We did a daughter and mother piercing at Drift Piercing Studio last evening. Had a wonderful experience even slept well following our helix piercings. The staff was knowledgeable on our questions. Eye to eye customer service with no shade. Clean/sanitized environment from the moment we walked in the studio. Clear/understandable/professional hygiene and after care instructions both verbally and sent in email.What I appreciated the most was that the atmosphere is a studio and not a shop or cheesey jewelry store. For me having a good safe experience was worth the price. We cant wait to go back for our next piercings. Many thanks🙂

Drift piercing is the one of a kind place I cannot recommend enough. From the perfectionism and immaculate work to the professionalism of the artist and staff. The patience and encouragement received by the staff and artists through the whole process, how clean and detailed every aspect of the place and the process is. As someone with a middle phobia and a germ problem I can confidently tell you this is the right place. I would’ve never thought how much confidence can a piercing provide and how easy going can the process be when done by the right hands.Thanks to this place not only am I more confident with myself but feel more comfortable knowing I know where to visits when needing piercing services.Shot out to Jake who coped with me and give me the confidence and extra patience I needed and Kayla for her kind and supportive words.

I had a pretty good experience here! All the staff were very kind and patient when I was going through their jewelry selection. The piercing process did not hurt and was professionally done. 😊 They provided saline wound spray with easy instructions. The shop itself is minimalistic, clean, and cute. I consider on returning for a tragus piercing in the future. Thanks for all you do!

Great piercing experience. Clean, professional modern, able to make appointments online. Ray J. did an amazing job piercing my ears and made sure they were even on both sides which I really appreciated. They provided thorough aftercare instructions and saline solution which was really helpful.

Autumn helped me during my appointment and was extremely helpful. Her recommendations were amazing and she was so friendly. You could really tell she took her time and wanted to get me the best products. Lily was also super friendly and helpful. Overall my experience at this shop was 10000/10 they all go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your experience and purchases. Highly recommend to everyone!!!!

I had the absolute best experience here. Though a little pricey- the quality and customer service were absolutely worth it. The selection of jewelry was really wide and all really gorgeous and something for everyone. The studio itself was VERY clean and bright. I was really impressed with the whole experience. My piercer was fabulous- very patient with me and talked through the whole thing. I’ll go back when i decide what’s next but I really recommend this place.

Beautiful studio, superb jewelry selection and easy appointment scheduling. Beware of pricing though! I’ve been too embarrassed to review this place because I felt scammed after my experience but time heals wounds. To rethread 2 piercings and buy 2 tiny gold studs, I paid $297.48. I could have gone to Claire’s or Walmart for a fraction of the cost. Not to mention, I’m unable to take off one of the studs. Hope this helps!

My friend & I visited Drift to get ear piercings. The technician herself was amazing. Painless, fast & very clear with instruction. I give her 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the pricing. It’s outrageous. My friend got her second hole & I got a cartilage piercing. We together spent $650 ! And only got the lower in jewelry. The cute gold jewelry ranged from $180-$350 a piece. Ridiculous. I checked around after the fact and realized, in my opinion we got had. Cool experience but the price is unnecessary. If I got what I originally wanted it would’ve been $1200. Have your wallet ready.

Im hoping this review will save at least one person some money. I wish I never found this place, but I had made an appointment because they were APP certified. In reality, they are extremely overpriced and deceiving. I have never had a problem with my piercings healing because my piercers in the past have listened to me when I told them I have extremely sensitive ears (I had 9 piercings before these). They reassured me that the piercings (I chose two since I was getting a double helix) I chose were hypoallergenic and l even treated myself because I wanted the opal ones even though they were more expensive because I thought I was getting a good quality piece of jewelry. They tell you that it is longer than normal earrings to allow for the swelling that happens right after and that you will come back in around 6 weeks to get it changed out for a shorter piece- what they do not tell you is that it is an additional charge for this until after the piercings were done (I believe $50-$70, not sure if that was total or per piercing). My piercings were having such a hard time healing, and after a lot of pain, blood, swelling, and bubbles on the back forming, I decided to take one of my -$350 piercings out because I genuinely could not deal with the pain anymore. It closed up and I left the other one in as it was not as bad. About a year after the piercing, a bubble started forming in the back and there is pain/irritation. I decided to switch it out with a hoop I had gotten from another piercer, just sanitized it before switching it and it is doing SO much better. I wish I had done this before, and I wish I had done this with the other piercing instead of wasting so much money. I didnt even think of a piercing allergy because they reassured me multiple times it is hypoallergenic and that I would have no issues with it. When they told me the follow up to get the bar changed to a shorter one would be an additional charge AFTER MY EARS WERE ALREADY PIERCED I got such a bad taste in my mouth. I will never recommend this place to anyone.Update: my piercing is finally fully healed and I have changed my jewelry to a (downsized) stud. I noticed my stud is not sitting flush against my ear, meaning it was not pierced straight. Looking back, I don’t think it was a jewelry allergy, and think the reason my piercings were struggling to heal is because they were crooked (maybe the curve of the hoop helped it heal?)

Lily was fantastic in general, but I have to give her extra kudos for how she handled my 5 year old. She made sure she explained every step and got my daughters consent along the entire way. My daughter got upset after the first ear was done and decided she didnt want to do the second ear. Lily stood up for her and made sure my daughters voice was respected. We will be back (hopefully ASAP!) if/when my daughter is ready. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Shop is very clean and beautifully laid out. All of the employees are certified and their walls are loaded with certificates of completion. My lady friend had a bad piercing experience from a different shop and and the earring was impossible to get out by the shop that did that plus they no longer had certified piercer on premises but drift piercing studios was more than willing to take a look and they corrected the problem with no charge as a consultation the staff was wonderful. My friend has said that she will now get all the piercings done at this studio.

