Still Waters is a one stop shop for self care! I recently signed on with them for weight loss. They were very thorough in regards to vetting my health history and running labs- it’s clear they care about your overall health and well being. The staff is very pleasant and Bekah was great about explaining things and answering questions. I can’t wait to delve into some of their skincare and anti-aging offerings!

Ben is an exceptional massage therapist who truly understands the needs and goals of his clients. He carefully crafts and executes personalized spa plans that are not only effective but also deeply relaxing. Jessica Nichols was absolutely incredible. She greeted me with a smile and was extremely polite. I was receiving lip filler for the first time. She was precise, observant, and gentle throughout the process. During the procedure she was constantly asking if the pain was tolerable. She wanted me to be comfortable. I appreciated her hospitality and effort for perfection. The results were perfection!I will be back!!!

I first started coming to Still Waters about a year and a half ago. A friend recommended their facials so I decided to make an appointment and give it a try! I loved my facial with Megan so much that I signed up for their monthly membership and haven’t looked back. I went throughout my entire pregnancy and even after while nursing. As a new mom it’s definitely something I look forward to every month and it gives me a solid hour of “me time.” I highly recommend giving Still Waters a try! I plan to make an appointment for laser removal soon and feel comfortable with their wonderfully trained staff. 10/10

My wife and myself enjoyed couples massages and facials. The massage therapist and esthetician did a great job. We were so relaxed on completion. Also the facility was therapeutic and soothing. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Still Waters.

Initially I was nervous about the services I wanted to have done, but after consulting with Jessica she put my fears at ease. I would strongly recommend Still Waters Day and Medical Spa. I have been recently going during this summer and did VISIA skin analysis and they recommended a couple services and products for me to use at home ! I’ve done a peel, hydro facial, hair removal and micro-needling as well as using the products at home And my face hasn’t looked better ! My acne cleared up my face has an even tone and feels so smooth! I just wish I was going there sooner. I always look forward to my next appointment and can’t wait to try more services they offer there!!! The staff is awesome and the services are amazing. I promise you will not be disappointed in any service you decide to try.

Loved my first several experiences here so much I bought a membership! Everyone here has been so nice and wonderful. I’ve had massages, laser facials, regular facials, skin analysis and am looking forward to more experiences!

HOW ARE THEY BEST OF THE BAY?!I was given a gift certificate for a facial 2 months ago and paid nearly double the value. I told the technician the product was burning my skin, and was getting worse. She left it on the contune working. Within 36 hours my face was one red blister, it hurt and itched The nurse practitioner saw me and sold me another $125 worth of product to calm everything down. They wanted to see me again 10 days later. When I tried to cancel, they tried to charge me for a missed appointment, when they damaged my skin. In the mean time I had seen my dermatologist who said their products were like snake oil and could not have helped. I dont know how they have the rating they have. I still have blisters after 6 weeks later. NEVER AGAIN¡ Oh, ANd Im am getting married in 10 days.

I visited here in February but didn’t feel the need to right a review until I went down the street and had a horrible massage elsewhere. This place is top notch. The changing room is such a nice plus to the experience, the rooms were warm, the beds were warm, and i truly enjoyed every minute of my massage. Highly recommend this place vs ANY WHERE ELSE in the area. Do not go to Stay the Spa. Come here. They truly try to make the experience feel relaxing and luxurious.

My husband treated me to a gift card for Still waters. I booked a facial with Madison and was more than thrilled with my experience. She was so personable and made me feel like I was a friend not just a client. She did a fantastic job and my skin has never looked better. I have had several facials but this one was one of the best. Looking forward to trying some of the new skin care products she recommended and booking a Diamond facial next ! Cant wait for my massage later this month.

I have been a customer since February 2020 and have always received fantastic service. I gat a monthly massage and every massage leaves me feeling like new! The spa is very clean and the all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t see myself going to any other spa.

These ladies are absolutely amazing. I started going to get Botox and filler for the first time in 2020 because I was extremely self-conscious of my dimple chin and very little upper lip. I cannot express to you, the confidence these women and the work they have done has given me in my everyday life. the moment I saw my face after my first time coming in, I immediately cried tears of joy knowing my chin that i was bullied for and insecure about for YEARS was something they could help me with. they are extremely thoughtful when it comes to keeping my face looking natural and not overdone. Becca and Mary Anne are the two beautiful ladies I have gone to. overall the entire staff is the best. I have and will continue to recommend Stillwater Med Spa to anyone wanting results like mine and most importantly.. the confidence that comes along with it.

Bekah has been taking care of me for the past few months for laser hair removal. First off, best decision of my life starting that treatment. Secondly, Bekah is just amazing. She knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable.

Ive been going to Still waters as a membership for their massages for about a year. Ive gone to Vinnai and have enjoyed every minute of it. She is kind, sweet, and listens!! Would absolutely recommend her and Still waters for massages!

The only reason why I am rating this three star is because I scheduled a facial because I received an email with 25% off if you book a facial. I usually only get massages. I had no idea that I was suppose to keep the email that showed the offer. Why wouldn’t Still Water have this information if they’re running the special? I should not have to come in with the proof of an email. When I said something, the person at the counter said no we don’t keep that information. It’s your special! The facial was wonderful, but I felt like it was very underhanded.

I enjoyed a hyaluronic texturing facial with dermaplane added on today by Maddie. She took time to understand what type of facial I wanted and answer any questions. Maddie was personable, yet professional and provided a wonderful thorough facial and relaxing experience.

I would strongly recommend Still Waters Day and Medical Spa. I have been a member for 10+ years. The staff is awesome and the services are amazing. I promise you will not be disappointed in any service you decide to try.

Becca is amazing and Dianica I think I spelled that right forgive me if i didnt i been coming to them for a few months now for some chemical peels and the obagi system it works guys my face feels amazing going in for my last chemical peel next week wish I can travel back from tampa every month for my skin care needs. She is also very knowledgeable and gave lots of tips for home.**UPDATE** I just had the BEST massage Ive ever had with Natosha! The environment is so relaxing, She listened to me and worked on my problem areas without taking away from the rest of the massage. The oils and aroma were a perfect blend and not at all overwhelming, as some can be. I highly recommend her and Still Waters as a whole.

Been very disappointed with this place for their scheduling / coordinating system. Booked for a couple massage twice and got a call the day off that they have to cancel the bookings bcause no one is available. Had to wait for 1.5 months to get it rescheduled only to get it cancelled again by them. So we decided we are ok not to find out how good they are. Unless they change their scheduling system.

Always satisfied with my massages, I’ve been 3+ times and Still water will always be my go to in Pensacola!

I treated myself to a deep tissue massage from Brittany and a facial from Megan, both were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door until I left, the staff was courteous and polite. Brittany left me so relaxed and felt zero tension after my massage! Then I meet with Megan and finishing my day with her left me feeling completely renewed! It was exactly what I was looking for when I booked the appointment. If/when I get back to the Pensacola area again, I will be booking their services again.

My wife and I were vacationing in Florida last week and we decided to visit Still Waters Day & Medical Spa. I chose the 70 minute massage and my wife went with the facial. From start to finish it was an amazing experience!! The staff was very friendly and professional. The spa was very appealing with the relaxation room, beautiful robes and sandals, trained and qualified staff. I wish we didn’t live so far away, because we would opt to join their monthly services. We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed! Top notch business!!!!!! Next vacation to this area, we will book again and look forward to when we can!!!!!

