This is the second piece I’ve had done at Ironwood and there are not enough superlatives to give this place. The staff are all courteous, warm, welcoming, and engaging. The shop is immaculately clean and buzzing with positive vibes.Austin straight up rules. His work is tremendous and he makes time in the chair fly by.Wish I could give this place additional stars. Best tattoo/piercing shop in Omaha.

Love the shop. Came through on a whim a couple years ago and have been happy with the place ever since. Love the diff artists styles and an always happy with my pieces completed by Clint. Great place for all the piercings too! Quick and easy with Cassidy! She does great with kids lobes too :)

Love this place. Ironwood Ink was recommended to me by a friend and I have been there twice for 3 tattoos. Austin was so great and professional. The studio is clean and organized. I came in with my own designs and they were placed and completed exactly as I wanted. I highly recommend!

Freaking love this place! Everyone is so nice and down to earth. They care about what they are doing and want to make sure you like it too! The piercer was up front and honest and said that a belly button pierce wasn’t safe for my daughter, she wasn’t just out to make money and do it anyways! And our tattooer is amazing too! Went into Ironwood for some spur of the moment ear piercings with my wife and couldnt have been happier with our experience. The front counter staff were nice and welcoming. Cassidy is absolutely amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable, she did a great job on both of our piercings and talking us through keeping then clean and safe. 100% plan on going back to her for any future piercings and plan on checking out the other artists the next time Im in the market for a new tattoo.

Went in for a few piercings last week and Cassidy was amazing! She is very welcoming, personable and hilarious. She explained the aftercare process thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The shop was clean and the front desk lady was very welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back for more!

Clint did beautiful work restoring my butterfly tattoo that was originally done 24 years ago. He really made the colors pop! Ive received numerous compliments in less than a week!!

Loved the experience, it was my first tattoo and she walked me through it and gave great advice for aftercare and answered all my questions. She matched my drawling to a tea aswell as worked with me on the font!

We had an appointment on Sat 8.10.24 with Austin. We walked in and we were immediately greeted. Very clean and professional! Austin was great and my son and I both love our tattoos! We will be back!

I got a coverup with Clint. I was hesitant because male artists in the past have been creepy, but Clint was so professional! He made sure I was comfortable and had a privacy screen, he told me every step and made sure the stencil and placement was how I wanted, talk with me and other artists wasn’t vulgar which I appreciated. The tattoo came out better than I could’ve hoped and I will definitely get done by him again! Great if you need a cover up!

Cassidy is an amazing piercer. She has a light hand, talks you through every step and has a great selection of jewelry. I take the whole family to her, she has pierced most of them.Clint has been my tattoo guy for 5 years and made every idea a reality. He is very detailed oriented and has a great eye for color. He has a great portfolio and some amazing pieces to choose from if youre not sure what you want. He appreciates if you use the jotform, more than you know!

I have been to Ironwood Ink many times for piercing services from Cassidy. When I was young, I had gotten the typical gun piercing at the shopping mall and had many difficulties with healing. Cassidy helped with re-piercing, and adding new piercings to my ears as well. She helped curate a look for my ear and was awesome throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Cassidy enough. A relaxed and stress free environment.

My daughter is a suicide survivor. She is a minor and wanted something to honor mental health. Harrison did a wonderful job. He spoke to her directly and several times asked if she was ok or needed a break and made sure she was comfortable.

In todays world its rare to find businesses that exceed expectations but they do! Kennedy has helped me on my sleeve project and I could not be happier. Hands down, the best tattoo parlor I have been to. Everyone was super kind. Seth used samples of my grandmas handwriting for this tattoo and I could not be happier with it. It is so crisp! I will definitely be returning!

I really love the Ironwood takes pride in showing kindness and that all the artists take walk-ins at some point or another. As this is a great way for each artist to expand their knowledge and gain new clients. A great artist never stops learning and growing. You can tell the moment you walk in to the shop that the work culture is healthy, which is a big compliment because most tattoo shops from my previous experience have a lot of drama. The cleanliness of this shop is another reason why I will continue going here (even the bathrooms are clean).Shout out to Austin, who did my half floral sleeve. Austin always has a positive attitude and works well with others. His flowers are one of a kind and he takes his time which I appreciate specially since it’s something I will have on my body for the rest of my life. I absolutely LOVE my new ink from Ren! As its a memorial for my Grandma, She put thought into it so it wouldnt be identical to my daughters and that the size and placement complimented my existing tattoo. Ren may be newer, but shes phenomenal!!