Coming from up North for a vacation, I visited numerous studios in the area, but none matched the expertise, excellence, and professionalism of Drift and their team. As a fellow body art studio owner and artist, I have high expectations, and Drift not only met but exceeded them. Grateful for their outstanding service and love my new pieces! Thank you!

I had a great experience getting my lobes pierced at Drift! Kayla and Lily were patient and helpful with all my questions. Despite having imbalanced piercings already, lily was able to create more symmetry in my piercings overall and that was a big deal for me. I would go back for more piercings in the future.

First, its over priced. I bought an earring for $70 just for it to break after two days. Second, my ear simply would not heal. I have had piercings before and I took proper and good care of my ear. However, whatever technique they used was not it! I had to take the piercing out and now Im left with a scar. I dont recommend them. Here, is a picture of the earring that I paid $70 broken.

Great experience. Ray and his team are great and he is awesome at what he does. They have a great selection of jewelry to choose from. Super clean and comfortable environment.Update: went back for second service and everything was exactly like the first experience.

I fully understand small businesses have the freedom to run their business as they see fit. However, fully booking the day with zero room for “walk in” related needs, especially for any previous customer/client, seems pretty bad for business. I spent way too much money on a seamless rose gold hoop a while back (their jewelry pricing is ABSURD! The brand they hock is not even this expensive in LA.) and had to recently remove it for an MRI. I was able to get the hoop back in but it had bent in a way that was catching the skin every time the seam passed through the piercing. I was told upon purchasing the jewelry that if I ever needed an adjustment or assistance, to call and they’d accommodate. I called in the earlier part of the day thinking it wouldn’t be an issue to pop in and have them sort it out. Even if I had to wait a few minutes to be seen or needed to come end of day, some sort of accommodation would’ve been appreciated for this particular issue. Instead of them assisting with an appt over the phone that I was told existed for the day, I was told to go online to book a jewelry change and that there was plenty of availability. In the time it took me to hang up and check, there were no appts available for anything. When I called back, the same person answered with “oh yeah someone just booked the last appt”. In a world where customer service oriented staff are demanding they be treated with kindness and respect, it would be great to see that same staff return genuine customer service. Looking forward to the gaslit flavored reply denying any sort of accountability as that seems to be the MO toward any sort of negative feedback. They can never do any wrong here. Go anywhere else.

I had my rook pierced here and a replaced new helix jewelry with Megan. I made an appointment which went smooth and I was in and out. Even though I just wanted a plain jewelry piece for both my helix and new piercing, the staff helped me pick out a piece that fit my style. So far I am two months out and healing nicely. I had to go in to have a spacer put in by Jake temporarily for a couple days and the team on staff that day made the process easy. The place is clean and everyone has been nice. When I searched for a piercing studio I wanted to make sure the jewelry was reputable and of good quality along with cleanliness and experience and I found it all here.

My sister and I have both gotten piercings done here and the staff is always fantastic! They are very thorough and sanitary. We used to have Megan do our piercings and she was amazing. Today we came in just for jewelry downsizing and got to meet the new piercer here, lily and she was so sweet and professional. Definitely will be booking with her for my next piercing in the future! Highly recommend coming here if you want quality work and jewelry

My wife just got her ears pierced from this place and I couldnt wait to leave a review!The shop is small but well maintained and cute inside. The waiting area is well maintained and the areas where they do the piercings is also immaculate.Both the receptionist and body piercer were super friendly and welcoming, my wife was nervous to get a helix piercing but they made her feel very comfortable and relaxed! (something I could not do)The whole process was quick and efficient, the aftercare was thoroughly explained after the piercings. Although this place is slightly more expensive than others, it is well worth the price. You get what you pay for, and with this place you get a 5 star experience from staff and 5 star service. Cant recommend this place enough!

A co-worker found them for me on Instagram. I was looking to get my nose pierced. Small, cute boutique piercing place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great service! When I came in to get my nose pierced they were all so welcoming and helped me in deciding what jewelry I wanted to pick! They showed me multiple options and were so patient with my indecisiveness! When we had to wait for them to sterilize the jewelry before the actual piercing they answered all of our questions regarding piercing and piercing jewelry and even offered us candy! When it came time for piercing they were very informative and told us everything that would happen beforehand. They sterilized everything very well and cleaned my nose before hand. Before the needle incision they put iodine on my nose to avoid infection and everything was very well organized! After they explained everything about how to take care of the piercing, what to expect, etc. They gave us an informative packet to take, a bottle of saline solution for piercing cleaning and a coke (ALL FOR FREE)! The staff was just so kind and welcoming and I loved my experience!

I absolutely loved my experience with megan!! I’m from miami and was referred to this shop by my sister and megan made the whole experience quick and comfortable! I did a rook piercing and a helix piercing and it’s been a couple of days but they don’t hurt and they’re healing nicely thanks to her advice. I would 100% do more of my piercings here:))) Definitely coming back!

The staff at the counter were very kind and knowledgeable. Each time they helped me choose a piece of jewelry that exceeded my expectations. Their jewelry selection is like none other in Orlando. I have had a very positive experience each time visiting Drift! I just returned because my eyebrow piercing has been having issues and they happily replaced my jewelry and gave me lots of insight into caring for my piercing. My daughter got her ears pierced here by Megan. Everyone was very friendly, the whole process went smoothly. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the earrings being sterilized on the spot. It was a little pricey but worth it. I cant wait to bring my other daughter in to get her ears pierced! We loved the flower wall!

