Got my first piercing here today and it was a 10/10 experience. The girl at the front desk was super informative and helpful, also very friendly! And Melissa with my piercing was fabulous. She is extremely informative, honest, and genuinely wants you to have the best experience and be happy with the result. She made sure my finish choice was a good color for my skin tone, described what each step of the process was going to be like, and when I almost passed out after my piercing she offered everything I would need to feel better. The owner is SO professional!! We had some issues with one of my daughters piercings (not from here....her friend did it) and she was so patient with my daughter, explaining a lot of technical medical procedures that were fascinating. The drive for us is far...but after this second appointment, its allll worth the drive. Well probably never go anywhere else.

Melissa is amazing! Very knowledgeable and passionate about piercing and doing it right, she talked through the entire process and explained what to expect from my nostril piercing during and afterwards. She gave detailed aftercare instructions and even helped me with a piercing that I got elsewhere that has been having trouble healing. The jewelry can get pricey, but for something that Ill be wearing everyday and Id rather spend more for quality and something that Ill love, than something cheap that wont heal properly. Such a great experience and I couldnt recommend Dahlia more!!

On June 22 I got my first piercing. Melissa is incredible and so is the guy at the reception, my English is very bad but they were patient with me and with the Google translator they helped me, thanks to both,of them they are great and the prices are very good

Melissa and George were both amazing - I just couldn’t have asked for a better ear piercing experience for my daughter! 10/10 experience.I had a wonderful experience here! I had actually gotten my nose pierced at another local spot in Nashville and it wasn’t healing right. After 6 months with this nose piercing, I went to Dahlia’s for a second opinion and to see if I could finally switch it to a hoop. They were really nice and informative and honestly didn’t fight me too much on switching it out. And since they were leaving the ultimate decision up to me, I realized I should listen to their professional advice and let it heal a little longer before switching to a hoop. Melissa ended up replacing the original stud with a flat stud which actually ended up compressing the bump on my nose. Not saying they were related but it seems like the suggestion has actually helped my nose piercing and its healing even more. Thank you so much! Will definitely be going back

Dahlia has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was 10 minutes late because I had the appointment time wrong and I walked in with three kids (one a very excited 13 year old who has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a year) to a ride receptionist and then was belittled by Melissa. She had plenty of time to Pierce my daughters ears but it was more important to her to be rude and price a point. I will never go back here and am telling my friends the same.

I really enjoyed my experience at Dahlia. I got great advice regarding best piercing placements, best jewelry and sizes to complement my ear shape, and best aftercare practices. I got a conch and 2 helix piercings by Melissa. There was very little pain with these piercings and no bleeding or oozing afterwards. A few days later, and I still have very little pain with these. I will definitely return to Dahlia for any future piercings.

Took my 17 year old to get her nostril pierced after being recommended to Dahlia’s by a friend. They were extremely informative and thorough regarding proper care and explained every step of the process. The actual piercing went very smoothly and it looks great! Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a piercing done correctly with care.

They took care of my kids first piercing. When we thought we had a problem with infection they were extraordinarily patient with all of my questions about what to look for and what to do. They followed up quickly and professionally.

Owner is unprofessional, asks inappropriate questions, and lied to me regarding aftercare in order to get higher jewelry sales. This is a very, very poor environment. Highly suggest supporting better companies and piercing shops around Nashville.

I’ve had issues with having my nostril pierced in the past and I didn’t want to go to another tattoo shop with a lot of turn over where I don’t know the background or learning that piercer has. I googled and found Dahlia’s and was thrilled this is just piercing so I know they have to be knowledgeable and they were. They were super helpful with how to take care of the piercing and how not to over do it. They sell their own jewelry and is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this business. I will come here always from now on.

I chose Dahlia for my piercing because of all the many positive reviews for the place and for Melissa, specifically. She was great at explaining everything (it was my first piercing other than my ears) and when I left I knew exactly what to expect. Then, months later when I had a freak accident that yanked the piercing out of my nose (yes, ouch is correct) she answered my panicked email, told me exactly what to do, and got me in for an appointment ASAP to get it put back in properly. Highly recommend!

