I LOVE getting tattooed at Sorry Mom Ink! Whether it’s a resident artist like Realms, Wiser, or Tzee, or a guest artist they have at the time I have never been disappointed! It’s a clean bright, inviting shop that is also extremely LGBTQ friendly which matters so much to me. I’ve got 6 tattoos by various artists there so far and my partner has got 2 so far as well! They are so professional and kind there! I also love that they take walk ins! Keep it up Sorry Mom Ink! I’ll attach some photos of some work we have had done there!

The majority of my tattoos are drawings or arts and crafts that my kid has done over the years. This was a cat origami piece that my kid wanted me to get next. He drew the face and did the folding.I did a walk-in and asked if they would be willing to do this. They all jumped on it and in a few minutes I was getting it.I couldnt be happier with it. It came out exactly like the original. I was so glad I went there and plan on going back.

I wish I could give a fair review but they didnt answer any calls, texts, or emails. They say they are open 7 days a week from 10 to 8 but yet no one is at their establishment at 2pm. Wouldve loved to get a tattoo today or even set up an appointment, but I guess I will take me and my wifes business elsewhere.

Went and got a tattoo yesterday gave them a general idea and let them put there own spin on it and I love it couldn’t have been happier ! My 6yr old was with us and also had a great time they were so great with her they gave her rave wands and tattoo stencils she loved it even took a nap on the couch😂 the shop also has so much to browse! Good vibes& good time!☺️

Very sweet staffHave gone to Kelly for 2 of my piercings, and shes done phenomenal every time. Really takes her time to make sure your placement is correct and to your liking. Very through with aftercare tips and usually has availability.The Tattoo is from their artist REALMS who did a very good job. (Bracelet photo is the healed result) They did a very good job keeping in commutation with me and making sure it healed correctly. They also made sure to offer breaks when needed for the Tattoo and had some snacks and waters avaliable.

I will probably never go to another tattoo shop again if it isnt Sorry Mom Ink. Gina was the artist for the piece Id been dreaming of and its everything Ive ever wanted in the experience. From the piece itself to Ginas fantastic personality and communication about the piece, what she was doing, letting me know the time, and checking on me, there was nothing but good vibes and energy as soon as I walked into the shop. Not just from Gina, but from everybody there, which I think is a very special thing. There was this happy mixture of professional and fun times that made me felt liked I belonged and never wanted to leave! This only took 4.5 hours of tattooing and Gina knocked it out of the park. She provided aftercare balm as well. Im honored to spend an afternoon there and would happily get work done by everyone there. 10/10 would recommend.

The new shop location is such a vibe. I love coming here for custom artwork. Everyone here is welcoming and inclusive.As for my artwork, I have seen Christine and Jade and I love all the pieces I have gotten here. I always get nervous before my tattoo appointments and it was the same with this scheduled session as well. I was expecting to walk into your traditional tattoo shop where it’s loud and slightly chaotic and as I walked into Sorry Mom Ink for my evening session, I was taken aback by how peaceful the environment was. I made it just a few feet through the door before spinning like I was Dorothy seeing Oz for the first time. It was like walking into an oasis after being lost in a desert. Gena greeted me with a friendly smile and helped calm my nervousness with conversation and sincere understanding of my social awkwardness. When she showed me my tattoo design, I was blown away. How could a piece so beautiful be applied onto human skin? Gena, that’s how. I feel wrong calling it a tattoo because this is a genuine piece of art. Gena is a truly gifted artist and is such an amazing person to work with. Thank you for bringing this vision to life and helping me honor my forever person!

First of all, when I tell you that this is not an ordinary tattoo shop, I mean it in the best possible way. Everyone who works here is so incredibly warm and kind. I have gone to quite a few shops over the years and although I have had an overall positive experience, there can be a tendency for these establishments to have a bit of a attitude. A bit “too cool for school”. You will not find any of that here. Everyone is so supportive to one another and you can see a real team when they are all collaborating or asking one another for advice.I personally was a client of Gina’s who also happens to be the owner. From start to finish she was so sweet, really accommodating to my needs and always checking in with me to see how I was doing.I received a full sleeve from her in her grey scale realism style that she is most known for. All I told her is what I wanted incorporated and she put it all together in the most beautiful way. I am so so happy with the end result. It is so detailed and feminine and just flows beautifully down my arm. It definitely is my favorite piece of work thus far.I will be a forever client of Gina’s and can’t recommend her, and the entire team at Sorry Mom Ink more.

