I was a walk in with my sister, we came in at opening time and put our name on the list, everyone was very welcoming and professional. When I had my tattoo design draw it was done by Iza who did phenomenal. Im so happy with this tattoo, she was very patient with all of my changes to the design. I would definitely come back here for my next tattoo.

I was a walk in and fortunately they had an opening. This place and the Artist are awesome. Especially James, he did an awesome job on a cover-up & addition to a piece I had on my arm. I showed him what I wanted and he free handed it on my arm. I told him I wanted it to be colorful and I left it all up to him. I definitely recommend Madusas Tattoo to everyone. Especially if you ask for James. He loves doing flowers ask you will see in my pic of mine. James thank you again for the Bada$$ piece. The purple rose was a cover up of an eagle I had gotten as a young man. 👍👍👍👍👍guys keep up the great work.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. I wanted my nose pierced. Lotus was available after maybe a 10 minute wait. She was so easy to talk to. She listened to me and heard me. It was great! She was very clear about the process. She was so kind and calming. 🌸

I’ve had 2 tattoos done at this same place by 2 different people and they both did an amazing job. The shop is very clean and so are the artists. I’ll recommend it every time.

Walked in with my aunt who was curious about prices and styles. I had already had a few in mind. We were greeted by someone as soon as they finished a piercing which wasnt a long wait. Once we were introduced my aunt knew Instantly what she wanted and James(if I remember correctly) had on a tye-dye cat shirt. My aunt fell in love with it since its her two favorite things cats and tye-dye. He quickly drew up a design and got her sitting in the chair to get it done. I had been speaking to Rocket who I talked about my designs. We decided on which one we had time for today and talked about the meaning behind it which made it even more special once finished. Both are amazing artists, professional but laid back. The equipment ran smoothly and the area was clean. I am already planning my next visit for the other tattoos! I highly recommend this place especially for custom tattoos as they will make sure to work with you and adjust as needed. Dont be afraid to speak up even if it is your first(like my aunt). They have created another tattoo addict haha.

My overall experience over the years at Medusa’s has been absolutely unmatched. I know I can always trust her help me piece my ideas together for my custom pieces. The service, attention to detail & most importantly the communication. I am always at comfort knowing It is a clean and friendly environment, it’s always good laughs in that building! If you’re looking for quality work, search no further, Medusa and her talented artists are where it’s at!

I had a really positive experience at this shop. My artist (Matt) was very polite and gave constructive suggestions to the design I was looking for. He even improved upon the quality of the inspiration image I gave him to look even more realistic than I had expected. I’ve worked before in clinical laboratories and I am very neurotic on cleanliness. As a result, I watched my artist Matt carefully. During the tattoo process his aseptic/sterile technique was stellar. He also chatted whenever I felt like it and otherwise was very respectful on checking in and giving me breaks as we went through the process. There also seemed to be a good rapport between the team and the female piercer (apologies I forgot her name) was also very kind. That helped with the good energy of the place. I’m for sure coming back to this shop again and will specifically request Matt again. Started saving up for my next tattoo already!

I went to get a forearm tattoo of a the jaws theme. The artist I got, I had scoped out before hand and he had some amazing work. I was excited! When it was finished, it wasn’t exactly what I had asked for and the shark wasn’t proportionate. I really didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I know artists have bad days and they were really busy that day (Friday 13th sale).Medusa told me to come back when it healed and she fixed it for free. I love my tattoo now and that guy still works there producing amazing art.Sometimes the artist can’t do what you’re asking, but Medusa is quick to teach them to be honest about what they can and can’t do and she really doesn’t want people leaving with a tattoo they aren’t happy with.

I came in a spur of the moment decision and was absolutely floored by the welcoming environment. I had my snake bites done by Deebo and I honestly couldn’t be and more thrilled. He took his time to explain everything in detail and was very hygienic which was a major plus for me. I even bought some of his side hustle work he does IE the Crystals in his piercing area.If I decide to get any more piercings or possibly tattoos I will gladly be going back here!

Extremely happy with all of my piercings i have had done here! Lotus is incredibly nice and professional, she answered all my questions & offered great advice on placements for my nose rings and conch. she has done six of my piercings and i definitely plan on only going to her for any future ones!

I will definitely be back. It was an ok Im ready for some new ink kind of days. I went in early afternoon and as long as I was willing to wait they took me that day. Everyone else wanted to see me at a later date. And the prices were awesome as well. This is my new place for sure.