I went to Dahlia to get the nostril piercing I’ve wanted since I was 12! This was my first piercing since the late 90s, so I was a lot nervous. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and informative. Had my nipples done here in May and they are perfect. I love them! The shop is stunning, it’s elegant and relaxing. The staff is just as welcoming. Truly amazing quality. Stephanie did an absolutely perfect job piercing my navel, which I have been very nervous about doing, since there are so many possible complications if it is pierced wrong! I went in for a consultation first, and I they were able to answer all my questions thoroughly, as well as provide extra information that was very helpful. I felt confident after the consultation, so I scheduled the piercing a few days later. I cannot reiterate how perfectly the piercing was done. Everything was cleaned meticulously beforehand and I was pierced with a single use needle. They are very prompt in answering emails of you have any questions! It has been 5 days since I got it done, and I am shocked by how well it is healing. I have yet to experience redness or leak lymph/other fluids. The piercing seems very happy and is barely even sore to the touch when I clean it. It’s really bizarre how well it is healing. I would recommend Dahlia with flying stars!

This place is the best. Had an excellent experience taking my 16 yo daughter in for piercings. The process from start to finish was seamless. From the proper jewelry and why, to the procedures, and the after care. My daughter and I were comfortable from start to finish. Additionally, it was very clean and sanitized throughout. I just recently got two helix piercings done by Stephanie! It was my first time going there and I have nothing bad to say! My piercings are healing perfectly and she checked with me before doing them to see if I liked the placement! Everything was perfectly clean and I was explained in detail about aftercare! Also the super friendly man at the front desk showed me all the cheaper options for the jewelry and for the saline solution, as I am a college student with a budget! I will definitely go back for my next piercing! Very nice people! :)

I previously came to this store for a piercing a few years ago, and the piercing was fine, but the attitude of the piercers was very condescending. In spite of this, the store does have a nice jewelry selection, so despite my previous experience, I decided to come back to look at jewelry to purchase but was turned away due to not having an appointment. I understand the necessity of an appointment, but we were literally shooed away without them trying to work with us or telling us when they would have time for us to come in and look. We tried to schedule an appointment, but they were clearly uninterested in our business. Overall, they could work on being more friendly and willing to work with customers. I prefer to feel more comfortable in a space that provides a service such as body piercing. Overall, services here are passable, but customer service is lacking.

I was pierced by Melissa, and she was absolutely amazing!! Even the guy at the front desk was awesome! They sanitize everything before you get into the room and walk you through the whole piercing prosses. If you go there, make sure you have a good chunk of cash, tho. It is expensive for the Jewlery (if you wanna get anything but the standard that is), but it is definitely worth it! They tell you how to manage and take care of the piercing BEFORE you even get poked and I think thats awesome because it gives you time to think about if youre gunna be able to maintain the piercing. All in all, it was a great experience!

So I visited this place yesterday coming from Knoxville, I decided to get a piercing but didn’t have any idea where to go. I’m glad I was pointed in their direction by another tattoo artist. I went to Dahlia without a appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and allowed their apprentice Noah to do my navel piercing. He was extremely confident in his abilities to do the job, he had a little assistance only by word of mouth by his lovely mentor whom by the way kept my comfortable and company. She was very attentive to our conversation while Noah prepared me for the piercing. He told me everything he was doing step by step which also made me comfortable in the decision to allow him to do my piercing. He helped me with picking out my jewelry which for me was nice because to much information at times can be overwhelming for me.Overall I recommend this place. It was clean and the staff made you feel at home, talking in a calm manner which also was great.Did I mention I was the second person Noah pierced but I do recommend him. Had a fantastic experience at Dahlia Fine Jewelry and Body Piercing - George at the front walked me through after care, specific to both of the piercings I was receiving, and was knowledgeable and helpful about the jewelry I selected. Stephanie was a fantastic piercer, quick and steady, and made sure I understood some of the minutia that my piercing would affect (specific masks being one of them) to ensure that the piercing would not become cross contaminated. I had great conversations and enjoyed the entire time I was with them.I will definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough!

First, I must say the shop is very clean and the man we were greeted by was so friendly and very knowledgeable of the process and after care.Although we had spent the last YEAR making sure my son was ready for the care and responsibilities that came with getting his ears pierced, He listened intently as they explained to us again all of the instructions and warnings associated with an open wound.Throughout the piercer was rude and condescending. I thought maybe she was just quirky but then, She was rushing him and trying to talk him out of if.She took him back into the room and continues to berate him. Finally she just said she wasnt going to do it and told him to try again when hes older. If she wasnt comfortable, she could have just said that and we could have gone elsewhere without the embassment.He was CRUSHED. He made it to the car before he burst into tears.