So I had an interesting experience here. The two girls working the desk were very helpful and courteous. They had one guy piercing, he was also nice. I wanted one lobe pierced and was going to purchase a $500+ earring. They said they could absolutely not squeeze me in. Something about a hard close time for dinner at 4pm or something. An ear lobe piercing takes about 5 minutes. If I owned this place, which Im also a business owner who was in from out of town, I would have absolutely fit me in for a $500/5 minute job. Anyway, we left and didnt go back. I guess Ill just get it done at home.

My favorite piercing studio! I’ve gotten 5 piercings done here by both Jake and Megan. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, detailed and beyond professional. Their support staff are absolutely fabulous and helpful with jewelry selection- which is absolutely fabulous. They’ve turned me into BVLA and piercing addicts! Cannot wait to go back for more!!!

Did not have a piercing done, however, I needed to replace my nose stud as it’s threadless, and I don’t change it out myself. Luckily, I found this gem of a piercing studio. They’re very professional, kind, accommodating, etc. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for another piercing. Not to mention how clean it is and aesthetically beautiful! And they have an amazing inventory! If you’re looking for a piercing or even to go in and switch out this is the place to go hands-down and I drove 30 minutes from our east and will definitely go back again!

Ray is a phenomenal piercer. I got my conch pierced today and it was very smooth and hardly any pain. I have had 10+ piercings and Ray is by far the most talented piercer I’ve ever been too. Be aware this place is pretty pricy, they use BVLA which is a well known and expensive jewelry brand. And they also charge for the piercing service itself, where a lot of places include the piercing with the jewelry purchase. Not to deter you, but just as a heads up, because again, Ray is very good at what he does and the whole staff was helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!!!

DRIFT is an absolutely amazing place to gift your body with a new piercing. If you’re looking for a new piercing or even jewelry I highly recommend it. The staff is thorough, thoughtful and care about your body and their art. I was able to get ear piercings there today and I will be back for any future piercings.It is worth the money to go somewhere with this high of quality. You will be happy you did.I went in with two very uneven lobe piercings I’ve had since a child. They were able to add my third piercing by doing a triangle on the right, and a linear on the left. This way I still had equal amount of piercings, asymmetry style and it turned out very elegant.They have yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, titanium options - the options are aesthetically pleasing and there is something for every style.Don’t forget to tip your piercers.And remember, quality matters - this place does pure quality work.

Megan was super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I felt completely comfortable with her and learned a lot in the few minutes we were together! I’m not from Orlando but she told me where I could go in my city for other APP certified piercers which I appreciated! The front desk worker was also very kind and helpful during a busy afternoon. I have been here once for piercing and twice for jewelry removal/change, and I have experienced nothing less than a sanitary, quick, and painless experience. Lily in particular was extremely friendly and skilled, and eased my nerves significantly.

The receptionist is nice and explained the prices and pieces of jewelry clearly. Megan did an awesome job piercing my nostril she is a perfectionist and does it quick. She did let me see how it will look first then pierced. Megan let me ask questions and made me feel comfortable. Awesome job ladies.

I went in for a post change. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and Ray answered all of them thoroughly as well as handling the post change quickly and painlessly. Great experience.

I had originally booked an appointment at 2:00 pm but arrived early. I called in to ask if it was okay if I could possibly come in earlier than my scheduled time, the receptionist said it was totally fine. The space was so clean and super cute. I was greeted by a super kind soul behind the counter (i wish I remembered her name :-( ). She explained to me the different pieces and was upfront about the cost. BVLA in my opinion, is worth the splurge. The quality is just so beautiful and I wanted something that I wasn’t going to change out for a while. I had a septum jewelry change and I got a nostril piercing. My piercer was Ray, um wow, he was so gentle and calming. I appreciated that he explained the process and the aftercare without a hint of annoyance, as I have experienced with other piercers in the past. I will definitely come here again when I’m ready for my next piercing.

The shop is very nice and clean. Megan was very helpful and professional; answering all of our questions and helping us find the best jewelry for our piercings.She was also great with my kids (11 and 6) and very understanding when the littlest decided she wasnt ready to go through with it just yet.I would definitely recommend, and Im sure well be back!

10/10 experience with Ray as our piercer. My 22 year old autistic sister got her ear lobes pierced, and Ray was beyond patient and accommodating for us! The best body jewelry selection I have ever seen ever. We got the exact earrings we wanted ❤️

Haven’t been pierced in about 20 years and went with my sister to get pierced. We both enjoyed the experience at Drift!Ray pierced both my lobes & left nostril, taking time to perfect the symmetry with my anatomy. I appreciate that they work by appointment, and had an array of jewelry to choose from — all quality materials that would help the healing process in different price ranges. They took time to sterilize & clean between our appointments - something that was very important to us. You can sense that piercing is their craft & focus.Definitely appreciate the expertise, attentiveness, help & vibe of the entire staff. Almost two weeks later everything is healing well —and much better than I ever thought with no pain. I’m excited to go back.

Just had my first piercing ever done at Drift! I had done a lot of research about different piercing studios in the area, and am happy that Drift lives up to all of the glowing reviews! The staff was welcoming, the shop was calm and clean, and Megan talked me through each step of the process. Couldnt have had a more pleasant experience, and I will absolutely be heading back for any future adventures!Also, as the husband of an immunocompromised person, I am SO happy that they have continued to maintain great COVID guidelines. Always nice to be at a place where Im not the only one wearing a mask!

My 6yo daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. I gave Drift a call and they gave me a lot of information over the phone. They explained what I needed to bring since she is a minor. It was very easy to book online. The studio was clean and welcoming. Jake was really kind and patient while trying to get her ready. He thoroughly explained each step along the way. Unfortunately my daughter was scared and she couldn’t go through with it. Jake was very understanding when we decided we couldn’t proceed. He gave us a little pep talk and invited us to return whenever we are ready, no pressure. Really great customer service!

