! I found another place and she would do it for free when I buy my jewelry there or 5 dollar when I bring my own. Which is fine.Thats not how you should treat a good costumer KOAZ! You will not see me again.

Giving 4 stars because Matt did a very awesome job at changing out my jewelry. It was quite difficult so I was impressed. However I had my helix pierced by the other piercer and he done it with a 14g. I have struggled for 2 weeks to even get it to stop hurting. 14g was entirely to large for my ear . I have changed the jewelry and it has done so much better just in 2 days time.

Came in spur of the moment for my birthday wanting a spider bite piercing. Matt explained everything about what to expect and the aftercare. Very clean, professional and comfortable studio. Thanks Matt for making my birthday fantastic! I will be back to get tattooed by Heather.

I came in one day to get my rook and cartilage done. The first guy pierced it and went over all the after care. About 6 months later I came back in for them to look at it because it was not healing. Another guy told me it was infected and I needed to clean it 5 times a day. (I have been pierced 19 times and never had my body reject one or have one get infected) So I did this for another two months and still no change. At this point I just wanted it out. So I came back and saw a different person and he removed my rook. He told me that in his opinion, the first piercer should have told me that the anatomy of my ear would not take this specific piercing. He took the rook out then charged me $20 for using sterile equipment to remove a mistake that was done in their shop!

Matt pierced both my daughter and me. Very professional. He answered all my questions. He is experienced in rare piercings and has lots of certifications. I dont think I will be going anywhere else from now on. The place is clean, and all the staff I spoke to were great to deal with. Thanks KAOZ!♡

I got a nose piercing and Im really scared of needles and gave the guy a pretty hard time lol. But he worked with me and encouraged me like he had known me all his life. Very relaxed chill vibe there and I love my piercing !!!! So happy I got it will be back for more !!!

I was tattooed by Darrien Fournier on the 12th of July. And it was the best experience. Her skill as an artist doesnt have a parallel, she had an amazing eye for the design and the softest touch for such a sensitive area. Will be going back for more for sure and I recommend anyone to do the same. Couldnt recommend Darrien any more highly.

This shop was referred to me by Wayward Son Tattoo Shop (no piercing there) ...It is a very clean and professional shop. Aesthetically pleasing... My piercers name was Keith. He was amazing! Very comforting, patient, and precise... Very pleasant and professional staff and experience.

The level of proffesionalism and laid back from this shop is uncanny. Great staff. The tattoo artists all have unique styles which is great for having a broad selection of styles to choose from. Piercers all show class and good techniques. Reasonable hours as well. Overall nice environment to be in and feel no judgement.

Got my first tattoo there a few days ago done by Drew. He was quick and made sure I was doin good the whole time. The environment was professional but laid back at the same time. 10/10 will go again

Wonderful, clean establishment. Staff is funny, super helpful, and definitely qualified. My tattoo artist was confident and made me feel very comfortable. Prices are very reasonable. I just wanted a small tattoo and I think I definitely came to the right place!!!

I went in because my nose ring fell out and was halfway closed. They were so nice and helpful about getting another stud in. They were super informative about everything they were doing and even took the time to explain how to tell if my nose is healed enough to change it out which was never explained to me before. If I lived here I would DEFINITELY come back!

Unfortunately I dont have an experience either way with the quality of their work, but I still had a negative experience. I messaged them yesterday to see if they take walk-ins, and they do. So I get there and theres one guy who asks me what Im looking to get, I show him, and he tells me he cant work with color. I ask him if he could just to the black and I could have the color filled in later, then he tells me that these super basic designs arent really in his wheelhouse and then shows me his work, which is basically lineart (not much more than what I wanted, they werent complex) with some stippling. So I say fine, and find another design Id been thinking about that was entirely lineart, then he says that he had a 4:00 and couldnt do it.So that whole time hes making excuses about not being able to do either of the two I wanted originally, not mentioning he had an appointment in an hour and a half, but when I pulled up one basic enough for him to do, he cant do it? And wasnt complicated either.He told me to contact Heather on Instagram and that shed be in Tuesday, so maybe Ill have more luck with her, but that entire exchange was infuriating. Its one thing to just not be able to do it, or have a previous appointment, but the excuses are what got me.

