Came in yesterday to get my daughter her first piercing. She was very nervous the lovely young lady that helped us was so friendly & professional its made not only my daughter feel safe but me as well! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Shout out to the Heather for the wonderful experience :)

I have been coming here to get my piercings done since I was 18 years old and every single one of them was fine until just recently I changed my nipple piercings. I’ve never had any problems with them Since I have never changed them, they were already healed because I’ve had them for two years. I bought some of the gold jewelry from here while I was informed that it wasn’t real gold. It caused my nipple to get infected. I would like to know what material is used I had to go back to the starter piercings for it to heal again and it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience while the staff was helpful, it could’ve easily been avoided if the jewelry was not such Low quality

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Me and a few friends wanted to get piercings. We called allllll day no one would answer. When someone finally did, we asked what time they closed, etc. The receptionist stated to arrive by 12 and we would still be able to get piercings. We did arrive about 30 minutes before closing, so I can understand when you want to close and go home on time. Soon as the receptionist seen us, we could see her from the inside just going off as we are in the car. She then proceeds to snatch the open sign out of the window and switch it to close & start to lock the doors. So I get out the car just to ask questions about the time, piercings, etc. The receptionist cuts me off and say “WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANYMORE PEOPLE”. I’m like okay cool, but to go about how you just did was that even necessary? Like where is your ethics and customer service? A simple, respectful response would’ve been fine. Maybe they just racist because they all look like it. FIRST and LAST time going there. Plus she told us not to come back anyway 🤣 someone should pray for her. She needs it, seems very miserable.

I personally would not recommend this place for piercings. I went to get my second nostril piercing (left). I had to kind of beg for a flat back as they are safer and I tend to rip out a rings in my sleep. I told heather that it should be symmetrical. At first the marking was. After the piercing was done I immediately noticed that it was lopsided, and pierced crooked. The bottom of the jewelry is visible if I just slightly look up. She tried to say it was just swelling but I’ve had symmetrical nostrils before and I’ve never had this experience as extreme as it is today. My boyfriend and I also agreed that she was very rough with her handling of putting the jewelry in. She also didn’t clean the inside of our noses before piercing. I guess I got what I paid for.

Ive been coming here for years for all my piercings and always loved my results. But this time is different. I asked for equal spacing. And this is what I got.Update: They ignored my review (but responded to others who posted after me). So I went into the shop and was told theres nothing they can do. And no I didnt even get a refund

Julie has always done a great job for me- she’s done two piercings. She’s friendly and knowledgeable as well as being an excellent piercer.

I’ve been getting every single one of my piercings here since i was 14 years old (i’m almost 23 now). all of my piercings have healed beautifully and have been well done. not to mention how amazingly cheap it is to most other places! i always recommend this place to people

Cheap place to get a piercing. I was a little reluctant. The place could use some refreshing. The lady was quick and did a great job. I would easily go get another one.

I came in with a tattoo that just had the c initial and heart. The tattoo artist worked quickly to find a font match and size to complete the name. I paid the shop minimum for this tattoo which is $80 no matter what you get. Happy with how they accommodated me as a walk-in and how he handled my request. It was better than I pictured. Everything sanitary, quick, and proper service.

Prices are good and affordable and Ive gotten a few here.. BUT BEWARE THEY DONT ASSESS YOUR ANATOMY BEFORE PIERCING!!! THEY PIERCED MY BELLY PIERCING 3 times and NEVER bothered to tell me I didnt have the right anatomy!!! Please go to REAL professional piercers if you think you may not have the right anatomy because they make you pay beforehand. I also had an unevenly pierced my medusa.EDIT: I will be coming back tho.. i will just be doing more anatomy research beforehand, which I will recommend too.

My boyfriend got his septum pierced here and the lady poked it with the needle and it didn’t go through twice. the third time pierced but now it’s in the wrong spot and bleeding like crazy. the price is good but i wish we would’ve done more research:/update: the piercing is swollen and was so low it started shifting to the tip of his nose. we went to the place i had gone to get my septum and the guy told me he’s had to fix so many of highlander’s piercings, especially septum’s.

