Theyre open on Sundays! Which is great because we were all able to get a flash tattoo just before we left home. The aim is to do it at the end of the trip where we dont need to go in the pool to protect the tattoo.She charged us 100$ US for a very small flash tattoo which is a bit expensive compared to back home in Canada. She was quick and prepared when we got there though which I appreciated it.

My experience with Grace was wonderful. She was friendly and knew what she was doing. I came in for a vertical labret. I appreciate that she took her time with placement to be certain it was even. The experience itself hurt but really only for a moment and I am so happy with my new piercing! Also all of my facial jewelry is gold so I was worried I would have to pay extra for something expensive but great news was that she was able to take the titanium jewelry and zap it to make it gold in color. Did not know that was even a thing. So I got a gold colored piece of jewelry but actually titanium material so its great! Thanks Icon. Another great experience.

Just left after getting my naval pierced. incredible experience! grace was so awesome and made me feel comfortable the entire time. she talked me through the process and made sure i was safe and informed. everything was extra sterile and clean. my piercing looks incredible! thank you guys so much.

Second review :-) Its always reassuring when repeat visits are as amazing as the first. Icon is such a fun, welcoming, safe place. Ive been lucky enough to get to experience every persons personality, amazing skill set, and kindness and when they all make you feel like youre the only client that matters to them... theyre nailing their jobs. Theyre the absolute best... from jewelry selection, actual piercing, to troubleshooting in both locations. Never had a less than stellar experience!

We were in town from out of state and decided to come get tattoos. Everyone was so amazing and nice. The shop was really clean and just beautiful. They offer snacks for really cheap, which I love. Sid did a fantastic job on all of our tattoos and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend and so glad we chose this place!

Highly recommend. Helpful staff. Piercer Grace was amazing, made the process as quick and painless as possible for a piercing! Offered great suggestion for placement of conch piercing. Provided thorough aftercare instructions and even had a recommendation for followup care in my hometown since I got this piercing on a trip. Great jewelry selection. I made an appointment and would highly recommend doing so, especially if going on a Saturday.

I went in to have my nose pierced on vacation! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Tony explained everything and answered any questions I had regarding my piercing. I haven’t had any issues with my piercing and I found it very comforting that I watched them take the jewelry and all the tools out of the sterilizer INFRONT of me! This place was super clean and nice with friendly staff! Highly recommend

I got my eyebrow pierced today, and the whole process from filling out forms to getting it pierced and walking out the door, was a 10/10 experience. I am a minor (17), and you’d think the process would be lengthy with parental involvement and all, but it was actually the opposite—at least here. The staff was very kind and answered any questions or concerns I had, especially since it was my first piercing. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Melody was kind enough to take me as a walk-in. Walked me through my two piercings every step of the way. She paid close attention to detail. Very professional Also made it easy & we had fun in the process! She made it almost painless , super light hands. She made me feel calm & relaxed! Was over in a flash . I went in to get my jewelry changed for a new nostril piercing. I was able to walk in and out in under 10 minutes. The staff was approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a large selection of high-quality jewelry. Ill be returning for all my piercing needs!

Went in for a walk-in nose piercing about 3 weeks ago. Wait time was pretty short, the staff were super friendly.She walked me through every step of the process, I felt very comfortable. 3 weeks in and is healing beautifully. Highly recommend this place!

I did not have a good experience. While I was scheduled for a navel piercing at your establishment, the piercer determined it wasnt possible due to a reason that made no sense really. It was very disappointing due to the fact I have seen nothing but good reviews. I subsequently visited Queen of Hearts where I received the piercing without complications, and its healing beautifully!!!

I made an appt with Melody ahead of time to get my nostril re-pierced after it had closed up months ago. The shop was super clean and the staff was very friendly from check in to check out. Melody talked me through her entire process, from set up to clean up, and took great care of me. She was friendly, the process was quick, and she made sure to review all after care instructions. Will definitely be back for piercings in the future. Only bummer is parking...but thats anything in Nashville :)

Went here last October for a jewelry change after losing a ball end on my starter daith jewelry while visiting TN. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The employee who changed out the horseshoe informed me of a moisture problem that I wouldnt have realized otherwise as well as ways to help! I walked out with two upgraded pieces and a smile on my face. My daith healed beautifully because of this as well. Definitely stopping here if I come by Nashville again!

Melody is great! Someone else said something about different piercers giving different advice. I agree. Ive heard different things from 3 people here concerning one piercing. Idk, is what it is I guess 🤷‍♀️ but I will only see melody from now on.

Came by to get tattoos with my girlfriend and mom and was met with upmost professionalism and cleanliness. Amanda was our tattoo artist and she was the nicest person you’ll meet. 10/10, would definitely recommend Icon in Nashville.

Where do I begin! This has been a wonderful journey and it’s still going. Over 20 plus tattoos done by the artist and the piercings I have lost count. They are always professional and give the best advice. It’s like seeing friends and family every time I go there. Would recommend themTo anyone!

Amazing experience for my 9 year old daughter getting her ears pierced!! Grace was awesome!! She explained every step and made sure she was comfortable the entire process!

I went in yesterday for my first tattoo and had Sean do the work on it. He and I discussed the tattoo for a couple of weeks over email until availability worked for both of us, and he killed it. It’s three pieces all in one, but the gummy bear in the middle I was the most indecisive on what I wanted. When I got into the shop, we quickly got things settled to be exactly how I wanted it. I didn’t feel rushed at all in making my decision, or uncomfortable requesting a change. The shop is very clean, comfortable and everyone that works there is incredibly kind and professional. Even with the hours worth of work we did, we had a fun conversation and it felt like picking up with an old friend.This is a symbolic representation of my family and I can tell that Sean cared to put in the work to make it perfect for me. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience there and will definitely be back to see Sean in the future.

I got my nose pierced by ian while i was visiting nashville. the entire process from arriving to checking out was simple and i felt like everyone communicated extremely well. it was easy to book my appointment online and i would definitely return again! the shop is decorated very well and is super clean. ian was super nice and talked me through the whole process step by step. if i am needing any piercings or tattoos next time i am in nashville i will definitely book at icon again!

A friend of my husband originally told us about Icon at the Murfreesboro location and then we learned they had one in Nashville. I went yesterday to get two piercings, VCH and septum. Zoie was my piercer of choice and I could not be any happier with my choice and her work!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. I felt super comfortable with her. And she even ended up saving me money by re-opening a previous septum hole that I had YEARS ago. She’s amazing and I will not go to anyone else in the future!!

I went to get a belly button piercing, i had an amazing experience! The staff are extremely friendly and professional . I was pierced by Zoie, she did an amazing job! She talked through the entire process and was very sweet! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I went in for a micro dermal piercing one by my eye and onr on my chest. Grace was my piercer she was great informed you step by step of what she was doing and was so Gentle to the touch.I cant wait to go back each time I think.about it gets me so excited 💜💜💜

Icon was so nice and VERY clean. You can tell they put a lot of effort into appearances and it shows! Unfortunately, my friends and I had a negative experience with the staff. When picking what jewelry I would have for my nose piercing, the attendant was nice and explained a lot of the pieces. The majority of the jewelry I was shown was $300+ a piece. Since it was my first nose piercing, I explained I wanted something small and less expensive out of fear of losing it. The attendant then became very irritated and said “If you can’t afford it, the cheapest jewelry is at the end of the counter.” The attendant then left me and began helping another customer. It was embarrassing, but I chose a reasonably priced piece that I felt was comfortable and cute!The piercing process was also pretty upsetting. When I laid on the table, the piercer stated they would explain the entire process to me which was very reassuring. Then they stated for me to stay as still as possible and without warning…shoved the betadine q-tip inside my nose. I winced and coughed, which was a surprise to both of us! My eyes were watering and I began to sit up. The piercer smacked their hands against the table and said “So here is what we are NOT going to do. If you move like that again I am going to refuse to service you and you can get out of my shop.” My friends and I were shocked at their attitude. I told them “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to flinch but you promised you would explain everything to me before you did it. You didn’t tell me you were putting anything on or in me yet.” The piercer crossed their arms and said “Well, you ARE getting your nose pierced so what did you expect me to clean?” My friends and I were really uncomfortable and re-iterated that I was nervous about the piercing and would need a play-by-play.My piercing turned out great! I love it. They provide detailed instructions for cleaning and maintenance. The staffs attitude and hospitality were very unbecoming but the service provided was fine. My friends and I are nurses and we understand the importance of the “patient” experience and explaining the process. Just because they pierce people all day everyday doesn’t mean the individual’s experience isn’t new or frightening.

