Love love love this shop! I’ve been tattooed by both Dustin & Suzette in the past, but this was my first time seeing them at Suz’s new shop! It was an amazing experience as it always is with them. Dustin did this tattoo, & he tattooed my mom for her first time as well. She was super impressed with his attitude & friendliness. & as always, I was just impressed in general! We both LOVE our tattoos! Thanks, Dustin!

The vibe is great from everyone here, polite, respectful and listens to what you want!I have personally been coming here for years and have gotten many tattoos and love them all. This is my go to tattoo shop! I’ve used Jack for a couple years now and I just recently got tattooed by Jeremy; they really take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want exactly where you want it. Both are super talented artists and are always very professional. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with a tattoo from here. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, especially Chelsea at the front desk. Try any of their artists out, you won’t be disappointed!

One of the top studios in the Mobile area. Highly talented staff, both established and new artists. They can handle an array of styles for the most discerning collectors. An appointment is recommended, however there are multiple walk-in artists available. Suzette, Tyler and the entire crew are wonderful people. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend Speakeasy if you are looking for quality work in Mobile.

I drove all the way from Kansas City to get a tattoo from Billy, and it was completely worth the drive! Everyone in the shop was so nice and welcoming, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The environment aside, my tattoo is easily one of my favorites that i’ve ever gotten! I already want to make the drive down again!

Had such an awesome experience here. The environment of the shop is so laid back, with so many different tattoo style options; and the artists are all amazing. Jeremy did this killer traditional scorpion for me and I genuinely can’t wait to get more pieces from him in the future.

Got my very first tattoo done by Jack and it came out exactly how I wanted. Absolute perfection in the tattoo as well as great music and friendly conversation. Worth the 2 hour drive and couldnt recommend it more

My experience at speakeasy was amazing! Everyone that I encountered was just lovely, and I was treated with such kindness! My tattoo artist, Jeremy, perfectly executed my 2 coverups. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would most definitely recommend :)

Im torn. The place has some fantastic artists. The reason Im torn is I booked and put down a deposit in September for a February appointment. When I scheduled I asked the guy that took my appointment if I needed a consultation so the artist (owner) could draw up what I wanted done because I wanted a half sleeve that didnt look like stickers with what I already have. I was assured that the artist would have plenty of time at the appointment and it wasnt necessary. I arrived 30 minutes early because I wanted to show the artist ideas of what I like and give her time to sketch it out. She didnt even come speak to me until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I watched her drawing stuff, eat Chinese food, chat. After she finally came to introduce herself I still had to wait for her to draw it up. I finally get back to her station around 445 pm. She STILL had to set up. Then at 6 she tells me her next client is there. I explained that I was expecting more work accomplished and what I had told the guy that booked my appointment she said she had no idea. She added a bit of color to some leaves of what she was able to do and booked me 2 more appointments. Fine. Lack of communication. The second appointment shes supposed to color it in and add to it. Again I arrive a bit early to my 2:30 appointment and again she takes an hour to get me back. Not because she had a customer before me. I have no idea what she was doing. Still had to set up. The colors turned out beautiful. Im miffed about the lack of respect for my time but the art is fantastic. Third appointment. I arrive maybe 5 minutes early and see her in the shop, hear her baby cry, see her walking around yet after 45 minutes past my appointment time booked 3 months ago I left. I told the front desk to have her just my deposit. I dont know why she schedules 2:30 appointments if she has no intention of being ready by then. And I tip well. Even with the tardiness I gave 20% which was $40.

Words cannot express how thankful I am that I found Jeremy! I told Jeremy my vision of what I wanted to honor my grandmother that passed away and Jeremy delivered literally exactly what I wanted. The appointment went so smooth and I felt comfortable the whole time. Already have my next appointment booked ❤️

Came here to get a tattoo from a friend who is starting out, Hunter Browning. I recommend him due to his professionalism and attentiveness. Even after I passed out for a second from not eating before hand he made sure I got some hydration and food before continuing. Thanks for making my dream come true with this amazing tattoo!!

I see Jeremy for all my tattoos, his work is amazing. The other artists here are also amazing and everyone is so kind, I always recommend Speakeasy to anyone interested in getting tatted :)

This is my go to shop for Tattoos. Everyone is super cool. Ive known Suzy for years, and shes one of the best tattoo artists in Mobile. Her apprentices take walk-ins and are also all very talented. Tyler is also an amazing artist too. They may be booked out for several months, but trust me, theres a reason for that. Their work is incredible.

Jeremy koonce did me and my boyfriend’s tattoo for our kids. Not only was he super kind the entire time; he made us feel comfortable as well, which is something so important for me. I was definitely nervous before hand but immediately upon meeting knew i would be in good hands. Excited for next time!