$20 piercings!! Have been coming here since I was 18 staff is nice sometimes there is a wait I usually recommend you call and ask before you drive out. I LOVE the front desk lady she is so sweet and has a fun personality. Piercing team knows what that are doing and will mark you till you love the placement ❤️

Danny Moon! He is creativity meets skill. He can take the simplest idea and turn it into a masterpiece. Just as important, Danny listens and has no qualms about making adjustments. Did I mention he has the lightest touch ever! He is very personable, meticulous, his station is very clean and he goes the extra mile to keep everything very sanitary. I went last week i got a tattoo for $40 with Bri,and i love it,,i Will be back..great People and amazing prices,,my cousin got her nose pierced for $20, and the staff told her what to and not to do.her piercer was heather, 10 out of 10.

This place is great and affordable for piercings and the staff is great although theyre usually never able to answer their phone which is very frustrating knowing they have wait times and Id like to know how long before heading over there. Ive called multiple times throughout the day and no answer.

Honestly doesn’t get better than $20 a piercing. Love them, they’re super chill. Quick and effective service.

Nose Piercing for 20$ its a Great Deal👌Clean place but can be packed within the minute. Receptionist was nice including the staff. London explained everything to me as a parent on how to take care of my highschooler once we get home. And they sale the cleaning products on site.

Went to get one tat the place is awsome Danny moon is hands down the best artist Ive had in 40. Yes of getting tats he was so good I ended up 9 unbelievable tats you need to come here for the best work

Horrible do not go. i got my snake bites done here and they were pierced so uneven and crooked. there’s not even much selection with jewelry or sizes. i also heard from coworkers that they’ve had several infected/poor places piercings as well. the woman who pierced my boyfriend barely cleaned his ear lobes, like literally just brushed the alcohol wipe on. i know it’s cheap but STAY AWAY. i’m going back tomorrow to get my piercings taken out and a refund.

My daughter went to get ears pierced . The prices were reasonable. The front desk security was very welcoming. The piercer energy was off and kind of rude when questioning was asked. But in and out fast service

I was referred to this place because they were offering $20 piercings and was told they had amazing service. Unfortunately for me when I came in and went through the process up until the point where I was going to get pierced the service declined. This was my first cartilage piecing and I didnt know the proper things I needed to ask when I got there and was not given the chance to even say my name when I entered the room. I wish I could tell you the name of the piercer but she didnt care to tell me her name either. Before my seat could even get warm, she already marked the spot and didnt even give me a countdown. Next thing you know Im being told everything I need to do to take care of the piercing at 100 mph and was told Im all done, not only that I was pierced with a regular earring.After some research I knew that I had to keep up with it with saline solution, but the jewlery was so horrid the piercing didnt stand a chance. I immediately got a keloid and couldnt even touch my ear for two months before I couldnt stand it anymore and decided to get the jewlery changed at another shop. The horror on the piercers face said it all. Its humbling when a piercer doesnt have a lick of advice for you. All of my friends who have had the same piercing and even the piercer had expressed how being pierced with a regular earring IS abnormal. What was the cherry on top was that that he said even the APP (association of professional piercers) has stated any antibacterial soap was not recommended, even more so it should be avoided. Luckily for me I got it changed just in time, there was some blood but no pus and I felt immediate relief when the jewlery was changed.I decided to help anyone else out there and reach out to the manager of this establishment about my experience and she seems misinformed herself. She asked the headpiercer if its normal to be pierced with a regular earring and she said yes unless a flat back is requested. Again when I got into the room I barely got an introduction and was not told I had the option to get a flat back.Im really disappointed by this whole process and how negletful they are. They couldnt even take responsibility for using the wrong jewlery, which is just a shame. The head piercer and manager clearly need their license revoked and reevaluated after how stupid and careless they were. At this point one star seems too generous.