Brittney’s deep tissue massages are amazing! She know exactly how to work out the tightness and tension with her powerful fingers and arms. I will never go to anyone else for a massage. She is seriously so good! Thank you!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with a couples massage. My only complaint would be, the website suggests that the massage would include both patrons beside each other. There was actually kind of a partition at our heads were facing opposite direction. I think it would have been nicer had we been in the same room with our heads closer

I’d like to preface this by saying I had a delightful facial as my first experience at Still Waters, and the front desk staff was all so lovely. After the facial, I was given the “free consultation” coupon, and was looking forward to chatting with a professional about my skin goals. Where I lived before, I had an esthetician at Aveda I loved working with. What I naively didn’t realize, was that I was walking into a sales pitch. I was upfront on my intake form and in-person that I’m not interested in botox at this time, but the woman continued to suggest botox several times throughout the consultation. She also honed in on two aspects of my face that she could do work on (one was literally due to my bone structure), that I hadn’t ever had issue with and didn’t even know I was supposed to be insecure about! Thankfully I’m a relatively secure individual, but I still left feeling discouraged and most of all, unsupported in trying to build a preventative skincare plan. Its unfortunate that a place with the opportunity to listen to the individual and help them feel confident about themselves, instead preys on insecurities in order to profit off of it. All to say, I won’t be returning to Still Waters for facial services.

I have been going to Still Waters Medical Spa for around 6 months for tattoo removal. The staff always makes the spa feel welcoming to clients. I have seen both Fran/Rebekah while getting treatment done and they are both wonderful at what they do!

I highly recommend. I had facial with Madison. Very welcoming & professional check in. Pleasant and soothing decor. Jo, the Manager is very accommodating.

My aromatherapy massage was amazing. The staff made me feel cared for and pampered each step of the way. Jacqueline took her time making me feel comfortable and ensuring my needs were met. I swear, her hands are made of magic! I cant wait to go back.

I have had laser hair removal done there on my arms and legs. Fran is very thorough and professional. Had one treatment with a different woman there and wasn’t pleased with the results. I came back and Fran took care of it though. Everyone there is very professional.The spa area is wonderful as well. Very quiet. You can really relax and enjoy your massage without interruptions

Absolutely love still waters. Recently went to see Rebekah Pate for filler and I can not recommend her enough. She was so kind caring and took the time to know exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to her and sending everyone I know to her as well

The Spa was clean and I felt very comfortable upon entering. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. She walked me through step by step on what I needed to do paperwork wise.(Great Customer Service) The massage experience was AMAZING!!! Emily was professional, very understanding, gave the exact amount of pressure, worked the areas that had the most issues and answered all my questions without hesitation. Her room was clean and I felt at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a massage. Last but not least the checkout receptionist was very prompt and well organized. This was the easiest checkout I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much Still Waters I will most definitely be back to see all the smiling faces

Everytime I have been to Still Waters the staff has been professional and kind. They really do their best and give their honest opinion. Never had a follow up for Botox unless I phoned in with the desire. They are so great they really try and work with your needs.

I had forgotten to leave a comment because it was Labor Day and I just lost track of things that day. My wife and I came in on Monday night because it was our 29th Anniversary and we love getting couples massages and we wanted to treat ourselves because it has been a while since weve been in to Still Waters. I had Mirna and my wife had another woman I cant recall her name but she was great. Let me tell you this, I have and will always request Mirna. She gives THE absolute best massages that I have ever had at Still Waters. I have been going there for a while now and hands down she is the best that Ive ever had there. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her massage as well. Both of our massage therapists were super attentive and comforting to our needs. Just an all around pleasurable experience made possible by two awesome massage therapists. It really made our anniversary memorable and enjoyable. Thats all both of us have talked about for the past few days now was how awesome the massages were. I tell anyone and everyone, if you want to feel relaxed, stress free, and comforted, get down to Still Waters get a massage and experience true bliss and euphoria! I cant wait until my next massage and I just wanted to thank you all at Still Waters for providing an awesome service and being the benchmark for high quality relaxation. Started going here for massages, during my 5 years of going to still waters I can not complain. I have now started going on the medical side for my skin and I can say I truly trust the ARNP with my skincare treatments. I’m comfortable and she definitely knows what she’s doing. If you haven’t experienced this place you are definitely missing out. It can be pricey but I promise you won’t regret it. Thanks still waters.😘

I have been struggling with acne since 2019 and no dermatologist visit ever gave me a thorough skin analysis and review as to why I am experiencing acne. Diantha got down to the root cause with me while reviewing the VISIA skin analysis, and I honestly never felt so heard and relieved after my visit. As I drove home, I felt so hopeful that the plan she formed with me is going to give me the long term results I’ve always needed. Thank you for having such a caring staff, and Diantha is amazing!

Second visit here and never fails to meet expectations. After you arrive, they have you get in a robe and sit in a relaxation room. The massage was great. I also got a facial and the aesthetician was helpful with tips for skin care. In between appointments, I enjoyed mimosas and snacks. Perfect relaxing day and exactly what I needed.

Allow me to elaborate on why 5 stars, first the establishment is beautiful and tranquil. The staff which greets you is very pleasant. The price IMO is reasonable because of the quality of service, massages. Their massages are hands down one of the best Ive ever received and Ive tried lots of places. Im a deep tissue kind of person and Benjamin is AWESOME! If youre not a deep tissue person like my hubby, he loves Tasha. Military friendly is too big plus for me since Im a Veteran. Monthly specials and membership perks...So bottom line Still Waters is fantastic and gives them a chance.

I had a wonderful experience at Still Waters. On my first visit here Melissa was so friendly, down to earth, and really listened to what I wanted out of my facial. She also made recommendations for products for what would work best for me without being pushy about them. I did end up purchasing the products and I am hoping for some good results. Had a massage and facial and it was just what I needed. Pandemic protocol was followed in such a way that I felt everyone was being responsible without making visitors uncomfortable.At first, I was a little unsure about the facial because I rarely get them, but I was glowing for days afterward and my lips had never been more supple!The massage was fantastic, and I just recommend... 50 minutes sounds like enough, but I seriously recommend longer.The therapists and receptionists were kind, had a calming demeanor, and seemed very in tune with what I needed.No one was trying to sell me on any extra products, which I appreciated immensely. Their work spoke for itself.

It doesnt matter who you are, when you arrive you are treated like a very special guest. If you are new to spa treatments, botox and fillers as I was, it is explained to you. I feel the value my experiences at Still Waters from the check-in person to the check-out person have been above and beyond expectation.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I found this gem online when I started looking for getting laser tattoo removal. They had a really high Google rating (and I quickly learned it was for a good reason), so I booked my first appointment. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Very comfortable waiting area and very sweet and helpful staff. Mary Anne did my first tattoo removal, and she was very knowledgeable in explaining the process to me and letting me know what to expect. She has obviously been in the field for a while and her experience shows through her knowledge of the process and her care for her clients. Considering the professionalism and knowledge of the team, not to mention the comfort and cleanliness of a professional medical spa, pricing is MORE THAN FAIR, and I would even argue a bargain for the experience youre getting and knowing that you are being taken care of by experts. I was very excited by my results after my first laser tattoo removal treatment (they are using one of the newest and most effective lasers for tattoo removal, and the results after just the first treatment proved its efficacy!) so I booked a my follow up treatments and was able to schedule appointments easily and within times that worked for me and my schedule. They have a very nice scheduling system that will email you and text you to remind you of appointments which is extremely convenient. My second tattoo removal appointment was with Melissa, and she was equally knowledgeable and professional and extremely friendly. I had such good experiences with my tattoo removal here that I went ahead and decided to try Botox which I had been hesitant to do for a while because of my queasiness with needles. I trusted Mary Anne to take care of me AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT TRUST WAS NOT MISPLACED!!! She was able to apply the Botox quickly and with ZERO pain while carrying on a conversation with you to distract you from what she was doing. Again, her professionalism and expertise is evident and I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. To make the whole experience even sweeter, they were running special pricing promotion when I got the Botox done so the pricing was even better than its already reasonable price!!! I cannot speak highly enough of this business and I encourage ANYONE who wants to pamper themselves or even just curious about invest in yourself to book a consult with Still Waters Medical Spa!!! They are truly wonderful and I will be going to them as long as I am stationed here in Pensacola.