Got my septum pierced at icon and it was a great experience! It was super clean inside and not busy at all. I went at 3pm on a Sunday. They had a great selection of jewelry for all different price ranges and piercings. Such beautiful jewelry options, you just have to see it! I got pierced by Melody and she was so kind! She made the whole experience comfortable and walked me through every step. I highly recommend icon to anyone looking into getting a piercing!

I got my daith pierced with Melody and she did an amazing job! She talks you through the entire process and kept me calm through all my nerves with the process. She was super knowledgeable and the piercing was much quicker and easier than I was expecting. Highly recommend and will be back for my next piercing!

I had an allergic reaction to what was supposed to be a hypoallergenic belly button piercing. When I changed it out, I realized that my piercing was crooked and crooked bad. I am furious that I paid almost $400 to look like this. I also waited almost 2 hours for the girl to rush through my piercing. The original piercing is the one where Im wearing a black shirt. When I changed it out is the dangling piercing.

I have had two services from Zoie. She pierced both of my earlobes and repaired a nipple. As a physician, I am both observant and critical. Zoie is exceptional in her professional performance, and quite painless in the absence of anesthesia. Zoie is sensitive and an excellent listener. I recommend Zoie to you. The importance of having your piercing done optimally the first time by an expert like Zoie reduces the risk of adverse event and increases the probability of an attractive result which you will be proud of. Pick Zoie.

Came in as a walk-in and they were so sweet and so professional. Sean absolutely killed it and was so nice and sweet. Also got my conch and daith jewelry changed while I was there and I know I paid for top-quality jewelry. It was so nice to go to an artist who didn’t try to haggle me on prices and has genuinely amazing work. I have found my home shop here in Nashville, I will not be going anywhere else.

This establishment is so clean you could eat off the floor. They take into consideration your budget but are concise with pricing. Very transparent at every step along the way to your goal. Grace has pierced me since she was an apprentice back in the day. They take the utmost care. And utmost respect. And asks if they can touch you every step of the way. And guides you through every aspect of lining up their piercing. They let you decide when to start. They let you have a break if youre getting multiples done. They will take care of you better than a doctor. Please see Grace. Even if you dont see Grace I watched the staff check people and advise in the utmost respect and to help curate at the counter. Go to Icon for your piercings. They will not let you down. Also when they suggest jewelry they account for swelling. If you do not have the proper length it will get infected. Its not a ploy. Its truth. Its for your own safety. Please if you are going to get piercings take do your research and realize good piercers will not lie and they are helping you to your goal. Please give Icon your business.

Just based on the customer experience I had on the phone, they were so friendly and was able to quickly help me with my appointment time. I didnt get to come in today, but I hope to soon. The website was easy to use, and explained the process and pricing of what to expect which I totally appreciated.

I loved the positive energy and the realness from this place. The front desk lady was super sweet. I really appreciated Melody! I came in for a re pierce for my belly button and it wasn’t all the way healed. Even though I left without one, she informed me on my body and made me feel better about piercings in general! It made me feel comfortable to know that the people at Icon knows their stuff and I will definitely be back!

We took our daughter to get her ears pierced for her tenth birthday today. The person who helped her pick out her studs (I believe their name was Seven), was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They were very intentional about making my daughter (who is shy and was visibly nervous) feel more comfortable and confident about her choice. We did not feel pressured in anyway to buy anything other than a more basic stud which I very much appreciated. The piercing artist, Tony, was also extremely kind and was exceptional working with our daughter. What can sometimes be a very traumatic experience for some, was easy and practically painless. The facility was immaculate and all of the staff was friendly.. I cannot recommend Icon enough. We will absolutely be returning if and when my younger daughter decides she wants her ears pierced.

My piercing appointment with Melody was perfect. She was so sweet and walked me through every step of the process to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with the finished result. I’m glad I was able to re-use my jewelery for these new piercings, I just had to drop them off the day before and they were ready and sanitized by the time I came in for my appointment. My go-to when I want a jewelry change or a new piercing. Clean, nice, and professional. Just make sure to book an appointment ahead of time if you are in a rush, but otherwise Ive normally experienced low wait times on weekdays.

Lynn is absolutely amazing! I first met her in the Murfreesboro location for a 1 month follow up for some other piercings I had done by another one of their piercers there and to talk about getting my lobes stretched. She had me come visit her at the Nashville location, where most her equipment is, and let me tell you I had the best experience. Went straight to a 2g and she walked me through the whole process, made sure I was okay the whole time and told me everything I needed to know. I love my plugs, I have had nothing but great service from both the Nashville and Murfreesboro location. I couldnt see myself visiting another place for piercings. Thank you so much!

We saw Bonnie this past Saturday to pierce my daughters ear lobes. Bonnie is awesome. She really set my daughter at ease. Bonnie made sure the piercing was correctly aligned and made sure my daughter agreed with the placement. She is professional and personable. She talked my daughter though the piercing process (what takes place, how it feels, why it is important to breathe) and aftercare. We have been so impressed with the overall kindness and support given to us by everyone at Icon. Bonnie did an excellent job working with my daughter.

Un-freaking-believable place!!I did a bunch of research on places to go in Nashville and decided to go here because of the professional response they gave to a negative review here on Google.Im so glad I chose Icon!They redid my helix piercing another shop did years ago: the worst piercing Ive ever dealt with. It never healed in the 2 years I had it. My helix piercing from Icon is now the easiest piercing (in pain and maintenance) that Ive ever had. Even the piercing process was less painful and amazing.Im already trying to think of what I can get done next just to have a reason to go back!!

Went in for a recommendation on aftercare for my daughter and the lady that helped us wasn’t very welcoming and mentioned multiple times that she’s not a dermatologist…well obviously we knew that because we were clearly in a tattoo/piercing shop but I always thought that you could go to a piercing shop and receive helpful recommendations for aftercare if you are experiencing an issue with your piercing. She didn’t really seem like she was interested in helping us. I don’t necessarily think that this shop is a bad shop. I feel like if we had talked to someone else maybe they would have been more helpful but this lady in particular was of no help and was VERY condescending. We decided to go to another piercing shop to receive help and they gave some GREAT aftercare recommendations.

Melodie is the best!! She is very KNOWLEDGEABLE & always answers my questions with warmth& patience to make sure i understand &she will be honest with you about what piercings will and will not work with different peoples anatomy. Shes basically a doctor (the piercing doctor.) Melody recommended me what size and styles of jewlry will and will not work with my 13+ different piercings ive gotten. The jewlry at the shop is hella overpriced and the receptionist? is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars. Shop is very clean & everything sanitized. Its recommended to make an appt. Consultations with (piercer) Melody and jewlry changes are free, as well as check ups to make sure piercings are healing properly. Avdice is free, very knowledgeable & helpful staff. 10/10 Icon is the best of the best. Hence why everything is highly priced.