I really appreciate everyone there. The lady at the front desk was super nice and was willing to explain everything about the daith piercing. I am pregnant and usually you arent supposed to get piercings but as a sufferer of migraines and being unable to take migraine meds I went in and they were super understanding. They told me all the risks. When I went to the back the piercing lady asked me which jewelry I wanted for my daith, she got someone to hold my hand and she even understood when I asked if the gloves were nitrile because Im allergic. Thank God they were indeed latex even showed me the box. When all was said and done she told me how to care for it afterwards. Unfortunately I got lightheaded and almost fainted and the lady at the front helped me through that even offered 2 cups of juice and talked me through it until I felt better. I came back because my curved bar turned and got stuck in my ear canal and the same lady who did my piercing was so understanding and was able to readjust the piercing and answered all my questions about different jewelry and since I was having doubts about the curved bar she told me I should wait before I even try to change it out but she told me she could do it for me after it heals a bit so I have a piece in there thats easier to maintain and it doesnt get stuck in my ear canal again. She even told me a different way of maintaining it to prevent accidentally turning it again. Definitely love this place theyre so kind and understanding and MY MIGRAINES ARE GONE. I had an active migraine when I went in and left without it. Super happy with their service.

Me and my best friend had a very great experience at this shop ! She got her dermal pierced by London and I got a tattoo done by Alex . We loved the outcome of both of their work and they were just a pleasure to be around . Highly recommend!

The front desk lady was so much fun to talk to! We shared stories and she was really funny and sweet.I got my lips pierced by London and it was the best experience Ive had so far with a piercer. They did absolutely amazing in placement before I even saw them and was very dedicated to making sure they were even, plus the jewelry is the correct length for healing!

I came here to get my naval pierced, I got it done by a women named London ( if I’m Remembering her name right) she was very nice and gentle. She was also really great at explaining aftercare and making sure the piercing was in a great spot for me. Definitely recommend coming here and I’m definitely coming back.(The purple is the marker she used )

Alex has done 8 tattoos on me so far and I will never go to another tattoo artist again. Prices are amazing, his work is untouchable, and just a real down to earth dude while still being professional. If you’re going to Highlander for a tattoo, definitely ask for Alex.

I got my tragus pierced and was super nervous. She was very patient and calm and pierced me so quick. She has a good hand! Once it was done, I couldnt believe it because it was that quick.

Got my septum pierced here a week ago(picture is right after i got it pierced)and my piercer was nice and patient. The piercing was an affordable price especially for the professionalism. My piercing was bleeding for about 45 minutes but no pain. It was also sore for 5 days but after that it’s healed up very nicely and I’m happy with the results will definitely be coming back.

Nose piercing was a great experience]! Didnt feel a thing, clean and Julie was fast. And price is 30 dollars lower than most other places I looked into

Guys I literally love this place just did my nips and nose with JK!!! And the reception was great I got amazing tips amazing aftercare instructions and the amount of comfort they make you feel is great! I will be going back for everything!

From dermals to nipple to ear piercings, all 3 of us that went got severe infections. I can’t imagine how many people she touches with the same gloves. You’re piercing like 10 people an hr for $20 a pop never changing your gloves, touching skin…can’t spring the 8 f#%king cents for a fresh set of gloves, charge $25 to make up for the changing time and gloves, multiple solutions to this disgusting technique and the ladys customer service is trash. You get what you pay for!

I got my medusa, vertical labret, and septum done all at once 😭 London was VERY sweet, calm, patient, and quick. I really enjoyed my appointment. Idk if piercers could be requested, but i would definitely choose her EVERY time!!

Got two piercings last night, it was a long wait (about 2 1/2 hours) and I definitely understand why because the price and quality can’t be beat! It was definitely worth the wait and money!! Shop was decent for the most part. My piercer was Monica and she was nice....at the end. Lol now when I say that I don’t mean it in a mean way, you can just tell she’s about her business and she don’t really know you so ya know being cautious. At the end though, she was more welcoming and she was giving great advice about the piercing. I recommend the business. It was fast and the price was great. I am happy so far with my piercing. I got my navel pierced by Holly, and my mother got her nostril pierced by her as well. Sterile and relaxed environment. I didnt feel nervous with her like I have felt with other piercers. They have an in house notary which was convenient as Im a minor. We were both given cards that explain the proper after care. Great prices too, $20 unlike the usual $40-$60. Ill be going here from now on (:

The five of us decided during bottomless brunch that we would go right after. We asked for Julie since one of the girls had her nose pierced a few weeks before and was happy with the result. We came in and it was almost like ordering at a fast food place: Im paying for three piercings, two for me and the other for my friend. I had just decided less than two hours ago at brunch that I wanted the piercings but I had no idea where or what Im getting. But I already paid for two piercings so it was sink or swim. I am terrified of needles and my last piercings was both my cartilage which was more than a decade ago with a gun! Julie did a total of five or six holes between the first three girls. I finally decided on two holes on the same lobe. This was my first experience with piercings with a needle. The pain was bad but it wasnt super painful. Julie finished with me in less than a minute, the five of us were out of there in less than 30. It was also very cheap, they only charge $20 per piercing. Julie was swift and brutal! Definitely will come back!

Came here to get my tongue pierced Thursday night. The receptionist was amazing! My piercer Monica was very friendly and quick. She used all new materials and gave me a whole run down on aftercare. It is now Saturday night and my tongue is healing perfectly. I was so nervous about getting this done but I’m glad I did. Oh and you can’t beat the prices lol.... Thanks for the great experience.

I had to get my septum pierced again after another shop, age of ink, messed it up. The staff at Highlander was super nice, clean and the price was great. I’ve also come with several friends to get their piercings done here and there’s never been a complaint.

I love Julie! She is so good & knowledgable. We both got nose piercings and they healed so well thanks to her advice.

So I just got my nose pierced from Verrina. $20. She’s a nice girl, but as I soon as I sat down for my piercing I should’ve known it was a bad idea. She didn’t give me any information on the piercing. She barely sterilized anything. She rushed to pierce it and I was bleeding a bit too much than expected from a regular nostril piercing. I then left and called another shop with very good reviews and went in and the manager examined it and stated that 1) She pierced it at the wrong angle so the stud doesn’t lay completely flat. 2) The jewelry she used was a very sharp metal and unsafe for the nose. 3) I shouldn’t have bled as much as I did. 4) The stem of the jewelry hung outside my nostril and it was very loose and not snug at all. And oh to top it off he said he fixes about 4 piercings a week from you guys, so clearly I am not the only one who has had this issue. So the manager was kind enough to take it out and place the right kind of jewelry in and THIS time it barely bled and it’s snug and the stem does not hang outside my nostril. I want my money back ASAP because I’ve gotten plenty of piercings and have never had a piercer rush a piercing so quickly and unprofessionally. Kindness will not get you too far when you are working on people’s bodies who expect the best of the best when they are getting a new piercing. I advise anyone to not go here for a piercing. Don’t know about the tattoos, but definitely do not go here for piercings unless you want to “get what you paid for”.

Great prices, great people, very well lit and clean. Best of all amazing prices. My friend told me about this place and I am so happy of her discovery and suggestion. I would recommend 10 outta 10 times. A spectrum, a nose, and 2 nipple piercings (obviously 3 different ppl), all satisfying.

I got my nipples pierced and Monica was awesome! She was quick and professional and the pain quickly went away a couple hours later. She answered all my questions and even gave me a card with aftercare instructions too. Best place ever to get your piercings and super affordable.

I had 2 tat done and it was decent priced and exactly how I wanted them. Took my daughter for her first body piercing her nose and it was a flawless experience. I personally wouldve appreciated a bit more time and whatnot- to ask questions, get emotionally prepared, etc.- but I understand they want to minimize maskless time in the establishment. Piercer was chill, front desk human was chill but the front waiting area was a little weird (some exposed insulation spray, etc.) Thus far my piercing itself feels fine so thats cool

I went to get my nose piercing and it was quick and easy I had a young lady she was extremely nice and told me to breathe in and out it was a quick pinch. Afterwards she explained everything that was needed. I highly recommend going there. In another week I’ll be heading back to get my second piercing in my nose.

Got a tattoo done here today by Alex, it’s definitely one of the best tattoos I now have in my collection! Alex was totally cool and professional, and he had a really light hand so it went really well, and the price was very fair! I completely recommend Alex!