This is the second time Ive had a piercing done with them. This time I had the pleasure of using Lotus . She was sweet, informative and clean. I got my septum done by Deebo. He was nice and took good care of me. I was skeptical to get the piercing after hearing stories of how painful it can be if done wrong. It was over fast and I was pleasantly surprised that it didnt hurt AT ALL. Id definitely recommend coming in to let him stab you anytime. Also, peep the crystals hes got for sale. Super nice quality.

Although they made my piercing experience as easy as possible and made me feel very comfortable, I came to find out that my piercing was done completely wrong. After my jewelry started to embed into my skin, I had to go to a different shop where they told me that not only was the jewelry not long enough, it was completely the wrong gauge size for the type of piercing. I feel bad writing this because my piercer was very sweet and comforting, but I dont want other people to make the same mistake I did.

I can’t stress just how great this shop was. In the past I got my second lobe pierced and a forearm tattoo here, but today really just took the cake. I got my nips pierced by Deebo and it was by far the best piercing experience I ever had. He was quick but didn’t rush anything. Very respectful and caring, I was slipping unconscious a few times and he was there to take care of me. He even made sure to keep the sweat from ruining my make up while I was out, you legitimately can’t get better than that. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to take care of people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do a piercing.

Great place for tattoos or piercings. Ive gotten two piercings from Lotus and she has done a fantastic job. She told me exactly what she was going to do and when, making it an easy and almost painless experience . My husband and I have multiple tattoos done by Medusa and we love them all. She is truly a great tattoo artist who takes the time to design a tattoo you will love. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for either of these services.

If you’re wanting your piercing done right and with care ask for DEEBO. He has done 3 of my piercings and I have been satisfied each time. On the second time we had an issue with my piercing (which was not his fault nor mine) and he handled so professionally. He stayed in contact making sure I was alright and offered me a free piercing of my choice. He definitely cares for his clients, is professional and know what he’s talking about when it comes to piercing the body. He isn’t the one to just pierce you knowing there are risk factors and he actually cares for you and not just your money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely in love with my tattoo that Chris did yesterday. It is by far my favorite tattoo!!! Everyone was amazing. It was a great service and nice people. It was clean and Chris was cool to hang out with. Definitely my favorite tattoo place to go. I’ve got 2 piercings and 2 tattoos from them. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Got my forearm cover up done by Medusa it was a great experience good energy and even better tattoo! I didnt think it was possible multiple other shops said they didnt have someone qualified for it or Id need a couple laser sessions but she made it happen. Went back a couple months later and got my nips pierced by deebo. Didnt hurt as much as everyone says! Quick and professional! Definitely my go to shop for all my tattoo and piercing needs.

Trying to be super spontaneous I went here for piercings because a few friends recommended them. I asked if I was able to pick my hardware prior and was told yes but never got that opportunity. I also wasn’t given a mirror to check if the placement was to my liking. Lastly, my hardware is backwards. Like why is it backwards? I wasn’t told why it was this way and no one can give me a good reason. I’ll be going someone else to get it out in correctly. Honestly, I’ve been laughed at and stared at several times because of the way the labret is placed.

I love this shop!! I got my septum by lotus and she was fast, caring, and very professional! The pain was quick and only hurt a little and I would definitely come back to get more soon! Thanks Lotus and Medusa!

Brought my 16 yr old daughter from Mississippi to have her belly button pierced. We got right in as walk ins, they handled her nerves well and I was impressed with how quick and well they did her piercing. Will definitely go back in the future! Was worth the hour drive!

Lotus was fabulous! I didnt have an appointment, but she took me back right away. The piercings are perfectly positioned and the procedure was sterile and professional. Highly recommend her services.

I had heard really great things about this shop, so I went in to get my tragus pierced on April 23. Lotus did my piercing, and told me that she was capable of doing the piercing. When she was doing the piercing she said the needle did not go all the way through my cartilage having to pierce it again and caused a lot of pain. She also told me I could go anywhere to get it exchanged so I went somewhere to get it exchanged and they said that the piercing was messed up (The piercer told me that it was so far back that it was hard to exchange the piercing due to it being so close to my face.) She should NOT have done the piercing to begin with if she didnt know how to do it in the first place.