Had my conch pierced by Melissa. She was wonderful! She explained everything from beginning to end and was very informative about after care! Its now been 4 days and I have no sore or aching pains! Shop is super clean. And Gary was very helpful with finding what jewelry piece worked best for my piercing. They also have a huge selection!

She was very knowledgeable about each piece and what looked best together.Stephanie is the one that pierced my ear (I got a daith piercing). She was very personable and we had a great time talking. It was a very easy piercing, I had very little pain. Both Melissa and Stephanie were very educated in piercing the body. I even learned some new stuff about it. I had an overall great experience at Dahlia.I know the jewelry seems expensive but the quality of the earrings and the overall experience is well worth it.

I booked a same day appointment with Stephanie to get my nipples pierced. I cannot say enough good things about the shop, the customer service, the professionalism like I would give 6 stars if I could. The jewelry is pricey but worth it. Cannot remember the name of the person in the front but they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. Will absolutely be a returning customer.

Honestly, I feel like 3 stars is too low and 4 stars a bit high for my personal experience. Id like to give a 3.5First off, my piercing is beautiful and Betty Ann did a fantastic job with every aspect of my actual piercing. Dahlias is a very lovely space. It feels elegant but comfortable and Betty Ann has clearly put a lot of thought into it and is amazing at what she does.After I arrived and began looking at the pieces available, was I was overwhelmed a bit by the cost of the jewelry. A large portion costs hundreds to thousands of dollars. I was shooting for a $40 to $50 piece of jewelry. I instantly felt a bit out of place. There was a gentleman there that was showing me the jewelry that was pretty pushy and continued to try to talk me into pieces I couldnt afford, which made me uncomfortable. Then, when it was time to pay, he put the saline in my bag with no discussion of the price. Maybe youre required to purchase it, I dont know. I realize I couldve asked if there was a charge for it and declined, but at that point I was already embarrassed that I couldnt afford much and my toddler and husband were waiting.I was very excited for this and Im very happy with my piercing and my experience with Betty Ann. I realize budgets differ greatly from person to person and Betty Ann is aiming to provide something not available anywhere else in Nashville and is clearly doing an awesome job. The pieces available are truly stunning and Im sure worth every penny.I definitely still highly recommend going here. As far as the actual piercing experience, Id say this is the best around.

I went into Dahlia a week before booking my appointment for a nose piercing to talk to them about the struggles I had with previous nose piercings getting infected. The staff there was AMAZING! They were so knowledgeable and how to prevent infections by following instructions with proper post care. I also love that the nose rings they insert have a flat back stem so it is flush with the inside of my nose and I dont have the end of the stem hanging out of my nose (like the L-shaped and corkscrew) which is why I couldnt keep my hands off my last piercings - causing them to get infected. They are very clean and sterile. Stephanie did both mine and my sisters piercings yesterday and she was great! Very calming and informative. The office is beautiful and clean. The selection of jewelry is like none I have seen before. They will help you select the perfect piece. Love this place and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting a piercing or replacing an old one with a different piece.

If you need to get a piercing in the Nashville area, this is the ONLY place you should be going! I had an earlobe piercing that was done somewhere else and placed incorrectly. I love this place so much! The selection of jewelry is not only the finest selection in Nashville, but the most dazzling as well. They can also place custom orders, which Ive done multiple times. If you want a luxury piercing experience, this is the only place. Additionally, theyre a fully disposable shop, meaning any tools used on you is disposed of, or given to you so you can install or remove your own jewelry without buying these tools. First thing I noticed when myself and a friend walked in the door was how clean and nice it all looked. We both had piercings done by Noah and he is totally awesome. We both recommend him for sure. Everything was very clean & sterile. Nothing was opened until he was ready to use it. Everyone was extremely nice, could answer any questions, all total professionals. I HIGHLY recommend Betty Ann. By far the best piercer Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very thorough in the explanation of the piercing process as well as the aftercare of the piercing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and the establishment and her procedure were very sanitary. I got two piercings the day I went in very sensitive spots, however after about 4 hours I didnt even have any stinging or pain at all and am still pain free...and no bruising at all either. Betty Ann is amazing and so are her prices! Remember peeps...you get what you pay for! If you want a sloppy experience and possibly an infection later down the road go to a cheap parlor. If you want an educated staff with talent who are passionate about their profession and your well-being and piercing experience, then youve gotta choose Dahlia and Betty Ann!

