I got my birthday tattoos here from Alanda. She has a really light hand and is super understanding of any requests. She’s always willing to go with original designs or offer new way of looking at your idea. She’s super affordable and I definitely highly recommend her, she is great at making you feel at ease during your whole tattoo. I love this studio as well, all of the staff are super friendly. The studio is very clean, and on that note Alanda always changes her gloves often. The new location is bigger than the old one and I absolutely loved the switch over to the new one!

I recently got a tattoo at this amazing shop, and I couldnt be happier! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The artist (Liv) took the time to understand my vision and executed it flawlessly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work in a supportive environment!

Been going here for maybe 2 years now and I gotta say I always am greeted with a smile and always walk out feeling amazing. I recently got my septum pierced here and even though it wasnt done properly the first time Lexi was amazing at admitting the mistake and let me know right away what to do to help it heal. Lexi has to be one of the sweetest piercers and people I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer for. Trent was amazing and beyond kind and funny when I went in to get my septum redone along with an earring piercing. The prices here are very good and staff is just so beyond kind and grateful to have you there. If you ever want to get a piercing- This is the place to go.Thank you Lexi and Trent for everything and I cant wait until my next piercings :)

I took my five year old to get her ears pierced. Eternal was recommended to me by my sister who had multiple tattoos done there. Lexi was AMAZING with my daughter. She was patient and kind. She informed her of every step, making sure she was comfortable and excited. When she got nervous Lexi gave her a pep talk that encouraged even me! The piercing was quick, clean and looks beautiful.I had no idea what to expect today but every person I met there went out of their way to help and encourage us. 100% forever recommend.

I took my autistic client to the shop today to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Lexi was so patient with her and really made her feel comfortable for the appointment. The shop is extremely clean, professional, and welcoming. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out, my client felt comfortable and excited to be there.

I was looking for a new tattoo shop in Omaha and found my go to place! Cole was super friendly, listened to what I wanted and gave me options. My tattoo while small means a lot and it looks great. The shop is so clean and everyone was kind and friendly. I will be going back for my next one and recommending them to everyone.

While I knew I wanted a tattoo for certain, I spent a long time figuring out what, where, and by whom. Ruslana was fantastic, friendly, and professional with me through every step for my first tattoo. She was very patient with me when I completely changed my mind on the placement and design of what I wanted after my first consultation and was happy to work with me on what I wanted most. We set up a second consultation and I was able to keep my original appointment, no sweat. The tattoo process went by fast, I love the outcome, and the aftercare was far easier than I anticipated - the Derm Shield came off in a week and that was it! Thanks Eternal! 😊

I am extremely picky when finding an artist. I have to have someone that loves the style I want. Eternal has some of the best artist of all areas! I started my New school sleeve with Nick and I couldnt be more happy with the art and his ability! I will post after my next appointment where we do color fill+. It is just the best when you see the excitement from your artist to put a piece of art on you. I will do that all day, every day! the art will be so much more amazing. I collect art from amazing artist and am glad to be a canvas for Nick!the shop manager Angela is so amazing, I cant say enough about her and how awesome she is!

I’ve had two tattoos done here this year so far. Brian and Alanda are freaking amazing. I went to the shop on Blondo, which is very clean and spacious. The vibe is great and the people are too. This is a good place to get a quality tattoo.

Trent was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and detailed when explaining things. I have been to several tattoo/piercing establishments in the area, and this was the only place I’ve been to that allows you to choose your jewelry for nose/body piercings. I will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this place to others. I work in a setting with some restrictions about body piercings, and I love how cute and subtle my piercing looks.

The whole staff at Eternal Tattoo was incredibly helpful and kind. My son had an appointment scheduled today with Alanda, for his first tattoo. Let’s just say she made the 2 1/2 hour drive worth it. Alanda was delightful, attentive and listened to my son’s concerns on placement and size. She was honest when answering questions but never was pushy about her opinion. Would 100 percent recommend Eternal Tattoos and Piercing! Thank you Alanda and staff!!

