After having a really bad experience with a different Tattoo shop my Friend Tracy Heath & I were referred to Red Pup Tattoo. I scheduled our Tattoo sessions and when we arrived there was only 1 Tattoo Artist working she said everyone else had called in sick. Even though she was working alone she communicated the situation with us and she was very flexible, professional, friendly and great Customer Service. Rachel was a Terrific Tattoo Artist & both of us are really Happy with our new Tattoos. Thank you so much Rachel 🩷 I would recommend Rachel and Red Pup Tattoo to others.

First of all, i walked in just inquiring about my tattoo and if they could help. Was not expecting to get it same day.The first person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and called up her husband who was able to do the design and style I was asking for. Within the hour, I was getting my tattoo. The artist, Mike, who did my tattoo was patient, professional, funny and incredibly focused. You can tell he enjoys what he does for a living. The other staff members in the building were super attentive as well.I had somewhat of an image in my head about what I wanted but wasnt entirely sure. The artist designed something for me without charging me extra. My tattoo turned out amazing!!!! I felt prioritized even as a last minute walk in. Will ABSOLUTELY get future tattoos here.

My boyfriend and I have gotten several tattoos here and we love them! They are all very talented and knowledgeable! Love them!

Received amazing customer service from John Geesey “squatch” and the other John. They took me and my siblings in as walk ins and did amazing work. I will definitely go back in to see them. After 8 years of not being with all my siblings at once, it was meaningful that they listened, communicated and provided great service. Definitely recommend.There was an artist there named Mike who rejected to do the work because he mentioned how much experience he has and he doesn’t like to do little work. Which is fine as that is his preference but his deliverance could have been better considering he turned down 2 veterans and the meaning in the “little work” was bigger than the actual work being done. I’m sure he does great work but his customer service could improve.

I have gotten a few tattoos from here prior, which was a better experience than this last time regardless of the small issues I had with the two I had gotten. They have lots of flash sales which is great but the customer service aspect could be better as well as set times the flash will be running for so people don’t drive 25 minutes to make it just to get sent away, then just to find out from my two coworkers that they let them and a few others in to get tattoos approximately 30 minutes or so after I was already sent away.

Triple AAA, 10 stars, one slam dunk of an artist Ryan is. Took my family here to not only get his first tattoo ever but also to leave with an amazing piece of art & to now have an eternally cherished artist for life. We appreciate it man, much love. REID, is a wonderful artist. i recommend her $1,000% she’s sweet and very talented!!

Came in and was tattooed by Kaitlyn, she did an amazing job! It was great to see the other artist giving her advice and encouragement as she continues to learn and grow. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience with Kaitlyn! I got my favorite artists ever Daft Punk tattooed by her and she did a crazy good job! The coloring and everything about it exceeded my expectations! People keep saying my tattoos look like stickers, thats how colorful and good they are! She will be the person I go to if I want another colorful tattoo!

Every artist if friendly, I walked in and Kevin the owner helped me out right away and pointed me to Kaitlyn my artist.Kaitlyn did an awesome job, she is super friendly and conducted her self like an artist that has been tattooing for years. I will definitely be going back so she can finish my sleeve.

I have been to Redpups 4 times in the last 4 months to get tattoos from Big Mark. Two were cover ups of very old tattoos from the 90s (there is not a sign on either that there was every anything there before he did the coverup) and two were new. Mark is an amazing artist and tattooer. Ive sent him examples of what I wanted and hes drawn up (and tattooed) designs that far exceeded my expectations. The prices are great, the staff are all friendly. Mark is super chill and comfortable to get tattooed by. He listens to what you want and is very conscientious of how youre doing during the process. I could not recommend him or this shop more!

Highly recommend Eric!! He always does an amazing job. A skilled artist who always hits the mark on what I envision for my tattoo. Can’t wait for my next one.