Had a lovely experience here purchasing a new piece of jewelry for my conch piercing. Staff was extremely kind and thoughtful, took time to listen to my preferences and made helpful suggestions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jewelry change was clean and staff used gloves and antiseptic when handling all jewelry. Salon was very clean and noticed employees actively cleaning during my visit. Very happy with my new BVLA piece. A highlight of my visit to Nashville, thank you very much!

What a pleasure to have found this amazing establishment. I walked in with issues that were not just met with care, but met with knowledge, with patience, and sincerity. Had I experienced half of that in my prior visits to piercing/tattoo studios then my visit would’ve been different.They took me thru my own nightmare of botch jobs done on my ears but they explained what could hopefully be done in the near future- I would absolutely not hesitate in booking any sort of piercing here as these people know what they’re doing and I cannot stress enough what good hands I was in- I’m eager to come back when my ears have healed so that I can have them properly done by professionals who care about the outcome of not just their work but of the person with whom they’re working on. Wonderful wonderful experience. BettyAnn is so cool and chill and professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions easily. Piercing itself was a breeze (got my septum pierced) and she explained everything she was doing as she did it (didnt apply anything to my body without telling me what it was). Her high expertise is unmistakable, and she is very passionate about what she does (she was visibly excited to perform my piercing). aside from that the shop had super cool vibes (clean & sleek) and there is a very sizable selection of jewelry in the shop. Even provided light refreshments/hot tea which really helped chill me out before getting pierced. Come and get your piercing here, you wont be disappointed.

Space was very clean with pleasant and knowledgeable staff. All of my questions were answered and even some that I didnt know I had. The jewelry they had on display was top quality with an impressive price range. It was nice to know that you could look at their online store and have something picked out, so that when you came in the process would be more streamlined. It has been a week since my piercing appointment and everything has healed up nicely and I believe it was because of the great staff!

Amazing experience at the shop. I purchased some new jewelry including a new daith ring. All staff were super friendly. Betty Ann is super knowledgeable and patient. This place is classy and the jewelry is a little pricey but is high quality. I cant wait add more piercings. This is the only place in the Nashville area I go for piercings or quality jewelry.

I went here to have my navel piercing redone after my other one pushed out. Dahlia didnt do my first one. Stephanie is a very professional helpful and cool chick. She made me feel comfortable and explained aftercare and why my old piercing pushed out. Another Plus of going to Dahlia is that they have a huge selection of jewelry to choose from ranging in many different price ranges so you dont have to settle with the same old boring stainless jewelry. After having bad experiences at other piercing spots, I’m pretty particular. I will NEVER go anywhere but Dahlia for anything I want to get in the future. I’ve been for two piercings (belly button and rook) and several jewelry swaps. BettyAnn is so good at what she does, and she makes you feel super comfortable. I drove all the way from Clarksville, and it was SO worth it!! Everyone that I talked to in the shop was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I got 2 piercings and 2 jewelry changes, BettyAnn did an absolutely incredible job. The shop was beautiful and clean, they had a great selection of jewelry ranging in prices, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience!! I’ve gotten a ton of piercings over the years here including 5 in the last month. Everyone in the shop is super sweet and informative and willing to work with whatever budget I have at the time. I came here initially because my sister and brother in law referred me and they’re huge fans as well. I’m also super glad that throughout covid they’ve set up standards and stuck with them to keep their employees and customers safe, it makes me feel good about going to see them.

George and the others were great, really helpful and patience while walking through the options! And really feel like theyre around for questions as my piercing heals Theyre being cautious around CV, having one person in the shop at a time, and appointment only. Id definitely recommend them!

I went today to get my earlobes pierced, post ear closure surgery from overly stretching my ears. When I made them aware of this, they proceeded to sincerely check out my ears to see if I could get them pierced where I wanted, and determined that right now I couldnt. Not to mention, the lady that helped me to begin with was super friendly and very thoroughly explained the aftercare. The point I want to make is that these people genuinely care about their customers/clients, and I would definitely trust them to pierce me. Also, I LOVE the aesthetic of the place, and they have beautiful jewelry.