My friend and I were walk-ins around 1pm on a holiday weekend Saturday. We expected to not be able to be worked in at all but my friend was able to be tattooed (by Sean) within an hour of us walking in and I was able to be pierced (by Melody) within 2 hours of us walking in. Everyone we interacted with was patient, kind and helpful, despite having a ton of clients and having to have the AC worked on. We will definitely be returning. I wanted to leave a review here so people don’t make the same mistake I did! Icon is the only studio I’ve been coming to after learning more about safe piercing and I’ve never ever been disappointed by them, however in this case my experience was not as great as it’s been in the past.This week I went to get a nose piercing and the front desk employees were super sweet and nice as always! I had originally scheduled my appointment with Melody who’s taken care of me before and she’s always super sweet and kind to work with. But after having to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, I ended up having to get pierced by Bonnie (who I’d never met before, and I won’t get pierced by again.)She was nice, however her bedside manner was just not good at all in my opinion. I’ve been pierced by Grace, Ian, Lynn, and had a couple of check-up appointments with Melody and they’re all amazing! They walk you through the piercing process and never make you feel uncomfortable.Bonnie though, told me the piercing would last about a second, told me to breathe, not be tense, and that was it. I felt them touching my nose and then all of a sudden piercing me and it just really made me caught me off guard and made me super uncomfortable. How am I supposed to know to breathe and not tense up when you’re not even telling me when you’re about to pierce me? Of course I immediately held my breath and tensed up since I was so taken aback, especially with a nose piercing…Overall I absolutely DO recommend coming to Icon, but I DO NOT recommend getting pierced by them unless this is something they plan to work on in the future. Overall, in my opinion, it makes for a really uncomfortable experience for the client when you get pierced by surprise and aren’t prepared for the sensation of the piercing.

My experience here has only been with piercers and I have to say…big slay. BcTHE PIERCERS: Went to Hannah for to re-pierce my nipple and she did a wonderful job. Loved the experience so much I decided to go back a few days later.I was most nervous about getting a PA done but after my consult with Grace I was not only relaxed but excited! They did an amazing job answering my questions and educating me throughout the process on things I never thought to ask during my consult. They also gave me a way to contact them in case I had any questions post-piercing which made me even more comfortable knowing I could speak to a professional in case I was alarmed by or had any questions later (which I did and they were happy to help). Realistic expectations were set for what healing would look like.THE PLACE:Beautiful studio. Love the diversity + respect for all humans that this place exudes. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful and fun and I wish I remembered all of their names so I could give you a shout out. As a queer person I am usually nervous about entering a tattoo/piercing shop in the south but I was instantly made comfortable. Also the jewelry selection is IMPECCABLE and I could spend hours just going through the jewelry cases. Thank you for existing!

Went in to get a tattoo to commemorate my 50th birthday trip to Nashville. Walked in with my sister, son and friends and the three of us who wanted tattoos were taken right away. I had Abbey- she was great. Awesome personality and quick to complete the job. Definitely recommend Icon when in Nashville!

I had visited while I was visiting. I got my angel fangs pierced. The employees are really cool. However they over price & the piercer that did them was really nice & took her time with the placement alignment. However she didn’t use clamps & she used her fingers. They are Crooked one is placed properly but the other points forward too far in my opinion. I have piercing experience I know how to do piercings myself. I am not too happy with the outcome at all & would/will never let her do mine again. Big red flag is a piercer who doesn’t use clamps for any oral or certain piercings in general. Plus it took her over 30 minutes to do the proper placement. I also paid $150 for a piercing that shouldn’t cost no more then $80-$100 at most. I will hand it to her she did use the proper gauze piercing & needle that’s a plus.

My daughter and I have had several piercings between both the Nashville and Murfreesboro locations. Every single time, we’ve both had the same high caliber, personal and fun experiences at both locations individually.I personally have been pierced with Melody in Nashville and with Sacoon and Monique in M’boro. My daughter has been with Melody, Grace and guest piercer Jeff. EVERY person was kind, fun, and super helpful. Never once in either location did I or my daughter feel like we were uncomfortable or unwelcome. And it’s been over the course of a long time since I personally have been with them…. And it’s always been greatThey’re the one of (if not THE) best APP piercing studios and it shows. They may not be the “cheapest” but I’d rather pay for high quality, clean and safe jewelry that is being put in a technical open wound in my body long term than to pay the least I can for questionable metals. 🤷🏼‍♀️ just my opinion. I’ve had pieces range all across the board cost wise and never once did my lower priced pieces end up with me feeling judged for not spending more.Will definitely stick with them and send others in the future.Oh, and they’re super awesome about checkups and not making you feel stupid for being concerned!

My daughter came for her second holes in her ears. It was for her 13th birthday! My older daughter had been here previously, so I knew it would be a good experience. My 13 year old was nervous, because she had a bad experience with her first holes years ago. Everything went great! No tears at all.

I scheduled an appointment with the Nashville location for a surgically altered nipple Piercing and my piercer was grace.Grace was absolutely amazing and gave the best advice for my surgically altered nipple.If anyone needs a piercing done I highly Recommend grace.They even have tons of jewelry options!

Went in to get my second nose piercing and was told I had to set an appointment rather than a walk-in because its more involved, which was totally ok! Came in the next day, everyone was super friendly even after I left my ID and had to make a run for it to get back in time. Grey was my piercer and they explained everything, which was nice because I always get too curious, and really put the time in to make sure my piercings were going to be even. My new one looks SO good and I am so happy. The studio is clean and you definitely feel like youre in good hands. Will absolutely be coming back for my other piercings.

Ive been coming to Icon for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive been working with Saccoon in Murfreesboro for the past 3 years, but because she moved away, I stopped in and saw Melody today for some downsizing and stretching, and she was just wonderful! She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I was nervous about working with someone new, and Im glad that Melody was there to help me today!

I got a custom bent industrial from Melody, and she was amazing throughout the whole process. During the consult, she was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure I had a piece I was comfortable with and the look I wanted. When it was time for the piercing, she walked me through what to expect, and her bedside (pierce-side?) manner put me at ease. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s absolutely perfect, and my favorite piercing by far! I will definitely go back to her for my next piercings. 11/10.

I came from out of town, drove 11 hours to get pierced by Lynn. It was so worth it! They did an amazing job I love my new piercings! They were professional, clean and walked me through every step and made the whole experience wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with everything. 100/10 recommend!

Grace did my nose piercing and as a first timer with facial tattoos, she was so professional and made the experience stress-free. I went to Grey for a bridge piercing and everything went wonderfully! They gave me a consultation and respectfully told me that while they could do a bridge piercing, it wouldnt keep. We both agreed to change plans to do a pair of nostril piercings!Upon asking the front desk for their suggestions for jewelry, since I had a budget but nothing specific in mind, I ended up with very beautiful blue opal ends to match another piercing I have! It was super fast and they had excellent bedside manner and Im definitely looking forward to my checkup appointment.