She was super collaborative on the design and helped me bring my vision to life. Sitting in her chair to get tattooed was the best experience, and honestly I won’t go anywhere else now! I don’t usually post reviews but after my experience yesterday, I felt it completely necessary. I waited 8 months and drove 5 hours and Gina made it worth every single day I waited, and every single hour I drove! Gina and her team are all so warm and kind. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new piece and I will be a permanent client at Sorry Mom Ink because of how phenomenal this shop and Gina are!

I went to Sorry Mom for a walk-in this weekend and worked with Gwen. He was professional and pleasant to work with, and put a lot of careful time and attention into my design. The shop was clean and a comfortable environment. If youre looking for honest and professional work, this is a place to check out.

As understandable as what you are saying is. It speaks leeps and bounds that when you were just starting out apprenticing that I came to you for such an important and special tattoo. And now I look at it like a scar because It is nothing like I wanted it to turn out and after repeatedly trying to reschedule you could not even respond. There is something to be said about being professional and this was not handled that way, a long with the gossip included with other clients. Totally unprofessionalIt not only scared terriblely on my skin, the ink did not stick and she did not follow up

I have so much love for this shop and the artists! Having been getting tattooed for the last two decades by dozens of artists at shops all over the U.S., I can say without a doubt that this is the BEST shop Ive been to. The space is clean, warm, well-lit, inviting, and inclusive. It is also a large space, so there are more artists under one roof than most shops (and I love that because you have such a variety of art and styles to work with). The artists are all insanely talented, and some of the sweetest and kindest humans I know. I always feel like Im hanging out with my friends every time I go in and I cant speak highly enough about Sorry Mom Ink.

I needed my tattoo touched up/redone/significantly overhauled, and Linda at Sorry Mom did the most incredible job. She took my faded piece and made it so much brighter and more beautiful, while keeping true to everything I loved about the original design. She also gave me great instructions for taking care of it and keeping the color in this time - its healing so much cleaner than the first time, and I hugely appreciate her taking the time to explain everything!Everything, from original booking to final product, went smoothly and easily. I would happily work with Sorry Mom again, and would absolutely get an original piece by Linda.

Let me tell you Gina is INSANELY talented. I was super picky with who I chose to do this piece so after doing a ton of research on different artist I decided to go with her. I waited around 6 months at least for my appointment as she is usually super booked out but let me tell you it is well worth the wait! The shop is also very clean and all the artists are super so sweet and welcoming.

Came by at 7 since I saw they had a flash sale today and it was completely closed even though it says you guys were doing walk ins all day

Got Friday the 13th tattoos with my husband and came back the following week to get my girlfriends ears pierced. Everyone was super kind, with fantastic flash and a super welcoming environment. They asked for a preferred name and pronouns on their consent forms, have a cute little snack station that you can serve yourself from and their bathroom is fully stocked with everything from menstruation products to breath mints to body sprays. Really dug the vibe and it was totally worth the wait to get our ink. Will definitely be back.

They check your temp, have you sanitize your hands before getting tattooed, shop is clean and sterile. Everyone is awesome and a pleasure to talk with. Presley Davis was our tattooist and she is AMAZING. I recommend this shop and Presley hands down.

This studio is lovely! Its clean, bright, and welcoming to all! They have snacks and water if you need it before or during your session, and all the artist are so nice!I got tattooed by Tai this evening and they were absolutely wonderful! They checked in on me throughout the tattoo and made sure I was doing alright, they were respectful, as gentle as possible (its a tattoo lol it still gonna hurt but technique is everything), and the tattoo came out amazing!I will definitely bring going to sorry mom more in the future! And Tai will 1000% be one of my go to artist 💕

This place is awesome! I got my first memorial tattoo when I lost my son and Gina did a amazing job!! I am itching to go back and get one for my dad who passed in 2014 and then get one for my daughter!! Trying save up money to do that!!

