Flawless Laser Spa is amazing! They are so kind and so skilled. It’s a lovely space that feels judgment free. They do so much like laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Botox, spray tans hydro facials. Highly recommend!

As a first time “botoxer”, I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Cass and the admin of the Botox spent A LOT of time with me going through all the expectations and procedures. They also help me focus on what I was trying to achieve. THANK YOU CASS for taking the time to give me peace of wind!

I have been a client at Flawless laser spa for many years. Sharon is the aesthetician that takes care of me. I really feel that Sharon cares a lot about me, and my skin, and will do whatever she thinks is best for me. And if there is a service that I am curious about, but isn’t right for me, she will also share that with me. I have been a customer for years. It started as a Groupon and then continued from there. I moved a few hours away and still make time to go to them for treatments. Ive dealt with unwanted hair for years and the lasers here works better then any other place. Ive come to learn that laser hair removal is not permanent. If you expect it to be youll be disappointed. It makes the hair grow at a slower rate. And when I say this one is better I mean I dont have to shave as frequently in-between treatments. They have always treated me kindly and lets be honest its embarrassing to have certain places lasered. Sharon was extremely nice and helpful my last time in. I would definitely recommend Flawless Laser Spa.

Perfect location. Parking right out the front door. Friendly staff. Great results! I bought a package deal for laser hair removal and always reschedule before I leave. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or timeliness. Sometimes it’s difficult to get through the phones because they’re with clients. They’re upfront with their cancellation and no show policy. It’s real. I witnessed it first hand from the client before me. Be a good client, and they’ll do their part.

I had a great experience at this Laser Salon today and wanted to share. Cassandra explained the treatment well and put me totally at ease. She was personable and professional. Clearly an experienced expert. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The salon was clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this salon and Cassandra for any of the services or skin treatments they offer.

I was nervous about getting laser hair removal. I didnt think I could afford it and I was concerned about the pain. I saw that the Flawless Laser Spa had a special and I decided to go for it.I wish I had done it sooner! The staff is very nice and professional. The place itself is clean. I have gone there twice so far, they made my visits comfortable and enjoyable. I already started to see the results! If you are looking for a place to do a laser hair removal, look no further. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Flawless is the best med spa Ive been to in the Salt Lake area. Ive received laser hair removal for my Brazilian and armpits. The hair is dramatically decreased, if not mostly gone. The have numbing cream for purchase that really helped my experience be as painless as possible. They have invested in a very nice laser hair removal machine that really takes care of the job. Ive also done microderm facials and chemical peels there. The ladies really know what theyre doing and I can tell they stay up on the latest and greatest products and services. I can trust theyll do the best for my skin - they even talked me out of something I really didnt need once. Hows that for integrity?! Their prices are lower than most places, and the service is outstanding. I never feel rushed with questions and concerns, unlike most of the other places Ive been. It also has a beautiful, clean atmosphere. Way to go Flawless!!

I absolutely love coming here! I have been doing tattoo laser removal and let me just tell you. My tattoo is almost COMPLETELY gone. NOT JUST FADED BUT NO LONGER VISIBLE I’m so happy!!! I’ve recently started laser hair removal... I am in love! The girls are so friendly and very professional. The spa is always clean and a very welcoming environment. I had facial hair removal at Flawless Laser Spa , and I am very pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly and professional, always on time, and willing o work with my schedule. Flawless will not let you know when your year is up because they want you to buy another package. You have to use all your treatments within a year and if you dont its your loss. They wont refund your money or anything for the treatments you paid for. Their laser hair removal machine is not that advanced. There are far better machines out there that will even count the hairs it gets to better track your progress and based on that will change the settings so you can get the best results. Its no wonder that some clients are not satisfied with the results and still have quite a bit of hair left over and therefore need to buy more treatments. Yeah their treatments might be cheaper but whats the point when you have to buy more treatments because of bad results.I am not upset to their response. I just want clients to know if they dont use their packages that they paid for they will lose it. Use it or loose it. Also I want to let clients know that if you do let your packages expire, flawless is not willing to work anything with you as mentioned in their response down below. So if you move out of state and come back a year after or for some reason cant come in to do your treatments that have been paid for in advance, your packages will no longer be valid.

The best of the BEST. Sharon is who I go to for laser and since moving away I make a special trip just to come see her. If you want to feel comfortable and confident you are going to the right place, this is the place for you. 10/10 across the board for everyone there and everything in between.

Staff is AMAZING. I love the fact the laser for hair removal has a cooling feature. I used the Groupon and it was a great deal. Also purchasing the Black Friday discount and will be going back. Bought laser hair removal as a gift for both daughters for underarms. They did all sessions plus touch up and the hair is not gone. But the staff is super friendly and the place is very nice.

I have been here 3 times so far. The treatments seem to get a little more painful everytime, but bareable. They have been upfront with all the information. Kelsie is who I go to and she has been very professional and friendly. She gets to know me even with the short appointment time. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Super snotty!!! They have written at the top of their paperwork TIPPING IS PROPER EDUCATE, if they treated you like a decent person and actually would schedule you they would actually deserve it, but they dont. Dont waste your time!!! They dont even turn their lasers up to recommended levels so they milk it every session!!! Horrible customer service.

