Absolutely wonderful experience! I have been hesitant to get new piercings because I loved the studio I went to before moving to Olympia, and I wanted to make sure I could get the same quality of service. I checked this place out at the recommendation of a couple of co-workers and was not disappointed. The staff were all very welcoming from the moment I walked in and made me feel like I wanted to stay and or come back. The piercing process was done very professionally and what was even more impressive was the fact that when I came back a week and a half later because I had lost a piece of the jewelry I was taking care of very well and have had no problems with the healing process. I absolutely recommend this piercing Studio and I will be back in the future.

I got my Daith pierced at Metro and all around it was a good experience. Dawn was very thorough and made sure I knew how to treat my piercing and talked me through the entire process. I also appreciate how clean the facility was and made me feel that it was a safe place to get pierced. I brought someone along with me for moral support and I was not able to bring them back in the room me which was disappointing however, I understand that is there policy. When booking online my initial Price for the piercing was $50 which is a very fair price however with the jewelry I purchased, and the cleaning solution my total ended up being about $160. With how my easily my pricing is healing and the quality of service I feel that it was worth the money. Would 100% recommend.

Ive received 5 total piercings here.All my piercings were performed by Julia. She was friendly, professional, and made the process comfortable.All of the front of house staff i interacted with were friendly and helpful when it came to jewelry choices. I am not an expert on jewelry, but there appeared to be a diverse set with different metals, natural stone, and gemstones.

The BEST! The whole staff is so knowledgeable, clean and organized! By far the most pleasant piercing experience I’ve ever had! I will always go back and have gotten multiple piercings from Julia and Dawn! Highly recommended

I took my nine year old here to have her ears pierced. Its definitely more expensive than going to Claires, but the experience was 10 times better. The front desk will show you a full cost estimate before you get the procedure done, and you do have the ability to opt out at that point if youre not comfortable. My daughter got her ears pierced with Julia, who was patient and kind to a nervous girl with a lot of questions and curiosity. Julia walked my daughter through the whole process and explained everything to her, which helped keep her calm. The facility was clean and inviting. If youre getting a childs ears pierced you will have to bring a birth certificate or guardianship paperwork, but the store will call you beforehand to remind you of this. Overall, my daughter was happy with the experience, and the piercing was clean and quick.

Second time getting pierced here and it was just as great of an experience as the first. Dawn cultivates a calm and informative experience and answered all of my questions. She’s extremely precise with her measurements and doesn’t rush the process. I’m so happy with my piercings!

Easy to set up an appointment and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, from picking the right jewelry (excellent selection), to explaining the whole process up front and then talking me through each step as it happened. Will certainly use them for any future piercings.

Don’t you dare enter without an appointment. They treat you like you have the plague. The workers are the least helpful of any place I’ve ever been. They are rude and condescending- they educate you and make you feel small because you had more questions. Oly needs more piercing shops with better service.

Julia did an excellent job - so calming and efficient! - in helping me reopen my second lobe piercings. Love that the titanium can be customer anodized in shop in just a few minutes! I was able to get new flat back studs color matched to a pair of hoops I really like.

Their website says a birth certificate and parent ID is all that is required for piercing a minor. At the appointment, were told every minor MUST have a government issued ID, and turned away. THEN they charge me a cancellation fee after I leave... Unreasonable, unethical business. Find somewhere better.

The photo without the piercing was my first time getting my Ashley (vermillion) pierced from this shop by Julia and it was not centered at all and it was crooked. I went back to get it removed and scheduled an appointment to have it redone. I waited a whole month for it to heal until I got it pierced again. Finally the day comes for Dawn to do my piercing and she centered it wonderfully with the stencil first. Then I get it pierced and now it’s wayyyyy too low. You can see in the photo with the piercing that it doesn’t even line up with the middle of my lip. They kept my jewelry from the first time I got it pierced with them and when I went in the second time they changed it without telling me until I got it pierced. DO NOT GO HERE if you want this piercing done. Especially since I went and got it done by two people is just sad. They were not that nice about it at all either. Don’t waste your money. This shop is over priced and not worth it.

Been twice. Once to re-pierce my septum (it was crooked again, but more sanitary than the mall lol) and again to buy jewelry. I stupidly paid $93 for a tiny titanium septum ring with a dainty chain. I put it in and looks eh on top of it. Probably not going to return.