I NEVER post reviews but I have to for this shop. I’ve been coming here for little over a year now & Gina is the one who tattoos me. She goes above & beyond for her clients & not to mention her shop is not only aesthetically pleasing but the energy in there is terrific. She really takes time into who she hires making sure everyone gets along & the energy is a great flow at all times. She also pays very close attention to the detail in your tattoos & providing exactly what you’re looking for & making sure it matches you, your vibe & really the look you’re going for. The shop is always so clean, put together & such an accepting place, This place has become my home & i hope it can become the next clients as well (:

I’ve wanted to pierce my ears for quite some time but never had the nerve. I called in and got an appointment same day (sometimes impulsiveness helps allay nerves!) with Kelly and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. She was fun to work with, clean, calm, quick, and communicative. I loved the whole vibe of the shop and after sitting in her chair looking at her art I’m thinking of all the cool tattoos she could do for me as well! Kelly - Ive got the vast majority of my left arm and I’m thinking you might be the artist to fill it!!

The absolute best tattoo experience Ive ever had. All the staff were kind and interested in my tattoo, Gina was engaging and full of great energy. We talked almost the whole time, she worked with me on the design and placement and was honest with her opinion and respectful of my wishes. She also gave me advice on care and rewrapped it the day after. The enviroment is nonjudgmental and very open and accepting. Ten out of ten will recommend and I will be back for a future tattoo!

The apprentice gave wonderful customer service to me during the heat wave they gave us waters, and they were All very fun people to talk to. The current piercing artist was quick and used great precision during my piercings and good motivation. I had an issue today and called and the apprentice (I feel awful for forgetting these peoples name I am so sorry but their skills were wonderful) anyway called the apprentice, and she gave me great help with finding what size bar I might need because I was over swelling great at keeping me calm and she knows her stuff! Thanks, sorry mom!

The people there are so caring and answer their phone unlike many other places. I am shocked by the beauty of their tattoos as well. My son and I are going to be getting both piercings and tattoos at this remarkable place in a remarkable city I believe. We just moved here, and its nice to have friendly customer service. It makes all the difference in the world.

Very disappointed. Was going to get 2 tattoos here from two different artists. Talked to this guy about getting a tattoo for over 2 months he did not communicate well with me and was flakey. I probably asked him 4 times when I could get my tattoo done, he ignored almost every single one of those questions or brushed it off meanwhile taking walk-ins and other clients who has spoken to him far after I did. He said he was working on my sketch, never did. Secondly I was supposed to get a tattoo from a girl who works there as well. She told me to book so I went ahead and did that. She had an option for a one hour slot that had no deposit fee so I booked that a week and a half before the tattoo was supposed to be done as she said there was a sale going on. I confirmed with her right when I booked it. She waited a week and a half until it was an HOUR before my appointment to message me and say she couldnt do that tattoo because I didnt put down a deposit for HER BOOKING WHICH SHE PUT A ZERO $ deposit fee as a selection for one of them. She then continued to ignore me and read all my messages, I was respectful and tried to be accommodating at all times. She took zero accountability. I then called the store because they said they had 2 artists who were available for walk ins. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and gave me one word answers with a disgusted angry tone. I am a non confrontational person and am always respectful and understanding of businesses but these are the most rotten, disrespectful, careless, flakey and rude tattoo business associates I have ever come across. I then went to another location of a different business and they told me that with the tattoo I chose, and the size that he couldnt believe the girl would accept this tattoo as it was on my hip and far too small for the specific art it was, so my tattoo would have ended up looking disfigured very shortly as my body changed because the hip is a spot where your body changed the most. Tattoo artists should know this and tell the client, this girl just wanted to get paid, he also said that for what she was supposed to do was extremely overpriced and I should stay far away from that business given all the information he had received. Im glad I took my business elsewhere where the artists are respectful and real and are looking out for me. Tattoos are a therapeutic, intimate process and I cannot believe how I was treated by not just one, but two artists at sorry mom ink and the front desk woman who took my call. If youd like to be treated with kindness and care, get a fair price, and an accurate consultation for what you want I would avoid this place like the plague.

