Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I brought my friend with me to my consultation appointment and Hannah answered the million questions that we had for her. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any time. I was interested in removing an entire back piece but with the package deal I decided to get something off of my arm as well. I didn’t realize you could remove multiple in the same package! I ended up being able to start my first session on my arm while we were there just to get the feel of it before starting my back piece!Talia was also very sweet as well. She told me everything that was going to happen during the process as well as after care. I thought the treatment was extremely fast. Personally the pain wasn’t too bad, about the same as receiving a tattoo.Overall very happy with my first visit and excited to see these ladies for the additional sessions!***They said typically you can see results after session 2 or 3 sessions but I’ve already got a place in my script that is gone!

I went here worried and anxious about getting a tattoo of mine removed. Instead, by the end of my appointment, I felt renewed and encouraged. I came to welcoming environment with well informed people and a space where I could feel safe to make a decision I’ve wanted to for a long time.I was helped by Hannah at the front desk who sat me down and talked through all of my options and helped me feel comfortable with any choice I decided to make. Whenever I had a question she made me feel comfortable with asking it and she was incredibly kind and helpful.My first removal was done by Talia who was also very sweet and kind to me. She talked me through the process before we started and made sure I knew what was happening at every step. She would make sure I was comfortable after each pause and worked so efficiently that I hadn’t even realized we were finished until she was telling me that.I was giddy driving home with the knowledge that I’m finally doing this. I know that I’ll have to come back for more sessions but knowing the environment that these two helped create makes me excited to continue this process because they helped me feel safe and welcomed.

10/10 always a easy experience. Hannah at the front desk is always nice and helpful. Talia has done a great job on my removal. As a tattooer I would and do refer clients here when a tattoo needs to be lightened to cover up or if removal is a better option than covering.

The place is really nice, professional and clean. Staff is always nice. However, I prepaid in full to have two small tattoos removed. They do have blue and green and it was explained that it might take as long as 18 months to fully fade. I have been going for almost 2 years and my tattoos have barely budged and now they wont make me appointments less than 10 weeks apart. At this rate it will take the rest of my life. I am looking elsewhere and regret paying in full up front.

On the surface this seems like a pretty good deal, unfortunately I have come to find the complete opposite.I would highly recommend you seek services somewhere else and definitely do NOT opt for there package pricing. This is the equivalent of stealing your money.The time between service and how long you will be going is insane.If for some reason you life happens you only option is to forfeit what you have paid or pay an even crazier price. For me this is what happened. I have had 1, 5 min treatment and its going to cost me 1500.00 dollars. If thats not stealing I dont know what is.They wont go over cancelation or refund terms when you sign up so be sure to sit there and read every word of there contract.Review 1 out of 10Highly highly advise against doing any business with this company. Seek service elsewhere.

Always a great experience at Removery! I have a full sleeve that I am removing, so it is not the most pleasant experience to do. However, the people here are wonderful in guiding you through the process and getting you on the way to getting rid of your unwanted tattoos!!❤️❤️❤️

I went to Removery for my first consultation this morning. Everyone was super nice and patient. The entire consultation was very relaxing and they answered every question I had about the removal and healing process. I was only intending to have the consultation today but I ended up going through with my very first session. I was a bit taken back by the price but I figured it was the best bang for my buck. I look forward to future session and seeing how well the removal process works!

Do not get the package. Do your research especially if you’re wanting your tattoos gone pretty quickly. There might be other tattoo removal services elsewhere that might even be cheaper and have more availability. I just moved to KY about a month ago and before this I was in TX having my tattoos removed. I purchased the package +$3,500 and when I moved to this location, they are completely booked out for months. Meaning my sleeve tattoo probably won’t be completely gone for another +7 years since this location can only get you maybe 3 appointments in a year. No hate towards removery or this location but if you’re paying thousands you shouldn’t have to wait 2-4 months for an appointment.

Came in to seek advice with a tattoo removal I’ve been needing to get done for years. The worker Hannah helped me out and was so kind explaining everything. I was really pleased with my experience and would highly recommend coming her for any tattoo removals needed.

I was hesitant about starting the process but I gave the people here at Removery a call and they helped explain everything very professionally and now I’m on my 7th session. They walk you through the whole process and how to take care of the treatment area, I have nothing but good things to say if you’re interested in getting a tattoo removed certainly give them a call!