Not a friendly environment. I felt judged and rushed out, side eyes by the employees; overall bad vibes. 1/10 would not recommend (good priced jewelry tho so 1 star)

Recently had a great experience at Metro: super professional, friendly staff, great jewelry options (a little pricey but great quality and had a good amount of hypo-allergenic options).I have been looking for trans experienced piercer to get a pubic piercing and Dawn did not disappoint. She was very professional and kind, walked me through each step of the process and understood my anatomy in a way that the aesthetic outcome met my hopes. Staff that checked me in were super friendly and accommodating, walked me through different jewelry options and answered all my questions with ease. Will definitely be going back for future piercings and jewelry options.

Walked in for a piece of jewelry and they were able to colorize it for us for free within 2 minutes. Such a nice wonderful place with wonderful staff!

Super overpriced. Both peircings Ive gotten here were pretty uneven. The actual peircing process itself was good and fast, but I definitely wont be coming back.

My 15 year old and I both had back to back appointments with Sarah, one of the piercers today. We had a great experience with the counter person. She showed us some fun options and enjoyed chatting while we waited. Sarah then came out and got my daughter and I. I appreciate the time and care she took walking my daughter through her lobe piercings, and even showing her the differences in how it could be done to better fit and match up with her original first set. She was kind, thoughtful and gentle! Whole process was seamless.Then it was my turn and the same care was provided for me.Shop is cute, clean. Piercing room was clean.Definitely recommend. This was clean and professional, but very over priced. I spent $260 ($30 tip, $15 ear care spray) to get my ears pierced. Everything is À la cart- each part of each piece of jewelry. $70 for jewelry, $80 for the piercing, tip, spray, and there’s something unaccounted for. Do your homework and get an itemized list before committing.

Best piercing shop in the South Sound area, hands down. Ive been coming here since 2008 and have never had a negative experience here.

I had a great experience from initially walking in through the whole process of having piercings added. Ramona is professional and trustworthy in every sense. She validated and alleviated any questions or concerns. I will definitely go back for my next set of piercings.

My twelve year old got her first piercings here and it was great! They walked her through how to care for it and it was very sanitary. Nice environment, she loved the abundance of plants in the waiting room.

I stopped by Metro on a semi whim to get my daith pierced. I have had my ears previously pierced, in the regular place on the lobe and at one of those mall type piercing places with a piercing gun, so this was my first time getting pierced with a needle. I wasnt very nervous, but nevertheless, my piercer, Julia, did a great job of keeping me in my relaxed state. She confidently communicated every part of the procedure as she went along, everything was very clean, and when she pushed the needle through I barely felt a pinch. It has been a couple weeks now, and my piercing is healing nicely. I cannot wait for my next piercing (double conch, perhaps?), and I will definitely return to Metro to have it done.

Everyone there was so incredibly sweet. They talked me through everything, from the selection of the jewelry, to the piercing, and the aftercare. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and took only minutes. And Julia was great because she made me feel very comfortable with her education and talking me through the process.A lot of negative reviews are about price, but I found it very reasonable. I think it’s obvious on their website that you need to pick your jewelry, so the jewels are not included in the cost.

The staff and piercers are great, fun to talk to and very helpful. Julia is awesome at walking you through step by step and making sure you are well taken care of.

I got my nose pierced by the apprentice there and I just have to say, they were absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with my piercing. She took her time and really measured out the piercing to make sure it matched with the one I already had which I was so thankful for. I felt so comfortable and In such a safe space with the whole team overall. I bought a band off my body pin too and right after I left it fell off somewhere and I was so upset 😭😭 I’ll have to go back and get another one. Overall I’d 100% recommend this place

Staff is very condescending and fake nice. I didn’t appreciate the way staff treated me. They were rude and treated me like I was an idiot. I’ve been to much less expensive places with much better experiences. The piercing prices aren’t that expensive but their jewelry is. Would not return here. The environment appears clean. Street parking so leave time to find parking.

The customer service and care with piercings is great but the price is outrageous! $211 just for simple 2 ear lobe piercings. They charge separately for each earring stud at $40 a piece and they do not come with backs, you have to pay $15 a piece just for the backs!

Literally zero stars. The jewelry in this place is like three to five times the price it should be. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Im not actually sure how this place is still in business... What kind of people are actually putting up with this?