This was my first piercing experience except for my dreaded Claires incident that we all put ourselves through in the 90s. I got my daith pierced and my experience could not have been better. All jewelry in the store is a good quality and will not infect your ears. Lowest price I saw for daith started at $15 and was titanium - the next level jumped to $180 for gold. Once the peircing heals she said she could put in a smaller earring that averaged around $50 for gold. The piercing experience was so wonderful - I was nervous but as she was getting ready we all talked and was a really calming experience. I never felt rushed like she had other customers (which she did.) They have saline solution available for $10 and an option will come up to leave a tip. Not sure if that is custom as it is my first piercing in a real shop so I did 20%. Wonderful place, wonderful experience. I knew it would be good when she preferred no one touched jewelry and she wore gloves to pull anything out of the case.

Could not recommend this place enough! Went in today for my first nose piercing and had the best experience here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process. Knowledgeable and friendly staff specializing in piercing only. They have so much jewelry it takes a long time to find that perfect piece. I had my very first piercing done there (besides my earlobes) and I was so nervous. My fears were remedied as I was made to feel comfortable by the very skilled artists there. I would highly recommend them over a studio/store that does this secondary, or uses a gun. They do follow up care as well.

BEWARE, you will pay for their mistakes. I came in wanting to switch out my nose ring, and was given one that was too small and it was told that I was not doing the proper aftercare (that was never explained to me). After that nose ring disappeared into my nostril, I had to pay for them to replace it with an ugly stud that did NOT look like the one that I picked out in the case. I have never gone to a piercing shop and left so DISAPPOINTED, twice! They tried to console me and said that if I wanted to change it I would have to keep paying more money. Not the type of place I will be going back to you, and now I have to look elsewhere to get better looking jewelry. I could cry just looking at what they gave me. Poor professional advice given. I may as well have just gone to the high schoolers down the street who give you whatever you ask for without any sort of consultation.UPDATE: the too big nose ring ended up falling out, and when I called Dahlia, they told me I could purchase another one from them or I could take my business elsewhere because my poor experience was my own fault. I am shocked and disappointed and distraught that someone in the service industry would give such terrible customer service. Would give zero out of five stars if possible.

I had a wonderful experience today treating my daughter and myself to ear and cartilage piercings. She just turned 5 and had asked to have her ears pierced more than once previously. I had told her at 5 she could. I wasnt sure what to expect as far as her response and most people were confused as to why I would take her to a piercer instead of just the mall, but as a piercing enthusiast myself I know quality jewelry and proper procedure are important so I wanted her to start out right.I got a conch piercing with perfect placement and beautiful jewelry. Everything was explained well and I was given plenty of choices. I saw several other pieces I plan to get in the future for it.For my daughter everyone was very receptive and inclusive. Betty Ann did a wonderful job warming her up and making her feel comfortable. For my daughter the first earlobe piercing was much more than she expected and she cried and was overwhelmed. She saw the finished product and was excited, but was scared to get the other one.Betty Ann was very patient and I know it would have been fine to let her leave with just one, but I really felt like she would be happy with the result. She managed to get the courage to sit for the other but panicked again after the first part of the jewelry was through. All that was left was to put the flower front on her earring but she twisted away and was worried there was more. Betty Ann was very compassionate yet professional and safe during the situation and I really appreciate her. My daughter left very happy with her pair of earlobe piercings and when we got to the car said that was so cool. She continued later to say it was a fun thing that we did and she was glad. I cant say enough how happy I am with the way everything was handled and I will always recommend Dahlia. I plan to return for more jewelry and piercings in the future.From reading other comments I see some of the negative ones stem from jewelry and prices. The jewelry is an investment and it is very worth it.

Went in one day to make an appointment and she booked us but failed to say she wouldnt be the one performing the piercing.She also said that she could make any color ring and when we showed up for our appointment suddenly the options were stainless or one other color.The person who performed the piercing was nice and did a great job, but used a ring that was much too big.Im sure its still a great place, I just had bad luck I guess!