Took my 3 girls ages 13,12, and 9 to get a septum, nostril and top ear piercing today the experience was amazing. While he explained why it was not best for my 13yo to get her septum she decided with the nostril instead and he suggested a fake one till her nose is done growing and to make sure she will even like it. He walked them through what he was going to do step for step. All 3 girls had little to no pain and are ecstatic to have what they wanted. Great service and great advice. They even let my 6yo in so he could watch his sisters.

I have been here several times and absolutely love it! The staff is very kind and does amazing work. I came in March 13th for Ashs Friday the 13th piercing specials and am so pleased! Although she was understandably busy, she had a kind and welcoming attitude. She made me feel very comfortable and as though a friend was giving me my piercing. Her professional attitude and friendliness was well worth the wait. Ash is amazing, along with the other staff, and I highly recommend this place! ❤

I called Wednesday 12/21 to ask a few questions, confirm that they would be open on Friday 12/23 and to make an appointment for 7:00PM for 3 people to get small matching tattoos. I called in advance because we were driving a little over an hour for this appointment. When I spoke to someone on Wednesday, they said that there was availability & that they would in fact be open way past that time and I didn’t need an appointment. We arrive a little early on Friday night at 6:30 and walk in. We were notified by a girl standing in the hallway that they are closed. When I explained that I called on Wednesday, there wasn’t even an apology just oh well. This is completely unacceptable & unprofessional! A waste of our time & money to drive over to what I thought was a reputable business. Complete let down for us all!

I just got my first nose pierced and let me tell you.. it was AMAZING!! I just turned 16 and wanted a little dazzle and I got exactly what I wanted! This place was very inviting, I was nervous but they made me feel at home. Thank you so much! ❤️

Got 3 piercings here & love them all. Super friendly staff compared to other shops that I’ve been to, only downfall was the jewelry that my auricle was pierced with (way to big for where it was) rubbed my ear raw. I changed the jewelry out to something smaller shortly after it was pierced and now it’s perfect.

I absolutely LOVED my experience there with Lotus and the staff. Lotus gave me and my husband snake bites and she was chill but extremely knowledgeable. I wont be going anywhere else and neither will the hubs!

I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get her ears peirced, deebo did an amazing job of not only piercing her ears but making sure she was calm and comfortable during the whole process! I highly recommend if you want your kid (or yourself!) to get their ears peirced to bring them to Medusas and ask for deebo! He is amazing with kids! This shop is very great i will definitely be coming back!

I got two piercings done. My tongue and belly. They were so nice and talked to me while being very cautious. It was over in a second and the pain was like two seconds. I loved my experience and Ill definitely be coming back and recommending them!

I just want to say Deebo The Piercer, was so good and nice, He explain to me how to clean and take care of my piercing, and if i need anything to call or come see him, I was very nervous he made me feel relaxed. I will tell everyone i know to go and see him for a piercing.

I took my daughter to get an industrial piercing and I was highly impressed with the customer service. I was greeted and attended to immediately. I didnt get the name of the girl that greeted us and took care of all the paperwork or the guy that did the piercing, but they were both very nice, professional and personable. I will be spreading the word about Medusas and we will be back for more!!!!

Came into Medusa and got both my nipples pierced by Deebo. He did both swiftly and the pain was zero to none. He alerted me before he pierced me and made sure I was ok & ready. Deebo pierced me today and he was super professional about it, it was very fast and clean. He made sure that I knew why he was using that size bar and what the process was. Overall the best piercing I have ever had with a fantastic guy all around. Flinched during py piercing and he managed to keep it straight.

I went for my first tattoo today and Richie was really amazing. He took his time and explained everything to me. I asked the same questions over and over and he patiently answered each time. He was sure to let me know that if I needed a break, just ask and he’d stop. I was really appreciative of the time and care he took with me today and definitely recommend Medusa’s!

Me and my best friend went and got piercings Ash was absolutely AMAZING. The vibe was laid back and smooth. We laughed and got n an out definitely recommend and will b goin back for another piercing and some ink. The whole staff was great !!!

Love this shop!!! The owners are very talented as well as welcoming and friendly. My niece got a piercing at a different shop and things didnt turn out so well, so she ended up needing the piercing out. The shop she had it done at was closed and Medusas was the only shop in Mobile that was willing to assist us in trying to get it out. They tried their hardest and gave us wonderful advice on how to treat it so that it would heal properly. I also had a tattoo done at Medusas over a year ago that needs touch up. Even though the artist is no longer with them, they are still standing by their word and Medusa will be doing the touch up herself this coming weekend. Nothing but great things to say about this shop and the employees Ive met!!