BEYOND happy that we found this gem of a studio!! When I first called, Kayla was so kind & helpful, answering all my questions! Today was our appointment, and it was pure perfection! Both Megan & Kayla were soooo sweet, honest & patient, showing me all the different pieces I wanted to look at & also explaining the difference between metals/jewels etc. Megan just may be an actual ninja, at putting jewelry in! The shop itself is so cute, & all the jewelry options are SO BEAUTIFUL! Worth the wait for an appointment & worth every penny! Can’t wait to come back. ❤️

Expensive but, worth it. They have high end jewelry but, cheaper options as well. I will be back for my next piercing. It was clean and comfortable and my ears have been healing flawlessly!

I was pierced by Megan and she was absolutely amazing! My cousin and I both loved Megan’s portfolio and were so excited to be pierced by her the day after Christmas! I got a triple helix piercing and she was very patient and helpful while I was picking out my jewelry. I am very picky and had many questions and Megan was great at giving me ideas for beautiful earring designs. When it came time for her to pierce my ears she was very honest and upfront with what she was about to do. She told me everything that was happening so I wouldn’t be shocked or surprised. My sister loved her work so much that she got pierced by Megan two days later. Megan was awesome and I will be going to her for all my piercings in the future.

I came in for an irritated piercing knowing I needed to upgrade my quality of jewelry. Kayla (spelling?) was SO sweet and helpful answering my many jewelry questions, and Jake was quick and careful with switching out my jewelry. I’m grateful for their care and total judgment-free approach to my situation. I’ll come back here in the future! 🤍

I was recommended to this place and got my septum piercing done! The staff were amazing and kind. I was a little bit embarrassed bringing my support stuffie but they were just amazing. Megan was my piercer and walked me through the whole process. No “123s”, or surprise pokes. Would highly recommend checking them out! Also they have such cute jewelry!

Megan is incredibly professional and a wonderful piercer. Ive gotten both my septum and navel done by her and both have been a wonderful experience, and I plan on going back to her for all future piercings. The jewelry selection is also beautiful.

I got my septum pierced in mid August by Megan and I am really happy with the results. The studio is VERY clean and organized and Megan is a very confident piercer. She explained how to care for my piercing and jewelry and made sure I knew that if I had any questions or issues to give the studio a call. The jewelry is all very beautiful. Yes it (the jewelry) is expensive but it’s worth it. It is exactly the look I was wanting. One last thing, I was super nervous about my piercing perfectly straight and as time went by and swelling started to go down, I could tell better that it is indeed perfectly straight. Thanks so much once again!

I got two nipple piercings by Megan a few days ago and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Megan made me feel super comfortable as she explained the whole process and explained what she would be doing. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was nearly painless! This is definitely the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! I would highly highly recommend anyone to drift piercing! I cant wait to visit again! Thank you so so much Megan❤️

I love this place! I never want to get pierced anywhere else. Although it can be pricey, it’s luxury jewelry and it’s worth it to get pierced with the piece you actually want imo. And they do have different budget options if you ask for an estimate first. I really appreciate that they’re receptive to check ups and helping you through the healing process (other places don’t really care once they pierce you). Jake and Megan are both great, and Sunny is really friendly! I was lucky enough to have my nose pierced by Monica (visiting piercer) and it healed like a dream.

10/10 - I got a nostril piercing from Megan around August of 2020. This was the 3rd time I’d gotten a nostril piercing on the same side and was by far the best piercing experience I’ve had. Megan was so kind and patient (I was very nervous) and took the time to explain to me why my piercing hadn’t healed correctly the other two times. She showed and explained to me the best position for the piercing and ensured me that it would heal better this way. I had virtually no problems with healing & aftercare as she took the time to explain to me exactly how to care for my new piercing and provided me with everything I needed to do so. Within a couple months I attempted to change my jewelry myself and kinda fudged it up and irritated my seemingly healed piercing. I called Drift and asked Megan what I could do to alleviate the irritation I had caused. She gave me some pointers over the phone and after taking her advice my piercing was perfectly back to normal within about 3 days and I’ve had no issues since. Extremely happy with my experience overall

I recently visited Drift to have my ears pierced and had a lovely experience. I was extremely nervous leading up to the appointment but Senny quickly calmed my nerves and made me feel so welcome. She is such a lovely soul! Megan also took the time to answer all my questions which made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend vising the shop, especially if you have any qualms or questions about the piercing process!

Megan at Drift Piercing is absolutely incredible! She makes the piercing process so painless and easy, and she has wonderful taste in jewelry and styling! Ive gotten so many compliments on my new triple helix piercing; I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future. I cant recommend Megan enough!

The shop is definitely well kept and the girl who worked the jewelry counter is very sweet and helpful (I’d give her a 5/5). However the services performed by my piercer were odd and unprofessional.I had an appointment to change my septum jewelry, should’ve been a quick in and out but somehow took 40 minutes to complete. The first 10 minutes or so he was unable to get the jewelry through my septum hole and even asked me to try at one point. The most concerning issue was when he tried to screw the ball on…he fumbled a few times while he had me laying down. At this point I asked to sit up because I was terrified he’d drop the ball in my nose. When he tried to screw the ball in while I was sitting he dropped the ball SEVERAL times, one landing in my mouth and on the floor. The original ball did get lost and a new one was brought in. Given that this is a higher price point studio, I assumed piercers would be more skilled and professional. Throughout the entire 40 minutes of him fumbling in my nose, he left the door to the room open…which I wouldn’t mind if it was an in and out appt like it should’ve been.Overall, I would not recommend this studio. With the luxury/high price pieces they sell I would not trust their piercers to install them.

