I have been a frequent flyer at Timeless for years. Top-notch service and quality at a fair price. Ive done it all. Facials, Fillers, Massages, the weight loss program, and more. All of the girls are so knowledgeable and always willing to help. I feel like Im coming to hang out with friends whenever I come. I cannot recommend Timeless enough!

I looked all over Logan trying to find someone that had NAD in stock and could not. I called timeless Medspa in Ogden.They told me that they had it and they could get me in the next day. Pricing was in line with everyone else, so I went. The staff here was friendly.They did a good job.They were attentive during the drip. I have no complaints, excellent service. I definitely recommend this spa for any of your IV needs. Or anything else they do. Give them a try.

I love Timeless Med Spa. Extremely helpful on the phone booking. Being from out of town and building a spa day for my sister and I, they gave the most care of anyone I called in this area. Jenna is a pro at facials. She listened to my needs and executed a calming experience along with expert skin care. When I return to Utah, I will be coming back here for more self-care.

I was thrilled to discover they do vitamin injections. I am allergic to most pill supplements and am able to get my Vitamin D shots here. It’s so simple to make an appointment and I’m in and out in 5 minutes. Paige does a great job with the shots, too.

I have struggled with weight loss since the birth of my last child. The staff at Timeless were amazing and helped me find a plan that worked for me. It was not a just another diet, they took the time to understand me, and designed a lifestyle plan that is maintainable. They treat you like you are family.

I just had an initial consultation for one of the weight loss programs and it went well! Debbie was very knowledgeable and sweet. They did my body composition and check-in was an easy process. They were upfront about pricing which I absolutely appreciated and no pressure to do anything else other than what I wanted. This was only my first visit, with more to come of my actual experience. And unlike many estheticians, Jenna is upfront and honest about what will and wont be effective. I highly recommend her to anyone hoping to look younger!

Timless and their staff are so amazing! They go above and beyond for their clients! I participated in their weight-loss program and used phentermine to help with my progress. I went into my weight loss journey not very confident and pretty sure it was going to fail. Going in every week and talking with Debbie and getting the encouragement was so amazing. I have now lost almost 80 lbs and am feeling better than I have in a decade. I know that losing weight can be a scary and intense process but with the help of timeless I was able to do it and now can enjoy the activities I love with much more energy and confidence. Timeless can be the support system you didn’t think you needed or would ever have through your weight loss.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went to this place for weight loss. I was at the beginning of my journey had one appointment with a specialist that was fine I had opened up about a lot of things that a struggle with and walked away feeling good , I had a weigh in scheduled but I was in the area a few days before so I called so see if I could just get weighed nothing else and they said I’d be okay coming in then just meet with the specialist I was seeing another day because she wasn’t in . I was fine just coming in for just the weight in I didn’t need anything else but that, well I got more then that the nurse assistant attempted to explain the results to me because they had a new scale and she didn’t it one the worst way possible! She made me feel awful about being well above average and about the fat percentages on the paper, i wanted to run out of there and cry but I just shut down held back tears and listened, and said okay thank you , to make things worse she asked another lady to explain the results I said no that’s okay thank you and she did it anyway, that conversation was the same ! I just wanted a weigh in and nothing more but this second conversation was worse I told her I had talked about everything with the specialist I don’t need anything else that this was all just explained, I was at the beginning of my journey so of course I wasn’t expecting much of a change and I was fine with that walking in this person I don’t even know looked up my information and was like “okay so it looks like you did gain 3 pounds did you need me to look at your food tracker ?” I hardly said anything that whole time because I was not okay, but I said no I can speak to the person I’ve been seeing and walked out. The specialist called to remind me of my appointment the next day and I had rescheduled and told her she had apologized but I still felt awful about the whole thing because it is a hard sensitive journey and certainly didn’t need to be made feel like that at the beginning of my journey! … I called to reschedule a week later the day before my appointment because I was still feeling awful about everything, but when I did I had asked for the specialist to call me. It’s been a week and I have heard absolutely nothing. I am only writing this so no one else has to go through this as this is an expensive investment to be made to feel like this.. I’m sure it wasn’t the intention but it happened….. update, it’s been almost 3 weeks absolutely no one has responded or reached out to get this resolvedUpdate: “best efforts to contact me ” ah.. you called my once and I returned the call multiple times, there was hardly an effort to reach me , and I completely understand that information it gives for a reason but not from someone I was not seeing , it was not with the weight loss counselor I had been with, this came form an assistant and it didn’t need to, especially when I called before hand and they stated they couldn’t give me and information anyway which I didn’t want. I was very clear about going over the results WITH THE PERSON I WAS SEEING, and in the manner of how it was communicated is completely unacceptable, i should never be made to feel bad about my weight or how I look, NEVER, especially when I was in a very emotional situation with my weight to begin with , COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE…..and one attempt at calling me and stating that you tried multiple attempts at reaching me after the review was posted instead of right after it happened ??? I originally attempted to contact you about this to voice this about how hurt I was but i got nothing and this shows that you really don’t care about the situation at all , a couple weeks went by before I had even decided to post this review and got nothing until right after I posted it.. so