I got my flat and helix done by Kelly tonight. She was so patient and sweet! I loved that I was given so many options for jewlery. I went with pink anodized titanium and a sparkly ball for both of my pieces, and I absolutely love how they turned out! 🥰 Ive had piercings done at other places, but this has BY FAR been my best experience.

The tattoo Gina did is pure art! I gave her a long list of what I wanted and she crafted it beautifully. I’ve gotten so many compliments! She was professional and friendly while being concerned about my needs. This shop is so fun and tastefully decorated! Gina is definitely worth the wait.

Had a tattoo done with Gina . It was amazing. My tattoo had emotional meaning behind it and it was extremely important to me I went somewhere I felt comfortable. The whole experience was exactly what I wanted and needed . Felt comfortable and relaxed not only with her but the others in the shop . Everyone was nice. I was immediately welcome. Super sweet people! The lady was so talented! I was very nervous and scared as this was my first piercing (i’m 16) and it was so quick and easy! I got a Halloween flash tattoo from Jade and not only were they the nicest and most considerate person ever, but the shop environment was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!!

I started my half sleeve with Linda back in January before covid hit and finally got it finished! She did an incredible job making me feel comfortable and nailed the design in one shot. It was exactly what I had in my mind. The placement is absolutely perfect and the artwork is stunning. Shes thorough, professional, accepting, and shes an extremely talented artist. I came in months before to get my best friends first tattoo and I honestly just fell in love with the space, the artwork, and the people there. I came back and got my first tattoo there the other day and it was huge. Gina did an amazing job, kept me calm (or as calm as possible), and the tattoo turned out exactly as I imagined. Considering that I threw two different pictures at her and she made one lovely piece, I would definitely reccomend her to anyone. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it in my eyes. Desiray was amazing and made the whole process so comfortable!

Seems like an okay place, pictures of their work look good. However a bit dirty outside as well as in. That doesnt necessarily imply the equipment or artists them selves are not clean, just older I suppose. We wound up not actually going here. After making an appointment for my teenager. I brought what paperwork I read other local places had needed. Their website did not specify, they didnt ask when I made the appointment even though I said it was for my child, and I forgot to ask just made an assumption based on other places. So when we arrived and they required a student ID on top of a birth certificate and my drivers license we were unable to get her piercings. Better communication and care for first impressions visually would get a better rating. Curb full of trash/boxes and bare plywood dont make a great first impression.

Sorry mom ink has been my home for tattoos for almost 3 years now, it was the catchy name that got my wife and I to Walk through the door but it was the quality of the tattoos and the atmosphere that has made us stick with them through 3 moves to knew shops and expanding. I have Many tattoos from many different artists and was tired of going to shops where the artist talked down to me or I was Uncomfortable coming in there and invading the “boys club”. I knew immediately with the way Gina talked to us I was Going to stay. It’s a family shop, everyone is super friendly and accomidating, Gina, Alyssa, keoni, Kelly and all the new folks always bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and do what they can for you. I’ve had a few cancellations with Gina before but she always strives to get me back in and make it right when that happens, not to mention the prices are good. Recommend everyone who’s curious just stop by and talk to anyone in the shop. You won’t be disappointed

By far the best shop! I have had 2 tattoos by Linda and another in progress she is amazing, i love how everyone acts like family and encourages eachother to be the best they can be ... ive also got 2 piercings as well i think one of my favorite parts is they contact you after to see how the healing is going and to make sure your happy! I will definitely be back for all future ink and piercings!

I got my first tattoo done by one of their artists, it was so good I decided to use him for my cover up. Instead of telling me it was out of his realm he said he could do it. I got two sessions done, the lines are very shaky. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to pay for my down payment to schedule an appointment. I paid for a service I never received though. I have reached out and never received my refund.

I absolutely adore this tattoo parlor! Very clean, accommodating, and inclusive. I usually see Leah but I also had one tattoo done by a guest artist, and Im extremely pleased with how they all came out! Cant recommend this place enough.