I had a wonderful visit to this spa. The relaxation massage and classic facial services were great! The staff were great. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the tiny check in area. I had to shuffle around a few times so people could get to the desk. The relaxation room could use a revamp/expansion as well. Overall very happy with this visit.

If you are looking for an amazing massage, you have found your place! Still Waters is very clean, relaxing, professional and you will leave with a smile. They have complimentary robes, sandals, snacks, beer, wine or juice while you wait. My wife loves Tosha and has been going to her for a couple of years now. I see Vanessa and she is great as well. We always get the couples massage and it’s a nice getaway. We will continue to use Still Waters and you should also. They won’t disappoint.

Really love all the results I have seen with procedures I have had done here. The women here are extremely professional, and put my mind at ease with any questions I may have had during treatments or aftercare. I’ve been a patient with them for two years now and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to stop the aging process, look younger and start seeing faster results.

Professional and frienly staff that offer a large range of products. Melissa is fabulous with botox and fillers - I get a little woozy when Im around needles and she is always so patient. Fran is great with laser procedures. She takes the time to explain the process before and during the procedure so you know exactly what to expect. The facility is always sparkling clean and and my appointments always begin on time. They also offer relaxing massages and facials next door. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had massages and facials here and the services were great! The girls that did the services were all very polite and very good at their job. But the place is so small, the relaxation room is very tiny and the front area could use some upgrading to a larger space.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful couples massage at Still Water Day Spa.When we walked out my husband said that was the best massage he had ever had.I also thoroughly enjoyed my massage! It was nice to relax and be pampered for the 55 minutes. It was over before I knew it...I wanted to stay there all day :)We both agreed that we wanted to go back again for more couples massages at least once a month. We also saw other services that were offered at the spa that we would like to try. I would recommend this day spa to any and everyone. As soon as I left I called my friend to let her know that that they offered a service that she had been wanting to do for a while.The check in process was very prompt. We were offered drinks in a relaxation room before our massage. This room had ambient lighting and the sound of the waterfall was so relaxing.The massage therapists were friendly and professional. Per my husbands inquiry, she recommended and offered knowledgeable information about the products that would work best for him, which we purchased and are happy with the results.The check out process was also very prompt. We left with the pamphlet of services provided by the spa along with each of our massage therapists business cards. They let us know that they offered online appointment bookings.I am so glad that we chose to go to Still Water Day Spa and I will now be a continuous customer.

This is the best spa in Pensacola! I have been to Still Waters two times and I cant wait to return. They have helpful friendly staff and the atmosphere is relaxing and tranquil. On my second visit there was a scheduling issue and my fiance and I were not able to receive our 55 minute couples massages. The staff worked with us to reschedule our visit and we each received a classic facial for the inconvenience. They definitely deserve the rating of best of the coast! Everything was handled wonderfully and I could not have been happier with my experience. I will be returning soon!

From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed by everyone. I walked into the spa side and a very nice and energetic women walked me to the side that I actually needed to go too. I was then greeted by another very sweet and kind women who attended to my every need the rest of my time there and made sure I knew she was there if for any reason I needed something or had any questions. I was then taken into the procedure room to then be greeted by Mary Anne. Mary Anne is truly amazing. I originally went in to receive specific treatments and working with Mary Anne she did really great at listening to my main focuses and what my hopes were to get out of everything. She then suggested what she wanted to start with on me and I could not be happier with the results. I can’t wait to continue to work with Mary Anne and suggest anyone who’s interested you will never regret coming to this amazing atmosphere with so much caring and consideration for their clients needs you will never walk away anything but happy!!!!!

I had a hydra facial with Lori And last week at Still Waters. it was so relaxing. Lori Ann explained everything to me and made recommendations but was never pushy!I looked better when I left that when I got there even with no makeup on! my skin is softer and smoother and feels tighter. I highly recommend this facial and plan to go again soon!

I recently visited Still Waters and received a facial and massage. The experience was the best that I have ever had and I have visited many different places. I have no complaints and could not have asked for better service. Everyone who works there is fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing day.

A great to relax, recharge and unwind with a girlfriend. I enjoyed the friendly staff. They made check it smooth and I was on my way relaxing quickly. I love the clean locker room, sandles (I always say a size up) and robe. You enjoy refreshing infused water, snack mix or nuts. The relaxing room is a must have for the water features that melts your stress away. I had a 85 minute massage and a deep pore facial. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to returning.

I fly from Connecticut to see Melissa MerrittWho is the PA that I see for all of my services.I have been to many doctors in Connecticut in the past 20 years and she is the only one who has done a perfect job each and every time and always makes me look natural ! She has the eye and hand coordination perfect…. She’s also lovely and patient and takes her time like you are the only patient she will see! Melissa is worth the wait!!

She listened to my preferences and concerns, made suggestions, and then gave me an amazing massage that helped relieve most of the stress tension I carry in my muscles. She communicated occasionally throughout the massage, especially before digging into a knot or my IT bands. It was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Still Waters Day Spa. Everyone that works there is so attentive, and friendly. Megan was very professional and made sure to explain each step involved with the hydrafacial. Customer service representative is very rude. She hung up on me, while I asked questions after being on the phone with her to make a reservation for two. She told me there were two appointment slots available, at 1pm and 1:15pm. And then told me those appts were not available. Rude and unpleasant experience!!! Megan needs training.In response to the posting, which was supposed to address my concern. Your customer service rep did terminate the call.The exchange was not pleasant. She could care less if I booked an appointment. I’m sure that’s how you expand your business base.Upon trying to complete the booking for two massages, after I’d agreed to pay the $50 cancellation (wherein I could not attend a consult session because of a high school graduation schedule conflict), I still did not receive top notch customer service. I have a membership at another spa in town and I regularly go for massages. Because of your poor customer service, I will continue to spend upwards of $300 elsewhere each month. I was also considering your spa for aesthetic work, which would cost much more, but it seems your staff chooses who deserves great customer service and who does not.I received fabulous customer service at Escape Wellness spa.Rudeness and impatience pays off!

I don’t know where to start! I had the best experience at Stillwater for my massage. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The entire staff checked on me before and after my massage to make sure I had anything and everything I could need or want. The atmosphere is so relaxing as well. I enjoyed my session so much that I surprised my best friend with an hour massage for her birthday. From the owners, management, and staff I have had nothing but the best experience, even when I have had to cancel multiple times due to work and family happenings coking up at the same time. As long as I cancelled in the allowed time all was good. I even left a message to cancel when they were closed and a staff memeber called to ensure me that she got the message and everything was good. I can’t wait for my next massage at Stillwater Spa. Thank you for always being courteous and kind. I love doing business with locally owned companies and this is the best in the area.