Excellent service! They have an awesome selection of jewelry, especially fine jewelry. They were so helpful during my consultation, and the piercing process went smoothly, telling me what to expect every step of the way. Unbelievably unprofessional. I had an appointment, walked in the store, and saw an employee speaking with another customer. I waited to be greeted, but was not until another woman came in the store as the employee took the customer back. As they walked back, directly behind me, I heard the employee state dont worry about those people, they always come all at once. Meanwhile, I know that I booked an appointment and the door states Appointments Only. I waited for the employee to come around the front and say anything to me. Nothing still. I told her I was there for an appointment. The immediate response I received was Im one person. Wow is all I can say. She said the other customer also had an appointment, apparently at the same time. I am a business owner, and when my clients have appointments, I do not double book them. And if I did, I would not put the burden of managing my calendar on the client. Unfortunately, that is clearly the protocol for this business. I am extremely disappointed, will never return, and only wish I didnt assume this place would be a professional business. A waste of gas and time. They dont even deserve the one star.

After some research, this looked like the best place in Orlando to get pierced, and I was happy to discover it really is! It was clean and professional, while also feeling quaint and personal. The whole process was quick, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the central Florida area!

I would highly recommend both Jake and Drift Studios to anyone that is looking to be pierced in a clean, relaxing environment with a high degree of professionalism. I recently had my lobes pierced, and I was honestly blown away by the level of quality while I was there. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the other employees in the studio, are top-tier and very passionate about piercing which shines through in their customer service. I scheduled an initial consultation with Jake, and we had a great conversation about my personal goals for piercing and what I was looking for specifically. That conversation really set the stage and provided a lot of confidence to move forward with getting pierced. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable about piercing techniques and is also APP certified, which is a huge benefit to anyone is hesitant about being pierced. I cannot imagine being pierced in any other studio after the two amazing experiences I’ve had, so thank you Jake!

I received a helix piercing and I was so excited as it was my first piercing but I had less than a good experience. They do clearly state that the price for the piercing is one number and they add on the price of the jewelry. When I went the cheapest jewelry they had was a white gold plain stud that was $110. At this point I had already waited 2 weeks for my appointment and was looking forward to it so I thought that it might be worth it to splurge. Turns out I was allergic to the alloy of the white gold so my ear swelled very badly and I ended up having to go to the ER to have the piercing taken out not even 2 weeks later. Jake was less than polite about it over the phone when I informed him. I was told Palladium is hypoallergenic (people can be allergic to anything by the way) and turns out Palladium has often been linked to having a nickel allergy. At the end of the day I paid $180 for the piercing + the cost of my trip to the ER all for a swollen bloody ear! Would not recommend. The girl who pierced me was very kind and very quick but I do not recommend this studio. Horribly overpriced and poor customer service.

I’ve gotten several piercings before, but this was more expensive than all of them combined. I’m unsure how a simple ear piercing can come to $300. Regardless of “the best quality, handmade, American” jewelry. I’ve never been to a shop that charges you for the piercing as well as the jewelry. They should offer a basic piece with each piercing. I’m new to Orlando and this was close by, but I will not be returning to this shop. Service was fine, but not anywhere near the quality I’ve had at other shops.

We had an excellent experience with Jacob at Drift Studios, piercing the earlobes of my six and eight year old daughters. The studio was clean and inviting. Jacob was very professional and made my girls feel comfortable and relaxed. He pierced quickly and gently and we had no tears! Were very happy with the placement of their piercings and they healed very nicely.

I received a nose piercing from Megan about two months ago. The appointment went smoothly--she informed me of what she was going to do, the aftercare, and things I shouldnt do. I also like the way she pierced my nose (not the regular 1,2,3 go like other piercers). Honestly, this was the best piercing salon experience Ive had.The negative was the selection of jewelry they had (no solid gold in the design I wanted, only the more expensive white gold which I settled for). The price of the jewelry is pretty expensive also but I believe the jewelry is of great quality and thats probably why the price is so high.My follow-up appointment was with the gentleman (Jake, I think?). He was very informative about my piercing and even other peircings I have that I asked advice on. He even gave me some tips after I called frantically about a pimple growing by my piercing and with his advice, its gone and things are back to normal.Thank you guys. Very great service you provide!

This was the best piercing studio and service I have received, and this is my 9(?) piercing done so thats saying something! I saw both piercers during my process (Jake for piercing and Meghan for downsizing) and both were a pleasure to interact with. Meghan even helped me when I had issues with my downsized post as soon as I called her. Will definitely be going here again if I get another piercing in Orlando!

I got pierced by Megan and the whole experience was a delight. I got my (.)(.) pierced lol and she made me feel very comfortable and I was calm the whole time. I read some reviews complaining about the price, but the prices are listed on the website and she let me know the cost of everything before piercing me. It may be a bit expensive but to me the comfort, cleanliness, and experience is definitely worth it for me. Sometimes you get what you pay for! I definitely recommend and if I get more piercings I’ll be going back to Drift.

Immediately greeted upon entry by Aria, who helped me pick out jewelry for a tragus piercing. She listened to my preferences and showed me jewelry that suited my needs. The main reason I chose Drift was because of the quality of their jewelry - an amazing selection, and worth the price. After the jewelry was sterilized, Megan took me back to get pierced. She was awesome, and explained everything including placement and aftercare. Cant recommend these guys enough!

I will be only going here for my needs! My nose was pierced with a bar too short that they switched out for me. I also got MRI safe jewelry which they helped me swap out. The staff is nice, everything is clean and they are apart of the American piercing association.