I got my nose pierced by Cassidy and 100% plan on getting more piercings from her! She does an amazing job overall. Shes especially great with keeping you calm during the actual piercing and keeps everything super sanitary. Ive recommended her to my aunt who got her ears pierced, too, and she absolutely loved the experience. I highly recommend.

I was looking for a new tattoo artist as my previous artist could not finish and I stumbled upon Ironwood Ink and I’m so glad I did! I had both arms completely outlined and it was a total mess from the previous artist who did the work. I was super nervous that it wasn’t going to be fixable but I decided to reach out to Ironwood Ink to see if it was something one of the artist would take on and hopefully salvage it. I emailed The front desk gal Nicole and she was super helpful and very welcoming when I came to theShop. I was able to get in the same day to speak with the artist Kennady Grinvalds about my arms to see if it’s something that could be fixed. Kennady definitely lifted the weight off my shoulders because she was willing to help me and take on this project. This project is massive and I’m currently working on it with her as I write this. Kennady is absolutely killing this cover up and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She truly is an amazing artist and I highly recommend her to anyone!**Update** 4-30-2024I just had my final tattoo session today on this 70 hour project and I couldn’t be happier! Kennady put so much time and effort into making this project come together. I had a time frame that I needed to get this done and she nailed it! Finishing two full sleeves in a month is no simple task and I can’t thank her enough! Kennady you’ve earned a client for life! THANK YOU!

Forgot the post this when I got it.I got my first tattoo from Ironwood in January. Austin did an amazing job! I wanted something simple but pretty that meant something for me. I was nervous to get it (lol Im a baby when it comes to any kind of pain 😆). Austin made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I gotten several compliments on the tattoo.He did a simple feather 🪶 for me in a triple watercolor of pink, purple and blue.I highly recommend Ironwood for ink and piercings.

This is now my new place to go. Ive never been to a shop more than once. I have been at ironwood twice now in two months for two different tattoos. The atmosphere is great, clean and well kept shop, and all employees are polite and professional. I cant say enough about this shop. I will be sending them lots of referrals and be a continued repeat customer myself.

Cassidy is the only piercer I trust. Ive gone to her for 5 years now, even when she worked in a previous location. Any time anyone asks me for a recommendation, its always Cassidy. She is super knowledgeable and educated in what she does and actually shows she cares about client safety and what piercings are compatible and arent. Too many piercers out there will just pierce people for the money. You always want the piercer with ethics.

I wanted a piercing and looked at every shop on Google, this shop was the top of my list and Im very happy I came here. The staff is super helpful and friendly, all of the tattoo artists have super crisp lines, the piercer is fast and does really good placements...Myself, my fiancé, and my sister have all had work done here and Im going to keep sending people their way.The picture is of my ear and she did my daith and third lobe.Edit: I have been coming back for a few months now to get more work done (mostly by Cassidy) and I really cannot say enough good things about this shop. Seth is unbelievably amazing in his artistry. He hand drew my current sleeve that is in progress and I’m beyond impressed after each appointment! First tattoo Ive had done so my perspective is limited. But Ive always avoided big brain or other busy local shops due to how anxious they make me and how genuinely uncomfortable the service is. In contrast, it felt very safe here! Service was awesome, Kennedy did an incredible, fast job on my tattoo. Not the cheapest place in Omaha but you pay for what you get. I cant recommend this shop enough! ❤️

Cassidy did a great job on my brothers septum piercing. She did everything right. He was having a shock reaction(which is normal), She could see everything coming before it happened. She had pixie sticks, a sprite, water, and a cold towel for him when he started feeling funky. Thank you for doing the most!

I personally have been tattooed by Seth and Harison, and pierced by Cassidy; and they are all incredible at what they do. The front desk are also really personable and welcoming. You truly get what you pay for, and I would never go somewhere else for a tattoo or piercing.

My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time here. The lady that did it was very good and patient. She explained everything to my daughter first and made sure she was comfortable. Very clean and well-informed when we left. Would highly recommend having your piercing done here.

I love this shop. Everyone that works there is nice, its clean and chill and safe. Im currently working on a back piece and I had to tap out once because I wasnt feeling well and Seth was very understanding and patient with me. He gave me pillows to be more comfy while laying there. Have been going since they opened and will be going back time and time again.