The artists there are all so sweet. And Id recommend Kaitlyn any day! She has done both of my tattoos so far. And I just love her work. She makes you feel at home and relaxed. Especially if it is your first tattoo.( Idk how to put in pictures)

The whole shop is friendly. But Kaitlyn is my favorite human there. She did a huge snake on my thigh. I was nervous as this is my biggest piece yet but she made the whole process super easy. she was accommodating through our session and the tattoo came out even better than I had hoped for.

Ive been here a few times and the work has always come out awesome. Kaitlyn did my last tattoo and its my favorite one so far, it came out perfect! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a comfortable environment, skilled artists, and beautiful work!

Ive recently got a few tattoos at Redpups and Im delighted with the tattoos I got. The shop is clean and professional, everyone was super friendly. Kaitlyn is my tattoo artist and she is amazing! I highly recommend her!

This is my third time back to see Kevin. He has been nothing but amazing! His work is phenomenal. He definitely knows what he is doing and then best part is he doesn’t book out months in advance which most shops around here do 🙄 So every time I have a new idea he has been able to accommodate my schedule. He sets everything up in front of you, everything is very sanitary. I have NEVER had an issue, in fact I have recommended many people to him since and they have all loved his work. I would highly recommend him. Best in town if you ask me!

Honestly one of the best tattoo shops Ive been too. Very welcoming, and a chill environment. They always make sure your taken care of. Whether its with water and snacks or just a great conversation while getting tattooed.Been there for their last few flash sales and their Friday the 13th sale. I went to a flash sale today 9/15 and got 2 earlobe piercings and my left nostril pierced by Nikki. I cant sing her enough praises. She was friendly and very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The nostril piercing in particular I was nervous about but she got me through it! When my daughters are ready to get their ears pierced I will definitely be bringing them to see Nikki. The other staff was great as well. I felt very welcome. Pricing was very reasonable for a quality experience.

I loved my tattoo artist - Lunden was great! Kept a clean area, talked me through the process (not my first tattoo but its been a hot minute since my last one) and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The rest of the shop was a little sus - kids walking from the back, some guy asked me what I wanted when I walked in. Weird vibes. But my tattoo healed great! Thanks Lunden for a great experience and rekindling my need for more art!

I got a few tattoos here done by their apprentice Kaitlyn and they were phenomenal! Super sweet, good music, good vibes and really considerate of me having a tendency to faint 😅 they gave me fans and had no complaints if i needed a minute

Had a fantastic experience with Kaitlyn. A+ work. Love the linework, love love love the script work. Definitely would recommend. Clean and friendly.The only reason I didnt give it a 5 was it smelled like weed and gave me a headache the majority of the time, but im super sensitive to it and Im sure it wont bother most.

I got a small flower tattoo from apprentice Kaitlyn, she was a pro. You wouldnt have known shes just starting out. Very precise and professional.I was very impressed with the shop and the fellow artists, giving Kaitlyn some great tips.

Went for their Friday the 13th event in October 2023 and had an excellent time! Went with my partner and we both got wonderful pieces from different artists. There were so many options and even though we had to wait a few hours it was 100% worth it!

Got my brothers memorial tattoo from one of their apprentices Kaitlyn!! She does amazing work, very friendly, and a overall great experience :) definitely recommend

Very unhappy! I called around 10:30 am for a walk in. Wanted piercings, they said that it was ok to show up. When I arrive, Im told that the person is gone for the day. I have 0 (ZERO)understanding for this type of business practices ! IT SUCKS ESPECIALLY WITH THE PRICE OF FUEL THESE DAYS!

These guys have 5 star service I took my daughter in this morning without an appointment or phone call becouse she had a problem with her earing ( her fault not theres) and the guy stopped what he was doing got up and fixed it I cant say enough good things about service like that!

Kevin at Redpup is very detailed in his tattoos as well as his communication. He makes appointment scheduling easy, tattooing fun, exciting and they heal the same way you leave the shop. Crisp clean lines and the detail is supreme. I highly recommend you set up an appointment and get your new tattoo at Redpups LACEY Tattoo.