Sorry Mom Ink is the type of place you want to go to. As soon as you walk through the door, they are quick to help you get your tattoos done with a reasonable price unlike half of these other places. I was able to get two tattoos done and am extremely glad with their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism. Not to mention the AMAZING tattoos! Definitely will be getting more from them!

Presley is just absolutely amazing. Even though I did not immediately love my piece, she worked with me and was able to turn it into one that I am absolutely in love with. She had the talent, skill and vision to completely recreate it. I am truly blown away by what she was able to do with it, and by how kind she was with me through the entire process. I was so disappointed with my experience here. Sorry Mom Ink was recommended to me by a friend who had gone to Gina, and after looking through some pictures of her work, I was sold. Making the appointment was really easy, and Gina was really sweet in person. However, my problem with them came after my tattoo started to heal. Once all the scabbing had flaked away, the tattoo did not heal at all the way I thought it would. Some of the fine lines were really faded and certain areas of the tattoo that should have been black were gray and patchy. Im no stranger to tattoos not healing perfectly, I know it happens, but this was so bad that I was doing everything to physically cover it up so people couldnt see how bad it looked. Gina told me she does free touch-ups within 90 days, so as soon as it was healed, I attempted to contact her to make a touch-up appointment, knowing that she books out a ways in advance. However getting ahold of her for this free appointment was a nightmare. I called the store and left multiple messages (when you call, the phone goes straight to voicemail every time) and never received a called back. I also tried texting her and messaging her on facebook (this is the original way I made the appointment) and I would get a reply about every 3 days, making it seemingly impossible to solidify an appointment date and time. Eventually, after these drawn-out back and forth conversations, Gina just stopped replying all together and I was never able to get ahold of her again. My only other option would have been to drive to the store and make an appointment in person, but I live in Federal Way and the shop is in Olympia... So I gave up, and made an appointment with Miko and Destiny City Tattoo in Tacoma where he COMPLETELY fixed my tattoo and I love it more than I ever thought I could. I did have to pay twice the price of what I paid with Gina just to have the tattoo touched up, but it was totally worth it to not have to deal with bad customer service.

Sorry Mom Ink has been my sole source of tattoos for the last 2 years. I had searched and searched for 4 years for a tattoo shop that was willing to take rough themes and ideas and turn them into beautiful, cohesive artwork. Every other shop I had gone to always just asked “well what piece do you want?” This answer always frustrated me because I am no artist. Gina Craig was able to take my ideas and stylistic preference to create an entire sleeve that continued seemlessly with work I had previously. I cannot highly recommend this shop enough.

Went in for their friday the 13th flash tattoos, great experience!! I would recommend getting there early for these flash days. doors opened at 10, and when i got there at 8:45 there was already 12 people in line. So the earlier the better!!

Kelly was really friendly and professional. She double checked my skin before actually piercing me and 2 days later Im in zero pain. Great clean environment!

I just got my tattoo at this shop. Tai is my tattoo artist. And I highly recomend him, he listen on every detail that I’ve said. Also the owner Gina is so friendly. The shop is clean & vibrant.

Tai is just the best. He’s so talented and he did such a good job with checking in with me to see how I’m doing pretty frequently. He did exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully. He’s a great conversationalist and made the entire appt very calm and comfortable. Would so recommend for somebody who likes anime or things like it. Called multiple times they. Voice-mail says theyll call you back within 24 hours. They never did. they were if fact open this was weeks ago. Ive been very patient in waiting so please dont try and correct me.

Scheduled an appointment a couple days in advance one for me and one for my boyfriend between 10-10:30, we got there at 10 and they were still closed but all is still fine because the appoint slot was between 10-10:30 so we waited another half an hour and still no one even in the building. I only came here because theyve volunteered to be a donation drop-off for Care Olympia, a local Mutual Aid organization. Gwin (apologies if misspelled) offered to help me to bring the items I brought to donate.

I believe it was Kelly who did my septum piercing. she made me feel comfortable, she is very patient, and she made the experience painless.

Came in for a walk in this past week. After looking around the shop , it looked pretty dirty and some of the staff seemed unkempt. Also - pretty unprofessional