So awesome! I went in to get some piercings put back in after I had to remove them for a medical test, and they got me right in and they were so helpful. I also ended up just getting another piercing while I was there and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I got nose piercings done by Lexi today. She was amazing. Talked us through exactly what would happen, etc. Angela, up front, was extremely friendly in assisting me with matching up artists with ink I have yet to get. Tattoo shops can get a bad rap for being unfriendly d*cks. Definitely not at Eternal. This is our 2nd time here for piercings. Im definitely coming back for my ink! Thanks Lexi & Angela!

I got a memorial tattoo for my father and everyone was super loving and caring. The place walking in was welcoming and clean and just one of the best experiences ever. My artist Bryan let me take breaks and was very open and sweet towards my daughter and I just love them. I live in a different state but Im most definitely coming back

Have been here twice now with my daughter. I have to say I love it! They are very good at what they do, the place is super clean, employees are all helpful and kind, couldn’t ask for more. They do a very good job at making sure they are doing the piercing correctly and not just doing a piercing.

I got a coverup done by Ruslana. She was very professional and a fantastic artist. Also, was fun to chat to in the process. She stayed after closing working on my piece and we were able to get it done in one day.The shop is clean and comfy. The front desk lady was friendly and personable. She patched up my bandage the next day for free because my ink sack was leaking.I’ve gotten so many compliments already and it’s not even fully healed. The shop has many artists so I feel like there’s an artist for you no matter what style you like.

I got a naval piercing very last minute with Trent! He was super thorough with explaining aftercare and answering any questions I had. The appointment was quick, simple, and painless! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely enjoy the place, Eternal has always made me feel welcome be it a piercing or a tattoo. I only recently got a tattoo from Alanda, and she did a wonderful job, making sure I was doing okay and giving me a head up on if a particular spot was going to hurt more than the other.. Lexi has been the one to give me piercings, and everything be it a simple piercings or advice if something is wrong, has made it always be a comfortable experience. The environment is lovely here and is my go-to place for any of the above.

It was my fifth time here getting a service done. I got quite a lot of tattoo work done in one day, the price for booking a day was more than reasonable. The artist, ruslana, has a nice Sense of humor and her line work looks great. Everything is clean and everyone is pretty niceI keep coming back because I always have a good experience and the piercings & tattoos always heal in a reasonable time and Ive never gotten an infection or anything of the sort. I also really like their new location.The artist was helpful making a layout for the tattoos and I appreciate the dedication to planning. She also provided suggestions for the future because I couldnt decide what I wanted for a part of it, and it was helpful lol!

Eternal was the best piercing experience I have ever had. Lexi is amazing at what she does. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped correct my navel piercing when another shop could not. I couldn’t recommend her and Eternal more. I will be coming here for any piercing needs from now on!

I just had a tattoo done with Ruslana and she was incredible!! From the consultation to the finished piece she was amazing! Her work is indescribable and she is so wonderful to work with. So talented!! I highly recommend!!

My mother in law got tattooed here yesterday. She was getting a heart on her ring finger to replace her wedding ring from her husband who passed away. Her tattoo artist thought it was appropriate to tell her that she shouldn’t get this tattoo because “he’s not her husband anymore”I think that is an absolutely disgusting thing to say to someone. My mother in law is too nice of a person to say something so she just sat there through the tattoo after this woman disrespected her late husband.I do not recommend this shop for anyone wanting to get memorial tattoos of lost loved ones because apparently your relationship to someone doesn’t matter if they’re gone.

I went to another shop to get my other nostril pierced hoping that they would be able to make it look symmetrical the the first nose piercing I got, however they didnt get it right and after a day of looking at it I simply couldnt let it slide. I came in to see Lexi and talk to her about it and she made me feel so validated in my opinions and I felt very heard. Ive had all my piercings except one done by Eternal Tattoo branches. Theyre all great people, but Lexi has to be my favorite. Im excited for my nose to heal up and go back to get it done right this time.

Robert was amazing! He was fast and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. At a different shop I had gotten the Venus symbol on my arm, and the line work was not great lol, I told him about it and he ended up touching it up for me after doing the tattoo I was scheduled for.I’ve been to 3 different artists at this location and all have been great! I’ve also had a few piercings done by Christian and those were great as well.

