My 4 year old daughter has been eager to get her ears pierced for quite some time. While in Omaha for the weekend, we thought this would be a great opportunity to find a place safe for kids. I googled and found Rowan and I could not be more pleased with our experience. We had Stephanie and she was phenomenal!! She explained every step to my daughter and was so kind. My daughter was so excited and the entire process was so seamless and fun. They even gave her a certificate of bravery at the end. We couldn’t rave more about Rowan! You will not be disappointed by choosing them.

I am a huge fan of Rowan ear piercing! My 5 year old daughter is super shy and they handled her perfectly. They explained the process to us and prepared her for the ear piercing so it wasnt an issue one bit. My daughter enjoyed picking out her earing and how girly and pink the store is. I took my daughter in for her 6th birthday. The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean & sterile & they made the process very easy. My daughter was little nervous and wanted Sarah & Michaela to pierce her ears at the same time. They were able to do it, minor tears, but she took it like a champ. I would highly recommend Rowan for all your piercing needs. Especially for those with smaller children.

Literally the most comfortable and inviting space ever. I can’t wait to come back for more jewelry and piercing! The girls helped us place out where our piercings should go and their recommendations were perfect for our anatomy! I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here!

My aunt and I both got lobe piercings done (3rd and 4th holes for me, doubles for her), and we had a fantastic experience. Lacy and Peyton were patient with our many questions and didnt rush us to make a decision. They were helpful and friendly, and advised us on what types of looks and piercings would work with our anatomy. Peyton did a great job with the actual piercings--gentle and easy! Very welcoming ladies behind the counter when I walked in. Erin did my doubles in my ears and was SUPER knowledgeable about the process. She helped me select earrings that fit more to my style so I can wear them for the next few weeks. She did great educating me on how to clean and care for my new piercings so I can prevent infection. Erin was also SUPER chill throughout the entire process which calmed my nerves. It also gave me piece of mind that a licensed nurse was doing it as they are trained in much more complex processes than this simple piercing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get piercings done in the West Omaha area!!

My five-year-old really wanted to get her ears pierced, but she was very nervous. All of the staff was incredibly kind to us and Chloe (the piercer) was so patient and caring. The experience was as positive as it possibly could be! Ultimately my daughter did decide to get it done and two piercers helped so she could get both ears done at the same time. They were so quick that my daughter didnt even cry! Definitely a core memory for both of us and I am so thankful that we found Rowan to have such a great experience!

What a great experience! Our 5 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday and I could not have asked for a better outcome. The team was welcoming, they had a non-overwhelming selection of earrings for her to choose from. Our nurse listened to our concerns about placement and she worked with us until they were just right! They were able to pierce both lives at the same time, she didn’t even flinch!

Fantastic first experience with Rowan. Ive been watching them since I first saw a store would be opening in Omaha. Registered nurses to pierce. We had a brave little girl spontaneous decision to get pierced. The Rowan team were helpful, kind and open to us on the spot. Even better, they worked together to complete the pierce in tandem and now we have a happy little girl!

My 5-year-old daughter has been asking to get her ears pierced for a few months, and we were visiting Omaha from out of town last weekend so I made an appointment for her. I am so extremely pleased with how it all went and the overall experience at Rowan. Our piercer, Stephanie, was so sweet and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She was seriously SO good with her. My daughter was nervous (but excited) and had lots of questions, which Stephanie answered so patiently and was very thorough in how she explained things in a way that made sense to a little girl. When the time came, she asked if we wanted a second piercer so she could get both ears done at once, which we accepted, and she brought in Sara(h?) to do the other ear, who was also wonderful. They were super quick, and though my daughter did cry, it was brief and once she saw herself in the mirror, she was so happy and proud that she went through with it. Aftercare was very thoroughly explained to me, and my daughter got a certificate of bravery, which she has proudly displayed in her room. She states multiple times a day that she is so happy she got her ears pierced and that she loves her earrings, and she is very responsible in making sure I remember to clean them :). I am so thankful for the kind people at Rowan who gave her a great experience! I know she walked out those doors feeling so beautiful and confident, and it was absolutely because of the amazing treatment she was given by staff!

A nice little place for upscale ear piercings. Its not your average Claires from the mall! They offer piercings done by nurses, so they are very clean and clear about aftercare. They offer only the best studs and jewelry, so a bit pricey but probably on par with a tattoo shop. They were very up front about the total cost of what I wanted, and I pared down my wants to 3 piercings instead of 4 😆

Botched my little girls ear!! We were convinced the level of care would be on par with your prices. They said it would be best to have both ears done at the same time by separate associates. One associate missed my girls mark by quite a bit and had to be removed. Now she has been crying ever since with her one earing while being too scared to go back! I get things happen but did you really need to charge my wife a premium price for something my kid and her therapist will most likely trace back to her trust issues later??Update- stuff happens and Rowan quickly responded going above and beyond to make sure our girl was happy! I have no doubt they will make sure you kido has a good experience!! Sorry I was grouchy and thank you!!