I have started using timeless meal and meal replacement products. Not only are they nutrient dense, but they also taste amazing. I have tried a ton of other products in the past that quite honestly just do not compare. Their protein shakes are awesome. Their vitamins and other supplements are amazing, and their meals have helped me live a healthier lifestyle. I have had direct family members use their spa services as well and I have both seen and heard their positive experiences and outcomes. Their staff is super knowledgeable, very helpful and accommodating to the needs of their clients. This is definitely a tier 1 facility in my opinion. And I’m a picky person. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Timeless Medical Spa.

I have been going here for laser hair removal using their subscription service and have had a stellar experience. Cami is super fun and professional and what would normally be an awkward and uncomfortable hour flies by. I wish they had an extra check-in/out person, its weird how its split at the front and all 3 arent available to help but the one that does is very friendly. Highly recommend it because the staff is awesome and its affordable with quality services.

My experience here was extremely unpleasant, and I cannot recommend it. I want to preface this by mentioning that I have had chemical peels before, so Im familiar with the procedure. To keep it brief, I visited this place for a chemical peel to address my back acne scars, but the front desk receptionists were incredibly unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome in their establishment. The technician who performed the chemical peel appeared inexperienced and spent most of the appointment on her phone, which lasted only 30 minutes. It seems that the clinic lacks training in treating different skin colors. To add to the disappointment, my skin not only failed to peel but actually worsened after the appointment. Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory. Will not be visiting again.

I have been going here for many, many years, when Dr. Williams and his wife owned it. Now, I get my Botox done by Staci and Lip filler by Brandie. They both do SUCH an amazing job. The entire staff is kind, warm, and amazing. I love how they offer a membership program. Its so great because they take money out of my account every month (i decide the amount taken) and the money builds in my account so I can slowly pay for procedures, and the money is ready for me to use when i go back in for my procedures. You also get a membership discount. Its a win-win. This place is amazing. Best in Northern Utah

When I first found Timeless Medical Spa several years ago, I was getting ready to have a complete hysterectomy due to medical reasons and then foot surgery shortly after. I was only in my mid 30’s and already had a few extra pounds hanging around. I had read many articles and heard stories about the weight that women tend to gain after having a hysterectomy and I was downright scared, especially with having foot surgery right after. I did not want to be the woman who blinked and those few extra pounds turned into 20lbs, 30lbs, even more. I decided to do my research and talk with someone about taking positive steps to prevent the extra weight gain and make healthy choices so I made the decision to have a consultation with Debbie at Timeless. To be honest, I did not know what to initially expect and I was so worried that I was going to be met with judgement and treated with disregard since I really only had a few extra pounds to loose and by all means not ‘fat’ (for lack of a better word). My fears quickly went away after speaking with Debbie. I could not believe that I had ever thought to be worried about what I would be thought of. Debbie was very knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding, especially with my concerns about my upcoming surgeries and the after effects. I decided to sign up for the weight loss plan and made an appointment to meet with Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams was just as knowledgeable, respectful, understanding and as kind as Debbie was on my first visit. What an amazing team to have in your corner cheering you on every step of the way. And that, is just what they did; they were both there for me, cheering me on. When I had questions, concerns, frustrations, Debbie and Dr. Williams were there to answer those questions and help me achieve my goal. When I asked a question and Debbie was not quite sure of the best answer, she did her research and found the answer. I actually looked forward to my weigh-in each week knowing that I would succeed with their help. And, at each visit Debbie’s staff was there cheering me on as well. They all knew my name and always had positive words of encouragement. Every bit of encouragement helps when trying to get through those last few stubborn pounds! Needless to say, I reached my goal. Fast forward to present. I am now in my early 40’s and I have had a few pounds creep back to my mid-section, by all means not what it could have been thanks to the guidance of Debbie and Dr. Williams. When I decided for the second time that I needed a bit of help to shed the extra pounds, I did not hesitate to call and make an appointment with Debbie. Just like my first experience at Timeless, I could not be more pleased. Debbie and Dr. Williams genuinely care about each and every person that walks through the door at Timeless and it shows in every interaction that you have with them. Even though I have met my goal for the second time around, I continue to drop in every few weeks for a weigh-in and just to hear a few words of encouragement, which they gladly offer. I cannot thank Debbie and Dr. Williams enough for being my cheerleaders and helping me with my weight loss!