I left this shop with 2 less piercings than I walked in with.I made an appointment to have a styling session with Megan. Senny helped more than Megan because she was too busy putting out a new shipment of jewelry they got in... Once I picked what I wanted, thats when Megan replaced my jewelry for me and it was quick and good from that point on.A few days after getting my jewelry changed, my ear was throbbing, bleeding, and extremely swollen. I called the studio to see if they could take a look at it since I was going out of town the following day and didnt want to have all of this going on or it get worse while I was away.Senny and Ray were great when I showed up to the studio to take a look at my ear. It turned out Megan put too short of a backing on the earring which was squeezing my ear so there was no room for it to heal from the jewelry change and the earring was sinking into my skin. I had another piercing right below it and it was causing that one to also be swollen. Ray offered to put a longer backing on or put different jewelry in but I felt it was too much trouble. No ear piercing should be this difficult and it could have been less painful from the start.2 stars for Senny and Ray because they are awesome! But here I am with 2 less piercings than I walked in with and I spent $200+ to wear an earring for 48 hours that I would not wear at this point after the experience I had.

My 5 year old got her ears pierced with Maegan. It was a fantastic experience. She was warm and explained every step of the way before she did something. It was clean and was not a typical dark piercing parlor. I would highly recommend.

03/25/2022 REVIEW UPDATE*** - I went back to Megan on 3/24/22 to get a vch piercing. Just like my nipples, Megan was fantastic!!! Megan is calm, informative, and very personable. I feel fantastic today, and this was well worth the few very brief moments of discomfort I felt. Just like Megan told me the pain level was going to be spicy, but it was worth it! Thank you again Megan for just beinf you, I cant wait to keep sharing your name with everyone I know. Once again I do not remember the receptionists name, but they were calm and wonderful to talk to while we were waiting for everything to get sanitized. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped into the building and was an absolute delight while Megan was sterilizing everything. I came from a previous shop because my son was having a reaction to the jewelry that was placed in his ears. I thought that I was doing him a favor because it said “hypo-allergenic”. WRONG!!! They were able to replace it with better quality and the swelling went down by the next day. My son is no longer complaining of a tingling sensation and I am at ease. The shop is soo beautiful! Can’t wait to go back!

After months of eyeballing their IG account, I finally made an appointment at Drift. I started out with a styling session (highly recommend) because I was eager to get ideas and thoughts from a professional. I had previous piercings that I hadn’t worn jewelry in for years, I wanted to upgrade my daith piece, AND I was contemplating a new piercing. Megan was incredibly patient and fantastic to work with. Sharing a bit about my lifestyle helped generate ideas on what types and styles of jewelry would work best. We picked some awesome complimentary pieces and I couldn’t be more pleased. Megan was such a gentle piercer that I barely finished my exhale when she said “all done”.It was about an hour and a half drive for me but top-notch service, jewelry knowledge and selection, and shop cleanliness are the main reasons I would return.Shout out to Senny for being a cool chick and offering her opinions on jewelry selection too.

This was my first facial piercing and it was a great experience! I would recommend Drift to others who are looking for a high-end place in Orlando. I was also looking at Dungeon but I couldnt even get past a phone call with them; their piercer is so rude. Save yourself a bad phone call and just come here.Anyways, got my high nostrils pierced by Jake the other day! Accidently scheduled an appointment block for regular nostrils, and Jake was super nice about it; I understand that high nostrils take more time and this might not always be an option for anyone who makes that mistake, but I was able to get them done anyways. Thanks again!Jake was super professional, the entire studio was super clean and comfortable, and the price for the jewelry was as expected. I got two white-gold studs, and between those and the service fee it was about $250 with tip, but I didnt feel pressured at all to leave one.He took a long time to make sure my piercings were perfectly placed (despite my asymmetrical nose). My friend commented that my piercings were terrifyingly straight and that I could take a level to them, haha.If there was something I think could be better its a bit more information during the actual piercing. I had mentioned it was my first facial piercing and just saying Im going to mark your face, Im making sure theyre level, Im putting on the backing etc. would have been really beneficial to me since I didnt know the process. I did ask periodically throughout and he answered but it would have been cool if I didnt have to.I live out of state but if Im ever back in Florida looking for a piercing I will definitely come here again!

Got a PA piercing from Jake. Took me awhile to find someone I was confident in having it done by. Went in to talk to him and I knew he was the guy. He special ordered a ring for me and even had it overnighted so I could have it done 2 days later. Was running a little late for my appointment so he stayed late for me. Awesome guy, knows his stuff, very knowledgeable, friendly and takes his time to explain everything with you. His shop is super clean. Thank you Jake. Got my cartilage done about 5 months ago have cleaned everyday, everything was fine and the piercing went great and staff was super nice as well but when I went back to get down sized the earring was way to tight. I looked at it every so often because of how sore it was getting and my ear was already getting infected since it was so tight on. It wasn’t getting all the spray to clean and now my ear is infected plus the earring fell out and I had to put another one in but now the spot is all infected. Price is way to high for this to happen especially for the earring I bought and Everything was way overpriced.

Got my nose pierced there a few months back. Jake obviously takes great pride in his work and is well educated about his industry. He does an excellent job maintaining sterile work practices and offers a great selection of jewelry. He also provides a calm reassuring bedside manner. Would highly recommend!

This studio only receives one star because of the really nice receptionist there. If it werent for her, I wouldve probably just walked out. I had an appt with Jake just to change out jewelry, (had to purchase). Ive had numerous and countless experience with piercers before but honestly he had to be the worst. Im from NY and Ive had my fair share of bad piercers, but this guy was extremely rude and cut throat. I couldve given him my NY attitude but I decided to be the bigger person and never visit that shop again. So here I am writing this review to help others avoid going through an experience that I unfortunately had to go through. Tbh, if it werent for this experience I wouldve never found this new studio that I found that is 10000% better. So brush up on your customer service skills, sir, this is how you lose potential clients.