I got my septum pierced here yesterday, and everyone was so helpful! Grace was my piercer, and they were amazing. The jewelry initially was a little too small for my nose, and Grace said that they wanted to change it out to one that fit me better so I’d leave with something I loved. It was so sweet— I didn’t ask them to do this, but they wanted to make sure it was perfect. I want to get more piercings just for an excuse to come back to Icon!! Everyone at the counter was delightful, too. Thank you guys :’)

Tried to get pierced but the person up front was rude. Basically told us to leave and make an appointment online (which is fine -- I understand making appointments). Definitely felt like they were talking down to us and uninterested in our business. I even wanted to buy jewelry and they seemed very uninterested in helping me, and definitely enjoyed telling me the septum ring I chose was almost $600, without directing me to another piece within my price range. I made an appointment somewhere else. Customer service is important. I had my septum done there years ago and was very impressed and was excited to come back. Oh well. Obviously they have enough customers 👍.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Just in case you only read one line; that’s all you need to know. I worked with Grace for a nose piercing and Melody for a Tragus. They both are top notch and make you feel SO welcomed. It can be over whelming going into a piercing/tattoo shop but 1- this place looks so pretty on the inside of both locations 2- no funny tattoo parlor smell 3- the display cases contain some of THE most beautiful ear piercing selections 4- diverse staff/customers making it comfortable! A bit pricey but nothing crazy about normal shop prices. They cater to what you need and not what is standard. I highly recommend Icon.

I have never experienced customer service as wonderful as Icons! I decided to get my nose pierced here while traveling from out of town, and I could not be happier with my experience. Grace was my piercer, and she walked me through each step, making sure I knew everything she was doing along the way. She was knowledgeable and kind and gave me her contact information for following up since I was from out of town. When my local piercing shop was not available to change out my piercing after a month, Icon and Grace went above and beyond to make sure it could be changed safely. I would recommend Grace and Icon to anyone!

Icon is by far my favorite studio to get pierced at, its a 7 hour drive but its totally worth it to make the trip when I want a new piercing! The front of house staff are super friendly and fun to talk to, when I was nervous my first time there they were very kind and reassuring. The jewelry selection and quality is outstanding. Lynn is a wonderful piercer and every experience Ive had with them has been comfortable and fun! They explained everything they were doing and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and the aftercare sheet was the most extensive and helpful Ive ever gotten from a studio. Theyre also super easy to reach if you have trouble healing a piercing and assuaged all my anxieties about the process. Felt profiled by one of the girls behind the counter who asked me to leave my phone behind as I stepped 2ft away from the front door to grab my credit card to pay for my nose piercing. And faintly hear her mutter “you seem like you’d do that.” Not sure in the moment how to react so I left my phone paid and left. Service from the piercer I believe his name was Jeff was great. Pleasant guy, professional and personable. But I’ve come here for my first couple piercings before and if I needed to step out for a call or grab something from my car like ID never had anyone respond with that treatment.

I was a walk-in and was assigned Tim. He was able to take my request and provide me with a sketch that I didnt realize I wanted. Im obsessed with my tator tot and look forward to my next.

I have gotten my nose and cartilage pierced at Icon in the last month. It is the cleanest place I have ever been to, multiple cleanings every time. The staff is so nice! Grace has done both of my piercings and they have been so understanding about my low pain tolerance. I would recommend making an appointment because it makes everything so much quicker. Very normal prices if you get pierced w titanium. Love Icon!

Went in for help with an existing piercing, gotten somewhere else, that wasn’t healing properly. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable- Grace helped me switch out the ring with a better quality one, was gentle and answered my (many) questions. A few days ago I made a trip to Nashville from Florida in order to get pierced here. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, I booked an appointment online and got there a few minutes early, but I was in and out very fast. I had my nipples pierced by Lynn and she was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process and explained everything very well. I can’t recommend going to Icon enough, everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back in the future!

You want exceptional service and care? This is the place!! A year ago I had earlobe reconstruction. After a long wait I was finally ready to re-pierce them. I made an appointment with Melody and off I went! Heres the scoop-1. The shop is beautiful and very clean. A++2. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone I spoke with was super kind and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had, which in my experience, is not typically the case with a lot of tattoo/piercing shops.3. The jewelry is very high quality. There are some standard options, then a HUGE array of beautiful, premium pieces to choose from.4. My piercer Melody was awesome as heck!! Seriously. Super knowledgeable, even about my reconstructed lobes. She took her time to explain the reasoning behind everything she did, and offered lots of advice. She worked very hard to get the placement perfect which is tough to do when youre working around a bunch of scars. To boot, she was super upbeat and fun!My experience here was 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!

The front desk really doesn’t want to help you if you don’t look like them. It took an extreme amount of time to get my piercing done. During that time, I saw them walk several customers out by their lack of wanting to help. That being said… the shop is clean and the piercer did a great job.

Spent the day with the Icon crew the other day shadowing Lynn. Everyone there is super nice and easy to talk to. Lynn was very informative and sweet, and I’m very glad they let me follow them around all day. They performed a vertical philtrum piercing on me (which is a pretty spicy piercing to sit for), but it was super easy and laid back. I’m in love with it. Lynn is one of the few folks I would trust to perform a more advanced and unique piercing like that one.The shop itself was very clean, open, and bright. The atmosphere was very welcoming and safe. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and I cannot wait to go back and spend more time with them when I can!!

Such a pleasant experience 10/10 very kind staff willing to address any concerns you may have. The staff member working up front was very nice and helped pick me out some beautiful pieces that fit my vibe perfect and Lynn was a dream to be pierced by! Super kind staff! I was definitely visibly nervous, it was my first time going into a piercing shop that used proper procedures & jewelry but they were super great & patient! I was pierced by Lynn who is currently taking a break from piercing but the entire staff was efficient & kind! I traveled about 4 hours & will think about traveling for more. Had some unexpected free time today so I decided to finally pierce my septum. Parking was kind of a pain due to the location, but I was able to find a spot. The shop was busy and the phone was ringing off the hook, but I was able to get an appointment for 45 minutes from the time I got there. I didn’t realize you needed an appointment for anything “under the mask” but they were so accommodating. The piercer, Melody, called me about 10 minutes earlier than my appointment which was a nice surprise. She was so sweet and thorough. We discovered I had a deviated septum (I forgot I had broken my nose about 15 years ago), but she was still able to do the piercing. It was practically painless and looks great! Melody was genuinely SO nice, as was everyone I encountered here. I’m not sure when septum piercings started costing $100, but it’s been about 10 years since I last pierced anything so what do I know? Overall lovely experience and I will be visiting them again.

I had an amazing experience when I got my snake bites pierced here by Lynn back in June. The studio is beautiful and clean. My piercings have been healing beautifully with no problems. It definitely helped that I was pierced with high quality jewelry. I was so thankful for that especially since I have had a poor experience with another shop in the past. I’m also so honored I got to be pierced by Lynn before their hiatus. Like many people, I traveled to be pierced by them after finding their blog and tiktok account. Lynn is an amazing piercer and walked me through every step of the process and made me and my mom feel comfortable. They even gave us some recommendations of places to go during our stay in Nashville. I am so saddened to hear about how awful the people at this shop have been treated during the pandemic. Everyone there is so nice, welcoming, and informative.

Melody was awesome!! I went in for a nostril re-piercing and Melody ended up discovering it was still open and didnt need to be re-pierced. Melody explained everything throughout the process and put me at ease. The facilities were bright and clean, and they have a great selection of jewelry.

I have used Icon for four years for piercing services and I have always been treated with the kindest, most attentive customer service from everyone on their staff. I came in today for a double conch piercing with Melody and they were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain every step of the process and took their time making sure the piercings were beautifully placed before doing anything. Came here the other day to pick out some new jewelry and get it switched out, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. june was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and overall a very cool person to talk to. she was very patient with me wanting to look at a bunch of different pieces and i really appreciated it. she helped me pick out some stuff that i absolutely love that i’m not sure i would’ve even picked out myself! i’ve been going to the murfreesboro location for a long time, and both locations are amazing!