I emailed Kevin a photo of what I wanted and he told me it was a easy tattoo. I ended up going in a few days later. Kevin did no cleaning/shaving of the spot that was being tattoo’d which was a red flag right away but I had just showered so Ignored that bit. During my actual session (tattoo was on my ribs/side) A male stranger came into the studio and hovered over my area watching. As half my body was exposed, Kevin said nothing about privacy to this man. I was so uncomfortable but froze out of disbelief. He finished in record time and ended with “I kinda did my own thing, you’ll love it” (spoiler: I didn’t)I paid and left after being completely taken back by what happened. After a few days I took the second skin off thinking maybe I was wrong and it wasn’t bad. Unfortunately it was worse. The colors were completely off from what was agreed, parts didn’t match, The line work was terrible and areas were blown out. A few months later I went to two artist to see what they thought and both suggested removal. I finally found one artist willing to attempt to fix it. Luckily that artist redid the tattoo and corrected the best he could Kevin’s mistakes. But every shop I went into all agreed that his work was sloppy. Highly DO NOT recommend going here.

Mark is an amazing artist! He works with you and helps keep longevity in mind when figuring out where to put it...he is even patient when ur taking the ink like a pansy lol Ive gotten two different tattoos from him n theyre both amazing!!! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!! I went in to get the bar for my forward helix changed to something longer (my original piercer wasn’t responding and i was panicking so i came here) and oh my gosh there are so many red flags. First off, none of the jewelry is packaged individually to be kept sanitary. It’s all kept in a container separated by size. This man dug through them with his bare hands. Once he found a bar that looked like a good length i sat down in the chair and immediately saw bactine on his table (for those of you that don’t know, bactine is a huge no no for piercings). I should have ran out of there as soon as i saw that but I didn’t want to be rude so i stayed. He proceeded to grab these small scissors and spray them and the bar with alcohol (another big no no). He took the scissors and tried to grip the back of the bar in my ear which had no room for anything to grip onto due to swelling. He was not gentle at all so I jumped and said ow repeatedly. I decided that i was no longer comfortable with him changing my piercing so I offered to buy the jewelry and left. Came home and changed the (externally threaded🙄) bar myself only to discover that he CUT ME!! Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else but here for piercings.

Best experience I’ve had while getting a tattoo. From the consultation to getting my tattoo done in 2 hours & scheduling my appointment for my next one Kevin accomplished it all with ease. You can’t beat experience & when it comes down to it & RedPups has it!

I got a tattoo from Marc and he was very professional. He understood what I wanted and was very patient with me. I couldnt be happier with it and highly recommend him. Ill definitely be back to get more work from him!!!

When other shops dont offer piercing service or are closed on a day they should be open or plain dont answer the phone ;Redpup did all three with great attitude superfiendly personality,cool enviroment,i love my septum piercing!

They had a flash sale on tattoos and piercings. I went in with a couple of friends after work. I intended on getting a tattoo to cover up an existing tattoo. I offered to pay extra. They turned me down because they werent doing anything but what was advertised that day. Which is understandable. They proceeded to state that they will not do hand tattoos. Ok, so I went to see what they had to offer since at least 1 of my friends signed consent for a piercing. I was not impressed on the sketch samples, especially for the price. So I looked at the areas of piercing, nothing interested me. So I stayed for moral support. As I stayed the employee working the front was extremely unprofessional. Complaining. Forgetting customers requests. Losing track. As, the piercing employee kept complaining of how he needed a break and that he had been doing this event all day. He was extremely shaky. Once my friend was up to get her piercing done, it went downhill from there. I was shocked with the sterilization, no gloves half the time unless handling the actual piercing. Bare hands on the jewelery. The 1st needle he used to peirce her with was too small, said her nose was too big, then picked a bigger gauge needle to try again. As he was doing that within seconds he dropped his entire set up on the floor. No, he didnt pick anything up until the end but he complained further and he hurt my friend during the fact. After it was all done with I pointed out that there was needles on the ground and they will get stepped on. He didnt acknowledge it. Gave her piercing for free but at the same time, I would never go there for anything. I do not recommend anyone go there. Not a very clean environment. Osha should make a trip there.
