Such a clean and artistic environment. I love how professional everyone is and they are all so helpful. I know Jason from years ago when he worked in Seattle and his work is amazing. Tori is incredible and she’s been tattooing for several years here in Olympia. As far as piercing, I would never go to anyone else but Skinny, he’s the shop owner and has been professionally piercing for many years. Plus he’s from here too so it’s always good to support local businesses. Everyone who works here is solid.

Ive had seven piercings done by Skinny and two done by Annie, all healed excellently, done quickly and I was informed completely of the aftercare of each one. An absolutely wonderful shop and the staff were polite each and every time. And I am SO glad that all my piercings were done with internally threaded jewelery because that style is so much easier to put in and remove that externally threaded.

Skinny did a fantastic job piercing my lobes; it was my first time, but Ill be back once I decide on any other piercings or tats!! Super professional shop, immaculate vibes all around.

Annie and Shaun are awesome. Dont be scared about Shaun being an apprentice he did an amazing job and was supervised every step. Popped in right after they opened to inquire about getting some piercings. They told me when the piercer would be in that day, so I came back around that time and it was such a smooth process! Filled out a little form, and the guy, he goes by the name of Skinny, is super chill! He was super good at keeping my mind at ease just talking to me, super professional the whole time, and before I realized it, boom it was done and I was on my way out of the shop! I went here about 1.5 weeks ago to get my nipples pierced, and was quite nervous. Skinny and Max were completely professional, and I have had zero problems healing the piercings as of this time.

I had an amazing experience getting my septum pierced from Annie. She was able to fit me in between appointments which I was super thankful for and she did a great job making me feel comfortable in the shop. She also made the whole thing really quick and easy. I highly recommend for piercing and Ill definitely be going back for a tattoo at some point.

This last April, I went in for an eyebrow piercing by Skinny, and fell in love with it. A few weeks ago, I had to reach out to him for instructions on what to do, as it was beginning to reject (no fault of his), and he told me to come in and he would pierce it again without charge, while providing me with excellent advice! Not only did I go in to get it redone, I also scheduled an appointment for a navel piercing. Both times I have gone in, the atmosphere is so welcoming and clean! Skinny did an incredible job with the placement, and is a pleasure to be around! Every step of the procedure, he is reassuring, and making sure you are completely comfortable! Honestly, such a cool person, and always leaves me with the desire to come in for more! If you are considering scheduling for his services, dont hesitate!

HIGHLY recommend going to Skinny for all of your piercing needs! I got my nipples pierced by him, and despite that being a very sensitive area, it was one of the least painful piercing experiences I’ve had. He is very personable and makes the experience the best it can possibly be! He made me feel incredibly comfortable and talked me through the process. If you’re debating on whether or not to book with Skinny, do it!

What a great shop! My girlfriend has had some work done here, and loves their work. Today we used their piercer who was also amazing. I really liked the old school tattoo shop feel mixed with the professionalism and cleanliness you would find in a shop today. I noticed that they have the get what you get tattoo egg machine. I really want to go back and do that. I think it would be super fun and plan on making an appointment asap. I will update this after that, but in my experiences so far they are the place I will be using from now on

Skinny got me in last minute for an eyebrow piercing. When I arrived, he met me at the door an introduced myself. He did a temperature check as he made sure I did the online covid screening and medical /permissions sheet. I wasnt able to bring my husband in with me because of covid but he assured us that my husband could watch from outside the window if I felt uncomfortable or we can cancel the appointment all together. I told him that I have pretty bad anxiety and he did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable. He walked me through the entire process and we had really great conversation. The whole process took about 10 minutes. He gave me his card, a care sheet, and stickers. I was able to buy saline solution sold by their shop as well. All in all, I would definitly recommend Skinny to anybody. Hes been doing this for 18 years I believe. The environment is clean, professional, and friendly. Thanks Skinny!

Skinny did an excellent job! My daughters, age 17 & 15, and I got a helix piercing from him. Skinny walked us through step-by-step and made us feel extremely comfortable. We definitely recommend him.