Grace was amazing! She was so kind and patient, and made getting my ears pierced a fun experience. You can tell how much pride she takes in her work. The shop has a really safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Pros:-The atmosphere is top notch. It feels light and bright. Clean, curated. Very spacious and contemporary. I want to spend time here.-The jewelry selection is quality, varied, and extensive. This shop is unique in its jewelry selection alone.-Grace is a professional who understands service. They were personable and checked in with me at each step. When there was a hiccup they were patient and gave me peace of mind as we fixed the issue.Cons:-The parking is an issue. If you are at the shop before 6 PM there is only street parking and it is dicey and coveted. I spent 15 min figuring out parking and ended up parking illegally just so I wouldnt miss my appt. If you have parking or new place anxiety, plan ahead or make your appt for after 6 PM and park in the tire discounter lot that is literally next door.-The prices. Because the jewelry is good quality it costs more which I absolutely understand, but there are no prices on anything, this means as you are trying to make a decision you have to ask the concierge for the price on every piece you are interested in. The person who served me today did not give firm prices but came back with phrases like its in the 110-ish range. Having to ask and not getting firm answers creates a muddy aura around the money aspect of all this. It felt very gatekeepery, and to borrow from Kevin Hart, the thing about my bank account is I need to know how much I am spending before I spend it. I am also neurodivergent and trying to keep all the numbers straight in my head without a visual aid was next to impossible.It would be very helpful to have access to the prices. I struggled to make a decision, chose a piece that was quoted at 110-ish then was told it was $50 more and as I was rushing to make a new selection the person serving me told me my appointment was almost over and we really need to speed things up. I ended up half heartedly choosing a cheaper piece because I felt rushed. Which brings me to the last thing-The service is hit or miss. It feels at points as if the people working there do not understand that they are hosting their customers and are therefore guiding the customers experience. There is a kind of a timidity or absentmindedness to some of the service which is disappointing because the environment is really serving you have arrived at piercing heaven.I will go back but I will make an appt for after 6 PM and I will get there 20 min early, face the discomfort of asking the price on any and every piece of jewelry I might be interested in and bring my own notebook to write prices down, and make an appt with Grace and not leave very much up to chance.

Booking an appointment online was super easy. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind employee who helped me pick out my jewelry and answered some of my questions. Grace did my piercing, made me feel comfortable, and gave me contact information in case I had any follow-up questions. The place was very clean. I would highly recommend Icon to anyone! Just arrive a little early for your appointment because parking is a little tricky!

This used to be my favorite place to get a piercing, but for the past year, multiple times Ive gotten completely contradictory advice from different piercers there, so when I have gone in and mentioned I was told xyz, they say no thats not correct at all. Its a shame, I used to love this place.

Yesterday I had my first experience at Icon, and I can tell you I will never go anywhere else! Every single person there was incredibly kind and helpful! Lynn re-pierced my lobes that had closed and have a ton of scar tissue, and pierced my conch. They did better than I could have hoped! They are so knowledgeable and kind, an absolute dream! Best piercing experience I’ve ever had.

Ive gotten multiple tattoos and multiple piercings here. I love the work and make it a point to come here because I like what they stand for. However, I called yesterday to ask if I could do a walk in tattoo and get nose jewelry changed out. I was told walk ins for both would be fine between 12-7 and would be gotten to quicker the earlier I came in. I drove an hour downtown and spent over 20 minutes finding a place to park due to construction and no parking lot only to be told their 1 artist today was fully booked and my nose jewelry didnt meet their standards to be changed out. Almost 3 hours wasted all because I was not given full information. Unlikely ill ever come back.

I got pierced by Lynn, I had been wanting to be pierced by them for so long as I felt like I could trust them. I had a big fear of being pierced improperly and dealing with a bad healing process but with Lynn it’s been so seamless, I got to pick out jewelry I loved, got told all about the after care, and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The girl at the desk that greeted me was incredibly friendly and helpful and Kristina was amazing. I was in and out with two nose piercings in less than 30 minutes. Lynn was super amazing! I found her off TikTok and she taught me a lot about professional piercers should be and the proper jewelry to use. I was super excited to meet her and was extremely impressed by how professional she was. She was very personable and friendly. I had my jewelry changed to gold and titanium (since I had surgical steel in) also got a conch piercing. Definitely would recommend getting a piercing from her!

I had such a great time getting two front facing nostril piercings and a vertical philtrum from Lynn! The whole procedure went so smoothly. She told me every single step and made sure I was ready before we started. My nose is a bit deviated and she worked so hard to make sure my nostril piercings would work with my anatomy and still look good. The piercings came out perfect! I also really enjoyed getting styled by Rob and having him hold my hand while I got my piercings done. He picked out the absolute perfect pieces to work together and make a cohesive look for my face. Again, it was a wonderful experience with the two of them. I cant wait to go back for more!

Five stars for Grace! I originally had another piercer here (I believe her name was Sacoon) put in my new hoop and it obviously did not fit my nose and looked so out of place. I told her that I wasn’t happy with it and she just sent me out the door. Thankfully I was able to see Grace and she corrected the issue. She listened to my concern and was able to adjust the hoop so it fit perfectly. Definitely see Grace if you are coming here!

Im never going to be pierced by anyone but Lynn! Ive had slight issues with other piercers and Lynn surpassed them all. She is so nice and professional and knows all the current data on piercing and safety. The piercings were quick and somehow less painful than my others. She has amazing fashion which is just a bonus!

Any time I have ever needed anything, Icon has been there. I’m a long time client. Their selection of jewelry is great, and the staff has always been very professional and helpful. Also, everything is very clean there. Prices are reasonable. The owner (Ian) has a vast knowledge of body piercing and actually teaches courses in NV and CA, as well as taking new piercers under his wing to teach them how to become the best piercers in the business. I highly recommend Icon for piercing and tattooing. Ian hires only the best for his shops.

Lynn is amazing, I’m so glad I chose to get my tragus done with her. I could tell immediately how much she loves this job and takes pride in piercing. I originally went in wanting two piercings on different ears and she quickly informed me on why that wouldn’t be the best and how it could affect healing. She talked me through the entire experience and it was over so quickly and didn’t hurt at all! I went to see her for my month check up and she advised me to wait to downsize- I appreciate her not rushing into things and really finding a plan that works per customer. She’s so kind and easy to talk to, I can’t wait to have her pierce me again!

They have many different types of jewelry to choose from, great for people who are sensitive to certain types of metal. The piercer was able to anodize the titanium right there to change the color of the jewelry - a cool addition.Lastly, the staff is SO NICE and very helpful. I felt comfortable and confident in getting it done there. Pat was genuine and let me know I could call with any questions or problems. Ill definitely be back for any future work :)

Lynn was amazing. she informed me of exactly why the piercings were placed where they were, she went through the whole process calmly and professionally and helped keep me calm for all three piercings (i am horrible with needles, doctors need to learn from her) the jewelry selection was beautiful and all high quality and the entire place was very clean and followed covid guidelines. definitely worth the drive from knox and definitely worth paying more for a better experience, better jewelry, great info on aftercare, and well done piercings. Every other piercer/artist/front of house person there was also very nice and professional. Overall it was a great experience and i will definitely be making that drive again.

I walked in for a quick nose piercing and I was in and out under an hour. I arrived on a Friday morning right when they opened. My piercer was Rat and he was phenomenal. He was very thorough in his explanation of my piercing and took his time to answer my questions. His process was sterile and I never questioned the cleanliness of Icon. I will definitely be returning. I imagine, though, any other time one would need an appointment because there were five people in the lobby when I arrived.