This PA who performed the laser hair removal was very impressive. She gave me a care plan if the treatment wasnt effective and made me feel comfortable of the treatment. Being an African American woman can be very challenging to perform safe laser hair removal on without burning the skin. All the staff was pleasant and the place is very clean.

On New Years Eve I went in to have some filler and botox, The staff very courteous and the ambiance was wonderful! By far the was the best experience I have had EVER had at any salon. Mary Anne is so professional and knowledgeable, I am back and will never go anywhere else.And 3 days later I am thrilled with my results. Still Waters rocks!

We stopped here for a massage during our vacation to Pensacola. Stephanie was amazing. I loved the little touches, like wrapping my hair in towel so oil wouldn’t get in it. my whole experience was very relaxing and a great way to end our trip.

Phenomenal! Informative. They allow you to get done what you want but they also inform you of all options. Comfortable environment. The playlist was perfect. Not that same old boring music that drains your soul. They were all quite personable. Let’s face it, we are all going in there for something that makes us feel a little insecure. I had a massage here yesterday. My providers name was Emily, the techniques and presure she used was perfect not to light and not too hard. I actually had a headache as well as an sore neck, by the end of the massage both felt so much better. Cant wait to get my next one!

Absolutely amazing as always! Even with Covid guidelines in place, my massage was perfect. Staff is always friendly. I do miss the perks Still Waters offered pre-covid such as, robes, cucumber water and the overall vibe of the relaxation room. Price is the same even though those perks are no longer offered, which is the only thing Id change about it. Otherwise still wonderful and my masseuse was the best Ive had in a long time. I had Botox injections & Lip filler. The experience was pretty great. Mrs. Diamond was so incredibly gentle & I literally felt next to nothing, she was amazing. And i was extremely nervous before my procedures as this was a 1st for me. She clearly explained everything to me beforehand and made sure i was very comfortable with both procedures i was having done before she started anything. I received a courtesy call 2 days afterward to ensure i didnt have further questions or concerns about my progress. I couldnt be happier with my visit. I cant wait for my next visit. I had the Spa Sampler Package on Saturday afternoon. It was an amazing deal and was a wonderful way to close out my Saturday. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Mikalyn, Wendy and Jenni have hands comparable to angels. They were also each very personable and recommended products that would help me with my muscles and skin. I will definitely be coming back.

I went 7/11/15 for a classic facial and a classic massage. Both services were absolutely amazing. The environment is extremely relaxing. The staff and therapists are friendly and very attentive. I would highly recommend Still Waters Day and Medical Spa to everyone.

Stillwaters is your perfect oasis. Whether you want a relaxing massage or exfoliating facial, all services are outstanding. They schedule just right so the dressing room and tranquil waiting area are never crowded. Snacks and flavored water are available, even mimosas if desired. Just be sure to have plenty of time available in your day because they do take their time and appointments are not rushed. I just had the Hydrafacial and my face has never felt better. It’s well worth the price.

Had my very first spa experience tuesday morning. My very first professional message. I could not have asked for a better first experience. Being a stranger in a strange land I walked in nervous. Right from the start the staff was so welcoming and helpful that any nervousness I had quickly washed away. I got a 70 minute message. I dont think 70 minutes have ever passed that fast. Adrian was my masseuse and she was amazing. Needless to say I have found another new self care activity. I will he going back. At least twice a month. Thank you all so much for the much needed pampering.

I recently came into the spa to have a deep tissue massage, I am a returning client and I again was just as pleased with my service as the first I came into Still Waters. This was my first deep tissue, so I was a little nervous, but I was so relaxed and relieved when I left after it. The therapist was so helpful when I began to explain my main concerns of my back and she really worked the area of concern. I will be back next month !

I always go for a massage 💆 and its the best place for massage and relaxation. Also, I did my facials at this place, it was great so far. In addition, I did laser photo rejuvenation to remove spots, sun and age damages - people it was amazing 😉 I could see a huge difference from only 1 procedure. In fact, I did 2. Im so happy 😁 my face looks now so much nicer, refreshing, the skin looks younger, nice, and smooth; silly skin. I strongly recommend this place!

I made an appointment for a consultation and dermal fillers and/or Botox. Mary Anne is amazing—so obviously well educated and experienced. She brought up points that I’d hoped to speak with her about before I even mentioned them, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured that we were on the same page and she really understood what results I was hoping to see.

Tried to get my parents a couples massage for their 45th anniversary, the girl on the phone could of cared less about her job or the fact that couples massage should happen together!She kept giving us two different times, first at 1pm next one at 3pm..sort of thing, so asked for a different day and she did the same thing...I explained we wanted a couples massage so they could do it together...her response was...okay well good luck on your venture to find that somewhere else and she hung up!Me and my wife have been here before and enjoyed it, but clearly they got too much business to care about keeping past guests or new potential guests coming...employee pool is terrible so it definitely hurts the business to have a clown answering the phones and being careless with customers, we called Massage Envy and they got it done!Hard to find employees who care about a business, I get that and why I did not give a 1 star as the past experience was nice.

I personally didnt stay here, but my wife did for a massage and foot therapy add on. For a legitimate spa that offers a wide variety of treatments and services, the price wasnt overly exorbitant. My wifes massage was very pleasant, plus she felt pampered throughout the whole experience, which is what I was hoping for! This place helped deliver an excellent Spa visit, and Im sure that well be back!

I had a service done here that was not happy with. They cut my massage by 15 mins. The manager would not come out nor did they repay me back. I had a friend who went here also with a negative out come as well. They tried to say her review wasnt legit. The negative reviews on here are legit as well as mine. This place has horrible management. They have no room for mess ups! Even if you have been a loyal customer. Their money is more important than their clientele. Wont ever be back. Lost a valuable customer, again! Wont get one more cent from me!!!

My wife and I came in for a couples massage. It was fantastic. The staff members were very friendly and took time to make sure we were able to take full advantage of all the amenities offered during our visit. The only sad part about the experience was how fast the hour massage time went by. Would definitely recommend.

I had several botox injections all over my forehead. However, when she injected me right between the eyes, to get rid of those angry 11s, she messed up. It hurt only in that spot and I bled entirely too much. I felt something was wrong when it happened, but it was my first (and only) time to get Botox, so I was not sure what to expect. Well, years later, my face has paid the price and will never be the same.

I had the best experience! Jen did an eyelash fill for me as I did not get a chance to have it done before I left my hometown for a short vacation. She did an amazing job!!! She also took care of my trainwreck eyebrows masterfully. I will definitely come back to this spa every time Im in town.

I would not recommend this spa to anyone that expects to be treated with respect (you know, like a paying customer). Ive had issues with them over the years and the attitudes and careless disregard for clients has to come from the top down, so I dont really blame the staff. They just follow the guidelines of the owners. Their cancellation policies are absolutely ridiculous and their staff members will discuss other patients with you (procedures youve had and their perceived outcomes). I regret giving them one cent of my money, much less a membership. Ugh!

I travel all over the country and it can be hard to find quality spas with dedicated & knowledgeable staff. Still Waters is simply amazing. I had a hydrafacial with Kaleigh and left feeling aglow. I have visited Still Waters Spa several times for manicures, facials and massages. At each visit I was greeted by their warm and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing and the facility is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this spa for the professional and knowledgeable staff and pampering given at each visit.