Absolutely amazing job on my daith piercing! Matt done an amazing job! I was really nervous and he talked me through it the whole way and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Very clean and nice shop!

Everyone was very nice when I got my piercing there yesterday and the guy who did it was very patient with me making sure I was happy with the placement. Very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and no one asked about the M on my ID which was refreshing to say the least.

Got a nose piercing and actually paid a lil more because i upgraded the earring and my earring fell out less than 24 hours of me having it. Not only did i drive 1hr and 30 min to get to the place, i spent extra money on my piercing because i upgraded. Called and they said i cant get my money back. So i wasted time, gas, and money. Will not recommend to anyone. They get your money and they work is not guaranteed.

Got my cartilage pierced at Kaoz. Probably the best, most professional experience I’ve had with a piercer. He was very clean and sanitary. I watched him clean his work station, change gloves constantly, and wash his hands before and after my piercing. He was very quick but also precise when he pierced me, minimizing as much pain and bleeding as possible. Kaoz was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so grateful! I plan on getting more piercings in the future, and this will be where I go!P.S. he even gave my friend and I a discount! The nicest people ever!

Keith is the best piercer Ive had by far. Hes done 5 of my 18 piercings and I go back to him now for everything. Keith does me good. From piercings to changing them out, finding what I need all of it. Thanks man.

Overly priced for small tattoos. Ive been to far better places than this one. And the outcome of two of the tattoos by an apprentice is horrible. My girlfriends tattoo looks carved in. Lines are not even at all. Not completely colored in as well. The hearts we got are not even symmetrical at all. Then when i call to speak to a manager, his response was... Well, was you not aware of it when you left?.. Sorry, there was blood still coming out. Please be aware of the artist. I honestly could have received better work from someone doing work out of their house.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Me and my gf went in for name tattoos and was told they don’t have time for it today and no one was actually in there getting anything done. I would never recommend going here. Very poor service!

I absolutely love this place for piercing. I have had my naval(15+years ago) done here as well, as one of the most difficult dermal piercing done here.Keith (tall with long dreadlocks) is the most gentle and calming piercer Ive met.The dermal (usually done on upper cheekbone, dimple cheek, area or anywhere on the torso) is a challenge for any piercer.I didnt feel a thing... he talked me through it and distracted me in just the right ways.I got mine done about 2 years ago and anytime I get a new one I go to him. I did have a black eye for about a week which I know is normal considering the trauma. Even though it didnt hurt a bit. It healed fast and never had a problem with rejection, migration etc...Go see Keith for anything piercing related.

Very laid back place, these guys are fun to talk to. Got my first tattoo here when I was 18 I drew it myself and the artist did a decent job transferring it to ink.Prices are marked high, but if you are a regular customer they will always do what they can to ensure retention.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for Dustin. The tattoo I wanted, I received and it looks better than what I thought it would look like. It was my first tattoo and I was scared that he would be kinda sour because of it; I couldnt have been further from the truth. He walked me through what exactly to expect and made sure through the entire process I was okay and comfortable. Even though Im new to it, i will be returning to Dustin for any future pieces. The ONLY tattoo artist came in 3 hours after the shop opened. Called me to let me know he was in, I drove over there and he was with a customer already and couldnt even bother to come out in person to look at what I needed done. The counter worker took a pic with his phone to show the ink jocky and then came back and told me they couldnt do anything with it... I ended up going to exit 13 and was very happy

I only recommend William, Keith, Burt and Mikee here at this shop! Everyone else is not professional and do not deserve their positions. Will tattoos amazing for his time, Keith, Burt, and mikee are the best piercers in mobile, do not settle for anyone less!

Kaoz provided an awesome experience for me.....I was a first time customer and was extremely impressed with the employee....he talked and treated me in a fashion of a friend or family member...he was very informative with what I needed to know about what I had done.....two months later...I took my business there again...only for the employee to remember me....and at that point....where Ive always went for anything pertaining to what I wanted......that changed....for as long as I have been going to my prior place.....this is where I will take my money....because theres a nothing like feeling special when spending your money...and at Kaoz.....my money is well spent...and they treated and still treat me like family.....I will most definitely recommend Kaoz to strangers...family...and friends...because with them...I can back up my bragging on them every way possible .......