I recently got my tragus done by Sarah and she was just amazing! She explained everything step by step as she did it. The shop itself was extraordinarily clean and the cutest shop I’ve ever been in! They also had a very large choice of high quality jewelry to start out with. I will definitely be trusting Metro for any other piercings or jewelry in the future!

My 10 year old had her ears pierced by Dawn. Dawn was very serious about the procedure and aftercare process . Space was clean and Dawn was efficient. My daughter has had an optimal experience and her healing is better than expected ( and of course i had my own ears done at Claires, eons ago, when I didnt know any better so it seemed normal to have gross crusty ears). Turns out going to a professional who is using appropriate, sterile equipment makes a huge difference! Would highly recommend metro/dawn and tell everyone to avoid places like claires.Included photos; immediately after piercing and 3 weeks later

Took my 13 year old niece in with her mom to get her ears pierced and it was an amazing experience for both of them. Her mom was so happy with the cleanliness of the place and how professional it was. Niece had a great experience for her first time and her mom was also was super impressed with how well my niece’s ears have healed up. She was grateful we went to a professional

I am so happy with my experience. The person at the front counter was so awesome and she helped me get the best jelery for me. Then Dawn was awesome with doing my piercings. She talked me though what she was doing and offered to take a break when I mentioned that I was feeling lightheaded. She was super professional and I will come back for any of my piercing needs.

My experience was nothing short of phenomenal! I walked in and made a same day appointment to get my nipples pierced. Went in for an appointment to get my septum re-pierced. Turns out the original piercing from nearly 5 years ago was still open so they only charged me for a stretching which was cheaper than a piercing. Vibe was lovely and I felt very safe and comfortable. Beautiful selection of jewelry.

Many of the staff are quite Curt and rude! There were two that were extremely nice one of them was the woman who helped me pick out my nose rings and the other one was my piercer who traded them out! The facility was Meet clean and tidy however I think their jewelry is a bit overpriced! It is the best place in Olympia! I just think that if their staff was a little nicer to paying customers it would make the experience better!

I stopped by to upgrade my existing piercings today and the staff were wonderful. They were very patient and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. They let me take my time to look around and they never made me feel rushed. There was a wonderful selection to choose from and I will definitely going back for any future purchases.

Sarah pierced my helix for me, and was very informative and professional the entire time (made sure to check I was okay too!). Be prepared to spend a decent amount on the jewelry itself, but new piercings is not a good time to go cheap anyway.

Went in the have the conch of my ear pieced. The store was clean and inviting. There were lots of QUALITY product choices for many different types of piercings. You can tell they care about the products they sell and are knowledgeable about their products and services the offer. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Julia did my piercing and she made me feel at ease was professional and walked me through each step. This is the place to go for your first or you 50th piercing.

Got my 11 year old daughters ears pierced a month ago. The staff was quick and the store clean and professional. They talked my daughter through all the steps and told her how to care for her piercings. They turned out perfect and healed to perfection in large part to their sanitizing protocols and clear instructions.

Got a nose piercing by an apprentice ( forgot her name I have a horrible memory), she explained everything made me super comfortable and talked me through each step as we went on. The shop is super clean and welcoming, and the staff are so nice and super helpful, really good pricing as well!

I got my naval pierced by dawn a week ago! Super friendly and professional place. My friend was actually getting hers done first and I asked dawn for some advice since I’ve had my naval done before and it ended terrible, turns out I just had my “stomach pierced”. Dawn was super informative and assured me she could give me the correct piercing and she was correct! I’m so happy my new piercing hides my ugly scar from the previous attempt. This place is very sterile and has a very nice high quality jewelry selection. It might be higher priced than some but you’re truly paying for amazing service, knowledgeable staff, and a sterile and clean environment. I’m not from Washington nor will I be staying but if I was this would be my go to for any piercings or piercing relating questions! Thank you guys!