I came in yesterday wanting to get some new jewelry and a few new ear piercings but didnt exactly know where to start. Rob up front was fantastic at helping me figure out what piercings to start with and which jewelry would look good and was also very patient with me! Lynn did the actual jewelry change and flat and 3rd lobe piercing and was so sweet and gentle! She also gave me some ideas of what to get next when these are healed. Icon is definitely my go-to place for piercings! The Murfreesboro location is great as well!

This was my first piercing and they answered all of my questions, spent a lot of time with me to make sure I could pick out the best option both for my first piercing and for my long term interest in plugs.Melody was my piercer and she was fabulous! I have to say that this is one of the cleanest, most professional tattoo/piercing studios I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have an anxiety disorder, and can easily get overwhelmed, but Melodys calming vibes always put me at ease. I so appreciate her willingness to talk me through every movement and breath during the piercing process. It really makes a huge difference and puts my nerves at ease. Her work is stunning and all my piercings with her have healed beautifully.Sid has done tooth gems for me and I adore them! I cant wait to get new ones. Even when Ive come in to get a different service, Sid has still taken time to say hello and check in with me when Ive come in. We were very happy and lucky to get Sean as a walk in tattoo on a Friday midday. Very professional and clean shop. Price was negotiable and discussed before finalizing design. We were able to go back together. Made sure we were comfortable and let him know if we got dizzy and/or didnt feel good.

I was on a vacation from California and was recommended this place by a friend. I went there for a nostril piercing and they did an excellent job! Super nice people and such a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

Had an amazing experience at Icon Nashville location. Lynn was my piercer and she was fabulous. I went in with the intention of 3 ear piercings but after consulting with me and going over risk of swelling/healing we decided on two. I really appreciated her honesty over the potential upsale. We discussed coming back in a month to check up to reduce the size of the flat and in two months completing my third piercing. I’ll be coming back to Lynn!

I’m pretty disappointed to be writing a negative review, especially because I’ve read so many positive comments about this place. I’m hoping my experience is just an unfortunate anomaly, but I was not impressed by the organization of the front desk staff.I came in as a walk-in to get an older irritated ear piercing checked out. The person at the front desk was prompt and checked me in after I explained my situation. I then ended up waiting over an hour in the lobby while three other walk-ins came in after me (they stated out loud that they did not have a prior appointment), checked in, and were fully attended to. Of note, two of those walk-ins came in at least 30 minutes after I had been waiting.The same front desk person did ask me again after about 50 minutes if I had been assisted, and I re-explained my situation to them. They filled out a check-in slip — apparently the other one might have gotten lost or the piercers were “getting things ready for me” — and said it would only be a few minutes. I did wait another 15-20 minutes but ended up leaving after I saw other folks were being taken back.As a walk-in, I figured that I would likely have to wait a little. But I didn’t anticipate later walk-ins seemingly being prioritized over me. Those folks who did get seen seemed to be pretty happy with the service, so hopefully everyone else’s experiences are better here than mine was.

Just had an unfortunate experience at Icon Nashville. As a female, I went in to have a piercing done and requested a female to pierce. Due to anxiety, I wanted my man in the room with me. One would think customer experience and comfort during such procedures would be the number one priority. Unfortunately, Melody was extremely rude and said I was interrupting her work flow by asking twice to have someone in the room with me. I would not recommend her to anyone if you’re looking for a piercer with any level of beside manner whatsoever. Due to this interaction, I decided against having my piercing done there.In response to the owners reply below, none of which occurred. There were at least 7-8 people in the lobby (however all were wearing masks) The gentleman that offered to piece me ALLOWED guests in the room which contradicts the owners response. “Melody” was rude, the male was very friendly. Poor attempt at blaming covid policies for bad customer service.

I’ve gotten a total of 3 piercings from Lynn, as well as a few downsizes on jewelry, and it was always a really amazing experience each time I’ve come into Icon. Lynn is an amazing piercer and so incredibly friendly and professional in what she does, and I’m incredibly honored to have been pierced by them and I honestly wish all the best in all her journeys after she leaves Icon because they absolutely deserve it ❤️

Lynn is absolutely phenomenal, I had a couple piercings get infected/irritated (done at a different studio) and went to Lynn for help she got back to me immediately with clear instructions on how to take care of my piercings. I got an ear curation done by Rob & Lynn in February and was photographed by June and they were all so helpful, nice, and made my experience so great! I got my piercings downsized by Sacoon and also went to her to reinstall (re-pierce?) my stacked lobe piercing and she was awesome to talk to and work with both times!!Everyone here is so knowledgable and welcoming, I plan on getting most (if not all) of my future piercings done here!!

I got my septum pierced by lynn yesterday, and my experience was amazing! from the time they brought me back into the room until the time i left she made me feel so comfortable. she walked me through the whole process, so that there were no surprises on my end. the front of house staff were also just as amazing, super nice and knowledgeable; they helped me pick out my piercing! i was in and out in less than 25 minutes! i’ve been shopping around on social media for a new piercing place since moving to Nashville last year and i’ve found just the spot that i’ll forever go to!!

Came in yesterday to get forward facing nostrils by Lynn and a philtrum jewelry change. This is my 2nd and 3rd piercing by Lynn and as always they were amazing. Every step of the process was explained, they took their time making sure the placement was just right before piercing and the pain was minimal. The calming energy that Lynn brings, really fills the room and as soon as we started my nervousness was gone. It’s important to also note the studio is always clean and tidy too! I had no idea what jewelry I wanted but Natasha helped me pick out the cutest little opals for the piercings and the two colors she picked pair perfect together. Icon is without a doubt my home studio for piercings now. It is such a comfortable and welcoming environment.

I got my septum pierced back in November and it was a relatively easy process (I believe Pat was my original piercer. Super awesome dude that made the whole process fun and relaxing). 2 days after I had my piercing done, I noticed that I had an unusual pulling sensation when I was eating/ smiling, and the piercing was looking kind of crooked. Since I stopped in to get a new ball for my horseshoe, I asked the piercer on staff if she could take a look (I believe she was a visiting piercer from Florida... I forget her now at the moment). She did agree that the piercing was crooked, and that I should get it redone. I know piercers are human and that they make mistakes, so no worries. The piercer that redid my septum did a phenomenal job, and did not charge me for the new piercing or for the new horseshoe. To top it all off, she did it after the shop had technically closed (that was the only time I could get there that day, unfortunately) so I didnt have to be uncomfortable any longer. I highly recommend Icon for their customer service and for guaranteeing their work!

Went in on a whim with two of my girlfriends for piercings. Amazing experience! Very professional. We went at closing time and all three got piercings. Pat was our piercer. He was amazing and such an amazing resource full of information. Time was taken slowly and appropriately for each one of us. We never felt rushed. As professional graduate students in healthcare we were very impressed. Sterile technique was on point for each of us. We love our piercings! We are not from Nashville but will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend!!!

Do not get a tattoo here!!!!!! I got two tattoos done here and both of them turned out horribly in the long run. I have had multiple other artists tell me that the reason they look so bad now is because they were poorly administered and scarred heavily due to bad work by Icon artists. When I asked an Icon employee right after getting it why it started to look bad, they blamed it on me and tried to shame me for not taking care of it (which I had). Plus, the artists were rude, abrasive, and judgmental when I got my tattoos done. Since they were my first tattoos, I didn’t know better but I’m horrified now by how I was treated. Plus, I’m stuck forever with a scarred, awful looking tattoo all because this place seemed convenient and affordable. Avoid at all costs!