The office staff is ruining this business. Ive been there numerous times for a tattoo and numerous times Ive put my name on the list and numerous times I never get a call back. I will even explain to them that this keeps happening and they will promise to call me and still dont. Yesterday I went in and they only had one artist who was going to do a sleeve on someone so he couldnt take me. She said they would have 2 artist in on Wednesday and I requested Chris. Guess what, no body called me. I called them and they couldnt even find the list from yesterday. He was booked for the day. I love Medusas work, but I cant deal with the staff anymore.

Went and got my septum pierced today by deebo. his customer service is perfect and he walks you through everything he’s going to do. the piercing was absolutely painless and he pierced it in the perfect spot!

My friend and I came here Tuesday March 29th and I got both of my helix pierced and she got one helix and her nose pierced. Lotus did our piercings, and the angle on all of them are wrong. It has been 3 months and our helix piercings are still swollen/sore and my friend has a bump on the inside and outside of her nose due to an incorrect angle. We were very excited to get them done so this is very disappointing.

I went in on a Tuesday to get a Jestrum and Spider bites.. Lotus was very professional and knowledgeable.. She recommended I get a Medusa instead due to my lips being thin… I absolutely love my piercings and they look fabulous

Medusa is one of the best artist in Mobile and all time! My wife had the honor to have her free style a mermaid on her right arm, it was beautifully drawn! Also love her other artists and the atmosphere! Deebo also did her nose piercing, straight up guy! Deebo did my piercing and he was very professional. I was nervous but he really put my mind at ease and it was over before I knew it with minimal pain. He gave me all necessary care information and even corrected incorrect info I’d been given in the past by other artists. Went yesterday to have a tattoo finished with Medusa and ended up getting three piercings. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional very satisfied with the results of my tattoo and also my piercings done by Deebo will definitely be back.

I got my nose done here about a year ago and the person who pierced it was very professional and friendly and didnt let me walk out without knowing everything needed to know about the up keep of a piercing. Its a chill environment and I was done in about 30 mins maybe less. Im thinking of going back here for my tattoo... Looked like they had great artistry too.

Very clean, professional tattoo/piercing shop. Friendly staff. Reasonable flat rates. Could definitely use an actual piercing bench in case someone gets lightheaded (I got my brow pierced on a wooden kitchen chair) but overall a very nice shop.

Got my septum pierced yesterday by a guy named Deebo and he did a really good job! I was hella nervous bc I pierced my septum twice myself and it did not go well at all. However, he was able to give me the piercing that I wanted almost as painless as possible. He also had a really good personality despite the fact of my constant jittering and moving. I’m definitely going back for more piercings in the future ✨✨

I got my first tattoo at Medusas almost a year ago. It was an overall good experience, I even told friends about the place. However, since then it seems like the customer service part of the buisness has gone downhill. Its just isnt worth the hassle anymore when there are so many other tattoo shops with friendlier service.

Medusa is the best artist period. I will never let another artist tattoo me. Theres a reason she is rated so highly. Book here now!

The place is clean enough, but not very professional. The artist did an OK job but didnt really give me what I wanted. My son and I got matching tattoos and his artist, Jesse, did a much better job capturing what we wanted. Mine is already faded after just a couple of weeks. Im going back to get Jesse to touch it up.

Always my favorite place! Spooky does a great job with tattoos and I went for my first piercing from there and got it done by Bunni who did an absolutely fantastic job! The best place to go by far!

Ive seen people getting a vertical labret and i was anxious at first but when she pierced it i felt NOTHING like if you were to have a healed piercing and just putting the jewelry in, but the needle is the jewelry anways if you are thinking of basically any piercing it would probably be just as the smoothest process, thank you Lotus :)

Shaun Kendall is a fantastic artist! clean, professional, hilarious, and has some of the best line work ive ever seen! In just a little over a year he has expanded and thrived in his career path!! hes starting to learn realism art now and i cant wait for him to do mine! when it comes to permanently marking your body you need someone you can trust, who takes pride in his work and Shaun is who you need for the job! check him out guys and tell him i sent ya ❤️

Ive been searching for a good artist for a very long time after my disaster experience from my first tattoo. My friend recommended going to see Medusa so I did. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she drew it up surprisingly quick. The cost was very affordable and I fell in love with the work. I have found my artist and will return soon for another.