I went here to ask about my second hole piercings, whether they were infected or not and to either get them taken out or changed. the backs on these earrings were the problem as to why the back of my ears wouldnt heal, and i told her im pretty sure this is the issue. she said they werent infected and that moisture was the problem. i payed an unnecessary $100 for the SAME earrings even though i asked for hoops or something with a different back so i could clean them correctly and she told me no. she put the same exact overpriced studs into my ear with the backs STILL too close to where i cant fit any type of qtip back there. she told me this would fix my issue. to me it just seems like money was trying to be made obviously. went to a different shop 2 months later as of yesterday and no questions asked they put hoops in and told me the backs were the problem.overall just not a good experience, its $100 i wont get back for literally nothing but more pain after months of already dealing with pain. she didnt know what she was talking about, moisture wasnt the problem. i dont recommend and will not be going back to this ridiculously over-priced shop. payed $20 for my same quality hoops yesterday. no reason for them to be so expensive considering it was the same exact stud i already had in.

I had a great experience last week at Dahlia Body Piercing in Berry Hill. This studio is very strict about having an appointment, wearing a mask, and only having one person scheduled at a time. I loved this aspect of my visit! I had gotten my third forward helix piercing done at a tattoo shop several years ago, but they pierced it sideways and I ended up letting it close. When I arrived at Dahlia, they looked at my current jewelry and explained that it would be difficult to do the piercing because the backs of my jewelry were so big, and also that they don’t suggest bioplast material. I decided to look at their huge selection of jewelry and treat myself to something new! Next they went over how to care for the piercing and what to expect as it heals. They even provided me with a saline solution that dispenses as a fine mist. Stephanie changed out my jewelry for me before cleaning my ear and then proceeding with the piercing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was. She gives you a little pamphlet with aftercare instructions and a bottle of saline solution.A few months after I got my piercing i hit it and got a little bump right next to the ring, I emailed her a picture of it and she asked me to come in so she could take a look at it. After looking at it she advised me with what to do to get it to go away (which worked! always listen to BettyAnn) all free of charge. She also responds to emails quickly. I was amazed with the knowledge of the staff. My past professional career is in the medical field and this environment for piercing is outstanding. My 17 year old daughter wanted to navel piercing. I was a bit skeptical but after the recommendation from Shelly at Battleground Tatoo I felt comfortable the moment we arrived. Customer service was great!! Ive had both tragus pierced. Ive recommended them to several people. I just wish I can bring my own jewelry or have a way to order what I want.

As others have said, nice, clean and professional. The only 2 notes I have are that it says that her jewelry starts at 15 on her website, but its more likely to cost you around 30 or 40. She also does not pierce anyone under 5 yrs old. I wish this policy had been on the website as I specifically went to get my daughters ears pierced for her 1st birthday. I had a great experience, I just spent about double what I expected. (This is the first time I had a piercing in a shop like this, so Im not saying her prices were unreasonable. I just didnt realize how expensive it was going to be before I went in).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about BettyAnn and George at Dahlia! First off, I spraned my ankle before my appointment and had to call and let them know I was running behind. George offered to come down to help me up the stairs and offered to reschedule if I wanted. The piercing I was having done was my vch, which could have been a little embarrassing and stressful, but BettyAnn immediately made me comfortable with her upbeat and bright attitude towards said piercing! She takes her profession to the next level! The shop is extremely clean and beautiful and the rooms are very private. I can honestly say that I will always make that hour long trip from my house to Dahlia to have any future piercings done!

This piercing studio was so beautiful and sterile, and the women working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have tons of piercings and wish I had gotten them all done by Betty Ann. Im still amazed at how easy she made getting my nipples pierced.

The staff was all quite kind, offered great support--important because they take hygiene and health seriously, and that meant my go-to holder of hands couldnt be present. However, the staff offered elbows (no hands, natch!) and assurance that served the purpose. Not only am I happy, but a bit proud too! I wouldnt feel that way, though, if it hadnt been for all the folks at Dahlia offered along the way. Great experience--and healing flawlessly!

Its veryyyyyy difficult for me to find jewelry for my sensitive skin. Theyre pretty much the only place I buy from for my belly ring jewlery now and Ive been wearing jewelry from there consistently for about 3 years now. There are awesome staff members there too!!

