Stumbled here after reading other reviews and Im happy I did. The staff is very helpful and works with you to get the tattoo you want. Cj is a great artist and if i come back to mobile Im definitely getting another tattoo here.

Had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. My artist John boy has a light hand and CAN work with scar tissue with very little discomfort. He is quick and detailed with his work. Very impressed with all of the artists. Me and my wife were walk-ins. We had a bit of a wait but was expected. We got seen quicker than anticipated and all of the staff love to laugh and can keep you quite entertained while you wait. Highly recommend the whole shop. I didn’t see any bad work at all.

Absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and super chill. The staff are all incredibly friendly and talented. I got a surface tragus piercing, Ash made the whole process a great and easy experience , she even help me keep my earrings spaced out and I appreciated the second opinion very much. I also barely felt a thing! They were super careful about hygiene and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Plus, I got a tattoo that I’m absolutely OBSESSED OVER , Roland I can’t thank you enough ! Cant wait to go back for some more ink. If youre looking for top-notch artistry and care, this is your spot. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

Came in as a walk in for a birthday tattoo. The shop is extremely clean and welcoming. I appreciate the fact that I was greeted immediately and was able to be tattooed without an appointment. The artist, JohnBoy was awesome, took great care of me, and did a wonderful job executing the design I wanted. Not only did he work quickly, but his line work is superb. As a whole, this is a fantastic tattoo and piercing shop. I cannot recommend Boujie enough. Go see them for all of your tattoo and piercing needs!

Excellent customer service. I came in to ask about a cover-up on my wrist, and the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful and introduced me to CJ, who is working up a great tattoo to cover one that I have negative associations with. CJ seems to be a very friendly and positive person, and seeing pics of his previous tattoos, I cant wait to see his ideas. Once I get the cover-up, I will update this review. My visit there was very positive, and I cant wait to see what CJ comes up with for my tattoo.

Wonderful execution bj CJ, bringing my idea to life better than I could imagine, and fixing up the horrible pik n poke tattoos I had. After years of embarrassment, Im proud of my arm!

Decided to get a new tattoo from a new shop. I called beforehand and asked if they would take a quick walk-in. I was there twenty minutes later. I was met with very friendly people who wanted to be sure my experience was positive. Roland did my tattoo today and he was extremely efficient. Even though I am a first time customer of his, I will absolutely be back and will recommend to friends.

It was a wonderful atmosphere, really friendly staff and artists, shop was really clean and can I just say the arcade cabinets were a nice touch, fur sure. Definitely would recommend these Gals and Gents to anyone.

This place is amazing! So professional, sterile, and comfortable. Roland did an excellent job with my tattoo. He gave me exactly what I wanted. Took my daughter here on her 17th bday to get nose pierced and an industrial piercing. The environment was great, friendly people. I was very please wit the piercer Ash she made my daughter feel very comfortable during her visit. I will be visiting again myself. Thanks Ash !!!!!!!!

I went in to get my nose pierced a few weeks ago, Ash was very nice and professional. I got it pierced in a matter of seconds, super clean. I havent had any issues with it and its been almost a month, it hasnt bled since day 2, no infections or inflammation. Ash did a wonderful job! Will be back for more piercings.

We found Boujie when we googled the area on Saturday. The reviews were good so we thought we would give them a try. They were super sweet and very personable. Roland did my cover up and I can not put into words how pleased I am. He was nice, considerate and very professional. Not to mention he did an AMAZING job. The rose and butterfly are beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on it.My friend received a tattoo from Blake and a piercing from Ash. Everyone was so nice and we had an amazing experience while we were there. We will definitely be back for more.Thank you Roland for doing an amazing job and Thank you Boujie Tattoo for making us feel welcome and like one of the crew.