I was nervous about having a laser hair reduction treatment done. I had wanted to have the treatment done for years, but just didnt dare. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I convinced myself that I would be fine even if I walked out after my treatment looking like a rotting over-ripe strawberry. My nerves were set at ease upon walking into the spa - the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved not feeling rushed. Jodi was very thorough in providing information about laser hair reduction and willing to answer all of my questions before beginning the treatment. The treatment was done before I knew it, and soon I was walking out the door wishing I had done this years ago. I have been very happy with my treatment results and am looking forward to having other area treatments done.

Very clean, welcoming office. The staff are friendly and informative! Ill be going back every 7 weeks for a tattoo removal, the first appointment was not bad at all, Hannah was informative and professional...cant wait til my next one and to start seeing this tattoo fade away!

I hear really good things about this place so I was excited when I bid and won a gift certificate at a charity event for laser hair removal. It was for upper lip or underarm treatments (6 sessions) I chose underarms. Every time I went in I was greeted politely and everyone was very courteous while I waited. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The girl that did my treatments was very well put together and professional. The office is also really clean. Everything was great but I did the treatments and it helped at first, and then it stopped working. It took the hair a month to 6 weeks to grow back. I may have my information wrong but I was thinking after the 6 sessions the hair would no longer grow back (especially since my hair isnt light colored or overly thick/course and my skin is very light in contrast) after my final treatment the hair came back about 6-8 weeks later and now its as if I never had anything done. I dont know if my body reacted weird or if I understood it wrong or if I did something wrong but I had to rate two stars based on the fact that after 6 sessions I ended with the same result I can get from a $4 bottle of nair

Not recommended for Botox treatment! Its been almost $300 for 30 units and didnt work my first time using that large amount of Botox! I returned twice , and he gave me a couple of applications extra where is another week and nothing happens!!! I consult different doctors and they were surprised that that amount didnt work!!! 3 weeks later I went to another specialist. I got three units in each side, and for my surprise after the four day it was already working!! Conclusion their product was expired or they didnt give me the correct amount and charge me extra extra extra! ❗ I did call to let them know that I got very good results going to another doctor!

This is my GO TO FAVORITE place for Botox. I had a bad experience with botox a few years back and I was so nervous about getting it done again. I heard great things about Dr Williams and I decided to take a chance, and im sooooo glad I did. I now get botox every 3 mths and have been for the last 4 years. Hes never done a bad job. Not once. Hes realistic in his process and its so natural, most never know I have it done. Hes so personable (the entire staff is) and the membership is amazing because I have so much taken out of my account monthly and it builds up in my account so I never have to pay upfront for my procedure which is awesome on the bank account. It eliminates that all in one expense. Plus, I get a discount for having the membership. Win win. To be honest. I dont know that I would be able to get botox every 3 mths if it wasnt for that membership program. I couldnt recommend this place more. Coming from someone who is VERY picky about the placement of my botox, DR WILLIAMS IS THE BEST🙌 So kind, comfortable and such a great listener. He listens to your needs and fulfills them accordingly. If you decide to book an appt for any procedure, you wont regret it👌 P.S. if you are afraid of needles, or injections hes willing to help give you something to relax you (many places wont). I dont get it for botox, but I do for fillers because they are painful😫

Ive been getting my botox, fillers, lasers treatments all done here since 2009 & I have got better results here than I have from several other places Ive tried ranging from Sandy Utah to North Ogden including some high end cosmetic doctors in downtown SLC. I use the services at Timeless Medical because of the staff. Of course, I always come away with quality results from the Botox, Restlyane, and the laser hair removal treatments I receive- but I know I can get those products from many other places. I continue to go Timeless because of Dr. Williams-he is so sweet, always asking how my life is going; he uses moderation in his approach with Botox and Restylane so I trust him knowing that I will be happy with my results. And he always apologizes for pricking me with the needle! He is too cute! Debbie is so kind, and recently worked with me for over a week while I still owed $500, but had to get my bank account figured out after my bank put my account on hold because of fraudulent activity. I also really like Jodi; she is so cute and always professional. For the past several years Ive tried to always schedule my laser hair removal touch-ups with her. I agree with ANDIE JAMES. I paid 700.00 and the hair came back worse. It’s not a guarantee.The doctor told me to get blood work done and see if it was pcos. I did the blood work and that was not the case. I wasted my money sadly.