Both piercings I got there were not straight and ended up having to be taken out, I have 5 piercings from other places and gauged my ears myself and never had issues with healing. I dont believe their jewelry is good quality the belly piercing I got here got heavily irritated until I took it out and wasnt able to put anything back in, I also got a tounge ring that made me throw up until I took it out it was pierced way too far back and the piercing didnt sit straight it was pierced in the middle of the top of my tounge and came out way to the left.

Clean parlor, friendly service. Not a huge variety of jewellery to choose from but decent amount. Service us great, the pieces are amazing and the artists are very nice. Professional establishment. Piercings were $15 now they are $20. I always go here and never disappointed.

My wife and I went to get pierced there. The clerk was very kind, and didnt misgender my trans wife even though her ID is wrong. The piercings were cheap, the piercer was so fun and friendly. We both felt no pain at all!!

I asked for a Nelly BUTTON piercing and she pierced way to high up and got my belly. THEN on my nose had to pierce it twice cause me much pain. Do not recommend also pretty rude

My first ever piercing. Holly was great, walked me through it all, and was still in/out quick. I was expecting plain studs, but got little diamond chips. Could be because I had my trans pendant out. I was nervous but this was nothing. First one didnt know what to expect. Quick in and out, much like a shot. The 2nd hurt just a smidge more, mainly because I knew what was coming. Highly recommend getting this done and cant recommend Holly enough! If I add another tat, will be going here.

I NEVER leave reviews but I just had too ! I got a nose piercing and quite frankly when I walked into the shop, the ladies were unprofessional and dancing around. When I went into the piercing room , I wasn’t given ANY information about the piercing . I had to ask if it was sterile or not ! It hurt incredibly and was done in between dancing ! I should’ve gotten up and left and went somewhere else. The cheap price is tempting but you really pay for what you get ! I have a big bloody keloid inside my nose , and went to another shop and they said it was done at the wrong angle and WRONG spot . Wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews regarding getting pierced here . NEVER AGAIN! The ladies were nice but that’s all there was . No professionalism . No Information . No Quality . Had to take my piercing out and now letting it heal!

Inexpensive, I’ve gotten my nose and tongue piercing done here, never had any issues with them. Only thing is that I feel it could be a bit more upbeat in nature - if you’re a first time guest here it will seem sketch at first by atmosphere but it’s quick and straight to the point rather.

Stephen does an amazing job on my tattoos and i always go back to him. and the prices are good for tattoo sizes. but i had gotten my nipples pierced with Holly (i think) and like 2 weeks later, it was hurting so bad that i had to take them out and for the piercer to tell me they were infected.

I got my nose pierced and they talked to me the entire time. it literally took two seconds for the entire piercing part and I watched them take a out a new needle and it was all very clean and just a great experience all together. Definitely recommendable

I went in for a change of jewelry (nose earring) I ended up leaving furious and upset. First of all, the incompetency of the person who attended to me, who Id describe as a white short lady with short hair who I believe her name is Julie. Anyways, Julie decided that my piercing was closed after clamping down my nose to remove the old hoop simply to change my nose ring from silver to gold. Instead of this being a smooth transition of a simple jewelry replacement this individual decided that my nose piercing had closed within two seconds of her removing the old hoop. She then decides to RE-PEIRCE my nose and put yet another stainless steel hoop which I originally came in to change to gold for it to match my outfit on my birthday. So yeah the incompetency and lack of professionalism and customer service was completely unacceptable which goes without saying. I had to leave the shop because of how upset I was that they re-pierced my nose after dealing with keloid scarring on my piercing and waiting two months for it to go away. Now she not only pierced it again but took it further to trash talk me because I was upset and didnt know I was sitting in the shop listening to everything she was lying to everyone about me. If you want something done right Id suggest you go elsewhere. Its obvious these people dont care and lack understanding simple people skills.

Got my first tattoo here by Stephen, at first I was a little anxious and nervous because it was my first time but the tattoo artist was really nice and patient and made the whole experience great. He does a good work professionally and have some pretty cool designs hanging on the wall.