We went here to get my double lobe piercing and when we walked into the shop we were told we need loads of paperwork and that the piercer wouldnt be available until 3. When we get all the paperwork we ask to get an industrial, they say no because I am under age, which is fine. They also say that the piercer wouldnt be available until 2:30. We get there around 3 and we see the piercer and the desk lady outside talking. We sit and wait and after we finish the paper work we sit while the people just chat. Finally I get pierced and its done. Now looking at it, it is uneven. She tells us a couple things while we leave. Theres no specific products mentioned or anything. All this for 60 dollars. Remind you all I got was a lobe piercing. We called another place and they said they could get me the industrial piercing with jewelry for only 3 dollars more and the age was my age with only a parent coming in. No paperwork. No waiting. And they give specific instructions and a gift card with a business card.. The people were nice and the atmosphere was good but the price and all the stuff we had to do was not. Will not be going here again. Please consider that all of the bad reviews have basically the same complaints. Have an amazing day yall. 🩵

I went to Boujie Tattoo to get a tattoo done by Rich who I’d never met before, so didn’t quite know what to expect. Immediately as I walked in, multiple employee’s made me feel very welcomed. Everyone is very kind and professional. Rich was uttermost helpful with my tattoo. Placement, size, any and all other questions I had. He made me feel the most comfortable I could have been. He was awesome. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, made sure I knew what was happening & made me have an experience so wonderful that I will definitely be coming back! If anyone is looking for a tattoo artist/piercer with experience who’s professional & extremely reasonable, I would 100% go to Boujie Tattoo.

1. I called if there was a wait on a piercing the person said it was no wait. Get there and literally waited 30 mins because the piercer was sleep outside in her car. 2 The colorful hair lady was such in a rush to order food. I ask for a naval piercing she pierce on top of my belly button. She didnt care to fix either. I thought it look weird but i wasnt sure. 0/10 wouldnt recommend terrible service! Money wasted I tried to get them to fix it and said she was on vacation

They did my first tattoo last night and I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning. I want to give a huge thanks to the tattoo artist Blake for doing my tattoo. I definitely recommend going here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When me and my sister arrived to the shop the workers were standing outside smoking and being very loud. We walked in the owner of the shop was rude and said to us “my piercing person does not get here until 3” when any of them could have done it. Then she proceeded to ask for loads of paperwork and what really got me was her asking for a social security card. All this for 1 nose piercing.

I just got a beautiful red dragon by Roland and will definitely be going back! The whole vibe is friendly and inclusive, and the staff were helpful and soo nice! I’m still new to getting tattoos and a little intimidated but all my anxiety went away as soon as I walked in the building. 5/5 stars Thank you for the beautiful work and great experience!!!

Awesome people at this shop!! Just got finished getting a AWESOME piece of artwork done by CJ. Very professional. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and let the artist there do what they do best and I couldnt be any more pleased.

Everyone was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Rich was the artist who did my tattoo. I definitely recommend him!! He explained everything before he got started, asked was I ok during the tattoo, and explained after care. I am very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely book Rich again!!!!

Friendly and professional service, knew what they were doing and answered all my questions. They also do specials sometimes on piercings which I really liked because this is the first tattoo shop I’ve been to that had one. Love the vibes here.

EXTREMELY professional staff. i felt very comfortable and safe even though it was my first time visiting! the work is very quick and efficient (two tattoos done in just an hour!). BEAUTIFULLY done. very well priced - and i have gone to multiple tattoo studios in the mobile area.

Went in for my third lobe piercing. Initially, I was hesitant because the lady at the front desk who gave me my paperwork was bleeding from a spot on her neck and didnt realize it until I told her, but the person who did the actual piercing was fantastic. Didnt even feel it when she switched from the needle to the post. Best healing of any of my piercings. Very happy with this!

