Enlighten Omaha

I had an appointment today at 11AM, I even received the confirmation text for the appointment a few days ago. When I showed up, no one was there. I tried calling and texting the business number but no one ever answered or got back to me. I waited 20 minutes and left. I still have not heard back from them. Enlighten does not care about their clients or their time, I have never felt so disrespected by a business that I have been giving my money to.This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Enlighten not answering their phones. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this business. They do not keep phones on site, which is just unprofessional and bizarre. They do not answer these phones during business hours and half the time the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message.The first two times I went to Enlighten I had a great experience. The lady who did my tattoo removal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t go for most of the summer of 2021 and when I resumed my sessions there seemed to be a new staff. The woman who now does the tattoo removal (I don’t know her name because in the 9 sessions I’ve had with her she has never once introduced herself) never knows why I am there, or how many sessions I’ve previously had. It’s like she’s never met me before, which is pretty rude and unprofessional.Save your sanity and go somewhere else for tattoo removal.

Giving 5 stars to the one and only Ann. I had my second appointment with her and it was AMAZING. She took the time to explain the procedure, she was very careful and gentle while treating sensitive areas and completely turned around my experience with Enlighten. If anyone has had a bad experience, its probably because it was not Ann or the owner giving the service. Ann and the owner are remarkable!

Where do i start... This treatment truly works. My face tattoo was holding me back from my true potential in life. With only five treatments my face tattoo was gone. The staff are super cool and friendly and verrrry informational on the process of my removal. I give five stars because they rock. Thank you so much.

I’m in the process of removing some pretty stubborn hand tattoos and have only had 2 treatments so far. both times i’ve been there they have always been very informative about the process and the doctor explains everything about the laser equipment in detail. i actually look forward to my appointments there, it’s a pretty fascinating experience. they seem to use the most up to date technology that is available, and maintain a very clean environment.

I would not recommend this place. To begin, no one was wearing masks and the doctor went on and on about how COVID was a government conspiracy. I had trusculpt 3D done on my sides and abdomen and it was a disaster from the beginning. The doctor didnt know how to work the scale and couldnt figure out how to take the pics with the tablet. The procedure was very painful and burned. I got my procedure done 9 days ago and I am still very tender and sore with burn marks and bruising on my stomach. I would stay away from this place.

I prepaid for 8 laser hair removal treatments over a medium area. When received the procedure, they did not treat the entire area I paid for and also did not tell me the proper post treatment care. One of the things they did not tell me was how long I should wait between treatments and I was going weekly, until I found out from a friend that had received the treatment elsewhere, that it is not good to do that.

Its a joke. Had tattoo removal done twice at different locations for the same tattoo and seen more results. They charged me $160 and there is absolutely no change in the appearance of the tattoo. Before and after pictures are exactly the same. They put me through all that pain for nothing there wasnt even a healing process afterwards. Recommend go elsewhere dont waste your money.

I’ve received 10 services at this location and it seems they are dealing with a staffing change, which happens, however the staff I’ve interacted with recently seem frantic, not very knowledgeable about why a client is there or of any previous treatments or settings.Normally everything is fine, but if you’re providing a service for someone you’ve never met the very least you could do is introduce yourself?

Great service, great prices and only a few easy treatments to get tattoos completely removed! Strongly suggest going to Clean Slate to get any tattoo removed. State of the art equipment is a huge bonus!

Very disappointed in the service here. First, none of the employees were wearing masks. The first thing I heard when I walked in was masks dont do anything against viruses and if the government forces us to get a vaccine, you know theyre going to put whatever they want in us. The person that took me back was in the room when I was undressing and opened the door while I was undressed, exposing me to anyone in the waiting room. Then, she proceeded to talk about conspiracy theories including that antibiotics do actually work against viruses and hydroxychloroquine does work for COVID but they dont want us to have it. To top it all off, she did a terrible job with the actual service. She rushed through it, left it uneven and incomplete, and overall was sloppy with the work. It is clear that this business does not respect their clients.

I have skin ablations and the people at Enlighten Omaha have done a great job of getting rid of them for me. Enlighten Omaha also did an anti-aging treatment on my face it helped remove wrinkles and tightened up my face. All I can say is thank you Dr. Lee

I have been with Dr. Merritt for 4 years. She has always been fair, complete and honest. What she has suggested for me has worked. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Dr. Merritt and her staff are friendly and put you at ease. The price is better than I had imagined and not anywhere near as painful as I thought. I couldnt be more happy with the results.

They told me takes 8 treatment to get off my tattoo but now am on 7 and doesnt even look like is about to finish

Had a customer come into my place of employment and leave me a card for this establishment. Written on the back was $25 off first visit. I didnt say a word to this woman about any of my tattoos at any point. Very rude.