I love Still Waters services. They are courteous and professional. Since COVID they have modified their services. No drinks/snacks, no robe or sandals and the calming waiting room has social distancing. I understand all of those modifications. What I dont understand is why the waiting room has to have the lights on?! The room is supposed to be calming but with the lights glaring its pretty difficult. So that was disappointing but everything else was great and always is. I had a massage by Natosha and it was so relaxing.

My comfort and needs were top priority as far as the staff was concerned. I was shown to the relaxation room to wait and offered refreshments. Very classy! My treatment was wonderful and Arienne was so sweet and did a great job making my hands and nails look nice. I always leave Stillwaters feeling pampered and special.

Love this place! Love the membership deal, kinda forces you to give yourself monthly self-care and who doesnt want that! Plus I love taking advantage of the discount for my laser hair removal that I absolutely love! I was that girl that got terrible razor burn from shaving for years, but no more!! Im on my 4th session and do not regret it.

I’ve been to this spa many times but it’s so hard to give them five stars. Most recently, I made an appointment with a specific person who I was referred to for a specific service. The service started 15 minutes late with a different esthetician for a different service. To her credit, the new esthetician explained the situation, informed the manager, and offered to reschedule. Because I had already arranged my day around the service, I went ahead with the appointment. The manager met me at the checkout, explained what happened, and gave me a sample size face wash and toner. She never admitted that the spa was wrong or conceded that they made a mistake. I was left with the feeling that I wasn’t being believed, that it shouldn’t bother me and that the solution was to get me out of the lobby fast. I’ve spent plenty of time at Still Waters between myself and my daughter; this wasn’t the first time they swapped people out or mixed up a service but it will be the last time for me.

**Just get the membership because every month you get to indulge in an amazing massage!****This place is so much more than a business** because they actually care about us. They have amazing staff! Just dive in and get the membership because you never know when life will surprise you and you need someone like I did to be there for you and to take some time to take care of yourself**After this experience in the beginning of December they could never lose my business!***The end of 2018 was very rough for me. I was 10 weeks pregnant when my appendix ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery and a week after I lost the pregnancy. Every month I schedule my membership massage and with everything I completely forgot about it until I got a text reminder a few days after everything happened. So I go because I felt like I needed to relax but I know I looked rough. But I figured no one would really notice because I’d been to other random places and no one asked questions. When I changed in the bathroom area I kept breaking down quietly and when I went to the relaxation room I kept my composure and drank my mimosa. A female employee who I’ve never met before saw me when I came in (before I was even crying) and came and sat next to me on the couch. She was so kind and asked how I was doing and that she wanted to check in on me. I immediately started crying and poured my heart out to this woman and she gave me the best hug I’ve ever had in my entire life while telling me everything would be ok and how sorry she was that I was going through this. She sat with me and we just talked which was very refreshing because everyone wants to avoid that conversation. My family and friends can’t even talk to me about it and it’s upsetting because it happened and I have very conflicting feelings but I do want to talk sometimes..but she stayed with me up until I was brought back for my massage and even though it’s been over a month now, I still tear up about how kind she was to me when medical people treated me like this was a regular mundane occurrence.. which to me it wasn’t. Im just so grateful I came and was treated so well by everyone. I love this place!And if any of you are worried that I had a massage after surgery the date of my massage was about two weeks from the surgical date. My masseuse Dustin was so amazing. I told him about what happened and at first he asked if I should because it could cause pressure I told him I was ok and if we could go gentle and that I would tell him if it was too much. He was so kind too and I’m sure that the conversation topic made him uncomfortable but he didn’t show it and just let me cry for a second and told me he was sorry I was going through that. Everything was perfect with the massage and every massage I’ve ever had by him (get the 85 min it’s 100% worth it and I never go less) but it gave me the relaxation I needed to escape for a while and take care of myself.

The facial exceeded my expectations! It was pampering upon pampering. This truly is the best place. Please do not change a thing! I recommend Still Waters to everyone, and anyone that has ever taken me up on going has always raved over their experience.

Had a Fraxel Dual laser treatment about 2 weeks ago. Results are amazing! Very even skin tone. Skin is glowing, tighter and has fewer fine lines. Well worth the investment. Love the atmosphere at Still Waters. Only thing better is the staff!!

I called and got an appointment immediately. The staff was pleasant & helpful. The pain in my neck & shoulders has dissipated. I recieved the 55 min. deep tissue massage & I feel 110% relaxed. The environment was inviting & calm. I will be returning in 2 weeks for another appointment.

My first massage at Still Waters was wonderful. The therapist was extremely professional and learned the target areas for my massage and the pressure I was comfortable with. The additional heat therapy and BioFreeze completed the experience and relieved the tension and pain in my shoulders & neck. Will definitely be back!!

Still Water Med Spa is the nicest Spa I have ever been to. The people are very kind and give you the impression that they really are interested in you and your needs. They provide the absolute best facial, bar none. If I lived in the area, I would definitely join the club.

Made a consultation for micro needling and laser hair removal consultation and missed it due to uncontrollable and unforeseen military obligations. When I was able I called and they said they were only tracking that I had one of those consultations, but informed me that they would still charge me for missing BOTH despite me saying that I had evidence that I did not simply forget.I used to always recommend this spa and give people gift cards to here, but now I know why people tried to steer me away and I will do the same.Edit: after reading this expected response, I just want to say that all they did was give me lip service about “how much we love our military” while giving me a “compromise” that would’ve ended up with me still spending quite a bit of money.

Anne has been my favorite massage therapist! I could tell that she truly cares about her clients well-being. She really took extra steps to alleviate my discomfort and relax my tight muscles. Im going to start requesting her!

I think it should be optional, rather than forced ! Your signage on the front door is anything but optional ! I have been a good client for almost 3 years , coming in twice a month, for services ! I recommend doing the skin analysis! They explain each section very clearly and come up with a plan to get your healthy, glowing skin back. They give you different options and real expectations. They even go over the pricing for each item. I love the products they carry. Everyone has been extremely kind each time I have been in.

I really like using both the spa and medical services available. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable and always willing to ensure your visit is the best it can be. Joining the monthly membership program was a great move for me because it provides me service options each month plus a very nice discount on my purchases. I have been managing a pulled muscle in my shoulder and back for more than two months. Kala Bloxhan gave me the best massage I have ever received. She seemed to know exactly where my problem areas were and my shoulder and back are feeling so much better. I will be scheduling more massages with Kala. Wish list request for Still Waters... if you ever consider expanding it would be wonderful to have a shared common area with hot tub, sauna, steam room etc. You would see me every week... lol

I’m in love with this place!! As a 35 year old mother, and business owner, who is noticing the affects of stress and age, I needed something to make myself feel more like me. I was tired of having to use filters on my pictures every single time. I was tired of looking tired in all my pictures. I began losing weight and I figured, what better time to spoil myself?!I went in for a liquid lift. I came in with $3200 and I was more than willing to spend all of it. Lol. When I got back to the room the dr explained that it wouldn’t be beneficial for me and it wouldn’t help the areas I was seeking help for (my forehead, in between my eyebrows and lips). She guided me into a much better decision. I ended up only spending around $1000 as opposed to the $3200 I’d anticipated. And I saw instant results! The dr who did my procedures was an ER/trauma dr prior to opening Stillwater’s and she is incredibly knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They could have easily just given me the liquid lift, taken my money, and sent me on my way. Instead they gained a loyal customer with their honesty and professionalism. I’ve already made my next appointment! Sorry for writing a novel. I am just so incredibly happy with the results. If you’re thinking about getting noninvasive work done, stop thinking about it and go see them! I promise you won’t regret it!! See you again in 2 weeks!