I wanted to like this place so bad because i can honestly say everyone in there was kind and respectful as well as having a huge variety of jewelry to choose from.,A little pricey but great selection. However my reason for only 2 stars is because upon talking to the apprentice that was doing my piercing , she stated that she had 8 years of experience (behind the counter) at that shop and not doing actual piercings but on the phone prior to booking i was told the apprentice just had 8 years experience and that she has been at the shop for quite sometime (so i chalked it up to a simple misunderstanding). Considering she seemed confident in her ability to do the piercing despite the experience I happily continued with my appointment. Well jump to being pierced , my piercer immediately knew something was wrong and stated she believes she pierced my nose at a hard angle .upon me looking it was pretty much vertical , (remind you at this point i am still very polite and understanding despite having a needle go through my face just to find out we have to take it out wait 2 weeks and then re-pierce it) yet even as upset and frustrating as that was to hear i remained calm and kind ensuring my piercer that had no ill will and that people make mistakes for her not to feel bad after removing the piercing and stopping the bleeding i was kinda rushed out the door without the ability to speak with someone higher up but i had already been Rescheduled so i left it alone. But then after calling and asking who my piercer would be the second time i was informed it was the same lady so i asked if i could get a more experienced piercer because i was uncomfortable to have an issue again simply because that would have been my 5th time pierced in the same spot (only once by metro) . I was then told i could change my piercer but i would have to pay an additional fee on too of the 120$ i was gonna already be charged and i politely asked if they could at minimum wave the extra fee and i pay the 120$ quoted since i have to let them poke a second hole in my face. I was told no i would unfortunately just have to take that L. As kind and respectful as i was about the entire situation just to be blown off is what i couldnt shake hence my review, i hope everyone else has a better experience.

Went in for my first piercing ever. Im an almost old guy, haha. Both employees at the front counter were very pleasant and friendly, sorry I dont remember your names :). My piercer Dawn was awesome and explained the process in detail. The whole process was over in a matter of minutes. Hardly felt a thing.

My piercer was amazing! Dawn made me feel super comfortable, the place was so clean and friendly and the staff were all very welcoming and informing. Only reason why Im not giving five stars is because their jewelry is really expensive. Other than that its awesome!

I didnt know what to expect, having never been to a piercing shop. From their website to their exceptional customer service to the professional business practices, I was impressed at every turn. I have been back three times for jewelry purchasing, piercing and jewelry changes and have now taken friends there. Every single experience has been consistent. This is a great business with fantastic staff.

Came in today for my very first piercing, and they were incredible! Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous (and clueless), but they were sooo friendly and talked me through the process, making sure that I understood what was going on. The prices are great too, and EVERYTHING was CLEAN. I loved it and will definitely come back if I ever want another piercing! They did an awesome job!

I had a really nice experience with Julia! She was very professional and answered any questions I had as well. She let me know everything she was doing as she did it so there were no surprises and let me take my time getting used to the piercing! The atmosphere was nice and the wait was short, I would definitely recommend it to others!

I never really leave reviews but I could not rave more about this place. I’ve gone to Dawn for all of my piercings since I’ve turned 18 (which isn’t much) but once I trust someone with something like tattoo’s/piercings or anything to do with my body I don’t go to anyone else. Dawn is super professional and keeps a calm, comforting environment when piercing which calms the nerves and helps a lot. Super thorough with explaining aftercare and what to expect. The girl with the really cool makeup at the front was super helpful and patient when I kept changing my mind on what jewelry I wanted and answered all of my questions. To sum it up I will never go to another place for piercings other than Metro. The precautions that they have taken due to covid is also worth the mention. Cashless (which kinda made me sad because I like tipping in cash but no biggie to tip on card either), forms for piercings are online, take temp when you come in, book online. Just adds to the comfort! Could not thank them enough for the consistent positive experiences I’ve had there.

Ive had four peircings done (so far) at Metro with different peircers. Each time has been amazing. All of the staff is really knowledgeable and give great service. They do a great job of explaining aftercare and the jewlery is great quality too.

I love this place. I got my belly button done when I was 18 when they had a location in the mall and have never had any problems with it (I’m almost 30).Recently I got my rook and nose done by dawn and she was so professional and reassuring. She’s an expert in her field. I had done my nose about 5 times in my early 20s in bellingham at multiple parlors, and a bubble always formed on it. I’m about a week into this piercing and I think it’s going to stick. I’d only go to metro for any piercing now. Highly recommend!

Got my conch done for my 21st; Dawn was awesome! She was excellent at explaining what was gonna happen, how to care for it, and helped calm me down from my excitement/nervousness. She pierced quickly and I was in and out in no time!Wait time was 10 minutes, maybe. Enough time to look at all the pretty earrings but not too long (it was a busy day and time).I had an overall good time; the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you live in Oly or thurston county and are looking for a nice, clean, professional piercer, I highly recommend Metro. 10/10

I have been coming to Metro for nearly 10 years, I always get my jewelry here, and got my ears stretched a few years ago. Dawn is one of my favourite people there, you will be in good hands should you decide to get pierced.