Jake is awesome, super friendly and has a great bedside manner. You can tell hes super knowledgeable and incredibly skilled at piercing. I havent experienced such professionalism at any other piercing studio Ive been to, it was very refreshing. I will be coming back!

The sanitary steps and piercing procedure was well done. However, it would of been nice to have been shown all of the jewelry options instead of only the expensive ones. I was rung up and it came to nearly $300 for piercing and a stud earring. When I asked why the price was so high, I was then told it was because it was gold. Only when I asked if they had more options, was I then brought to the other less expensive jewelry options. Was so looking forward to getting this done and the above experience didnt really sit well with me.

I got my septum pierced about 3 weeks ago and my experience was beyond awful. When I went into the room to get pierced, Jake seemed extremely rushed. I told him that I was nervous and asked him to check my nose for the “sweet spot” to make sure I had it and the piercing would go through there. I then stated that if I did not have it, I did not want the piercing. He claimed that he checked and said “you have it” by rubbing the iodine pad around the rim of my nostril. Never once did he pull down on my septum or even touch the middle of my nose. He had absolutely terrible bed side manner.The piercing hurt like hell which told me something was wrong. Immediately afterwards, I noticed the piercing looked crooked. His response blamed it on that I had a slightly deviated septum. I was charged $100 in total (piercing & tip)Before I left, I told him that I was going to have to flip the piercing up for work. He simply said that I would be able to do that and left it at that.I’ve waited to write this review until I got a second opinion. So over the course of the last 3 weeks, I’ve gone to two other piercing/tattoo shops and have had three different piercers look at my septum. All of which have told me that my septum was pierced THROUGH THE CARTILAGE and that in fact, I DO NOT have a deviated septum. Even at an unrelated doctors appointment, I was told that my septum is definitely NOT deviated.It has also been extremely difficult to flip my piercing up because the space between the balls on the ring were so small. I was also told that Jake should have offered to space the ring out before I left the shop, so I wouldn’t have had any difficulty. Which, obviously wasn’t done either.I did make the last appointment of the day so I don’t know if all of this was due to him being rushed, maybe having a bad day or what. I think the fact that when the piercing was done incorrectly, he blamed it on a fake “deviated septum” instead of just owning up to a mistake, is what makes me furious. Then, still expected payment for the bad piercing.I will be taking out this septum ring, waiting for it to heal, and going elsewhere to get it done correctly.

Seemed like a nice elegant place to have my piercing done. But when I called the lady told me I was out of luck because there were no more appointments available. I thought that was pretty unprofessional for a place that claims elegant piercings. With that being said… I’m not out of luck because there are many other places that do piercings.

Got a regular piercing on my earlobe and its crooked from the front it looks fine, however in the back is almost touching the other piercing I previously had, making it very hard to wear two earrings. I have healed and the swelling is down and it is still very crooked. For the price I was expecting better. Very disappointing experience!

Jake did a great job. He explains the process as its happening and is super focused on cleanliness. He cleaned my jewelry for 15 minutes and opened the sterile piercing tools right in front of me just before piercing. He also disposes of the used piercing items in a bio box and never touched anywhere near your piercing area without gloves. Jake has a wide range of jewelry to choose from in shop, at different price points, and tells you the total cost of everything up front before doing anything. Prices are reasonable and in line with market averages. 24 hours later I love my Daith. Thank you, Jake.

I highly recommend coming here for a piercing and seeing Jake. I’ve been in a few times now to get a consultation on a poorly healing navel piercing and to get my nostril pierced. He was so well educated, kind and patient with all of my questions - would be the best piercer for a first time. I came in looking to get a nickel-free nose stud since I had gotten my nose pierced a month ago and had an allergic reaction to surgical steel causing swelling and an irritation bump, not only did they recommend the best piercings that were nickel-free they even offered to replace the temporary piercing I had put into my nose with the one I bought! My 8/9 year old daughter got her ears pierced for her birthday by Megan. My daughter said she told her what was going to happen and did just that, no surprises. The opal studs my daughter picked out are really pretty. We made the mistake of not reading the FAQ that stated, we needed a notary to sign a paper for a minor. (State required) The shop politely pointed us where to go to get it signed and Megan fit my daughter back in for our mistake. Thank you! Great service.

Studio was incredibly clean and staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Ray piercer me and performed a jewelry change and was incredibly patient and kind. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for piercing/body modification!

My experience here was great. I went in to discuss a piercing I had previously gotten that was, I thought, showing signs of infection. I just wanted a second opinion as to what to do. They explained to me that the piercing was actually not infected but rejecting and done incorrectly. They took the jewelry out for me and explained that if I wanted to come back once it had healed for a consultation to make sure it was done the right way they’d be more than happy to help me out. I’m very big on honesty so the fact that they were so up front about what was happening was great. I will definitely be coming back once it’s healed to see what we can do and in the meantime might be back for a different piercing! Thanks ladies!!

I would highly recommend getting your piercings at this studio. I got a nostril and cartilage piercing done, and they both were quick and absolutely painless. Piercings were done by Megan, who was very helpful, nice and led me through the entire process. The piercings are expensive however they are a luxury piercing studio, very clean, and provide quality piercings. Totally worth the money!

Met with Jacob today for some piercings I got in another city. He walked me through my options and we decided to change the barbell to a longer length. He was super gentle and talked me through everything. I walked out with all the information I need to take care of the piercing and some great advice about my other piercings as well. Definitely will be coming back here for my next piercing.