When I say Lexi is the only piercer I will go to, I genuinely mean she is the ONLY piercer I will go to. She’s the absolute sweetest and does such an amazing job. I just got my nips pierced with her today and the whole appointment was so fun and easy going. The effort and care she puts into to making sure the person she’s working with is comfortable and confident makes the appointment all the better. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and was pleasantly surprised by the patient piercer who dealt with a scared and upset little girl (not mine!) who didnt want her second ear pierced. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and the prices were decent. It was a quirky and clean shop and I was happy we had chosen it.

Ruslana is TOP NOTCH!!!! Unbelievably talented artist. I just had 2 tattoos done by her and am in awe of her artistic abilities and how she translates that onto skin. I gave her pictures of monarch butterflies that I had raised myself and she flawlessly incorporated them into my tattoo. Monarchs can be a big challenge to tattoo (I’ve previously had other artists refuse to make them anatomically correct) because of the numerous random tiny white spots on their body and wings, but Ruslana took on the challenge and effortlessly nailed it. It’s special to me, to have my beloved monarchs forever on my body, and in such perfect portrayal. On my second tattoo by Ruslana (hibiscus on my hip) Ruslana took her time and was very detailed, I would say she is definitely a perfectionist in her work which is exactly what you want with permanent ink! Aside from her one-of-a kind artistic abilities, she is very kind, very patient, and never made me feel rushed. She gives you her full attention and puts 100% into her art. I felt like she went to great lengths to make extra time for me and was very understanding. I appreciated that when we were consulting about the design, she gave honest input about what would look good and what would look better. I will most definitely be back to see Ruslana again for more ink, as I think she is the best in the industry! Thank you Ruslana!

Check in / front desk was fast and efficient. Got finger tattoos by Ruslana. She was sanitary, great eye for detail, took her time, and artistic. Also a great human being, it was a great experience with her.

I got my daith pierced by Lexi. I was nervous about this piercing because of its placement and the fact that I had never been anywhere except Claire’s. During this piercing there was a small mishap with the jewelry transfer and Lexi took full responsibility right away. It made me trust her a lot more as a piercer and since then I have come in several times for her help and she has done a fantastic job! My piercing is now completely healed and looks amazing and the placement is amazing! I have seen lots of her other work and it is amazing! I would highly recommend her!

Brought my daughter in to get second piercings put in her ears. Shes wasnt sure about where she exactly wanted them or what would look best. Lexi helped explain her options and the healing times for each location. She explained to her that she is in control and can tell her exactly where she wants them. She was very friendly and definitely made my daughter feel comfortable. At one point when she went to get the jewelry, my daughter looked at me with a huge smile and said, omg... Shes so cool! My piercings done here have always healed wonderfully-- unlike with other establishments. They even helped me heal through a botched piercing done by another salon.HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here before going anywhere else!

Very attractive yet sterile shop. Piercing artist was able to install my daughters industrial piercing, but was very clear at the beginning that he needed to examine her cartilage before making any attempt, due to the shape of her ear. He was extremely detailed in instructions on how to care with the two punctures, including long term care. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer care.

I did not have an appointment and when I came in everyone was very welcoming. I asked to see if someone could help me with a shorter stud and a hoop and the amazing lady that does the piercings was so nice! Got me in the chair within 5 minutes and had me feeling like ab beautiful woman! I will definitely be back for any needs!

I took my almost 6 year old to get her ears pierced last weekend. The staff was friendly and everyone we interacted with asked her if she was excited. Lexi, the piercer, was so great at prepping my daughter for the process and was quick when it came time for the actual piercing. They are healing wonderfully so far and she is loving them.

I’ve had Aaron Beaudette tattoo me on many occasions the most recent being two days ago. The experience getting work done in the Omaha shop was great. He helped me so much from brainstorming and designing a tattoo that meant a great deal to me to finally getting the tattoo done. They asked for a deposit which others places had not. Seemed odd but still went with them as they were highly rated. They told me in advance to bring my daughters birth certificate. When I arrived I realized I had forgotten it. That was my fault I agree but they did not not work with me in anyway to remedy the situation. Too busy for me to run grab it. Only option was to rebook understand and it was my fault I get it, but my first deposit was forfeit and they wanted another. No wiggle room or, lets work it out.Used them for my older daughters piercing a few years back. The artist was good, friendly and warm. The rest of the experience was not. Waiting long periods of time even if you had made an appointment.In the end Id just warn folks, dont go here for piercings. Maybe wonderful at Tattoos and worth the hassel, but I was pretty disappointed and out $20.I will note again, the artist did do a good job on my daughters ears and it was more affordable than other places.

