Wicked Dragon Tattoo & Piercing

Sarah was the consummate professional during the entire process. I sent her two photos with several notes describing the picture I saw for my ideal tattoo, but she blew me away with the final product. Her space was clean and comfortable. She checked in frequently to see if I needed breaks and to ensure I was happy with the progress we were making. She allowed me to give direction and make recommendations so I could get exactly what I wanted.I have 10 tattoos but this is my favorite. I’m thankful I asked around for recommendations (12 friends, colleagues, and neighbors I’m friends with) and she was as names at least half of the time with the studio being named almost every time. Check them out before you go anywhere else.

I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, talked over the design, I showed up and she used my rough draft sketch as the final. I had to wait when I showed up cause I asked for changes on it so she cut and rotated parts of the design to fit what I asked. Genuinely it looks terrible. I was very kind and tried to work with her and just chat but she didnt want to be there that day, didnt care about it, and sent me on my way. I just cant believe she was ok with tattooing what I got on me. I have no idea why she took my rough idea art and just pasted it on me.

Sarah was the best! This is my second tattoo and shes done then both. I wouldnt go to anyone else. The shop is always spotless and everyone is so nice and helpful.

Every experience I have had at Wicked Dragon in Cold Spring has been phenomenal! Kara at the front desk makes you instantly feel welcome and is just a kind and friendly person. Ive been tattooed by both Sarah and Christina and cannot wait to be back in their chairs again as soon as possible. Both are super talented, super kind, very professional, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. The shop is beautiful, clean, and well organized. Every staff member I have come into contact with has been engaging, friendly, and welcoming. If I could give the shop more than five stars I absolutely would. I stopped into the Cold Springs location during a piercing sale. The ladies at the shop all greeted me and were very helpful. I had my nose pierced by Charlie and apprentice Ella. They explained every step that they were doing, were kind and genle.

Sarah does beautiful work. Works with you easily on visionary tats. I’m happy with my outcome so far!

My daughter went for her 1st tattoo she got something of her dads passing and did a awesome job and its also very clean and vibe is also awesome will be back..

I decided to get my nose pierced last minute yesterday. I called when I was on my way and they said they could get me in right away, and they did! Sarah was my piercer and she told me what to expect beforehand, was nice and professional. The guy who checked me in and helped me pick the jewelry was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was highly satisfied! Also, I plan to get a tattoo with Dave in the future so the front desk guy was talking to me about that too, and again, was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend them to friends.

Dave did an amazing job on a piece I got for my son. My sister came with me and we were both so impressed she booked a tattoo right then. Really clean friendly shop with a lot of talent. Thank you for such a good experience we will be back!

Overall, I had an amazing first experience here! From working with me on altering the tattoo design until I was happy and sharing amazing suggestions that gave me the PERFECT tattoo, I have absolutely 0 complaints. Christina was my artist and hope she will continue to be my artist because she is AMAZING. This was my very first tattoo and she was so helpful to me! Even my fiancé (whos a seasoned tattooee) came with me and loved the environment and the work she did. For sure will be returning, for sure will be bringing people with me, and FOR SURE still in LOVE with my tattoo!!

Who needs therapy when you can get tattooed by Jada at the Cold Springs location. Everyone is welcoming and great, I always leave feeling better and looking cooler than I came in.I have nothing bad to say about the shop or the staff. But there have been a few times theyve been low on or dont have access to certain colors - mainly green. Which they can definitely mix themselves but it is sad to see such talented artists not have access to things that could make their jobs easier and provide more consistency for clients.The NKY area has the privilege to be canvases to their art and it would be nice for the people in charge of ordering to not get in the way of their brilliance. Its a small thing, I get it... But theyre worth it and it can only benefit the clients.So, if you have a couple hundred bucks burning a hole in your pocket, do yourself a favor and hit them up and make sure to thank them for the honor of being permanently changed for the better - you wont regret it.

I came in for a tattoo that I have been wanting for some time. Jada and Mark greeted me and right away I felt like I was at home. Nathan did an excellent job from startg to finish. The shop was super clean and a cool atmosphere! I can’t say enough about how flawless my experience was. I’m in love with my tattoo!! Reasonably priced, high quality work, and most importantly VERY clean (even the bathroom was super nice and clean)!!

I had Nathan at Cold Springs Ky location give me my first tattoo at the age of 72. It was a small delicate sprig of lavender on my ankle and turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Wicked Dragon, Cold Springs, Ky. and artist Nathan. I was so impressed with the highly efficient process and all the safety precautions with the equipment. Nathan was friendly and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with the process.

Best friend and I went to both locations, originally walked into the Erlanger Wicked Dragon (closer to home) to inquire about availability on a random Thursday. Erlanger staff were super nice and stated that while they were booked up for the day, we could contact Cold Spring location to inquire about a walk in. We reached out and received an answer immediately, they asked for a picture so the transfer would be ready by the time we drove over. Shop was spotless, service from the get-go phenomenal. Lily (now at a different shop I think) was our artist and we were so happy to have her, trusted and liked her immediately. Our matching bff tattoos turned out better than we asked for.It wasnt a one off experience, either, as we brought a friend and returned within two months. End-to-end exceptional service at a clean shop, every time. Highly recommend.

Went and got a tattoo today for Friday 13th, staff was amazing!i got a rib tattoo (definitely hurt). my artist just talked to me , reminded me to breathe, and offered breaks if needed.