We went in to get my daughter a double helix piercing. Everyone that we talked to was very friendly. I hate that I didnt get the guys name who done the actual piercing, however he did it so smoothly that my daughter sat there and didnt flinch. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone ( staff ) are awesome straight up kind Souls.. we are always greeted with a smile and great conversation while artist set up for us , regardless if we are getting body ring or an amazing piece of body art.. also they sell beautiful handmade jewelry earrings, bracelets, necklaces ect.. Imma just take a guess of the different trip we make from Mississippi just to be in a place that is down to earth as they are here and we will keep going and coming back , its been somewhere around 8 to 10 times we have been and got what we wanted with no runaround period.. After hearing many great things about this shop, I went in to have my belly button re-pierced about a month ago. I have had to get it done before since if I have to take it out for any reason it quickly closed after having it for over a year. At Medusa’s, it was never marked to indicate where they’d puncture, as most do, but as he clamped my belly button it seemed it would have been in the right spot. My belly button piercing was so high and you can clearly see the exit of where the needle went in and came out where I circled (and yes I know it’s not the middle one from my previous piercing because I can see the difference). I was bleeding some so I had it covered with a paper towel and didn’t notice at first until I got home and looked in the mirror at how weird it looked. I understand not going in the same exact spot but I feel like it still needed to be much lower than where I was pierced because it’s not close at all to the other one. I never called to complain, though it was a waste of money to immediately take it out, but I didn’t really think there was anything you could necessarily do to fix a piercing that was too high. Posting this review mainly to say be careful and make sure you aren’t just being sat in a chair and letting them poke freely into your belly button. Luckily, I took it out immediately and a month later it completely grew back leaving no trace of where I was punctured which you can see in the picture where my stomach is looking back to normal. I know they have done a good job for some of my friends, but my experience here was unfortunately just not the same.

I went in to get a price estimate and to check out the environment. The lady up front was very detailed answering my questions and the price she gave was very affordable. I came back a few days later, as a walk in, and met James. I told him it was my first tattoo, and the details of what i was looking for and the size etc. Instantly, he drew up the most perfect tattoo. I was very nervous about the pain and the tattoo in general but they made me so comfortable and the pain was bearable! James is hands down the best! I will definitely be coming back for a 2nd tattoo and askingfor james.

Its got great atmosphere and fantastic service and a great staff I visited 2 other tattoo parlors here in mobile and this is the best place I have ever been to. If your new to tattoos or piercings you should come here they treat you like family and have completely no issues with helping ypu and helping to see your vision come to life. I will always recommend them.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service from this tattoo shop! I was referred to the shop by a friend because of their 2 for 1 special on their piercings on tuesdays but the day that I happened to go there was Friday the 13th in which they had $13 piercing specials. I arrived at the shop a little after 8pm and was told the special ended at 8:30pm however the advertisement abt the special did not have a cut off time it only stated first come first serve until the shop closes at 12pm and it also stated to write down your name and number and the special would be honored another day if the service couldn’t be done but I was told just to come back on a Tuesday when the 2 for 1 special is available, in which I did just that so I came back the following Tuesday and after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they did not have the proper tool for the piercing that I wanted and I was told to call back that Friday to see if the shipment with the tool came in. I called back that Friday and was told the shipment didn’t come but I can come in still and get the piercing, so when I got there the tattoo artist told me she have an alternative tool she can use but there is no guarantee with that being said I didn’t want any complications with my piercing so I agreed to come back. So I waited abt a week and a half two weeks later still no tool available, so at this point I’m really aggervated and will just settle for one of the piercings I wanted and come back and get the other one that I really wanted when the tool is available. So I paid my $35 that day and Chelsea told me that she would still honor the 2 for 1 special since that’s when I originally came and she told me to follow her on instagram and dm her so I wouldn’t have to keep calling the shop to see if the piercing can be done. So it’s been abt 2 weeks now since I messaged her and still no response so I decided to go up there on a Saturday, when I make it there I was then told that Chelsea was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until that Monday. I didn’t go back because at this point I’m so disgusted with the whole situation because I’ve literally been given the run around for a whole month and a half for a simple piercing. I definitely wouldn’t be back or recommend anyone to the shop.

James was very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous to my mother. She requested a piercing for her birthday, and unlike other shops in our area, they were open at their posted times. They will be seeing us again!