Melaina is great - professional, courteous, friendly, skilled at her job. Really appreciate her work on two of my tattoos (fading one and fading/removing blowout from another). My only suggestion to the business is that the front desk staff be a little better trained on what can be done to what tattoos. I was told by a front desk person that the blowout on my ear tattoo could be treated, so I bought a 5-treatment package based on that information. At my first appointment in that package Melaina said the treatment would quite possibly worsen the blowout. It was disappointing to find out the front desk person didnt know exactly what she was talking about. Melaina made it right, but that doesnt excuse front desk staff selling expensive packages for treatments that the laser professional doesnt recommend.

I’m a tattoo artist and had a great consultation with Hannah and appointment with Melaina. They were both super kind, informative, and professional. Totally non-judgemental, chill environment and experience, they both answered all my questions and I was treated with respect and care the entire way through even when I was nervous about not knowing how the sensation would register for me as someone with a sensitive nervous system. I will be recommending them to clients who want/need removal or lightening, and will be back for additional sessions for lightening and removal for myself as well. 100% worth the drive from Asheville. I started my laser journey on 6 major tattoos in Texas in 2021, it was daunting to start with and very painful and expensive because they’re large pieces. It’s not a walk in the park and needs careful consideration. I moved over to Nashville in 2022 and cannot thank or recommend Melaina enough. She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and makes the whole experience a breeze. She takes care of icing, making sure that I’ve had the cold packs on for long enough, she stops when we need a break and I have learnt so much from her and she makes sure the appointment time is long enough for all my tattoos which I REALLY appreciate. She’s an asset to Recovery!! I see a lot of comments saying the 10 week spacing is too long, I thought this too but the longer time between the better, your immune system and white blood cells go to work to get rid of the ink and the space gives time for this to happen. We are working with our bodies to get rid of them, not doing laser as fast as we can as close together as possible, no, this can do more harm than good. Listen to your tech’s recommendation and do your part, I find putting a vitamin e oil on them and massaging with a Gua sha as well as a lymph roller works wonders. In between sessions I also get lymph drainage massages. It’s a huge investment and you need to be prepared for the long haul. I will share my smallest tattoos before and after, it’s so encouraging to see them going away! But it takes years! Stay the course. Thank you Melaina 🫶🏼

Tattoo removal is going good no scaring. Pleased with that. Only issue is (having a large area being worked on) I had a awesome tech for awhile who dug in and treated everything every time I come in, progress was fast, when she quit, I got a new tech new that does not treat everything when I come in, she only does small sections, or one color at a time, misses huge areas, some areas have never been treated since Iv seen her over the last year, which has prolonged my results and dragged this process out so much longer then needed.

I just got a consultation today and Hannah was amazing. She explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions we had in ways we perfectly understood. Thank you! I can’t wait to get started

Beware! Was told my 10 year old, half inch ring tattoo needed 10 sessions and I need the $1300 package for unlimited sessions or its $186/session... Found a local business off edmonson pike (in business 23 years and 4.9 rating) that charges $80/session and was honest with me about it only needing 2-3 sessions.

I moved to TN and found REMOVERY on Instagram for TATTO removal and have been going to them since July 2023. During consultation it was mentioned that it could be 3-4 treatments to remove my tattooed eyebrows. Then I was persuaded to 6-8 treatments after the 3rd treatment. This service is expensive and now mind you that it was a $50 discount to military families (which I am) then corporate change it to if I was getting a big package of $4000 plus (which excludes eyebrows removal) then I could get a discount smh.. anyways this is my visit 6 and I know that I’m being finessed. This is a crime. I can’t do it myself, but I also do not mind paying my hard money for a a sense of satisfaction, but nowadays no one is honest, everything is about getting the most that they can out of anyone so that their business can make profit, and I’m sick of it.

There is no one better than melaina . She’s attentive, very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely thorough. I have had nothing but the best treatments from her. I have never had someone take such good care of me in a service environment. It’s so apparent that she shows up and really cares about what she does and taking care of her clients. All of my sessions have been great until today, the technician that usually works on me quit or was fired. The new technician was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be continuing here if this is how it will be. Owners and management really need to question their judgment if they fire their best employees. Only had my first session but Hannah made sure to go over everything with me during my consultation and Dee Dee was my technician and she was very patient and informative. The treatment was not bad at all. Pain wasn’t bad (for me all pain tolerance is different) didn’t feel good (lol) but not as bad as getting the tattoo and was over within 30 seconds. Definitely recommend them. Will update when the tattoo is gone!