Went to Lexi to get a flat cartilage and my sister her double lobes done and had a great experience! She was so friendly and was so easy to talk to! She was incredibly particular about how the piercings would look on both of us and took the time to make sure we both loved the placement of them, explained the after care and was able to recommend places to get smaller earrings in a few months to help our ears heal up quicker. 10/10!!

My 9 year daughter just went in to have her ears pierced. While she wanted to get her ears done, she was nervous about it and scared about how much it would hurt. Lexie did a great job with her! She assured her is was alright to be nervous, that most people are. She asked my daughter questions to help her relax and made sure this was something she wanted done. Lexie was so patient and calm throughout the entire process. My daughter got scared after her first ear was done and Lexie was great to help her with breathing and even had a gift bag with a pop it toy in it and gave it to her early so she could push on it to relax for her second ear. I would highly recommend this place to take your child to to get their ears pierced!

I went in to get my nips pierced with Lexi in the Omaha location. Iv spent years wanting to do it, however I suffer with Vasovagal when it comes to medical needles. Going in I informed Lexi about my situation, told her I planned ahead with a full meal, and a soda in hand. This was my first ever piercing. Lexi did an amazing job at walking me through, informing me that my body will do what it feels best, and she will keep me safe. I will NEVER go to any other piercer from now on. What an amazing woman!

Highly recommend. The staff was very patient and after horror stories of using a piercing gun, I decided to go with Lexi, who uses a needle. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the place smelled clean. I felt safe in her care and I everything was sterile. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. My mom and I recently went in for ear piercings. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful! They answered questions respectfully and with knowledge.Lexi was our piercer and not only did she do a great job, she was so nice! She kept constant conversation and was super quick. Have been to Eternal for over 5 years through multiple management teams and staff rotations. I can say for the most part they are nice and accommodating. This last time I came in, yesterday, though, I had a bit of a sour experience. The piercer Lexi was amazing! And the manager was also amazing! However, the front desk worker, Abby was kind of rude to me. I came in wanting to use a $100 credit that I received as a gift. Instead of telling me she would find it for me, she immediately began making faces and sighing noises at my best friend and I. I started getting anxious because she kept saying assumptions rudely like, It might not have been purchased here, when my receipt CLEARLY said Eternal Omaha at the top and also interrupted me when I attempted to explain I had multiple accounts in their system with a different form of ID. She finally left (without saying anything) to get the manager. THANKFULLY, he was extra nice and just gave us the credit and apologized for the inconvenience, but Abby really made me feel really guilty for wanting to use a credit that was OBVIOUSLY purchased correctly and saved for when we were no longer in a global pandemic. As if I was trying to scam them or lie. She also interrupted a personal conversation my best friend and I were having with an unsolicited opinion. She was much too snippy and at the end of our interaction and did not even tell me we were done with paperwork and could leave. SHE JUST STARTED TALKING TO THE PERSON BEHIND ME LIKE I WASNT THERE. She didnt even say, Thank you for coming in or thank you for your business. She seemed to treat the other white clients after me well enough as well as my best friend to whom she gave her unsolicited opinion to... so I just pray shes not racist because Eternals reputation deserves more than that! I have read other reviews and they say the phone lady seemed nice and when I called earlier in the day she seemed to be nice too, but once again I really hope it wasnt just because I sounded like a white person. Anyways, I loved our piercing service and will most definitely be back for more of Lexis services! Hopefully Abby will be in a better mood. (:

Live this place! I have used only one Artist for all of my Tattoos- Nick Wood! Love his work and creativity! Not only that, he is a Great Dude! I moved to SC 5 yrs ago and when I planned a trip to visit my daughters, well it was a No Brainer that I needed to call a schedule more ink! I know Nick works on the larger stuff now but I do appreciate your time and squeezing me in! I have a few small things that I will get done in SC but that last Tiger tat…. WellI will find Nick in Omaha or at one of his conventions!!! Thanks again Nick for the GREAT WORK of Art!!!