David gave the best arm and leg massage. Usually I ask the therapist to skip that part because I dont get much from it but his was amazing! Hes definitely in the top 3 best massages Ive ever had. The staff were professional and accomadating. Wonderful birthday experience!

I went to this spa for the first time. I have been to MANY spas as well and my experience here was great!! My massage exceeded expectations as well as the facial. The most important thing I look for in a spa is the quality of the massage and this one was amazing. You have a room to relax in before and after your treatments. This room is very quiet, spacious and comfortable. So as for the waiting room, who cares if its small. I was probably out there for a total of 2 minutes to check in and they took me right to the lockers to change into my robe. The reception area is not something I would even bother complaining about. The receptionist was very kind and pilote. As far as the cancellation policy, most spas have those and I was told right away when I booked my service that they had a 24hr cancellation policy. I would definetly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing day away!

The staff helped turn my life around in treating my face. After treatments of laser hair removal, chemical peels and mole removal, my face has been transformed into smooth healthy skin and dark blemishes have disappeared. Just follow Dianthas plan. Strongly recommend Still Waters to people of color.

Love this place! I work at a computer for hours daily and the massage regularly really helps my back and shoulders. Ive enjoyed the Classic, the Hot Stone and the Deep Tissue massages. I switch around and have had awesome ones with Tasha. I always ask others in the relax-before/after area (with the lovely waterfall) who they are seeing/what they are having and every experience thats been shared from the massages to facials (and more) has been wonderful. You are offered a water from lemon or orange or cucumber flavored (drink of the day) to a glass of wine, your choice, and there are some snacks of dried fruit mix if you arrive hungry. The staff is friendly, nothing hoity-toity. If you do the 6 month member plan, nice savings for treatments plus some perks.

I would like to start off by saying I NEVER take the time to write business reviews (good or bad), but I just had to write one for Still Waters Day Spa after my first visit last Wednesday, November 7, 2012. I’m new to the area, so I’ve been trying to find hair and nail salons, as well as medical spas. It’s been a daunting task because the only people I have met here so far don’t get their hair, nails, etc done. Luckily, I stumbled upon this place by seeing a groupon they had for botox and dysport. I then nervously made my appointment for botox as well as an eyebrow wax.The spa is very nice and relaxing. I noticed on a few other reviews here that there was a complaint about the lobby. Yes, it’s not the largest lobby I’ve ever seen in my life, but SERIOUSLY?! I’m not sure about everyone else, but I judge a spa based on their services and my results… not a stupid lobby that I sat in for a maximum of 5 minutes to fill out new patient paper work. There’s nothing wrong with the lobby. The 2 seats in front of one receptionist’s desk are very close to the desk, but that’s all.Anytime I’ve ever bought a groupon from a business, they usually scanned it from my phone after the service. Therefore, I didn’t print out my groupon for Still Waters. If you do ever buy a groupon from here, try to print it out instead because they prefer a paper copy. The receptionist happily offered to let me log into my groupon account from her computer and print it out, so it wasn’t an issue at all.The owner, Mary Anne Aanestad, did my botox. This was my first time getting botox. She was wonderful and extremely informant. She was very caring and answered all questions that I had. She gave me pamphlets on all the other services I was interested in. I should also add that she is absolutely gorgeous (as are all the other employees). They all clearly practice what they preach! I have a follow-up appointment for my botox this coming Saturday, so I’ll see the results by then. Jenni did my eyebrow wax. She was extremely thorough and took her time. She didn’t make me feel rushed through it and she did a great job. She also was so sweet and gave me more information on services I was thinking about getting in the future.I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be giving them plenty of business and sending anyone I know to them. There is a reason they have always won Best of the Bay every year. The complaints I read on here are clearly one of those rare mishaps or miscommunication issues that tend to happen.. or better yet just the type of people who can’t be pleased (no offense). Still Waters requires a credit card over the phone when you book your appointment just like any other spa I’ve been to. EVERY quality med spa has a cancellation policy. Do your research when making appointments to new places to avoid mishaps.

Love this place. I’ve had laser done with Melissa and an advanced photo peel with her as well. She is very thorough and listens to your concerns in order to give you the best results. Loved my results! Entire staff is helpful and kind.

I have been a member here for over a year, I have had nothing but great service.I use Still Waters often for deep tissue and hot stone massage, facials and other treatments.Jenny performs a terrific facial( all categories!) and David has currently been my massage go to guy- he is very knowledgeable and when I hurt my shoulder in a fall last May his massage therapy helped me immensely to healing.I use Maryann for consults and facial help such as juvederm and botox . I feel comfortable with her professionalism and high level of expertise and lengthy experience in her field.I am encouraged by the many times the staff has worked to get me a last minute appoimtment and worked hard to place services close together. They care.I recommend getting on the email and text list because when Still Waters runs specials I want to see them right away and very often take advantage of these great deals and discounts. Sometimes relaxing by the fountain with a mimosa before a massage is just the therapy this gal needs!

I had a deep pore facial with Ashley recently and it was wonderful! She explained everything she was doing and was more than accommodating, even allowing me to meet with the Nurse Practioner before I left for a consultation. Everyone from the moment I walked in the door was very friendly. I will recommend this facility and I will be back!

I mainly visited Still Waters Day Spa for botox injections and was very impressed by MaryAnne! Not only did she make some great recommendations to me but spoke to me about peels etc. Knowing that I was working on a budget, she recommended a chemical peel that fit my finances and I scheduled it for the following Saturday. I loved the results! I felt as though I had a new, fresh face! I needed that boost as I felt as though my face was looking sallow and dull.I also want to say that the crew there was great and made me feel right at home! Big Kudos to MaryAnne on helping me to feel energized and healthy!!!

Over all this was a very nice spa and a good experience. However I was disappointed that $110 does not cover a full body massage and it is an extra 15 for foot and an extra 15 for scalp. I was also disappointed that the staff was unable to tell me the type of shampoo and conditioner they used (brand or scent) only that it came in a large bottle. They were also unable to tell me what type of wine they served me, they thought it was a cabernet with mixed berries. Both of those questions should be simple to answer correctly and easy to find the answer.

Hello! I loved loved my facial at Still Waters Spa in Pensacola. My only suggestion would be to add pampering spa products in the bathroom. Other spas I have been to have a variety of lovely soaps, lotions, etc and it is so nice.

Yesterday I had the most delightful facial. Shaleana has the perfect touch. She offered just the right amount of knowledge and gave me plenty of time to relax and enjoy. Ill be back because my skin looks great!

I always book Derek for my deep tissue massages! I have really tight shoulders and a achey back because of work and crossfit and he really does help you feel brand new. If you want a really intense yet very relaxing deep tissue massage, he is your guy. It literally feels like you have 5 hands on you getting out those knots and I’m still trying to figure out how he does it.I also love booking Shaleana for my facials, I’ve never felt so rejuvenated after a facial until I had one with her! My skin feels and looks great...plus you get a little neck, arm, and foot rub with the facial which is always nice!Get there 15-30 minutes early before your massage and you can enjoy the awesome cucumber/lemon water with little snacks and a bit of quiet time in their little relaxation room before your appointment starts! It is a bit $$$ here but you absolutely get what you pay for and you can’t complain with that!

