Don is super affordable and fun. He does amazing work. Since my husband and I found him we have ONLY let him do our work. Thank you Don for great tattoos and great friendship!

Don did an awesome job covering up my regretful tattoos that were covering up scars. Even though some of my ideas for the tattoo I really wanted wouldnt work, we worked well on figuring out what would work. I gave him ideas of what I wanted and he took the time to draw up the outline for my new amazing piece and came up with better ideas of what would make the tattoo even cooler. Can finally feel confident going out with a T-shirt 😊Great price and the shop is clean and comfortable. Going back for my next tattoos.

Great experience here while on vacation! Don is hilarious and a highly skilled artist. We found a few examples online and in books similar to what I wanted but nothing quite right. No issue for Don; he sketched up a design in mere minutes and got to work on me. Hes fast, clean, and very good. Will likely make this a regular stop on our visits to the Oregon Coast!

Don is great! I came in as a walk-in, and he was able to do exactly what I wanted, quickly and professionally. I can’t wait to come back for my next tattoo!

Don seems like a nice guy and it looks like he does good work however, if youre a walk-in and he tells you hell call you later you might want to head on down the road to another shop. I rolled in on a Thursday about noon asking if he had time and he said sure. He had someone else lined up so it would be a couple hours later. He took my number and I took off for some lunch. I went back about 4:00 and he had someone on the table and didnt want me to wait so took my number again and said he would call. No call, no nothing and the night went by. I called again two days later and he said the same thing, Sure, I have time this evening and Ill call you. He didnt seem to recall me at all and after my first experience and knowing I was leaving the next day I called someone else, got what I wanted and went on my way. The night went on and he again never called or text to tell me he couldnt make it happen. Sorry Don, you blew me off twice. I could understand once but twice! Come on!

The vibe of the place is absolutely amazing. The tattoo work is phenomenal! Over all a great place! 10/10 recommended this place if you wanna laugh and have a good time while getting tatted.

Didn’t feel like anything went wrong during the tattoo. He was was very clean and professional. And kudos to dealing with my drunk husband on our honeymoon it was the last day and he was just a lot. But shortly after like maybe 5 hours, I had this bruising. The second is a few days after. I’ll include my other forearm that was done in one 2 hour session a year ago by an Idaho artist. Grateful for the price but I have fallout and had terrible healing and wish we would have shaded the fingers or kept them empty and black.

Got a evil voodoo doll on my leg and the shading ,bold line work!!! and everything in between is awesome and everything is outstanding and Don also did a Frankenstein on my leg which Im equally happy with .

Don is amazing to work with, I have no complaints whatsoever. He’s done 2 of my 4 tattoos, and my biggest piece yet. Super affordable, light handed. He got on my wrist bone and it didn’t even hurt. Super professional, with the right amount of laid back. Super good work at super affordable prices. Always willing to work around schedules and has a great art style and super relaxed environment. Best tattoo artist in Newport and the best and only one I plan on using and trusting with art.

While on vacation we decided to het tattoos. My Sis in law found Newport Tattoo and now we all have matching tats. We hit them during their Halloween special and won the random drawing. Needless to say we will becoming back every time we visit. ❤️Awesome artist, awesome town, awesome all around.

This dude is amazing. Got my biggest piece done. Very affordable for the piece. Did way better than the initial thought in my head for the tattoo. Super chill nice guy, made sure I was comfortable the whole time.. Cant wait to get more art done by him 😊.

Don was awesome. My best friend and I headed in for a Friday the 13th tattoo. They were packed but he took his time with each person. He made everyone feel welcome and like an individual. He’s freakin hilariously sarcastic and that’s my kind of humor. His wife was the sweetest and they have an awesome shop there in Newport. I live in Arizona so this was an amazing experience coming into his shop on a semi-whim and experiencing the awesome work he does. Thank you for making this tattoo memorable and such an uplifting experience.
