Walked in on a weekend afternoon and they were able to get me pierced within 30 minutes. I chose a marque stud for my helix and will definitely return if I ever need another piercing. Every interaction was positive from the paperwork to the piercer to the checkout. I was thrilled to get in right away and I have got to say they have the BEST selection of jewelry. They were careful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! I will definitely come back when I need another piercing. We made a trip from Gatlinburg TN to get pierced at studs and it was totally worth the 4 hour drive. Chris was amazing. They were very informative and detailed. Ive got plenty of piercings but they told me information i hadnt heard before and informed me on things my other piercers had told me wrong, as far as after care goes. Very fast yet not rushed. The placement came out perfect and they really pay attention to body (ear) anatomy. Very clean place and i was impressed with their new piercing jewelry selection. Would highly recommend them.

Jocelyn was absolutely AMAZING! I came in for a walk-in to get my third lobe pierced and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jocelyn was so personable, sweet, and super knowledgeable! My husband and I were in town on vacation and I decided to go get a couple piercings at Studs. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the whole store was clean, and the piercer even steered me away from an earring he didnt think would heal well given the anatomy of my ear. Amazing services and quality piercings. They have pierced my ear three times and each one is amazing. Healed phenomenally. I went in to have a piercing checked and changed that wasn’t from there and the piercer was amazing about answering my questions and handling the cuts in my ear from an accident. They handled it amazing and tried extremely hard to not irritate it more than it was. Gave me great advice!

I bought a pair of earrings and had a rook piercing done while I was visiting Nashville and my experience was great! I was able to make a same day appointment and was helped right away when I got there. Jocelyn did my piercing and did an amazing job - she recommended different jewelry for the piercing to allow more room for swelling even though it was less money for the shop, and everything was very hygienic. The piercing was not very painful and so far it’s healed beautifully, no swelling, redness, anything. I’ve bought jewelry from Studs before and it’s always beautiful and great quality without being extremely expensive. Would recommend stopping by when you’re in Nashville!

Even for a high traffic area on Fifth + Broad the staff were calm and able to work through the chaos. The piercing staff were well educated and able to let me know what would likely work for me or not based on my ear anatomy. Shout out to Chris!!Bonus for all the super cute jewelry they have! As someone who has multiple ear piercings, this was definitely the best experience I’ve had. Jocelyn and the whole staff were very nice and super informative. They made sure I had the perfect piece for my ear and helped me make a decision!

I wanted to make an appointment to get my ears peirced but they seemed to be very busy and booked. Seems like they had a pretty strict appointment policy so Id recommend going elsewhere for piercings.

The business is very clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.The process itself was very fast, but not rushed. The placement came out perfect, but Jocelyn listened to all my concerns and directions, and also let me know her thought process in placement with her knowledge of anatomy. She made my first piercing a GREAT experience!Cons: The foyer in the business is quite small, so any more than 4 guests in at a time and it starts getting very cramped.Also, parking is $10 an hour in the garage. I arrived 25 minutes early to sign waivers which my email instructed me to do, but apparently my 11am Sunday appointment was right at business-open. There were also 6 others waiting for appointments when they unlocked the door, so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the first 3 groups to decide all their piercing locations and jewelry, and I didnt get assisted for a while even though I knew what I wanted. So I ended up paying more than expected for parking.

Extremely disappointed in the scheduling at this place. There is absolutely zero way to speak to a human being or to adjust your appointment for real life circumstances. Everything is digitized. They have a phone number that just goes to a chat bot. They have an email that youre supposed to reply to that also is a chatbot. My daughter was so disappointed. We tried to reschedule the appointment using all of the available technology they put out and apparently it canceled our appointment instead of rescheduling for a later time and the staff at the Nashville store could not care less and basically told us there was nothing they could do because its all digital.

The experience we had was excellent! We were able to book an appointment day-of and once we walked in we were greeted immediately and told my friend could squeeze in with me. Walked in and out within the hour. The piercer was also very friendly and took great care of us! Will be coming back for more...

Everyone was so nice and enthusiastic, from the person at the counter to my piercer. I walked in and they were able to take me for an ear piercing right away. Explained everything clearly and were happy to answer any questions, even when we took awhile to pick out earring.

We went in during a girls trip to make memories and have a good time. The workers were rude on several different occasions. They seemed so annoyed with our excitement and wouldn’t let any of us be with each other while we got pierced. I couldn’t believe their attitude towards their paying customers. I ended up backing out of getting pierced because I did not feel safe or valued in their store.

Attempted to walk in as advertised on their website but this place does not take walk ins so beware before you waste time going in there. No effort was even made to work us in as I expected that there may be a short wait. We were forced to leave disappointed that my daughter couldnt get her ears pierced for her birthday after a wasted trip downtown.