What a wonderful experience! I visit as often as I can. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in the door, as the staff is friendly and accomodating. I try to go with my BFF at least once or twice a month as a girls day out and we truly enjoy the pampering with a Facial, Massage, and/or Mani/Pedi. I would highly recommend Stillwaters to anyone wanting to try a spa experience.

Sydney was phenomenal during my visit. She was really good at making things make sense to me and the quality of care was the best Ive had! Ill definitely be coming back to her!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Bad policy in place with leads to scamming their customers. Do not pay for a service or provide credit card information for a service not received. This includes not be able to show up for an appointment for any reason; they will automatically withdraw that amount from your card. My daughter was trying to surprise me and got scammed. I could not leave work and she tried to reschedule. They claimed they were all booked, leaving my daughter no choice but to cancel. My daughter was charged $250. My daughter pleaded with receptionist who stated the Manager would call us back. No call received!

My husband and I were on vacation and got a couples massage. It was a wonderful experience I love the soft robes and the comfortable relaxation room. Everyone was so friendly. The massages were so relaxing. If ever in pensacola again I definitely will be making a trip to still waters spa. Or maybe they can open one in Lincoln, NE. Lol. A girl can dream.

I started receiving Botox for my TMJ and everyone I’ve seen/spoken with has been wonderful!

Okay, first I received a gift card for Christmas. Hey, I’m thinking Botox for my “11s”. I go in and talk to the PA and tell her what I’m looking for. I expressed my concern about looking unreal or odd. She states no problem, she knows what she’s doing, blah, blah, blah. Long story short, she blasts my forehead with 36 units of Botox and now I look like a freak! Also, my “11s” are still there. That’s right, my eyebrows are on two different planes on my face. Both of my eyelids are drooping and I look ridiculous. Four hundred dollars later I look horrible. That’s all, I will NOT use them again. She didn’t listen to me and now I’m paying the price. I did give them two stars because the place was clean.

I am in love with my lips! From the staff at the front desk to mary Anne herself - i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My lips have always been an insecurity of mine (because they dissapear when I smile... or used too!) so when I told Mary Anne my goals: plump, beautiful lips she was able to explain to me how we would get them. She advised me not to rush and to space out injections so my lips looked more natural, she recommended different types of lip fillers ranging in different prices that could help me achieve the look I wanted. In total I was Injected twice by mary Anne and each time she would give me a heads up on when she’d inject me, why she was putting more in certain areas etc. The end result is that my lips are beautiful and pouty and symmetrical (I hadn’t noticed that before!). My husbands always been worried that my lips wouldn’t look like ME anymore and that I would look fake- but Mary Anne kept my shape and just accentuated it! The procedure itself was mild on my pain level and worth it!! if/when I want more injections I will Definitely come back to her. Her staff, like Kristina, were so helpful and I never felt pressured to purchase/ book anything- which as a customer is a big pressure off. They take care of you without making it all about getting your money and getting you out of there. Whenever I’m asked where I get My lips done i always tell them to go to stillwaters.

Truly disappointed with how this company treats their members. As a member who has signed up to pay for services monthly regardless of if I need something or not, you would think they would show appreciation every time you call or come in. Just like when you fly Delta and are a medallion member, they thank you individually for your LOYALTY, they know your name, they appreciate you. When I call or go into the spa, no one knows or treats you like a member, much less shows appreciation. I was never thanked for being a member. They auto renew your contract for 6 month periods and refuse to let you cancel during COVID without backpaying ALL of your discounts. Needless to say, Im sticking out my contract then will be going elsewhere.

My session at Still Waters always goes well...Mary Ann is very, very good. One thing I wish I had gotten done though was a little more Botox around my eye areas....There are still wrinkles there...My eye wrinkles are very prominent so it takes a little more there.....

I hade Classic/Hot Stone Massages!Facial Treatments/HydraFacials! Botox/Chemical Peel! Had my photo-rejuvenation and laser hair removal! The treatment was painless for me! Absolutely happy with everything! Best place ever and professional! Always answered my question and concerns at any time and I even could walk in just to discuss some concerns; I was helped promptly! The atmosphere is very relaxing and they offer some drinks. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I am new in the Pensacola area. I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure because I wanted to see if the spa was a good place for other services. My boss called an emergency meeting on the day of my appointment and I called the spa to reschedule. They would not reschedule and charged my credit card $50 for serviced I never received. This was not a medical appointment I needed to reschedule. It was an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, which everyone all over the world happily reschedules. I have never seen a place that treats potential new customers so poorly and they will not get any of my very lucrative business for other services.

Got a last min massage on my birthday. Must have been the only girl left for a reason. It was one of the worst massages Ive ever had. The atmosphere of the spa was nice and they had snacks. The front desk girls couldnt give proper directions to the place. They need to hire only quality ppl at a place like that.

Emily is an excellent massage therapist. I had the 70-minute deep tissue massage and I felt so good afterward. I booked my next appointment that day and I cannot wait to see Emily again.

There are all sorts of ladies and gents who get injections or fillers for their self-care maintenance routines in this day and age. One of the most daunting issues of finding a good injectionist is: 1. Someone who stands behind thier work 2. Obtaining a highly-trained and certified by the best professional injectionist 3. A professional who takes the time to learn your particular anatomy 4. Finding someone who communicates post-treatment.I have had injections from Miami to Los Angeles and from those who boast being the best. I can honestly say that Mary Anne is a master of her craft, cares about your result as if it was her own face and will correct any issues (though, there are never any!). She is personable, comforting and loves what she does and it SHOWS! If I moved, I would absolutely travel to have her continue my injections and filler. She knows my face, understands aesthetic and sculpting the face as if she was an artist and sculptor as a first career. Her medical background combined with this talent makes for the perfect synergy of a life-saving beauty secret-weapon that I am forever grateful to know. She listens and takes her time. I have had SO many massages in my life that I cant even count, and this was BY FAR the best massage I have ever had. Dustin was incredibly attentive and followed through with hitting the points that I asked for. Most massages seem very formatted and basic, but this spa adds special touches that are above and beyond (i.e hot towels during service, soothing feet soak pre massage, etc.) I will definitely be back and recommend it for anyone looking for a quality massage!

Facial was ok BUT....not too welcoming for a first timer, wasnt explained anything (I was there because I received a gift facial) and when I asked questions was answered like I should already know the answer. Regulars were treated very well, were offered and talked to about products in store(I was not). I had fully intended to go back because of other reviews but this was my experience.

Stillwater is always professional. They took all precautions during this time. I went in for Botox. Required to wear a mask (happy to do so) employees wore masks. (Yay!) Had to wash my hands as soon as I came in and they also took my fever. All proper protocols in my opinion to make sure I am healthy and so are their employees. Highly recommend!! If you need any services during this time they are taking all precautions. Very professional.

The best spa in Pensacola. Great customer service and a variety of spa services, including massage, facial, manicures/pedicures, fillers, make-up, top of the line products, and much more. They even have a relaxation lounge where you can sip on a glass of wine or champagne while you wait for your service. I would highly recommend Stillwaters!