Tattoos gone without a trace of ink. These people are the best! I love my technician, Melaina in the Nashville office! Shes wonderful and look forward to every session. She’s very thorough in making sure the laser intensity is correct for the best results for each color.My only regret is that I didnt make the call to Removery sooner! Does it hurt? Yes, but it hurt getting them too! I have been getting laser treatments here for almost a year. Dee Dee has been one of the best laser techs I’ve had and we have seen so much progress on all of the pieces I am removing. She makes this process such a breeze and I cannot recommend Removery enough to those looking to remove their tattoos. I am getting multiple tattoos (8 all on my leg) removed and the process isn’t fun. I developed an allergy to red ink which has made me not be able to get the laser treatments done on the affected tattoos. However the ladies here are friendly & try to make you as comfortable as they can. I have noticed a slight fading after about 3 sessions. Sucks it can’t be one and done, but I’m trusting the process.Update: I just had session 8 and there’s a noticeable difference! Although the pain never gets better, I am glad that the sessions are fairly quick and after a few days you feel better. We started to work on the areas with red ink and I am very happy with the progress. Melanie has been awesome the whole time!

This is my 2nd visit and I cant say enough about Dee Dee. My tattoos make me feel self conscious and they are in areas that make me feel self conscious about exposing. Dee Dee is great about putting me at ease. Forever grateful to feel good in my skin again.

In general, Removery is a great place to get a tattoo removed. I started my process in the Brooklyn location, and have had the opportunity to visit two other locations since. Nashville Removery is now my “home” location. It really surprises me the varying techniques different locations use. Some will put an ointment on you immediately after (and shouldn’t) and some don’t use the cryo chiller (and should). My skin has had varying responses each time, and techs will give me different aftercare advice. Seems like the training isn’t standardized.Nashville brings my Removery rating down because it is almost impossible to get an appointment. A receptionist might say they are busier than usual, but one of the techs told me they are very short staffed, only having one or two techs. I’ve had sessions twice in BK when I’m visiting, because I can’t get appointments in Nash. At this rate, my tattoo won’t be removed for a few more years. Please hire more staff.

Ive been coming here since they were at the previous location. The staff is so great! My last appointment, I was actually a few minutes late, fully expecting them to ask me to reschedule but they were so understanding and got me right in! Treatment is quick and I get pretty numb from the ice packs beforehand so its not too terrible. I started with getting 2 tattoos removed and paying per session. I got a great deal on a package for Black Friday for all 4 of my tattoos and Im loving my results so far. Theres also a great coffee stand nearby that I look forward to treating myself to when Im done!

Picoway laser will kick your rear Bahaha!! But really seeing progress with the removal of my 2 tats, my visit today at “The Removery” was with Dee Dee and this gal knows how to make you feel comfortable. She makes sure you understand everything and if helpful on tips & tricks too!

From the consultation process on, everything has been incredibly easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even found time to get my dumba** a treatment between appointments because I came on the wrong day. The treatments themself are painful easily double the pain of getting the tattoo, there’s no way around it. The technicians though, are so accommodating it makes the process that much better.

I was quoted over the phone $65 a visit due to tattoo was less than 1 square inch, I go to the consultation and was quoted over $1100 for removal. Wasted my time and loss of pay from my work due to as the consultation lady said it was a pricing miscommunication.

Listen to your friends and family. If they have a resounding “no” to a tattoo…don’t get it. But if you choose to ignore them because you have to have it, Removery can help later down Life’s road when you wise up. Is it painful?? Some sessions aren’t bad. Some, on the other hand, feels like your skin is being pulled off with fishing hooks. But the results are 100% worth it. And it’s good therapy to erase a mistake and a great reminder not to repeat it.

I love the removery, I started off treatment at the Cincinnati location and had to relocate to the Nashville location. The girls here are incredibly accommodating and charming. I’ve been back twice and have had a great experience both times. Casey was my removal specialist, she’s both skilled and compassionate with her work. She takes careful care to numb the area beforehand and avoid other tattoos around the ones I’m having removed, while being fast and efficient. As a tattooer I highly recommend this location, and the removery in general.