I got three piercings done here (smiley, septum, and vertical labret) and I love it! Both the piercers here are super nice and very professional! I highly recommend! Good cost too :)

Front desk lady was nice, but when i went to the back to get my two nostril piercing the piercer didn’t speak to me didn’t say “ hi “ “ how are you “ nothing. she pierced it and when she was done she said “ your good “ usually they are suppose to hand you the mirror to look at it but she didn’t. i left and went home didn’t realize they were both uneven, “ you get what you pay for “ i wouldn’t be coming back.

Truly, if I can give this place NO stars I would. Originally , I came to Highlander tattoo a few yrs back to get my nose pierced , and the attitude & customer service THEN sucked horribly. Fast forward to a few yrs later , i went in to get my ear pierced ( Foward Helix) . They pierced my ear with a flat back and it would not heal correctly because it swelled up so bad which created irritation to the piercing . A couple of weeks went by after cleaning like i was told by ANOTHER tattoo shop , saline wash, and tea tree oil, NOTHING, still swollen, still irritated. I went back for some help since they rushed me out originally with no real instruction . The piercer VERINA was sitting down in the waiting area , arms crossed while watching a movie,When the front desk girl asked if she can take a look at my ear she looked VERY bothersome as if i had interrupted her down time. She barely evaluated it, just looked from a far distance.. when my mother asked if she can take a look at it , she got REALLY nasty and sarcastic and said I AM LOOKING AT IT while rolling her eyes at the same time. She told me to wash it and come back in 10 days and sent me on my way . I have never been to an establishment , that i have felt so unimportant and disrespected and i have over 14 tattoos and many piercings. This place is a JOKE and im 30 yrs old and writing a review for the first time ever on an establishment. PLEASE fix your attitude and customer service. OH & BTW maybe you guys should clean up a little since this tattoo shop looks very unsanitary.

I just got a nose piercing 3 days ago from highlanders . the lady at the front was nice. but the piercing is very crooked and slanted and does not match my other nose piercing what so ever. Also they used pliers to close my piercing which I found very unsanitary. I spent 20 plus gave a Tip & I could’ve done a better job at home. waste of money.

You cant beat the prices and the staff is friendly and professional. I got a dermal piercing and I brought both of my daughters here for their piercings. We will definitely return for our future piercing needs.

How lucky I was to just walk in on a Saturday night (1030pm) and get a tattoo done on the spot. ALEX (artist) (_inklich (IG) ) help guide me to what I wanted with the photos i provided him..My daughters name and her birth month flower ( August ) Alex sterilized everything before I got in the chair and opened everything in front of me. Changed gloves as needed. Of course during this covid-19 we all must wear a mask upon entering as wear it during sessions. ALEX took his time sbd great conversations. Very talented man. I will be back

I got my nose pierced by them not so long ago. When I tried to let them know I previously had my nose pierced and would just like to reopen the hole I was just ignored. Then, she quickly pierced my nose and my nose bled soooooo much I didn’t have that experience the first time. I bled all on my shirt and I had to ASK for a napkin. It’s been few months now.... my ring bothers me and it keeps getting a bump, I went and got it checked out by another piercer turns out they placed it in the wrong spot.. smh money wasted but I guess u get what u pay for

Me and my sister went to get the Christina piercing and it went really great! I watched him take out brand new needles and he made sure it wasnt crooked. Made me laugh through the entire process, I took my friend to them that same day.

I went here for a daith and nose piercing, but I left with a nose piercing and a rook piercing. HOW DO YOU PIERCE THE WRONG PLACE??? The piercer was rough. No consultation. The rook jewelry was way too big. The piercer was rough. They dont sell aftercare. I didnt even bother to call but I learned a valuable lesson... You get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service. Went there for the first time and never again. The front lady was very rude. We had called ahead to ask some questions and they said the cleaning kit and some other things came included, and when we got there after paying they said that they don’t. But they were so rude about it. The girl doing my sisters piercing was not friendly at all. I do not recommend this place.

My niece and I got tongue piercings for her birthday. The piercer was very professional and answered all of my questions about aftercare. I was super into the $20 a piercing price. Cant beat that.👌👍 thank you!