My fiancé and I came in yesterday right after 3pm to see Taz and were told it would be a couple hours before we could be tattooed, so we left and came back at 6:30 and waited until about 8 for Taz to tell us that WE would be next just for her to skip us on the list and take someone else. I guess because she thought it would be quicker? Or maybe it was one of her friends? Around 11pm we were told she couldn’t get to us tonight after having us wait since 8 for our turn with her. Luckily another artist named Jesse stepped up and handled both of our tattoos with a great attitude and he did amazing!! I was excited to see Taz work but I’m sorry to say she’s lost my business to Jesse! I love Medusa’s but I was a little disappointed.

Came in to get my daughters ears pierced. Staff was very friendly and calmly walked my little girl through the process. Enjoyed our experience with them!

Oh my gosh this place is just awful. I went with my friend to her appointment and was thinking about getting work done here, but I honestly dont know how they have such good reviews. Its dirtier than any tattoo shop Ive ever seen and the staff is so rude. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went to get name on their daily walk-in list. Left phone # but didnt get contacted which led me to assume my turn didnt come before walk-in cutoff time of 7pm. Havent had chance to go on their site to schedule an appointment. I DID like that they contact their walk-ins when its their turn rather than having them hanging around waiting to hear their name called.

Rich seriously has skills not gonna lie probably a problem in the industry because he should be stealing all the business.. hes wicked with the needle and mad cool ..me and my lady both got tattoos and she got piercing done by Ash...seriously fantastic both of them..Ash knows her jewelery and how to stick. Deebo as always was extremely professional and made me feel extremely comfortable with my piercings walking me through the procedure however the service to get the piercing was disappointing and tedious the front desk lady was not very friendly or inviting, which is disappointing because I have always had an exceptional experience before coming to get my piercings here

My wife and I went to medusas for two tiny matching tattoos and we explained what we wanted and asked how much it would be.We were told $100, After we got the tattoos then she told us it was $100 each. That is not what was said before we got the tattoos, we were specifically told $100 when we asked how much it would be total.Very deceitful and unprofessional.

I called as a walk in to be put on a waiting list and was told i had about a 2 hour wait. and they’d call me when they were ready. i walked in and let them know i was there and would be waiting in my car. so i waited for 2 and a half hours and then they locked the door and turned off the light. didn’t call or anything and completely closed on me. was a little inconsiderate to not let people know they were done for the night

I went in asking for a lavender behind my ear! these first three photos were the exact reference photos i shared. the fourth photo was what i got sent out with. i was not shown a stencil (i had to ask to see it and it was briefly flashed at me) i was not shown the placement (i did not want it this large nor did i want it so low on my neck. i wanted it right behind my ear and my receipt even says so.) i wasnt even shown the actual tattoo when it was finished. i went out to my car and looked at it and was absolutely beyond disappointed. i went in to talk to the artist and he argued with me and said it looked exactly like the reference photos (leaves?? lavenders dont even have leaves?? i dunno where that came from.) the last photo is the fixed result which was free handed (and he added more leaves after i told him initially i was upset at the fact that there were leaves.) i was crying during the touch up and he asked me why i was crying. i spent 80 dollars (plus a 20 dollar tip) on the ugliest tattoo i now have. it is so large and in such a compromising spot that i dont know how i can get it covered up or fixed. i left sobbing and at no point was i offered a refund or a different appointment to fix it more. ive always had positive experiences at medusas and i did not think my tattoo could possibly turn out this bad.

Iza is the best tattoo artist in Mobile. If you plan to get tattooed at Medusa’s I would only ever go to Iza. They are extremely professional, kind and talented.

What a joke. We called ahead and they said come in it would be an hour. Put our names in and they told us come back in two hours. When we went back (less than two hours later) they said they didn’t have time. They instead did several piercings instead. Don’t waste your time, literally.

Went to get my lip and belly button pierced dude didnt even mark off my belly button just stuck the needle though and it was crooked so I asked him can he mark my lip before he pierce it he agreed but when he put the clamp on my lip I told him I feel like its about to slip off my lip he asured me thats how it always feels but I told him I feel like its gonna be wrong and I was right, the back of the piercing sits right where my top and bottom teeth meets so it always gets caught on my bottom teeth wen Im talked I cant kiss my boyfriend because wen he kisses my bottom lip Im scared he might pull it out because it sits like on the top of my lip instead of in the center.