Such great people. Super fast and easy. Really good payment plan option. I am having a full color foot piece as well as a hip piece removed. Picowave tattoo removal is one of the few that can actually get green pigments out. While it doesnt feel great I will say it wasnt anywhere near as uncomfortable as I was expecting. I have already recommended to multiple people 😊

The person that operates the láser is always kind, gentle, and friendly. I enjoy coming to my appointments because I have such a positive experience with her. She really rocks! She does her job really well and makes me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities. The process does take awhile, but it is absolutely amazing to see my tattoos be gradually erased like they were never there. The ice packs make a hige difference too. The ice really helps. I got a few tattoos on the whim last year and I regret them. I had thought about getting them covered but I didn’t want to have 2 full sleeves. My mom was currently going to the Invisible Ink in St. Louis, MO and said they’re great. I live near Nashville so thank gosh they have a location here! The consultation was so quick and easy. I started my first session last October and I’m on my 3rd session now and I have seen progress even for these super thick black tattoos on my arms. The girls there are so nice, quick, and professional every time I go in for a session!

I never thought I would be able to remove some regretful tattoos. Such huge ones and that I could afford. This place made it all possible. I’m not gonna lie, it HURTS. I was very excited to find a laser tattoo remover service that had a guarantee to get rid of the ink! The office is clean and comfortable also the staff are fantastic! The numbing cream makes a HUGE difference when having the laser done and is very tolerable! I am excited about how great my results have been only just after 2 treatments. Ashlea is super nice. Comfortable setting. True customer service. UPDATE: So I did end up paying 450$ for a laser tattoo removal session that did nothing to fade my tattoo! My tattoo didnt even peel, it just swelled up and then nothing, the only difference is two spots on either arm that are gone and when I mean spots I mean specks. I rewrote my review because they agreed to give me a refund. Ashlea is super nice but something about this company just seems shady and like a money scheme. I received treatment before Thanksgiving and they told me I was going to get a full refund including the session!I thought that was very nice and true customer care- No they did not have to give me one but at this point Im very frustrated because I check my mailbox everyday for the 450 check they promised and two months later have not received it.

Due to unknown complications with an allergy to red ink, I cannot continue on with treatments. It took two months to just get into contact with them to even discuss this, as every time I called they would claim they are busy and would call me back. Never did. Now it’s been a month since they promised a refund for my prepaid sessions, to no avail. I could not be more frustrated with their nonprofessional services. I am currently still waiting as I have been for months. Very unreliable and untrustworthy.

Have a tattoo the size of a dime and they wanted to charge me 990 for a removal that would take 2 years. They had me take out a loan. Found a much better spot that is way nice place and way less expensive and tried to cancel the loan and costed me way more then what i wanted to pay. Dont waste you time or money with this place. Seriously, I could have not went to a better place to continue my tattoo removal journey. While in South Korea I received three treatments from a cosmetic clinic. In comparison after receiving treatment from Invisible Ink Tattoo Removers yesterday I have to admit that I wasn’t in any pain at all and only numbing cream in addition to cool air was used. I received numbing cream and neck injections in South Korea and although I Didn’t feel a lick of anything later that day the pain from my neck become really annoying and irritating. I did not experience that yesterday after treatment. I was also able to sleep on the same side where the treatment was administered. Just waking up and I can say that I am in no pain at all and I can tell right away what I will not blister. Which lets me know that the technology they are using is way better than what was used on me before. I was giving everything I needed to be successful in taking care of the removal site and the big plus was numbing cream for my upcoming visits. So when I am traveling from Clarksville TN I can place it on before I leave, get there and I am in and out within half an hour. Ashlea was a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable then entire time. She is really knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. That by itself won me over and convinced me that this was the place for me.

I am so thankful for the honesty of Ashlea and Hayley. These two ladies took the time to walk me through the complete process of the tattoo removal and time frame to expect. Upon viewing my tattoo, the ladies informed me of possible complications with my removal due to the use of white ink in my design. The laser technology hasn’t mastered the removal of white ink due to its chemical makeup. Rather than sell me on a package of sessions, these ladies spent more time showing me different photos of previous clients who chose to still remove their tattoos that also included white ink. After reviewing the photos, I chose to not pursue removal and the ladies were extremely understanding. I 100% will recommend this business to anyone I know looking to have a tattoo removed.
