Epic Orlando Tattoo

Made my appointment with Tone, had an amazing experience, especially for my first tattoo, he nailed the design and color work. I will defiantly be going back to him. The whole shop felt welcoming and was very nice and clean, overall recommend coming here for your next tattoo

This shop is amazing!! I have gotten 4 out of 5 of my tattoos at this shop, and i will continue to get tattoos from anyone at this shop. I plan to get many more tattoos in the future and will get every single one from this shop. Jeff is an excellent artist and an amazing person! Dont read all the negative reviews and let it sway you from checking them out, because I bet most of the negative reviews come from people who have never even stepped foot inside the shop, nor have they ever even had a conversation with anyone who works there. Johnny is THE MAN! Seriously if you’re in Orlando and want a tattoo there should be no other option for you besides Johnny. Not only is he SICK at tattooing, but he’s such a chill guy. Great “bedside manor” so to say, hilarious, chill, such a calming experience. He took my basic idea and KILLED his design.The shop environment is perfect, so chill and laid back, fun, welcoming, everything you’d ever want in a tattoo studio.Johnny has the lightest hands I’ve ever been tattooed by and by the time he was finished I genuinely did not want to go home, that’s how much fun I had. Already booked my next appointment with him!

Jeff Wortham is an incredible artist, obviously, but he’s also created an environment in his shop that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The shop is super clean, the staff is friendly and puts you completely at ease, and the artists are all top notch. 10/10 will visit again. And again. And again.

Epic Tattoo is exactly that, epic! A few months ago I got in contact with Jeff about an idea I had. I wanted Batman overlooking the city of Dallas that blends up into my arm into a Star Wars scene of a x-wing blowing up a tie fighter. I had a very rough idea of what I wanted, but Jeff was able to piece together my idea and help me fill in some details. Two sessions in and I’m loving my sleeve so far! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a tattoo to talk to Epic. Jeff is not the only awesome artist, they are all great!

10/10. Jeff is the bomb! Been following his work for 20 years and I finally got myself into the store to get my first real tattoo. First visit was a consultation. I was rushy. I wanted something just to have something but Jeff didn’t take the bait. He picked at my head to figure out what it is that I want.Let me tell you how excited I was. Came in for my appt. Saw his stencil he drew up 💕. Then I let him start. Not once did I look at the tat while it was being done. Waited for the final review…. 6 hours on session… then the final reveal!! Oh my goodness I m in love with it.Then for the after care!! That was the easy part… Tregaderm for the win!!Overall I rate this business a 11/10.Jeff and his staff are the bomb.Thanks for reading my review; as i felt it was the least I could do. I got a tattoo done by Johnny that I am absolutely in love with. I have been wanting it for years and I finally was able to do it. There is a lot of talent in that shop. And in addition to that, there is a very unique And special energy. I felt like I was at home from the moment I got there and I highly recommend any one of the artists for anyone looking.

Tone is extremely professional and shop is very clean. The whole vibe was inviting and warm. The level of talent was excellent. Booked a appointment immediately.

After compiling a Biblical tattoo idea I had with a pair of lungs, I sent over the reference to Johnny who created a stencil and brought it to life. Light handiwork, cool vibes and super clean. My first tattoo experience was way better than I expected. Naturally it stung, but Johnnys technique made the entire process bearable. The shop decor on the inside is fun and energetic with a huge assortment of pop culture characters. I liked the Inkachu. Very humbled by the great attention to detail and care. Absolutely the place to go if you want ink. Waited over four years (just because of my personal life and having to travel fromseveral states away!) to get a tattoo by Jeffrey and it was so worth it. Jeff is an amazing artist. I searched for the right artist for years before I found one I trusted enough to do my sleeve. Jeff’s bright colors and clean lines caught my eye and I was blown away by his artwork. I told him my ideas and generally what I was picturing but wanted his creative input as well and I was completely blown away by what he came up with. Have about 1/3 of it done and can’t wait to go back to get it finished. Already thinking about a second sleeve. It is the highest quality, most creative work and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Yeah so I have had tattoos done here by Jeff and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the experience, it was a welcoming environment for a nerd like me.The fact he has a George Lucas award for his art should speak for his artistic skills and the standards he sets for himself,Even then if that is still not enough all you need to do is check out his actual work.He was a super friendly guy who was super chilled the entire time.Don’t believe the one star reviews from people who haven’t set foot in the shop or spoken to the guys inside, book a session get tatted up and you won’t regret it.

The crab was a cover-up for the heart and “space dust”, the mermaid was an inspired traditional tattoo of my family crests mermaid. Jeff was awesome to work with, he designed and tattooed both tattoos. He even has a tattoo artist that does brows! I definitely got to get more info when I talk to them next.

I was researching a place to have my eyebrows microbladed and found The Resistance Rose. Also, my husband and I recently were married and we were both looking to get a small, but meaningful tattoo. Luckily, The Resistance Rose does both! Caroline was so sweet and helped arrange a time for us to have everything done in one visit. Jeff was actually supposed to be taking time off, but came in and did our tattoos so we only had to make one trip. Their business is clean and they are both very thorough in the process and explanation of their service. My eyebrows turned out excellent and our tattoos are done perfectly. Caroline and Jeff were so accommodating, super friendly and true professionals at their craft. I am very happy we had the chance to meet them, and couldnt be happier with their work--I highly recommend them both!