I have done 3 treatments already and thus far its been a good experience. After the 1st underarm treatment I already showed signs of decreased hair growth. After the 2nd treatment I only had to shave once a week. Im feeling confident that after 6 treatments, Ill only have to do touch ups occasionally.The staff is really nice and I was so surprised how kid-friendly they are. They make sure the kids have a good time and are very accommodating. Id prefer to get a sitter when going to appts, but that isnt always possible, so its great that they are kid-friendly.We got our package off Groupon, so Im not sure what regular price is, but they do specials a lot and really try to keep their clients happy.So far my experience has been great and Ive enjoyed the professional treatment during visits. :)

I just had my first laser hair removal treatment at Flawless today. It was a GREAT experience. The esthetician explained everything in detail and answered the few questions I had. The spa itself is welcoming and very clean. I dont know why I didnt do this sooner, and Im so glad I found Flawless Laser Spa.

My wife had an appointment for a microdermabrasion session and 5 minutes after her scheduled time, she calls the receptionist as she was having trouble finding the store. The receptionist responds letting her know not to bother showing up as there is too much paperwork that would need to be completed. This was after a 40 minute drive. This level of customer service and professionalism tells you all you need to know about how a business handles themselves.

Great staff! Bucket list had hair removal on it,, I have cancer history and the other plsces wouldnt consider treatment until i was cancer free for 18 months. Ya, been treated for 13 years for C, thats not going to happen. My C is all internal, laser cant affect it - duh... My Doc said OK so they treated me. BTW, if you do your research, the laser they use is most effective and least painful. +++ Lots of other services, more female oriented I cant speak to. Go with confidence!

My husband and I both see Sherene for our laser hair removal. She is amazing. She is patient and thorough with what we should expect to feel and how to prepare yourself prior to treatment. She takes her time and doesnt rush through the treatments.

I bought the laser Groupon for my daughter’s underarm area. She completed all the sessions plus a touch up at the recommended intervals. I thought it worked really well, unfortunately, it’s been less than a year and all the hair has returned.

I was reluctant at first but after meeting the staff and having them explain the process I was more comfortable they were very kind and friendly and also very professional.ive had several treatments my wife and I are very pleased and didnt expect it to work as well as it did...also after comparing prices at other spas, I know I made the right decision going to flawless laser spa. Love this place! Im a hairy dude and Ive had a couple appointments here to get rid of this hair. Staff are super friendly and professional, building is clean and neat, and I have noticed the hair growing back much slower after just two sessions.

I went to Ink Off starting about a year ago. I was very happy with the results. I had to stop because of summer sun and the tan doesnt work good with the machine. I will be going back to finish up. I dont think it is realistic to expect all hair to be totally gone. Maybe it is I would say mine is 90% gone after a year. For me I am very happy with the results. I went to 2 other places before Ink Off and neither one worked. Ink Off has a state of the art laser. The other 2 I went to had old lasers that just hurt with no results. I refer friends there all the time. The employee that has a few bad reviews I actually liked. She was just a no nonsense person. Get the job done and say it how it is. I would rather have that then someone that just tells me what I want to hear. I would say dont waist your money somewhere else. These guys are priced right and deserve a great rating. Way to go Ink Off I will be back shortly.

Fantastic customer service at the front desk and all the way through treatment. Thorough, intelligent estheticians that will answer any question you have. The diamond microdermabrasion is absolute heaven! The prices are reasonable, the service wonderful.

Getting laser hair removal there is great, but getting botox done there isnt something Ill do again; I had to get it done twice within two months and the results werent half as good as the results Ive had at other places.

Today is either my third or fourth appointment for laser hair removal I can already see a huge improvement. The girls are always nice and professional. Clean office.

Wow - their photo facials are legitimate. Within 9 days I had significantly reduced pigmentation. I was literally glowing. Staff is so nice and you can tel they love what they do. Thank you!

Not far from the freeway and really easy to find. Beautiful, comfortable and clean office and patient rooms. Staff was attentive and friendly. Appointments run on-time...no unnecessary waiting! Procedure was effective and I love the results!

Hello everyone, I am the new manager of InkOff Laser Salon & Celebrity Image Day Spa. My review is actually a response to Adam Kendricks review, and Adam I hope you get a chance to read this. The pricing your girlfriend, your sister, and sisters friend got sounds right for 6 treatments on the Underarms and Brazilian and $300 (actually $329) is actually very low pricing, considering that we normally charge $199 for 6 treatments on the underarms and $399 for 6 treatments on the Brazilian which would total $598, a savings of $298, and in some cases a couple thousand dollars considering that most of our competition starts those areas out at $3,000 for an area like say the upper lip...As for the actions and attitude of the employee you are speaking of, she is no longer with the company actually hasnt been since last October, and as much as it upsets me your girlfriends experience is not the only one Ive heard regarding that certain employee. As for the treatments that were obviously not performed the way they should have been, I would be more than willing to pull all 3 of their charts and look at what was ( or in this case wasnt) done, and what we can do to make it right. I hope you will decide to give us another shot, and I sincerely apologize for the mistreatment that transpired.(This response was posted in 2014)

Great service and great prices. I highly this place, and especially recommend getting facials from Sharon. She is gentle, thorough, and so kind! The prices are very reasonable as well.