In a day where we all wear masks, Its still fantastic to be greeted with a smile. Sure, you cant see someones mouth but the eyes tell all. I felt welcomed and safe the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left. I had piercings done by Lynn, her knowledge and professionalism supersedes anything I have experienced in the past. Had an ear curation and piercing done by Rob and Lynn respectively. Rob was so helpful in finding the perfect pieces for my jewelry and Lynn was SO communicative through the whole piercing process. I highly recommend Icon. There’s too many great things to list:). Firstly, the entire place screams clean, it’s very well kept and the aesthetic is very calming and subtle. The options to choose from jewelry are great and also affordable for such quality! Last year, Lynn pierced my younger cousin’ ears, was so gentle, and explained the whole process so my cousin who was 5 wouldn’t be scared. Yesterday, I went in without an appointment needing an emergency nose stud since mine had fallen out and I was using a non-quality stud. Sacoon helped me figure out the best option to prevent a nose bump from forming, fit me in her schedule, put the stud in, and was super sweet! The girl up front was also super professional and helped me book another appointment, I just didn’t catch her name. Highly recommend them for anything!

I’ve been pierced multiple times and never had a problem until I came here. The woman at the desk was very helpful and nice, but the guy that pierced me seemed rushed, annoyed, and very uninterested in piercing anyone at all. Every piercer that has ever done work for me has cleaned the piercing and took their time to make sure I was happy with it. He didn’t clean my ear before or after it was pierced and wasn’t gentle at all. I do not recommend coming here at all because of the piercer and the extremely high prices.

Had the best experience for an ear curation here! My ear was styled by Ash and pierced by Lynn and they were both amazing to work with! I traveled about 6 and a half hours just to come here and it was very much worth it with how happy I am with my ear curation and how great the process was!

I found Lynn on Tiktok a while back last year and I messaged them about getting new piercings. I have some skin conditions and other medical issues that cause my body to heal slow and I get reactions so easily and I was about ready to give up at that point. Lynn was so super nice to me and answered every question I had and I set up an apt to speak in person. We discussed and decided to start small to see how my body heals. I got large gauge lobes. Lynn was super informative and they explained the entire process and what to expect. I literally had zero issues with the healing process for the first time ever!! And I have had easily over 40 piercings! Up next we did my septum I was so nervous and scared because I thought it was going to hurt I expressed to Lynn that I was nervous and they chatted with me for a minute about what to expect and that it’s not that bad and instantly I felt so comfortable and relaxed and I trusted them. The piercing was so smooth and healing for that was a breeze as well! I couldn’t believe it! When I messaged Lynn initially I was sure I was going to have nothing but issues with healing. Fast forward to another piercing this time I wanted to get my nipples pierced! I have had them before and it was a total nightmare! I loved them so much but the pain from the healing was terrible. I kept snagging them on everything because the bars were too long and they weren’t pierced properly and they just wouldn’t heal at all no matter how much I tried. I expressed to Lynn my struggles but that I really loved the piercings and wanted to try again. They were super helpful with discussing my anatomy and that the healing process could possibly be a little harder because of my anatomy and we moved forward with the piercing! Initially I was so nervous because it’s failed before and I wanted them so bad! But I have had them for a bit now and I haven’t had a single issue come up at all!!! I can’t believe the piercing I had the HARDEST time healing was just healing so well. I was shocked. Literally shocked. We moved on to another piercing as well (high lobe) and I’m in the process of stretching my ears also. We have a whole list of piercings that I’m going to get and I can’t wait to go through the process. I’m crazy paranoid because of previous issues and everytime I message Lynn they are always so helpful and reassuring I’m pretty sure I arguably message them waaaaayyyyy too much too but they have never once made me feel like a burden and have always been sooooo helpful. The staff at icon is amazing as well Rob has been there for a lot of my piercings and he is amazing in every way. Super educational on jewelry and OMG he can style ears like none other!!! He’s got some many amazing ideas!!! And loves to talk about projects! (He also secretly loves to come outside and pet puppies) I have also seen a couple others including Melody for a check up and they were so freaking awesome to talk to beyond friendly and so easy going non judgmental at all and their personality is so chill you just feel so comfortable around them! I’ve also had the pleasure of chatting with Izzy a few times when I came in for an ear stretch or a consult for a tattoo. They’re also super chill and love chatting about jewelry! We talked about plugs and they sat there with me and went through different sizes and helped me and my husband figure out what size we wanted our goal to be and chatted about all kinds of things we can do with our ears through the stretching process! I have an apt with Sean for a tattoo with my best friend in a little under 2 weeks and the consult with him was so much more than I expected! He was so nice and friendly. I told him my vision and he went through everything step by step with me to make sure I get the perfect tattoo that I have wanted. I am so freaking excited!! Literally everyone at icon in both Nashville and murfreesboro are so amazing and they have been more than helpful to me. They all go beyond what great customer service is and I consider them friends! And now they’re all stuck with me!

I have gone to icon consistently once i turned 18, getting all of my facial piercings (5) and multiple earring changes/swaps over that time as well! all of my jewelry is high quality and i’ve never had any issues with any of my piercings from icon. i made the mistake of going to another shop before coming here, and what a bad choice that was! every piercer here that has helped me is so kind and informative. they really know their stuff. recently, melody had been working with me and had pierced my philtrum and bridge. both are healing beautifully! i highly recommend melody, she is so sweet and easy to talk to. i feel like i’m home every time i walk into the shop. :-)

After receiving two piercings from different piercers and one from their apprentice, I can confidently say that Icon has one of the most comfortable and welcoming environments I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a clean and vibrant display of jewelry, not to mention a bright welcome from the front of house workers; whom have extensive knowledge of their jewelry selections. Beyond their amazing knowledge they are also experienced in styling and photographing your tattoos and piercings after they are complete!My first piercings were done by Grace which were a pair of eyebrows! From explaining the steps and placement, to the actual piercing itself there was constant communication and nothing was done without my knowledge. Aftercare was explained in full detail so I had nothing to do myself! Quick and precise and efficient.Pain 3/10. Sore.Next was a tiny little philtrum / “Medusa” pierced by Melody! I came in with a lot of questions and they were answered perfectly. While awkward having someone all up in your mouth, it was made pretty comfortable from the piercers knowledge and explanation of what they were doing.Again, aftercare explained in detail for the mouth specifically.Pain 4/10. Pinchy.Last (and certainly not least) is Grey! They’re the current apprentice at Icon as I’m writing this and have already gained so much in their portfolio! We did a wonderful centered labret piercing. While going through it all I was comforted by hearing all of the same knowledge and techniques from the previous piercers. One quick inhale and exhale later, it was done! It also lines up perfectly with my philtrum.Pain 1/10. Easy.

Awesome place for piercings. I drove over an hour to get my conch pierced and was not disappointed. I cant remember my piercers name but he was hilarious, made the experience fast and easy. Gave tons of info on aftercare. As he was telling me aftercare info he started brushing his moustache nonchalantly. So funny.Previously I went to a local shop and she almost pierced my eardrum!! Wrong placement, she was shaking uncontrollably, kept dropping the jewelry.. i had to let it close up. I told the piercer at Icon this and he went out of his way to make me feel less stressed about getting it redone! Needless to say I have an awesome conch piercing with beautiful jewelry. Im going back today to get my septum pierced and have him change the jewelry on another cartilage piercing. Worth the drive!

I was in Nashville on Vacation and wanted to get a piercing while visiting the city. I walked into Icon and they’re staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kristina pierced my forward helix for me, she was very gentle during the whole process, telling me everything she was doing making me feel super comfortable. They had A great selection of jewelry, as well as aftercare. I would highly recommend this shop for piercings!