$97 for a helix stud and I didn’t get the set charging $52 for a single stud is wild had to wait well past my appointment time and was dripping blood at the counter also the main piercer was uncomfortably short with her apprentice made the atmosphere awkward never paid that much for a piercing

I swear Melissa could perform an amputation and you wouldnt feel a thing. I am so nervous about needles and getting poked and it was such a breeze because of her. George was also amazing, really did a great job preparing me for everything. 10/10 recommend

I’ve gotten many piercings and purchased jewlery over the years at Dahlia’s. BettyAnn was great and took time and made sure I was happy with everything. However her new employees have been quite rude and condescending. Today when I called and was being perfectly polite to resolve the issue of them sending me too small of gauge navel curve for the second time in a row, this new employee told me that “It doesn’t matter if it’s the same gauge as previous pieces for that piercing, it’s what BettyAnn wants for that piercing.” Bettyann made the original piercing. I’m certainly not a piercing expert, I’m fairly sure she wouldn’t pierce a navel at a larger gauge just to step down in size two years later without even discussing it with the client. The new employee also tried to correct me about what piercings I’ve had in my own body. I’m certain I remember what holes I’ve had put in my body.

Had two piercings done last weekend by Kelli, who used jewelry that was much too short to accommodate for post-piercing swelling in the area. I have now had to pay to have my jewelry changed at another shop because it was wholly embedded in my skin when I woke up one morning, which was incredibly painful and costly on top of what Id already paid to get pierced with high quality jewelry. In addition, while I was getting pierced she couldnt seem to get the taper through the hole following the needle and had to push it though after the needle had been removed with nothing to guide it. There was quite a bit lot of blood and it took a very long time for her to get the jewelry in on that side. I would give one star but she was really nice.Just wanted to follow up my poor review by saying that I visited another piercer after struggling with the piercing Kelli did for months, and they told me that piercing with 16g jewelry was NOT appropriate for the type of piercing that I had, and that it was pierced way too deep and probably would never heal correctly. I had to have it removed, heal it, and get it re-pierced. Extremely unhappy overall.

I got a cartilage piercing here about a year and a half ago. Recently I was having some irritation issues and trouble changing my piercing. They were very helpful with narrowing down what was irritating my ear and how to avoid that in the future. I would definitely come back for future piercings!

I have never had the experience of only being able to speak to the operators of a business through a speaker. They had no clients in their business, they looked like people who should be glad for anyone who wants to come in and spend money. Although the place was deserted , they wanted me to go through the trouble and formalities to book an appointment online. They also would not let my minor child come and sit in the waiting room while I had a 2-minute procedure done. BERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNHELPFUL.

I thought I was having a reaction to my jewelry so I went to see if it needed to be changed, and they were super respectful and kind and explained everything I needed to know, not just sold me jewelry and sent me away. Clean building and honest staff. Ill definitely come here in the future and recommend to my friends!

Bettie had done my three of my four inner labia piercing. She explained how to care for them and gave me the time to go through the experience.I convinced a co worker to go to her and now she is a fan who is planning her next piercing.

Not only is she very gentle and professional, you get the benefit of knowing your experience is sanitary and does NOT require downtime prior to being able to wear CUTE jewelry. VERY frustrated. Went in looking for a new ring for my septum, something very small & dainty. I basically wanted it to hug my nose. I explained that to the two people working there, who then looked in my nose and said the 7mm I was looking at would be too small and I should go with the 8mm instead. Apparently my septum is pierced high and the 7mm would be too tight and probably not fit but the 8mm would be perfect. I took their advice and bought the 8mm...It’s too big. I can stick a toothpick in the gap between the jewelry and my nose which is not what I wanted. I’m very upset. I can’t return or exchange, which is pretty standard, but when I spend $175 on something I want to be happy with it. And it’s not as if I could try it on beforehand, I’m left to trust the opinion of who we assume are experts. I’m probably not even going to wear it now. What a waste. I will not be going back there for anything. Ever.

My wife and daughter really liked this place. They enjoyed the customer service and were happy with results. They were properly educated on maintenance for their piercings and have had no complications.

This place is so sterile and professional. I had my piercing done with Zarah (not sure how often she’s there) and she was so accomadating and made me feel super comfortable. Afterwards I got a little light headed so they got me some water and a lollipop and didn’t even make me feel like a wiener or inconvenience about it. Thank you guys!

BettyAnn has the best shop in the Nashville area. she is always professional and is takes care of her clients. Best shop if you are interested in getting pierced.

The piercer does great work and the shop is beautiful. Expect to spend at least double what you would at a tattoo shop. My daughter got her belly button pierced and spent over $100.

Im new to town and had to get a ball for my earring I had lost at work. Went to 2 other places who either didnt have a ball the gauge I needed or I had to by the whole earring. Dalai had what I needed and also tightened my earring so this would not happen again. Very friendly staff. This is where I will go for all my piercing needs..