They were quick and I didnt wait long at all. They are a cash only shop, but they have an Atm available at the desk. They hand you care instructions with your receipt before you go in the back. Ash was very nice and professional. Will definitely come again. 💕

Really love this place! Came in as a walk in with a friend and they were able to get both of us in before they closed, and did an amazing job with both of our tattoos! Not to mention that their piercer is the same person who pierced my septum and its A+. They gave care sheets that told you how to take care of your new tattoo which was really helpful since this was a spur of the moment thing for us to do

One of the most friendly and professional shops you can find in mobile Alabama! we’ve done more then one tattoo and more then one piercing and they’ve turned out great! they were very accommodating/reassuring to me as it was my first tattoo and it went 100% better then i was expecting and they are reasonably priced as well. The shop itself is very beautiful as they worked very hard on the floors and stall like rooms so you can be tattooed and pierced in privacy if that’s a concern for you. they have a large tv on in their waiting room and offer different kinds of jewelry too.

Just got a navel piercing and the other side of my nose pierced by Ash and she did such a great job I felt very at ease, she was very professional and my nose is super symmetrical now even tho my nose is crooked she did a great job making it even from all angles :))))

What started out as a single visit for a rook piercing three months ended up being such a great experience with Ash that it has since turned into visits for a piercing, a jewelry change, a tattoo to amp up an older tat, a piercing for my daughter (with her next visit and mine planned for next month) a second cover-up at and an adding a bit more to the healing amped-up tattoo. Needless to say, I love Boujie Tattoo & Body Piercing and the entire staff. Ash had wonderful customer, I loved her room decorations. The building smelt good and I LOVED the Marilyn decorations.

Very clean and professional, but could’ve done a better job. The tattoo I got was definitely cute, but not what I asked for. I understand that artists change it to make it their own but the lines aren’t clean, and for $150, I think it should’ve been absolutely perfect. You can See where he messed up and didn’t fix it, and for someone who supposedly did Kevin gates’ hand tats, I shouldn’t gotten a high quality tattoo.

Ash pierced my 2nd hole and cartilage! She was absolutely amazing! I’ve only ever gone to Claire’s for piercings (not my best decision) and this was so much better! She explained everything, uses surgical grade metal, and was so professional and sweet! Plus this hurts way less than the gun at Claire’s lol. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend.

This shop is incredible. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Ash is AMAZING! I went last Saturday and had both of my nips (Google kept flagging my review apparently body part names are inappropriate) pierced. I was really nervous but Ash really put me at ease. She explained what she was going to do before she did it (which really helped me relax) she also explained the healing time and after care before she did the piercings. Which was very thoughtful because afterwards it would have went in one ear and out the other. The peircing didnt hurt as bad as I expected them to and it was over and I was walking out within 5 minutes. Im so happy to have found a reputable female piercer in Mobile. I wont go anywhere else. I definitely recommend seeing her for all your piercing needs.

I worked with Jesse on a tattoo that was done at another shop in North Alabama that I was unhappy with. Jesse did an incredible job with it and made it look fantastic. Everyone at Boujie is friendly and professional and I will definitely be going there again. You should, too!

Great place to get your piercings. Very professional and good with kids my 8 and 10 year olds got their ears pierced. Ash was great and their ears are healing great.

I am very displeased with how my cover up turned out. (The date was messed up a mistake of mines.) The owner tried to cover it up with a leaf that does not flow with the rest of the tattoo. It’s not the same type of leaf and the leaves that he added don’t even flow. I’m so displeased and I’m stuck with this terrible looking tattoo. The ink is so hard on my skin and my skin is literally destroyed with all this black ink. This was the worst experience! I wish I would have never even let him do a coverup. He didn’t even take his time. The new date is not neat or the same size . Treated my skin just like it wasn’t important or didn’t matter. Looks a hot mess! He was very nonchalant during the process ! Waste of money literally !

Nowhere is there indication of all the documentation you need to get your child’s ears pierced. Not on the website, FB, or when I called. Only after I made the 30min drive did I find this out. Went home to get what I needed, called to make sure I had everything, the lady left after I was told she’d be there til 9pm.