Ren at Ironwood Ink tattooed my wife and I with custom couple’s tattoos and Ren knocked it out of the park. The entire experience was amazing. From our initial consult was very smooth. Ive never been in for a tattoo but I have had the majority of my piercings done here and know people who have gotten tattoos from some of the amazing artists who work here. First lets start off with the amount of trust you have to put into these people to permanently ink your skin and put holes into your body. The atmosphere and environment is carefree but professional. This allows someone to relax and be casual, but that being said these people know what theyre doing. Cassidy has done my major piercings and Ill never go to someone else. She makes sure to get to know you and make you feel comfortable with her. She is warm and inviting but she is very knowledgeable and can answer questions. She tells you whats feasible and what isnt. No strings attached. I can only imagine this goes for the tattooers as well. Not to mention its woman owned :)

Cassidy was amazing when I got my piercings done. She was running her $25 piercing special and even though she was fast she also made use to answer all my questions and was kind as well

Too much of a hassle and challenge to schedule an appointment and get a quote. While I have heard great things, my experience on 3 different occasions was not worth my time. If a tattoo artist can’t look at a tattoo and tell you if they can or can’t do it and then how much an approximate price is…no thanks.

My experience was with the body jewelry/piercing department. I have to say that Cassidy is definitely an ideal individual to see for piercings. She has an acute understanding of what she does, and she takes ample measures to ensure that her procedures are done correctly. She only carries high quality body jewelry as well, so you will NOT have an allergic reaction prior to a fresh piercing. If you are looking to get any of these things done, definitely come here. It is absolutely worth your time and money to get these things done correctly.

Cassidy is a such an awesome and respectful piercer and I will not go to another piercer again. So great with my friend who has anxiety about needles, was very gentle and all around a talented piercer! Made my whole weekend! LET HER PIERCE YOU! Ironwood is for sure my go to for tattoos! The staff is so professional and friendly, easy to get ahold of and schedule appointments, and they do amazing work! I have only worked with Seth and Clint for tattoos and they do a phenomenal job, not to mention their piercer Cassidy helped me out a ton when I was in so much pain with my medusa piercing by switching out my post. Got my lip pierced and was nervous because it was my first one, the piercer made me feel at ease and comfortable, and it was over in almost an instant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a painless piercing.

I just got a vch piercing done by Cassidy and it was the best piercing experience Ive ever had! She was very knowledgeable about everything about the piercing and thoughtful on its placement. It was fast, easy, and comfortable. Definitely go here over Big Brain, its sooo much comfier for women and lgbtq folks. Its worth the drive and youre getting a much better quality piercing! Im never going to another piercer as long as Im in Omaha. 🖤

I have a tattoo done by Harrison and a few piercings done by Cassidy. Everyone who works in the shop is friendly and professional. Both Harrison and Cassidy are excellent at making you feel comfortable and making sure you get what you want!

Got a tattoo from Harrison awhile back! He had open time, drew up the design in 15ish minutes and got to tattooing. Tattoo still looks really solid! Good vibe in the shop, everything is nice and clean too.

I’ve been looking for a new tattoo shop since my artist retired, and I believe i have now found it in Ironwood Ink. I’m not easily impressed and being a walk in on a Saturday evening had me skeptical. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure that I had my questions answered. While I thought tattooing a word was not particularly complicated, I did want it to be done in similar style to another tattoo I already had. Harrison was able to make that happen. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the field and it’s hard to believe he’s only been tattooing a short time. I’m already planning on returning to see Harrison in the near future with at least two more ideas for myself and another for my daughter.Go see what Harrison can do for you!

I have went there for my last 3 tattoos and each time I come I am welcomed in to such a homey type feeling and Harry is absolutely amazing. I’ve always wanted a tattoo artist to connect with and be able to talk normally with and he’s just amazing with his customers and his work and I don’t plan on changing places anytime soon.

Me and my brother came here for a walk-in tattoo and were greeted with smiles by the employees! I told them we were looking to get tattoos and they were quick to get us all set up! Harison did my brother’s tattoo, and it happened to be his first and Harison was there to make sure my brother was doing okay and talked him through the whole process as well! Harison did an amazing job on both my brother & I’s tattoos & I would absolutely get tattooed by him again, he’s pretty great at what he does... you never think he is a first year tattoo artist! I happened to run into their piercer Cassidy who I have been seeing for over a year (SHE IS THE BEST!!) and she even took the time to take look at some of my piercings while Harison was getting set up :) Everyone here has an amazing attitude and makes you feel so welcomed in! Cassidy did a stupendous job piercing my 15 year olds earlobs. Her bedside manner put him at ease, and it was over before we knew it!

We went in to see some of the art work of the tattoo artists, they sent me to a website, that is not my style! Guess Im old school on personal contact! I went to the site and saw some pictures, but pictures can be altered!
