Awesome experience for my Daughter and me! The guys were very kind and took there time to make her feel comfortable. And the piercings were done so fast that she couldnt even think about if it hurts. They were also very nice to her little brother (keep interrupting)Thank you for making our day and good memories about her first ear piercings 🥰

Manager Leanne was awesome, and very caring & gentle with my mom with her piercing. Her sense of humor and personality was great. She is located in the free standing both by Forever 21. LOL it was my mom who misbehaved and Leanne handled her really well.

I had great service from Della, she helped me find the perfect lip rip I needed at a great price.

Love these ladies!! They were thorough, patient, kind, and so reassuring for my 8 yr old getting her ears pierced. They even had healing tips for my red head, understanding they heal and feel pain differently. They triple checked the placement, had me check, and were very encouraging if we wanted to change it at all. I’ll go back there for all 3 of my daughters!

This amazing sales associate named WILLOW is just an angel! She helped me pick the cutest gold jewelry items and offered me an option to pay later on with the progressive leasing application. She was so sweet and offered her hospitality and it really made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I’m glad to have been helped by her and giving her 10000000 stars!

Orlando was the best he did an awesome piercing my daughters ear. They were even and lined up perfectly. The price was fair and made to fit your budget.

I came in for a few piercings today and had the most wonderful time getting to know and talk with Leanne! She was so sweet and her customer service was above and beyond, she made the whole experience so pleasant :) I want to come back and get more piercings so we can visit more!!

Why open if no one is there . I stopped by 4 times now total ( different days ) and was no one . I shop around in Victoria Secret and H&M hoping when I get back I would actually find someone but no luck. It would help if you leave a phone number to call if you handling more businesses at once .

Had a wonderful experience with Orlando at Olympia Piercing Pagoda. I went with 3 other people, and got multiple piercings. Orlando was professional and super nice. I went in wanting 1 piercing, but between the fair prices and good service, decided to go ahead and get a second piercing as well. Orlando was communicative about procedure and pricing, and cleaned and sanitized everything between piercings, even the chair we sat in and his face shield, which he wore in addition to a mask. My piercings are even, so I am happy. Absolutely recommend for your basic piercing needs.

My daughter just got her ears pierced for the first time, shes 13 so she was very aware it might hurt. This place was amazing, very sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I wouldnt go anywhere else for ear piercings. 5 stars😊😊😊

I had a great experience getting my ears pierced at pagoda this past weekend. We were a noisy quartet of ladies wanting to take up a big chunk of Orlando’s time, but he was really kind and accommodating. I was impressed because there were a lot of people there and he handled the crowd very well. He helped us past when the stand would usually stop piercing, even when we threw him curveballs, and on top of that he was funny. Don’t miss out!

My young daughter had been begging to get her ears pierced for six months, and we did some brief research on where to go. As I was walking through the mall with a friend, we saw the staff doing an excellent job with a different young child and doing both ears at the same time.Well, today was her fifth birthday and the very top thing on her list of things she wanted to do was get her ears pierced. So we went here.Jace was the worker at the kiosk, and explained to us exactly how it would probably go. We took some time to explain this to our daughter and her enthusiasm was unchanged, remaining at a solid 10/10 for excitement.Once we chose what we were doing and he explained everything to us, he explained everything very carefully a second time to our daughter and gently asked permission to proceed with every step.He treated her like he would any adult customer, and showed her where her piercings would be and made sure she was okay with the location.Once he got the go-ahead, he brought over the piercing gun, and discreetly hid it behind his hands so it didnt frighten our daughter. He counted down, and pierced the first ear. It went about as well as you could expect with a five year old.Jace gave us a brief break to console her, and waited patiently for her to be brave enough for the second ear. After he repeated the process, he immediately retrieved the secret weapon: a lollipop. Our daughter was thrilled and forgot all about her ears long enough for the initial pain to wear off.Jace was a model employee that made our daughters day. He showed the professionalism and care that I would expect from a doctors office. I 100% recommend anyone that wants to get their childrens ears pierced (or their own) to get them done here with him.

The two working was Amazing with my 17 month old and they was both super professional. I’d recommend to anyone especially with a baby. They worked so hard to make her happy she comfortable and myself cause I was nervous.

Just ordered some jewelry. I love there jewelry but if you dont by 50 dollars or more of something and you have to pay for shipping there shipping costs are outrageous. And you have one hour to cancel your order if you change your mind. I changed my mind when I saw the shipping cost but they wouldnt let me cancel my order even though it hadnt even shipped yet because my hour was up. So I would say there jewelry if very nice but there business practices suck.

They messed up my 3 year olds piercings so we decided to just redo it. The lady still didn’t mark the right spot with the marker and the side that was done “right” wasn’t even pierced where they intended to. They seriously couldn’t even get it together enough to get the repiercing done in a timely matter while my kid is just crying.. super traumatic and frustrating so we backed out. We will wait and go some place way better! Very disappointed. The ladies were nice but it didn’t make up for the bad experience.

Horrible at multi tasking. My husband and I have been standing in a line for 40 mins while the ONLY 2 employees mark a girls ears over and over again for a piercing. Why cant one mark it and set it all up while the other one helps all the customers? I guess its rocket science?