I walked in with an idea in my head and in photos for reference. I was greeted and Johnny listened to my idea and immediately started to work on my design. He did a great job and we just tweaked it a couple of times until we agreed on the final product. I cant thank Johnny enough for my tattoo, especially because it is such a personal and meaningful tattoo. He was able to use my mothers fingerprints to make a heart in my design. I feel like I now have a part of my mom on me and it helps fill the void of her absence.The vibe in the shop is so chill, honest, and humorous. Definitely some very funny moments and plenty of laughs. The other artists have great personalities as well and its the kind of atmosphere you want to be in while getting a tattoo. The shop is clean and safe practices are used. Ill definitely be going back for more tattoos.

We corresponded with the shop early in the day. They made suggestions based off of wanting wedding band tattoos we were wanted. Advised us they wouldnt last and would run together over time but we could come in and chat. They had an apprentice available today that could work with us. We had only given him our wedding date at this point and when we got there he had some things drawn up. We tweeked the spacing and position and got started. Johnny was professional, confident and talented. We are very happy with our new art.

JEFF IS THE MAN! went in to see if he could finish/add a Spider-Man v Carnage v Venom piece I started back 6 years ago… he made it look awesome! Added some touches that made the characters pop! Super professional and easy going! Defiantly recommend Epic Orlando to all!

I love my beautiful Monarch butterfly tattoo! And, other people do, too. I have been out in public twice; both times, I have been oohed and ahh ed over. Wow, thats so beautiful , It is very realistic, too.I was referred to Tone for his scar coverage talent. He did a great job. He is a cool dude.He provided a good ambiance. I was the guy who was never interested in a tattoo.. But due to a medical episode I had a MedicAlert tattoo done by John. He did an excellent job. Very neat, crisp and clean. The few people that have seen it always say how crisp it looks.Great job, very pleased. I would highly recommend.

Jeff is the owner of this nerd heaven. The shop is filled with great original works of Star Wars inspired comic covers, mini land replicas, and other nerd alert items. If I had all of the money, I would definitely own all of the things in his shop. I did forget to mention that you can get the most dope custom by appointment only tattoo. Jeff gives a 100% on the pieces he does while providing a great atmosphere... and if you are really lucky the great Caroline will be there fleeking aka providing the best microbladed brows :) You will not be dissatisfied!

This was by far the best tattoo I have ever gotten! Hmm? Yeah I know it was my first, but still. Seriously though, Jeff is an amazingly talented artist. We drove almost 3 hours to see him. He showed up early and worked with me to narrow in the design, and then after a short wait while he worked on the stencil I was in the chair ready to go.Hes such a personable guy that the time flew by. I have been so hesitant to get any ink on my body, and now in my 40s finally decided on the content and found the only person I felt comfortable leaving a permanent mark on my body. I have been traveling from Virginia to see Jeff and get tattooed for over three years now. His shop is clean and full of amazing art and nerd culture (Star Wars, LOTR, various videogames). His artists and tattoos are phenomenal and I will continue to see him and his artists til I run out of canvas.

Jeff is one of the best artists around, we have started on a Star Wars sleeve and he ran with my ideas and the first session was great! Clean and very relaxed environment, I cant recommend this shop enough.

Jeff was just awesome. Professional courteous and very friendly. After a few minutes it was like talking with an old friend. I was on vacation from Kentucky and drove an hour and a half from where we were staying just to have him tattoo me. Ill definitely go back next time were down there.

This shop pops when you walk in the door! It has a kind of fen shui, harmonious, clean and comfortable atmosphere, with all the various movie, cartoon and game characters and art. Jeff is a great artist who does great work on skin or any other medium, and Caroline is a ray of pure sunshine.

I am happy to say that the place is super clean and welcoming as a tattoo shop but also the artist, Tone, easy to communicate with. You can gave me a super clean tattoo that is exactly what I asked for and I cannot wait until it heals to show it off!

Definitely giving 5 stars. This tattoo shop is amazing, I sent in one of the artist Johnny the tattoo that I wanted, he threw in some super dope ideas to add to it and he did not disappoint at all! He captured ever detail so well.

My experience with Caroline was absolutely wonderful! As a first timer, I was a little hesitant and nervous, but she quickly calmed my nerves and walked me through each step of her detail oriented process. She was kind and so personable, which made the 3 hours enjoyable; it honestly didnt even feel like I was in there for that long because of how comfortable she made the environment. Caroline is honest and will give you straight forward opinions and suggestions. She clearly knows her stuff and she will certainly NOT disappoint! If youre looking into microblading definitely check out Carolines work!

The entire staff was among FROM Start TO finish. My piece was done by Tone Rez. And man let me tell you. The guy is TOP NOTCH TALENT. So happy with the results. To top it off the theme of the shop is STAR WARS.