I had two nose piercings done by Julia, she’s done many of my other piercings over the years as well and she’s always been extremely informative and professional. The people working the counter are always very kind and professional as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I went here for a removal of a piercing I received at a different shop. I was honestly nervous and the staff and piercers were incredibly kind and considerate. I 100% will recommend this shop to any one looking for good quality jewelry or any new piercings. Along with amazing people working there, the selection they have for jewelry is incredible! Can’t recommend this shop enough.

The place is gorgeous but the guy made me so uncomfortable. His name was Brandon I believe and he “mansplained”quite a bit about plugs to me- someone who’s been stretching since they were 12. Another employee tried having a conversation with me about a specific pair I was interested in, and he was continually interrupting us both. While the quality was great, his customer service made me so uncomfortable I doubt I’ll be back. They also don’t do returns and it’s the wrong size, so I’m out $50 on a pair of plugs too.

Process was great, piercer was great. Ill be going back. Only complaint is the prices are a bit steep and when booking on the website, expect to pay double the price it says for the jewelry thats not included in the price online.

I had my nose pierced a couple months ago and a shorter piece changed out last week. Everyone here is amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. I highly recommend.

Let me preface this by saying this was over a year ago:The people were nice and professional, the place was clean. However, although I cleaned it properly (I have many other piercings, so I’m aware of how to take care of them) it seemed to have formed a keloid (it did end up going away after a month or two). Even now, over a year since I had it originally pierced, it bleeds almost every time I try to put a new ring in because it didn’t seem to be pierced straight.Other than that, everything they sell there is insanely expensive.

I went to get a “jewelry change” that ended up feeling like getting my nose pierced all over again.. I went and bought a pack of nose rings before my appointment because I did not intend on paying $50 for a basic titanium stud at the shop. When I get there I show the jewelry to one lady and she says since I’ve had my nose pierced for 3 years the jewelry will be fine. The lady doing my piercing said it was not and that I’ll have to buy one from their shop. A $15 visit turned into a $60 visit and hurt like hell due to her choosing the wrong bar size and having to switch it with a longer one. I do not remember it being so expensive here when I had my tongue pierced 6 years ago or when I first got my nose pierced 3 years ago. Kindof ridiculous.

Before I start I’d like to say on their website they are very clear on their ID rules. My niece wanted a nose piercing for her birthday and had asked me to take her. I’ve had friends tell me this place is great and a safe establishment to go. My niece told me she looked the place up and wanted to go here. So the day of we walk in and say she wants a nose piercing. The woman working takes her ID and says they can’t pierce her because it’s expired. My niece and I are understanding and I ask if this is standard at all shops. I don’t have piercings and was just curious. The woman became angry says yes and asks us to leave.Her attitude was unwelcoming and out of line for a simple question. I’d like to come here to get my first piercing but I don’t feel like this place is welcome to newbies. If you’re anxious or new don’t come here.

I hate to leave a less than stellar review, but I wanted to share my experience so that future customers can have an absolutely perfect poke.Positives: Immaculate and beautiful shop. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great with covid safety (temp check/sanitizer/masks) Our piercer was great with my daughter as far as answering all her questions and making her feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure.Negatives: I’m unhappy with the placement of my daughter’s earrings. During our session, after our piercer marked her ears, I felt like one side was lower. Our piercer explained that my daughter had uneven ears, and that if she moved the dot up, it would look off, especially later, if she wanted to do more piercings. My gut was telling me I wanted it a tiny bit higher, but she was so confident in her explanation. So I agreed. When we got home I took a closer look and realized that one side did look lower. It’s been over a week, and I was hoping that theyd look better once the swelling went down, but they look the same...uneven. I take responsibility for the outcome because I did authorize it. But I just want to remind others: please advocate for yourself!!! If you’re the slightest bit unsure, just ask for it to be marked again. An off piercing won’t grow out like a bad haircut. Every time I look at my daughter’s left ear I feel awful that I wasn’t more assertive. :-(

Took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Very professional, very clean. You must be able to prove you are the legal guardian and will give permission before they will do a piercing to a minor. Quality of the earrings are great. I just loved it and will be doing business here again.