Avoid this place especially if Nashville is packed cause if you are 5 mins late they’ll cancel you. Get a tattoo shop to do it for you—-update: went to Nashville Ink around the corner. More to choose from and didn’t rush you for the “20 min” time slot. I can’t thank this place enough for not doing this and allowing me to go to Nashville ink

Snakebite piercings have ALWAYS meant two lower lip piercings! Your stupid company has caused mass confusion amongst piercers and clients by pulling such a sleazy, underhanded move! Leave it to another business to gentrify slang terms they know nothing about to line their own pockets! Its shameful and stupid!

Scheduled an appointment online the day before and showed up the recommended 10 minutes early. Kayla was friendly and helpful with picking out my jewelry. Within minutes, my piercing was done! Everything used was sterile and the piercing itself was basically painless. The aftercare instructions are clear and concise. Overall, I would definitely use studs again!

I visited Studs this past Saturday for the first time and am extremely pleased with how everything turned out! Despite it being packed downtown with visitors for the Georgia/Vanderbilt game and my arriving 20 min before my appointment time, they got to helping me right away and the check-in process was quick and easy! The piercer, Karlyn, was genuinely one of the coolest people ever and made me feel so comfortable with everything that was going on - she communicated everything she was doing as it was happening and happily answered all my questions and offered her own advice. I was a little worried about the technicality of the piercing I wanted (I got an industrial piercing), but she did it without a hitch! As someone who has been pierced before at tattoo shops, I found Studs to be much more professional and clean, and everyone working was also so much more people-oriented. I will certainly be back for my next piercing!

My two daughters and I got matching studs as a momentos of their visit to Nashville. STUDS made it a fun - and hygienic! - memory. The piercers were experienced and communicative throughout. No pain, easy check-in and check-out. Overall, STUDS exceeded our expectations.

My friend and I made appointments on a Sunday for a Wednesday. We didn’t have any issues with booking that far out but they were completely booked when we got there. So they probably do completely book most days. Our piercer was Karlyn and she was very informative and talked me through every step. She was helpful in picking earrings that matched my current piercing locations and what would fit well on my ear shape. The sales girls were super fun to talk to while I waited for my friend to get her piercing. I will be back!!

I made my appointment online and walked in 15 minutes early to fill out my waiver. Super super cute space!! The place was clean, staff were super sweet, and my piercer was even sweeter. I got my third holes done as a birthday present to myself and couldnt love them more!! I love they pierce with needles, as my others have been with guns. I definitely recommend if you want a piercing and you want it done well! The jewelry counter is also super cute too - when they heal, Im ordering another pair from STUDS.

For context, I have had over 15 body and ear piercings.Karlyn the piercer was amazing - but Studs is a rip off. I booked Studs because they have cute jewelry options and have anti-Tragus listed on their website. Once I got there and checked in, after I was already picking out jewelry, my piercer told me they couldn’t do an anti tragus at all. And even if she could, I could only use a titanium bar. Luckily, I waited until Karlyn was available to do it. I did get titanium, which is fine - but it costed twice as much as it would at a tattoo shop for the same clunky look. Again, Karlyn was great, but the rest of the staff was unhelpful at best.You can get more knowledgeable and friendly piercers with more flexibility at half the price at most tattoo shops in the area.

So my friend and I came in on a whim, and I originally wanted the rook. Jocelyn was extremely thorough and explained how my ear shape wouldn’t really support that piercing. Sooo we went with the conch and I LOVE IT. It was quick and painless (in my opinion lol.) Thank you for taking care of me ladies!!!

I made an 6:20 pm appointment to get pierced and during this time there was a heavy heavy rainstorm. I was 10 minutes late to the appointment, which I understand I was in the wrong. However, I tried calling ahead to let them know. There was no working local number. Only a corporate voicemail. Once I arrived the employees turned me away with little help. I understand that there are appointments made for a reason. But the way the employees prioritized the closure of the shop vs helping a customer was very displeasing. I have been a frequent online customer looking forward to this experience. I also had 6 friends with me who all planned on purchasing jewelry. I know this is a large corporation and our sales won’t mean that much in revenue, but all 7 of us will no longer be your customers. It’s a bummer because I really liked your brand and the way your employees treated us definitely paints a negative picture.

I went Saturday June 10 and got two new piercings.I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. The entire experience was amazing, I can’t wait to get my next piercing.I went in wanting a tragus and daith, Karlyn checked the anatomy of my ear and decided the tragus was not the best fit for me. I still got the daith and I got my flat done as well. I could be more pleased. They are perfect and I love the way they fit my ear.

Go to somewhere like Icon instead. Anywhere with APP piercers. Studs pierced my forward helix incorrectly and then instead of communicating with me, let me walk out in tears. After going to icon because it looked infected, they took one look and informed that Studs jewelry is not dependable and not high quality. They have seen issues before. I replaced the jewelry at Icon and it is slowly getting better.