Got my nose pierced here back in November and it was an amazing experience! Christian was my piercer and really walked me through the process. I also previously had my helix pierced at LC and he was instantly able to tell something was wrong with it. Apparently they didn’t size me down after the swelling was done so now it’s all crooked. He was able to fit me with a hoop and it looks a lot better now! Will be coming back for another nostril and septum possibly :)

I took my 15 year old daughter there this past Saturday to have her cartilage pierced and doubles on her lobes. I was impressed with the check in process, checking for our identification and that the lady at the front could walk my daughter through some of her questions.Trent did amazing with my daughter. He spoke with her directly about what she wanted, what to expect through the process and proper care. He didnt just only speak to the adult in the room but engaged her as well which my daughter really appreciated. We are so very happy with the helpfulness, professionalism, cleanliness and overall kindness of the team there. Would highly recommend! (and will be back :-) )

Really knowledgeable and professional piercing. Appointment process was easy and staff were really friendly. The shop was clean and organized. A little more transparency about the pricing would be nice but it wasnt a ton more than I expected.

Went in for my first tattoo after being referred to by a friend and it was an all around best first tattoo experience I could have asked for. Went in with a quote idea for my first tattoo and Nick one of the artists that works there helped me out by referring me to Dakota another artist there who specializes in words, fonts quotes, etc. Dakota was extremely professional and patient with me as it took me an hour to pick out my font style. He ended up doing a super dope job with my tattoo and I was super stoked and impressed with my piece at the end of it and to top it all off he was just a super chill guy to talk to the entire time. If your in Omaha or just passing through and are wanting a tattoo. Swing on in to Eternal Tattoo located on 120th and Blondo you’ll be glad you did.

They have always listened to the ideas I have had for my tattoos and given me great professional feedback to help me understand what really works and what doesnt. We took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Eternal. Christian did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and at ease. He was very professional and and did an amazing job of explaining the care we need to take after the piercing. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. I would imagine have a young child come in for a piercing would be stressful, but they handled her with such care that it was a positive experience for her . Christian was gentle, sterile, knowledgeable, and a slight perfectionist. He made sure my high nostrils were aligned with my current double nostril piercings. I left the shop feeling great about my decision to come to Eternal tattoo. 10/10 recommend

I had a tattoo reworking and a separate small retouch with Rinn, and she was great! She knew exactly what I was looking for in the reworking and made sure I was comfortable while she worked. She applied lidocaine after the initial outlining (I initially declined for the outline) and I literally couldn’t feel her doing the shading at all. Definitely my most comfortable tattoo experience. If I need any work in the future, I’m going here to see her!

I chose Rinn as my artist, after I viewed some of her amazing work online. She was amazing! Great detail, shading, and line work on my flowers on my back (she even added more great details to my previously added tree by another artist) . Beautiful work and she was so easy and fun to work with. I will definitely be going back to see her for my next tattoo.

I highly recommend them for piercing especially for your kids. My daughter (6) just got them pierced. They had both piercers for her. So it wasn’t one ear at a time. He took time to measure and make sure they were even for her ears and not just mark them up in the middle of the lobes. They explained every step to her in a way she understands, showed her everything they use and explained it to her (except the needles haha) They are the kindest people as soon as you walk in the door and they cleanest place! They make sure you have all you need for a successful healing process. It was so fast she didn’t even know they did it.

I had the best experience here. I had three piercings done at one time. I came in a little nervous since I hadnt been pierced since I was 4 years old, but I was immediately put at ease by Christians professional and friendly nature. He made sure everything was perfectly lined up and cleaned thoroughly before piercing, answered every question patiently, and gave me great recommendations for aftercare. Amazing place! I brought my sister here so we could get our doubles done, and we were the last customers of the night. My daughter and I had an appointment for different ear piercings with Lexi and we could not have been happier! My daughter was so nervous and she had never had an ear piercing with a needle. Lexi made her feel so comfortable and talked her through everything. Even when she started crying Lexi told her to just let it out. That actually really helped her instead of trying to hold it in. I had my tragus pierced and a helix piercing and its only been a week since and they feel perfectly fine. I dont have the issues I normally have with those mall piercing guns!I highly recommend going here! They even said they will change out the jewelry for free when its time :)