Great communication throughout the tattoo process on what the final tattoo would look like: from creating the design to positioning the tattoo, and caring for the tattoo afterwards. The staff is really nice, and the place is clean. But the piercer needs more experience or they need to replace him. I came in for a septum piercing and was met with a bad experience. The first time he tried, he couldn’t get the jewelry in and had to try again. There was so much discomfort and blood from the mis-try. The second was almost the same exact way, and it ended up being crooked. The next day the ball came unscrewed, and I hadn’t messed with it, as I have many other piercings and know how to care for them properly. I was so disappointed because of the good reviews and was hoping for a good experience.

I got my septum pierced by Annie yesterday for my birthday and the experience was beyond amazing!! Annie was very sweet, kind, caring and very gentle and explained everything very well very professional I will be coming back for my next piercing !!

Very professional, they immediately check temp and have you sanitize. Skinny was nice and made the experience calming. If you forget to eat, please make sure you don’t go in there with low blood sugar, although the piercing itself was a 2/10 on the pain chart, i forgot to eat and the next 12 hours for me weren’t the best, but that was on me.

I walked in on a Saturday wanting to get two dermals done and they didnt have time so Skinny took my info and scheduled an appointment with me on the following Tuesday. When I showed up at my designated time, he said he didnt have the dermal tops and to call back in about a week to week and a half and ask and told me hed give me the dermals for free. I asked him to give me a call when he got them and said yes and took my info again. Two weeks go by and I figured Id give them a call to see if they got them. I called and a lady said hed give me a call in a few minutes and took my info. He never called. Im tired of the run around so I scheduled with another place.

From the first day i walk in the shop i was treated with respect and kindness. Then i finaly did my tattoo with Josh and was amazing. He is awesome . Professional and kind , he understood what i want and helped me. To all of you my grattitude.

My daughter got her belly button pierced, it was quite expensive. The piercing was crooked. I reached out to the guy and didnt get a response. My kid doesnt live here so its not just the simple process of going back in. Pretty disappointing.

If you want a piercing, this is the place to go! Matt (Skinny) was so professional and patient. I already had a nose piercing on one side so I decided to pierce the other side. Skinny took his time with placement to make sure it was even. The place is also very clean!

Was told we didnt need an appt for piercings then get to the shop and told we needed an appt. Would have been nice to get the correct info so we didnt waste the gas since we drove an hour one way and our time.

I had my nosenpirced here. It cost $60. The staff was friendly, and easy to be comfortable around. It was a clean environment. My piercing healed perfectly with no infections or issues. Would definitely recommend

Ok so I called this guy three different times and left messages each time and he finally returned my call saying “now how can I help you?”I told him I was wondering if they had dermal jewelry and he was like “uh no I number one don’t sell jewelry and number two don’t have anything to do with dermals I don’t like them I am not a fan of dermals, etc” I was like ok thanks and he sounded kinda rude.Seemed kind of weird to offer your opinion towards what I was looking for..

I had really high hopes for this place, after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. I called in on Monday to see about scheduling an appointment for my wife and I to get our wrists tattooed that coming Saturday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The woman on the phone was very courteous and checked with the tattoo artist, Travis, who confirmed that he had availability from 3PM onward if we could come in person and secure our reservation with a holding deposit. So the very next day we drove in from Yelm to place our deposit and were immediately turned away by the artist (Travis) who said he was booked months out and also said he doesnt do any hand or wrist tattoos, which was completely the opposite of what he said while conferring with us over the phone the day before. I told him about the phone conversation we had where the woman told us he could fit us in for wrist tattoos with Travis on Saturday and he quickly refuted the claim, saying that he never does any tattoo close to the hand area. I could be wrong, but my feeling as I left the shop was that he didnt want to be bothered with a couple of small jobs, perhaps because he was busy with bigger jobs. What frustrated me most was that they made us drive an hour after confirming over the phone that it wouldnt be a problem, and then switched their answer the moment we walked through the door. I was really shocked at the lack of customer support we received after reading so many good things about Capitol. What a shame!

Small shop with friendly workers. Georges traditional tattoos are solid, with great line and color work. His prices are reasonable and works quickly. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the south sound who is looking for traditional tattoo work.