I’ve used Still Waters twice in the last two months and had another appointment booked. All in all, Still Waters is a very nice and enjoyable spa. I’ve listed a few small things that may detracted some from their allure, but not enough to turn me off from coming back. However, after a recent customer service disappointment, I’ll probably take my business elsewhere.Reception AreaThe reception area is very small, which is fine except that there is only room for one bench for customers to sit on. The bench is very uncomfortable, which doesn’t complement a business that is selling relaxation. Moreover, there is not enough room for the bench to be occupied and for other customers to get to the reception desk. Those that are sitting must move or get up to allow others access to the reception desk. Maybe this is a pet peeve, but the shelves displaying products for sale were dusty as well.Receiving AreaThe area where customers wait for their beautician/masseuse is small too. The undersized space forces customers to sit in close proximity and face each other. For those that prefer to relax in the solitude of their personal space or aren’t interested in socializing, this room can be awkward.ServiceThe only complaint I have is that during my session, the masseuse tried to sell me spa products. This is the LAST place I want to deal with a salesrep. Excellent sales technique though: a captive audience who is undoubtedly interested in self-care and self-care products. Maybe wait until after the service to sell products.Customer serviceMy experience, up until this point, was satisfactory and I was looking forward to using Still Waters’ services again. However, I became disappointed with Still Waters’ customer service when I was double charged for an appointment amounting to nearly $300. Two months after my credit card was double charged, I noticed the mistake and called to get refunded. Here are the issues I had with the mistake.1. It had been two months since the mistake had been made and Still Waters’ computer system and accounting personnel were not sophisticated enough to catch the overcharge. How many other people has Still Waters overcharged?2. I’m a customer, not an employee and I shouldn’t have to do their job for them. Still Waters should have found the mistake and contacted me, not the other way around.3. From a time value of money perspective, I lost money during the 2 months Still Waters had my money. Essentially, they took from me an interest free loan, with which they most likely made money on.4. When I called to get my money back, there was no one in the building with the autonomy to immediately correct the problem. I had to wait until the next day for someone to ask the owner permission.5. When I received the phone call letting me know that my money would be refunded, all I got was a short apology, and excuses for why the mistake was made in the first place, “employee in training”, “our system didn’t catch it because…”. Those problems should never be turned into problems for the customer. Also, I’m not interested in excuses; I want to know the problem is going to be fixed.SummaryI’ve been to spas all over the US, and the world for that matter, and I would give Still Waters a 3 ½ to 4 stars on the actual service provided. If you don’t mind being a little uncomfortable while waiting, and having to listen to a sales pitch during your service, Still Waters is a good place to go. However, I believe that customer service makes or breaks businesses, and I’m not impressed with the customer service at Still Waters. If a mistake is made, expect them not to go out of their way to completely satisfy their customer, but to do the bare minimum. And last but not least, don’t forget to check your credit card statement.

Stillwaters medical spa I have been a frequent client at Stillwaters Medical Span since late 2018. It is my pleasure to say that SW offers superior, qualitative and quantitative services in their field. With all SW services and procedures you are guided by an aesthetician from start to finish; ot as in my case, until the desired effects are established. SW offers first rate, curated products and services. The staff here, are always courteous, hospitable, knowledgeable, and well trained well trained. The SW experience is one of being totally pampered. There is none other like Stillwaters and I’d recommend it in a heart beat! Since I moved from Pensacola Fl I have even had to consult SW over the phone and they were right there with answers and help, even though I am no longer in the area. Stillwaters is a wonderful place to put away your cares and relax and enjoy being pampered. 5 stars from me!

This did happen a while ago, so please take that into consideration, However, I booked a couples massage for myself and my wife at Stillwaters Day Spa. Approximately 2 days prior to the appointment, I noticed a large rash on my lower back (was diagnosed as shingles by my doctor),I called Stillwaters to attempt to reschedule, I was promptly told that I could gladly reschedule, but I would still be charged $100 for the cancellation. After some discussion, they did me a favor (as the girl at the front desk told me) and dropped it to $50. I asked to speak to the manager and was told none was there to speak to me.I called back several days later, after being told my the doctor that I had shingles, and spoke to the manager/owner. I explained the situation to him, telling him that i had been diagnosed with a contagious rash, and did not want to expose his staff or facility to it, He was very apologetic, but till told me he was keeping my money.I have family members who frequent spas on a regular basis and they have NEVER had a problem cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for a medical reason. Stillwaters cancellation policy is too stringent and unforgiving. I was a client who had spent hundreds of dollars at Stillwaters on massages for my wife, as well as other family members. My mother was a longtime customer, who had probably spent several THOUSAND dollars just that year alone.When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was not sympathetic to my situation at all. He was very cold and short with me on the phone and acted as if he had much more important things to do.I still contend that you fraudulently stole my money under the guise of a cancellation policy.I was trying to do the right thing, but you took advantage.The moral of this story is, If you have an appointment with Stillwaters Day Spa, and something happens inside of 48 hours until your appointment, you better show up, sick, injured or contagious. They will still get that money, NO MATTER WHAT.

Let me start by saying I have never left a bad review, Today I attempted to book a pedicure appt. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, referring friends, family, and coworkers I was informed that an appt for my 45.00 pedicure could not be made since my CC on file had expired. I explained that at the time I made the appt, I was at work, I did not have access to my CC. I was told this was unfortunate but I was not allowed to be scheduled without a CC on file. I understand the policy. I am however insulted by the lack of loyalty Still Waters Management has for its customers. I will no longer support a business that doesnt support me. Sadly, I feel that I am not alone in my experience and felt the need to share.

Everything is clean. The facial is so relaxing. Madison was very thorough and gentle. She took great care of me. My skin looked great afterward.

I enjoy coming to Still Waters to relax and reduce my deep muscle pain and stiffness. Tosha is wonderful and I always walk out renewed and ready to return to my work and play without the tension and pain that builds up over the few weeks between sessions.

I have to say without reservation that Derek gave me the best massage Ive ever had. (and Ive had a lot!) He, and everyone else, were so professional. It was a real pleasure. Cant wait to go back!

Dissapointed!! Ive had membership here for about year. Came in for my massage appointment today, showed up 15mins early as usual. Everything was fine, until i went to check out to find out im up for renewal. The girl told I have a choice to pay for regular price or renew my membership for additional $10 a month. I was suprised...so i asked if they notify the members prior to this, why im i finding out about this now. The girl responded we have over 600 members, its impossible for us to notify them all. WAIT..you guys called me 2 times last week to remind me about my appointment and 1 earlier today or even before checking me in? Why did you not mention this to me then? Why wait for me to come in for my service then leave me no choice but to either renew with a price increase or regular price? I did what i was told, paid the regular price and that will the end of that. I will not renew my membership, and i will not be coming back for any service here.

As always a wonderful experience!!! I had a classic facial with Jennifer and she is always wonderful!!! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Makes me feel very comfortable and I truly feel relaxed !! I highly recommend both this place and her!!

Pushy with products and services, tried to talk me into a procedure that was against my physicians advice and cost three times what I requested. Totally disappointed with billing as once they get your money wont refund a dime of it. Had me sign concent forms before they informed me of risks of procedure then asked me what I wanted to know instead of informing me prior to it. Total lack in standard of care in consent process. They seem more concerned with making money than really helping the customer. My procedure was okay but she didnt get all areas I told her to when performing. Told me not to use vasoline but then recommended another petroleum based product that cost much more with essentially same ingredients! Will not return to this business for any type of care.

Very nice stuff and clean facility. They take your temperature and have you wash your hands and wear your mask. Very happy with my juvederm lip filler. just waiting to see if theres any specials so I can go back for more :-)