I went to 2 other places and the person who does the piercings had already left, I came here and they were very friendly, they didn’t have a bar long enough for my industrial so they took one out of there for sale case and used it didn’t charge me extra even though I was willing to pay extra. I just moved to mobile and I have found my new place for piercings and tattoos!

My man Brett at Kaoz is Awesome!!I came here a year ago to get a daith piercing (pronounced doth I quickly found out.. lol) to help with migraines Ive been suffering with for years. I was soo scared! Brett was so calm, cool and collected, though, that my fear faded right away. He was very professional, reassuring, and seemed to love what he does, so I was sold. 😆 I went in with a migraine on purpose (no meds) to see if the hype of the daith piercing was accurate. Well... IT WAS! As soon as he stuck the needle into my ear (very painful, YES!) I could IMMEDIATELY feel my migraine easing up! OMGOSH!... IT WORKED!! YESSS! Im so glad I decided to have it done! I have not had a migraine since then.. just little pesky regular headaches. So, Thanks Brett! I went back about a month ago to have the jewelry on my hoop changed and I am loving it! So you all go on over to Kaoz and let Brett and/or 1 of the other great staff members hook you up!! 5 stars from me!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly and professional! Clean and a variety of jewelry for piercings. They were fast and the price was affordable. $70 for a nose ring with a diamond center.

Got 2 nose piercings for $50, but when I called one time for a tongue ring a lady gone say $60, I can go anywhere else and get a tongue ring at $30-$35, I know I will not be going here to get anymore piercings if they gone charge that much. But the guy who did our nose piercings was sweet.

Worst place ever got my first nose piercing a few years back they were friendly then went yesterday to get the second one done and the guy with the bun said hm the first one is kinda high Im like well yall did it. So hes like well OK come on I tokd him I wanted him side by side to be evenly matched he never even took the time to measure it he just pireced now I have lopsided nose piercings!

KAOZ is the place to go, Dustin is great, I came to him with a Polynesian tattoo (tribal like Dwayne the rock Johnsons) and this dude easily went from doing something hed never done before to doing it as if he was of Polynesian decent. The dude is a tattoo magical wizard. the pricing is great btw my tattoo originally was $600 but he brought it all the way down to $250 and thats for a half sleeve that went down to my upper fore arm. Only problem Id say is setting an appointment. but other than that this place is awesome I will always come here.

Mikee did my belly button piercing today. it was quick, easy and chill. he was really nice and had a gentle touch while he explained every step he did.

This place has seriously gone downhill. It used to be my go-to place. Ive now been there on five occasions and been told that the glass was on order. Their stock has only gotten smaller and I have seen no additions. It seems their tattoo and piercing business is keeping them afloat.

I got my ears pierced for the first time in years . Which would be about two weeks ago now. The staff was wonderful and the piercer couldnt of been more wonderful and professional . Please keep up the good work!