Very happy! My niece has suggested ICON for a piercing and yea…. I was freaking nervous BUT from the minute I walked in that all left me! The staff were so amazing and just so cute! Set up an appointment and called in the morning to confirm, thought everything was set up until I get there and they don’t have my appointment. It happens! They got me in within 30 minutes and everyone was very apologetic. Vicent did my sternum piece. He was so gentle and such a great artist not only on paper, but the way he carries himself and takes pride in his art. It’s safe to say I will definitely be returning for many more tattoos. :)

I paid $130 to downsize jewelry and my jewelry feel out. Bad quality for the price. I went somewhere else because I was then jewelry-less. There I got $20 downsized jewelry and it was much higher quality. Really disappointed because they told me this jewelry would last me forever, explaining the price. But it didn’t even last me 6 months.I have upwards of 10 piercings at this point and each one I have gotten at Icon ends up being poorly done or poor quality. It’s disappointed due to there “cool” reputation.I have gone in so many times, but no one takes me seriously. I don’t know why, since I have already spent hundreds on what I have thus far and I’m willing to continue my ear decoration here.

Got my nose pierced as a walk-in about a week ago and cannot recommend this place enough. they were all super helpful and nice, especially in squeezing me in relatively close to closing. lynn did a fantastic job, the whole process was quick and the placement was perfect on the first go. ive had zero problems with healing so far. the only complaint i would have is that the in house jewelry is kind of pricy, but its all very high quality of course and im happy with the one i got.

I’ve been to countless piercing shops and none have even come close to comparing to Icon. Their service is fast and professional without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. I’ve been to Lynn twice now and she’s done nothing but make my dreams come true. I’ve never felt so comfortable with letting someone preform piercings on me. I had gone in there to get an ear piercing. Upon arrival the piercer was explaining to me the cons and everything people don’t tell you about this piercing (as any good piercer would do). After I had signed the papers and was laying on the table my anxiety got the best of me and I decided I didn’t want the piercing. I had tried to politely say I’m second guessing this I don’t think I can go through with it would you be able to do a different piercing. There was no response to that other than oh it won’t even hurt that bad you’ll be alright even after expressing my concerns for the piercing the piercer didn’t hesitate to pierce my ear. There was a lot of pressure to get the earring even after what I said and I walked out of there with a piercing I didn’t want. The jewelry in the piercing was too small and didn’t allow any room for swelling. I have been in excruciating pain and thought it was because the jewelry was too small so I headed over to queen of hearts tattoo to have it looked at. They were exceptionally nice and confirmed that it was to small Dixie the piercer at queen of hearts exchanged the jewelry with no service fee and was very professional she gave me lots of insight on how to properly care for it and gave me all the information I needed. The piercer at icon however did handle the after math well. Despite not wanting the earring I passed out after she gave me water a glucose tab and cold towel she was very kind and took good care afterwards. I am just upset that I was basically pressured into getting the piercing and the size of the jewelry was not correct.

Had an excellent piercing experience with Ian! Overall, Icon is clean, well-lit, and doesnt have the usual seedy shady tattoo parlor atmosphere.Ian was super professional, efficient, and calming. He explained everything he was going to do and everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions, gave me the science behind some things, and even answered questions I had about other piercings I want to get.Also, Darby was personable and did a great job helping me pick the appropriate jewelry. She made me feel at ease right up front and helped reduce any nervousness I was feeling.

Lynn was amazing! I’ve had my bridge pierced three times prior to seeing her, and the attention and care she gave this “problem child” is amazing. We still chat regularly to make sure the healing is going well because of all the scar tissue and I have never felt more taken care of and at home in a shop before 10/10 would recommend.

The long and short of it is that you need to come to Icon for every piercing need you have. Lynn, Melody, and Sacoon have all pierced me. Any one of these wonderful, kind people can and will go above and beyond for your piercing needs, from a simple helix to holding space for the incredible transformations that can occur in their piercing room. I personally had to collect the set and get pierced by them all. In addition, any front of house you meet has impeccable jewelry knowledge, and they’ll help you pick something perfect out. Yes, it’s expensive, because it’s the highest possible quality all around. I wouldn’t want anything less in my body. My experience with body piercing at Icon with Lynn, Melody and Sacoon has changed my life. I’ve looked in the mirror after a piercing and cried. Every piercing is closer to who I want to be and who I feel I was made to be. I don’t know anyone else that can recognize that, provide space for that, and welcome it with open arms like these three can. So whether you’re just popping in for your first lobes or you’re ready to dive fully into the art of body piercing, Icon is the place to be.

I got my lobes pierced here and the staff was extremely courteous and understanding. I had some anxieties and they talked me through the whole process very professionally. I recently went back for a jewelry change and they gave me great information regarding the healing time of my piercing and which jewelry is the best to use until the piercing is fully healed. I would definitely recommend them for your piercing needs, especially if youve never had a piercing before.

Did a walk in for my daith, the two people at the front counter were lovely and helped me stay within my budget while still picking a beautiful piece of jewelry. Melody did my piercing and was awesome, she explained everything and took plenty of time to line it up perfectly.

Called to see if there was any open availability and was directed to the shop by a very cool lady. It had been about two years since my last tattoo and I needed to get started I my work again. I got to the shop and was quickly impressed by not just the selection of artwork and jewelry, but also by the very welcoming hospitality of the entire crew. Very competitive pricing and the quality of artwork is high end. Particular shout out to Jason, who delivered a great piece of art with some good conversation. I have found my new shop. What I want to talk about now is a piercing that I just received. I am extensively tattooed, and have had over 30+ piercings in my adult life. I have been wanting and thinking about a PA piercing for ten years. I decided to pull the trigger on this. I make an online appointment for the wonderful LYNN LOHEIDE. I called the shop right after they opened, just to make sure that she was comfortable facilitating this piercing on a male. I was told right away that she is the lead artist for this style of piercing. Needless to say it made me feel extremely confident that I was going to be in good hands. I showed up, happy to see that this shop strictly enforces the modern day health precautions in the time of COVID. I filled out my paperwork, and waited a short time until Lynn came to get me for a the consultation. She explained the piercing procedure, and after looking at my anatomy, gave her opinion on what jewelry to get and the placement. Shortly after that she had the room setup, everything sterilized, and called me back. I won’t get into the deep description, this is google after all. Allow me to say that it was most likely the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a professional piercer. Her bedside manner is flawless, and before I knew it, I was finished and heading back to my car. I urge anyone looking at any piercing to come to Icon and to seek out Lynn. For anyone thinking of a piercing in a more sensitive and private area like I was, there is no alternative. Got to Icon, and go see Lynn. It was a perfect experience.

I got my septum pierced by Lynn and it was honestly the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so well informed and personable, the front desk staff was able to answer any and all questions and my piercer was so personable and friendly! They made the experience worthwhile and I would recommend 100%

Sean was great! Got a fun tattoo for my birthday. The place was clean, welcoming and professional. Parking is limited so plan ahead to street park.

Lynn was amazing, I went in to get my septum repierced because it had been pierced too low before by someone else (and god it was painful) but Lynn looked at my septum, told me exactly what she was going to do and explained that my pain was not going to be that bad this time around, and she was 100% right, she redid my septum and I felt close to nothing lol, it looked a million times better too, she gave me a hug right when I was going to ask for one because I was so happy I started crying, she is an angel and I absolutely will be going back to her from now on. They are super professional, clean and they know their stuff, this is THE place to get pierced!!

So far the experience was great for going in and doing a consultation with Tim peterson! He was patient, very in depth, truthful, and didnt rush us to make a decision. I cant wait to get tattooed by him!