Inside, the place is very clean and they have an array of jewelry pieces that are a bit on the pricier side. However, I originally went in for a rook piercing and a stacked lobe piercing and the piercer told me that i did not have enough skin for either. I did want to get something done, so i settled for a “helix” piercing. After the piercing, i was a little confused as to the placement of the piercing but let it go, and didn’t say anything, thinking i just had to get used to it. About 3 months later, i am writing this review because i paid nearly $200 for a helix piercing that does not look anything like a helix piercing and the placement of the piercing does not look right compared to others i have seen you guys do.

Overpriced - got a helix piercing and paid $140, there really is no reason for that lol. The person helping me pick a jewel would not show me affordable pieces of jewelry (maybe they dont have anything lower than $65). I definitely do not recommend this place for simpler piercings; the prices are ridiculous. I wanted my the third holes on my earlobes + the helix and got quoted $350...

Please read the other reviews here about septum piercing experiences if you’re thinking about a septum piercing from Drift.The piercer (who I believe is also one of the owners) pierced through my cartilage so high up in my nose that the normal sized jewelry I bought from their shop was barely visible. Ive had my septum pierced several times over the years and knew almost immediately upon leaving the shop that the placement was completely wrong, but had purchased $400 jewelry from them as an early birthday present to myself and wanted to give it a few days to heal before I contacted them. The piercing was painful in a way septum piercings just aren’t supposed to be, and even though they offered to have another piercer re-do it, I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion.The piercer who removed the jewelry at another studio was appalled at how incorrectly it was placed and could barely get the ring out because it was so high up in my nose. Weeks after removal when I pinch my nose from the outside I can still feel the hard scar tissue on my cartilage inside my nose.I can’t recommend this place for septum piercing to anyone and won’t be going back for any other piercings in the future.

Jake pierced my daith and I was so nervous cause every single time I’ve ever had a piercing, it gets infected or is extremely uncomfortable. He walked me through the entire process from piercing to healing. It’s been a couple of months and I still love my piercing and have had zero issues! Jake is caring and extremely knowledgeable.

If you’re looking to spend a minimum of $100 for a piercing, this is your place. Came to this shop for a simple nose piercing which I have gotten done twice before. $45 just for the piercing +nearly all nose jewels in the shop were $90 minimum. Jacob, the artist, suggested a basic titanium jewel which was only $15. Somehow, my total came out to $80 and required a 20, 25 or 30% tip. Jacob seemed to be in a rush, not even showing me beforehand the mark where he was going to pierce my nostril. He did not pierce my nose in the same area it was done twice before, even though I told Jacob beforehand where I wanted it to be. To be charged $100 for a plain jewel, receive a rushed job, and awful customer service was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Never had a bad experience with Jake. He carries fantastic quality jewelry and his prices are great, especially if you take advantage of his two for one offer. I highly recommend going to him, no matter what youre getting pierced.

I was super happy to find an APP member piercing shop close to me after having made the mistake of going to some shady tattoo place who botched my daith piercing. Sabrina at Drift helped me remove the piercing and talked me through the process of getting repierced later. Naturally I came back to Drift to get repierced and Jake pierced my daith flawlessly. Ive since gotten other piercings by him as well. He takes his time and is super professional and sanitary and the shop is really clean. Hes patient and answers all of my (many) questions. He has a nice selection of quality jewelry and carries the really high end stuff too. I plan to keep going back for more piercings in the future. Definitely recommend Drift!

Went to get my 2nd ear lobe piercing and Megan was my piercer. She was amazing and so professional, helped me with my breathing and walked me through every step. Everybody was so nice, such a cool environment and good playlist lol. Loved it

Not sure what the “luxurious” part of the experience is. This place is WAY overpriced. Jake is clearly good at what he does (hence the 2 start rating), but he has a bad attitude which overruns any professionalism. Seems like many reviews agree on that

This is my second piercing place I’ve been to in my life and so far the best in Orlando ! I was recommended by “Ask a Professional Piercer” on Facebook and got Jacob for my appointment. He was very kind and answered all my stupid questions because I’m still a newbie with piercings.

Very bad customer service. I went there at 7pm. Artist girl was not doing anything. She didnt want to work. I just went to get a belly piercing. She was very unpolite

Had my nipples pierced a little over a week ago by Megan. She made the process super easy and comfortable. Surprisingly there was little to no pain!

Got my tongue pierced Tuesday, the piercing went smoothly. Two days later my tongue is swollen and it has no more room. The top ball starts sinking into my tongue and bleeding. I went back in to have a bigger barbell put in but he wouldnt, he said it was okay. Went to mr. Williams and they take it out for me and put a new one in. The one that was put in my tongue was like a lip ring. Not even as long as a tongue ring. I wont be going back.

Just got my daughter down sized to a shorter post. $55 for 46 seconds and a post. We have used them before but now that I realize my wallet hurts more than the piercing I may reconsider my options

Definitely experienced all around . Had to get 5 dermals taken out . They were incredibly polite and extremely helpful. I would reccomend for piercings as well as ink 100 percent . 5 out of 5 . Clean, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service. Team was great and helped me chose the best fit for my piercing.

It was very rushed. And in the end I had to take it out cause the skin kept trying to grow over the jewel. They didn’t use a clamp. The bar was very short which is why I believe it was trying to grow over, there was barley any room for it. This was like a year ago. So, the whole has closed up since then.

Jake did my PA and i’m very pleased with it. He explained everything before and during the piercing. Shop was very clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Answered a question quickly and professionally, unlike the other studios who must surely have half-baked employees who might know how to stick a needle through a flap of skin, but not ones that you would necessarily trust with something so permanent. They will be my place when Im ready.