Traumatizing. My little girl wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I researched and Rowan seemed like the safest and most qualified choice. We wanted needle piercing but they convinced us to use the device on both ears at once to make it faster. One of the girls totally missed and pierced her in a weird place. My little girl was so scared that she couldnt bring herself to let them try again. So now she only has one earring, a ruined birthday and a terrifying memory. To top it off, they actually charged me for the one good ear. My poor little girl.

They did a great job explaining how the piercings I wanted would look on my ear. They did a wonderful job explaining the process of piercing to me and made me feel really comfortable.

Pretty sad about this once in a lifetime opportunity for my daughter. Her one ear came out not at all centered up/down or left/right and it was so expensive. We were ignored when we came in by the person at the desk and again when we stayed to pay. The ear back on her more centered ear got caught in the device and overall it was just a very choppy, overpriced and disappointing experience. Not at all what I was expecting. :(

I booked an appointment online after reading good reviews. They were short staffed during a busy Saturday, the last Saturday before Christmas. Both staff were super polite, caring and helpful regardless of the hectic environment, and took time to answer questions. They made my daughters experience positive, even though she was a bit nervous. Definitely recommend!

It’s a super cute shop but it left a sour taste in my mouth. We went in for four lobe piercings and chose to use the guns, don’t do that. They malfunctioned twice, the second time left the jewelry half way pierced through one child’s ear. The gem broke right off the base, for sixty bucks a pair that was interesting. The gal that helped us was really nice and offered a discount but the other two working were annoyed by that. My sister still paid over two hundred dollars and couldn’t tell by the receipt if she even got a discount. It’s an experience, but not a great one.

Shawn and the entire team at Rowan are amazing! Never had gotten a piercing from somewhere other than a tattoo shop and was amazed at how well it turned out. All of the nurses knew what they were doing, helped me find amazing jewelry, and talked me through the process. Have stopped in a few times after my initial piercing just to find new jewelry and bring friends to check it out. Every time I’m in there, it’s super well organized and each and every person has welcomed me in and gave amazing advice and even recommended different piercings to fit different ear types. It was a wonderful experience, they were very informative and honest about what it was going to be like. They let me be in charge of how fast or slow the piercing was. It was very sterile and felt so clean. I highly recommend Rowan for any piercing they do.

I brought my little sister here to get her lobes pierced and the staff were so patient with her. She was incredibly nervous and a bit jumpy, but we were never rushed and she ultimately got the piercings done with minimal tears.I also got some cute earrings which havent bothered my extremely sensitive ears. I highly recommend this place for all your ear piercing needs.

For starters. The nurse who pierced my ear was very friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I went in to get a my double helix done a week ago from Saturday with my friend who also got a helix piercing ten minutes before I did. Knowing that my ear would be sore for a couple days. I made sure to clean it wearing surgical gloves and used a recommended saline solution. To keep anything from getting infected, I noticed that the lady had made the “back” of the earring so tight that the earring itself was going into my ear (the hole). I frantically tried everything I could to make it less painful, loosing it, letting solution sit on my ear, etc. My final thought was to call and ask how I take the back off because I tried twisting and pulling to remove the earring. The receptionist that was there the night we had gotten them done had answered. She showed no signs of remorse meaning laughed the whole time making me feel like I was a complete idiot. When I told her my situation all she had to tell me was that I “must of tightened it myself”. Now I’m stuck with cauliflower ear and money down the drain due to this horrible experience. I will not be returning

When getting a new piercing, the cost is absolutely ridiculous for the jewelry selection they give you. Just a small stud costs $50+ per earring, not pair. There is far better places to go where you can save your wallet. The cost of 3 ear piercings with jewelry rung me up a little under $400. Not only that, but less than 2 weeks after my appointment, one of the earrings broke and they demand I pay for a replacement. I ended up having to take the earring out and let the hole close. You would think the cost would represent the quality, but that isn’t the case. The nurse who pierced my ears also failed to pierce my ear all the way through the first time and had to go through twice. They charge extra you for everything they possibly can. They require a post appointment one month after to change your jewelry to shorter posts which costs $25 per post.

The service is great. The earrings are great for sentative ears.

We had a great experience with my 10yo daughters ear piercing. Rating lower because I am disappointed in their use of piercing guns (though that is not the only method they do) and their willingness to pierce babies ears. I personally dont believe that someone who cant give consent should not be getting pierced. It surprises me that registered nurses allow that to happen.

Alright so this place is pretty alright for your first piercing, yet for anything more advanced they are not your best option, the people are nice yet they have yet to be needle trained and some had yet to be trained at all. Again very friendly yet for them to just be starting they really need to have more personnel that are fully trained and had more practice. The piercing we got was very out of line with others. And much to close to the other piercings in the ear. Great business in the future but as of right now, not good enough.

Went in with some friends so they could get needle piercings with matching earrings and had a great experience.The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The hardest part was figuring out what they wanted since theres so many great pieces to choose from!

You spend so much money with earrings and piercings. That if your child who is 2 looses one they cant even look at her ear quick to see if it closed. Asked me to make an appointment when I was already there.

Everyone was so great helping my 6 year old face her fear and get her ears pierced! They were understanding and even let her watch a few others get pierced (with permission) to put her at ease!