Great experience with Dawn! A few years ago my mom and I suddenly decided to get a cartilage piercing and pulled into the tattoo parlor. Bad mistake that I felt for years. This time we decided again on a semi whim to get pierced again, and went the next day to Metro.Our experience at Metro was great. Dawn clearly demonstrated that she was knowledgeable about her profession and quickly and efficiently did my daith piercing. It has been a month and I am extremely pleased with my experience. I highly recommend.

I went in to have my nostril pierced today. I was a little nervous but Im so glad I did it! The girls were kind and professional, they talked me through the whole procedure and were quick and efficient. I will definitely be going again if I get any future piercings.

Extremely RUDE receptionist. Took my minor daughter to get a nose Piercing and was told we would not be able to get it done due to ID requirements. Shes a minor, she doesnt have a Photo ID other than a School ID and they would not accept that. Since when is a birth certificate and parent ID for parental consent not good enough? I talked with someone on the phone prior to scheduling and they NEVER mentioned it. I did get 5000 emails and text messages confirming my appointment which was a little overkill. Needless to say we are taking our business somewhere else that a school ID for photo is allowed. A MUCH BETTER PLACE THAT WE HAVE BEEN TO BEFORE. My daughter is actually relieved as she felt the location looked creepy and unsanitary!

I deeply felt nice and welcomed from to the time I went in, to the time I left. It was very neat and organized. Having good rates to the people that go as well. Ill pick going there again

Fabulous experience! I loved my piercer and the staff was friendly and helpful. I actually had my navel pierced years ago when Metro was at the Capitol Mall. I recently returned to have my septum and upper lip frenulum (smiley) piercings done.

Every last person that works within this business is very kindly, and helpful. The actual peircers are all very skilled in their craft. I can say that Ive met some of the best peircers in my life within this shop. Highly recommend and very routine customer myself.

Very friendly staff, Ive gotten piercings by both piercers which was always a breeze. I love the selection of threadless tops, it always seems they have more each time I go in. Theyve helped me slowly switch to white gold, its been a fun process.

Extremely disappointed with Metro. I’ve been going to this shop for all my piercings the last few years. I went in today and was told I would have a 30 minute wait. That turned into almost a 2 hour wait....They took people back that had come in after me, they clearly forgot I was even there. Once I was taken back to get my piercing changed out, I was told to lay down. I asked if I needed to lay on my side and the lady said “are you getting a colonoscopy?” There was no acknowledgement of the delay and then to be treated with disrespect to top it off... I’ve never had such a horrible experience like this before. Definitely won’t be coming back.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had hands down. If I need any more piercings or accessories I will retun here. They also do removals, which is what I needed. Right now you need an appointment for services so call before you go.

Appointment with Dawn. I have a deviated septum and been told that it wasnt possible to pierce without it being crooked. Dawn explained the anatomy and how she would pierce it. She was thorough in the process and talked me through my pre-peircing jitters. I highly recommend going to her for your piercing needs.

Called and asked specifically what paperwork / documents would be needed for our minor to get a septum pierced. Was told what we needed. Got it collected. When they called an hour before to confirm the different person said her school photo ID wasnt good enough so she cant get it. To top it all off the girl had the nerve to try and charge my wife a cancelation fee.Go somewhere else. They are not professional here.

Jewelry was clean, process was sterile, but the piercer put my dermal anchor facing the wrong way and now after 2 years of it turning around and healing at an angle partially out of my skin i need it removed. Huge bummer. Loved the piercing. Pay more attention to how the bodys natrual folding will affect the anchor.

Got my Monroe piercing tonight from Dawn, this is my second piercing from her in less than a year. Everyone there from the front desk to the aftcare were completely professional. I dont think im gonna be going here for my peircings anymore. My vertical labret was ruined and closed up because of them, then i got my top medusa peirced by a more experienced person that works there, and it wasnt put in correctly and i had to close it correctly myself otherwise it definitely wouldnve fallen out too. Thats pretty annoying and unprofessional if you ask me. Aso a big waste of MY money...

I went in with my parent who had my birth certificate and their ID and I had my school ID, but they told me they couldn’t do my piercing because I needed a federally issued ID or state ID or a passport. I had already made an appointment and had to cancel. We also called many other places and they said that all I needed was my school ID, birth certificate, and my parent.

They were so nice. They gave me really helpful cleaning tips, and the place was so clean (sterile).

I would recommend to anyone low-key afraid of needles, and love great customer service 😌15/10 literally the most wonderful staff