As other have stated, the piercer was not really professional at all. He did not introduce himself, he didnt walk me through the process, he didnt ask me if I liked the position where he marked. It was a bit unsanitary, he put two big nipple rings in and didnt even clean the piercing afterward. I was really disappointed to be honest. Will not be going here again.

My husband and I both got tattoos from this place at the same time and we would never go back. The old guy did mine which came out nice but he has no personality and he needs better hygiene. I was trying to hold my breath the entire time. My husbands tattoo is horrible. The daughter did his and the ink is everywhere. There are no straight lines and the letters are all different sizes and not lined up. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave there feeling nauseous from his smell or leave with a really bad tattoo.

Two of my friends had piercings done here and both were messed up and now they have to take the piercings out and let them heal for at least a month before they can get them redone, if they even want to that is. Didnt mention much of anything about aftercare, I got a tattoo done there and they didnt say anything about aftercare at all. I wont be going back anytime soon

I do not recommend this place. My friends nose piercing got infected and people there are rude. We called earlier today to ask questions about belly piercings and the lady over the phone was extremely rude.

Went yesterday to get a tattoo with Caleb @erv_ink He did an Amazing job! I gave him two pictures that my daughter drew and we combined the two, Amazing!! He was so kind, I was SO nervous. If you are looking to get a tattoo, Highlander is the place to go and Caleb is the tattoo artist to ask for. And the prices are Perfect!! Pictures are from today and yesterday when he finished.

I’ve always came here for my tattoos & piercings lately I’ve been coming here to try and get my tongue repierced but the first excuse I got was she was not taking any more clients at 8PM and they close at 10pm so I was alittle confused. I used to LOVE this place and ALWAYS recommended it but with the attitudes of the staff right now I DO NOT.

The lady who pierced my cartilage, did not pierce it right. The needle was put in crooked and instead of the piercing being straight through , it goes upward (if that makes sense) the earring is also not the right type of stud to pierce cartilages with, the diamond was way to big. The lady didn’t even bother to tell me how to care for it afterwords. She rushed me out!!

Jon was great. He is very professional and has great skills. I will recommend him as an artist to anyone who is looking for quality work. His art work is amazing!!!

Nose piercing for $20 cant beat that! Your nose is a sensitive body part so be ready to shed a slight tear as the needle pierce through your skin but the process was quick and fast. Earing is included with the price and you get a choice of a stud or a hoop. You do not need to make an appointment but I do suggest you go when they open because they get pretty busy.

I went to receive a tattoo by Alex and I paid him 300 some dollars I showed him the tatto it was a cover up. He didn’t cover up what needed to be covered up and he never finished the tatto he told me that if I wanted more work that I had to pay more. DO NOT GET TATTOOED BY ALEX!!!!!!

I went in for a nose piercing and got pierced with a ring instead a stud almost 3 months later I am in a Ton of pain every time I touch it So I decided to talk to another piercer come to find out that getting pierced with a ring doesn’t slow room for swelling and puts you at higher risk for infection and takes twice as long to heal so this whole time I’m sitting her thinking this isn’t normal when it actually is I’m going through twice as much pain because the piercer didn’t bother to tell me the risks of getting pierced with a ring instead of a stud update- every time I change out the piercing I have to pierce it back through I have multiple piercing and have never had a problem I know how to clean and take care of a piercing

Monica did my nipples and it was painless and quick!!! I live in Georgia and wanted them for 2 years and I finally came to Orlando and did it with my bestie who got her nose done!!! It was meant for me to wait!!!

The worst.. Messed my piercing up. Had to go elsewhere & get redone. Rookie mistake that a professional piercer noticed right away. Waste of money & pain. Just because you know how to tattoo doesnt mean you know how to pierce.

6 weeks ago I went for standard ear piercings and I’m just now being told by another shop that my ears were pierced wrong!! The piercing comes out through the base of my ear at my neck!! Ridiculous!

I got my nipples periced in I reguested it to be done at the same time in it was quick in fun it been 2 months in the healing is going so well 💗

Don’t even waste your time and money. Got my nose piercing they put it on the wrong place now I have to let it heal to get it re pierced. Also they don’t have the right tools the cut jewelry and use it for your nose. Notices because it came off and couldn’t put it back in. Horrible experience.