I got quoted a price of $300 for a koi tattoo that covered my upper arm. Got the line work done and I paid $150 for the first session. Go to my second appointment and he no call no shows. Im told “we can probably work something out on the price” referring to giving me a discount because of my artist not showing. I’m also told I will be getting a call the next day to reschedule. Never got a call after a week so I call and explain what happened to a guy and I’m told that in order to reschedule I’ll have to come in store and talk to them. Why? I literally just came in a week ago and got the tattoo? Is it really necessary for me to drive 40 minutes just to tell you the same thing I told you on the phone in order to reschedule? I was very aggravated at this point so I just say forget it and decide to go to another tattoo shop altogether to get my stuff finished. Being busy with work and school I didn’t have time to get it finished anywhere. Finally I break down and decide I need to really get it finished and my friends tell me I should probably get the same guy who drew up the initial so I call up kaoz one more time. Once again I’m told I need to come in to make an appointment. The very same day I do, and talk to a nice lady who assured me I’ll be taken care of, and that I will get a call within the next 2 days to get an exact date and she writes down my information and the price of $150 to finish my tat. Okay... I should get a discount but at this point whatever, just get the damn ink in my arm and get it over with for god sake. I was never contacted. It’s been 8 months sense I’ve gotten my initial line work done. If you’re getting work done that going to take more than one session or drew is the one doing your work then you’re only getting half your ink done. Never in my life will I ever step foot in this store again and I will tell every person I meet with a tattoo in Mobile to never go to this headshop.... I mean tattoo shop full of stoned retards.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone . Me , my fiancé , and my friend went in to get a tattoo . My fiancé’s was originally quoted at 120$ . Mine was quoted at 120$ (highly overpriced). My friend got a small tattoo ($60) and her septum done . Guy who peirced her was amazing !!! Super sweet and clean . The tattoo artist was VERY cocky and rude .. I decided to not get my tattoo there simply because his vibe was awful and it was very overpriced. Which his response was “you’ll be coming to me to get it covered up ; voted best in mobile” which threw me off . Then he was talking to his trainee very condescending over how many paper towels the trainee brought him . Which he brought the correct amount the tattoo artist just assumed he brought too many. Anyways , I got my tattoo at gulf coast by ed and it was 80$ and it’s bigger then what I originally wanted do to writing be desciferable . Me fiancé then went back to get actually get the tattoo two days later (same guy as before) I at this point said “don’t let him be rude to you.” The guy at the counter put his two cents in claiming he knew why the tattoo artist was being rude . My fiancé walks back (I wasn’t allowed to even though it was a decent sized space after being told it’s a tight space) the same tattoo artist then changed the price to 150$ for the same exact tattoo he quoted as $120. To be frank he didn’t do that good on my friends tattoo . The point is that it’s a customer service business even if I gave him reason to be rude (which I didn’t at first) you have to suck it up . Hes not the best in mobile and that’s just facts . I’ve seen tattoo artist here such as Medusa do way better then he did. Unless you want a cocky disrespectful guy who’s no where near as good as he hypes himself up to be to do your tattoo feel free this is just my experience.

Got quoted $180 for six smallish letters on my chest. Horrible pricing. Artist admired a tattoo I had just gotten done by another artist. Half my upper arm for damn near the same price.Wont be going back.

Kaoz is a clean and professional establishment with a good selection of stock, minding the fact that everyones stock has been hurt due to covid. They are taking absolutely every precaution they can in the time of covid to keep you safe. The staff is polite and helpful, and will go to extra lengths to take care of you, even when busy. You should check this place out.

They offer piercing and tattoos and all kinds of jewelry and other things can be bought their . Friendly vibrate environment if I wanted another piercing I would definitely go back mines healed with no problems.

Then after that once i was old enough they are very by the book and I like it.Im now 29 and Ive seen this places many changes, and it is still remains my number 1 place to go to.I havent had a tattoo done by them yet though.

I literally called and went up there trying to get 2 simple tattoos about 3 or 4 times but every time I did they just had me write my name and number down because the tattoo guy was never in! Then the sad part is that I never got an call back to follow up! I think I’m just gonna go to tattoo zone.

To be honest, I really dont need any appointments right now, Im drawing a $1200 dollar sleeve, so do your own thing Dude, newsflash, with what I spend on tats every week, your $1200 tat cant touch it. I have been going to kaoz for years for all my tattoos and piercings. Well about two months ago i decided i wanted another tattoo. I went into the shop and they said were out of needles we will call you when they come in so i gave them my name and number..I never head anything back. A few days later I went back into the shop and the tattoo artist said he was busy all day..There wasnt anyone in the shop having any work done. I left kind of flustered. A week later I went back into the shop and the artist said he was once again busy..I asked him when he comes into the shop so we could set up a day and time and he said he only comes in once a week..WHAT?! so needless to say I went elsewhere.

Way over priced, hardly any selection and seems like unless you go in waving cash or youre friends with them they dont pay you any attention. Place in hillcrest & grelot is WAY BETTER on selection, staff and prices. Do not waste your time at kaoz, any other place in mobile will treat you better