I’ve wanted the Conch piercing for over a year and finally got it. Everyone was super friendly and very thorough with the process. Even though I was squeezed in I didn’t feel rushed at all

My wife recently got a piercing at Studs Nashville and later went in for a compliementary resizing. Appointment was scheduled for 11:00. She left work, drove downtown in the rain, found and paid for parking, only to arrive at the storefront 8 minutes late and be sent away as she was a no-show. When trying to call the store, there is no option to speak with a person only an unhelpful automated system. This is an utterly unacceptable level of service.

The location is excellent and the store is welcoming but the communication regarding the 18 year old age requirement is terrible. We made an appointment in person - mom and 17 year old dtr- for two days later. At no time did the representative tell us that she had to be 18 to be pierced. When we arrived for the appointment, she was told that she couldn’t be pierced because she wasn’t 18. The two sales representatives had no empathy or appearance of care at all about her disappointment. They then pointed to the sign that says you must be 18. It’s on a sign board on the floor that was blocked by people when we made our appointment. The age requirement should be clearly posted on the pricing board. I would have rated this better if the sales reps had demonstrated any concern or care but instead they were completely indifferent. Terrible customer service.

Kay was awesome! The entire experience was quick, as painless as it could be (obviously it’s a piercing…it’s gonna hurt a little), and most importantly, clean. When I visit Nashville again I will certainly be back!

Karlyn, piercer, is fantastic! I got a midi-Snakebite piercing and she ensured it was quick, sterilized and almost pain-free. I ended up having to return 2 weeks later because the top piercing got too swollen for the size mm post and I was afraid I would lose the piercing. But she was able to patiently and skillfully switch it out for a longer length post. This reduced the swelling and allowed my piercing to heal normally. She was so kind and the staff even refunded part of my piercing charge for the inconvenience (even though it was in no way their fault or in their control), but it was an appreciated act of customer service!The only downsides are that it’s located in the thick of Broadway, which as a local I try to avoid (tourists, lack of parking etc). And the front “shop” area of the space is fairly small and can get quite crowded/claustrophobic when there are people shopping for jewelry and waiting for piercings.Overall, great experience and I would recommend Studs and Karlyn!

Great store & friendly employees. I felt comfortable even though I was indecisive about my jewelry. The only thing I wish they had was more options for flat backs on fashionable jewelry. It’s nice to have the options online but for a girl like me who wants to switch jewelry then and there, it would be more than convenient. I got three pieces of jewelry today. Two for my Daith and one for my tragus. My Daith jewelry can be used as regular hoops and I appreciate that as well. Thank you for the cute stickers with my purchase and scratch off. I won a 10% discount which is not much but still thoughtful. I would recommend all my friends to come here.

I felt like my seconds got botched at a tattoo shop and I didn’t know how to get any other piercings around it to make it look normal. My piercer showed me different ways to style jewelry as well as where piercings could be placed around the previous piercing. If you’re looking for somewhere to honor appointments look elsewhere. My friend and I traveled down to Nashville for the day and had booked appointments well in advance. We received multiple confirmation emails from studs so we thought we were good to go. As we walked up to the studio I received a cancellation and she never did. We are still unsure fully why this happened other than a sign on the door that said “maintenance issue”. We understand things happen but the lack of communication and how it was handled by the associates sitting in the lobby could not have been poorer. They were rude and offered no guidance other than to just “see and maybe come back” with no ability to tell us what was happening. Another piercer we found in Nashville told us that’s been happening a lot where people will show up and be told there’s no one to perform the service. Definitely stray away.

Kelly put my nerves at ease and made my piercing experience wonderful. We laughed the entire time and I barely felt the two new piercings she gave me. I can’t wait to go back and get more holes.

Full disclosure. Almost 40, male. First time ever getting a piercing.I didn’t know what to expect but they were great.They answered all my questions, didn’t really try to upsell me on anything and put me at ease with the whole process.Easy to book an appointment online.

It’s a cute store and the jewelry is pretty, however overpriced (in my opinion). My piercer Kayla was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. I wanted to try Studs after seeing it on Instagram and for me, once was enough.

The place is ok cute jewelry Id prefer a tattoo shop to do a piercing they did a good job. They canceled my friends appointment and didnt try to get her in another time I think customer service could be better. I would go back just to buy jewelry but you can do that online.

Part of our bachelorette trip we were going to get piercings here and both days Friday and Saturday they had “no piercer” how do you not have anyone who can do pierce ears?? That’s the whole point??? Bad service.

Kay did amazing on my helix piercing, and now I have an adorable dagger piece! Very reasonably priced and clean!

The sweet girl was able to get my holes reopened and not have to be repierced. Choice of jewlery increased at that point. A little pricey.

My ear lobe piercing fell out after a month. How on earth does that just fall out? Then I went to call them to try and see what I should do but they don’t have a phone they actually answer.

This is the best piercing place ever… the piercers are wonderful and they have great jewelry…I drive over an hour to go there and then have a fun day in Nashville.
