They pierced my 3yr old daughters ears & my 2yr old nieces ears, & I couldnt be more thrilled with how everything went. Mike was absolutely amazing—professional, sweet, & so great with the kids. He made the entire process smooth & stress-free, ensuring the little ones felt comfortable & safe.The studio itself is impeccably clean & welcoming. The atmosphere is so friendly, which really put us at ease. I highly recommend Pensacola Tattoo Studio,Inc. for anyone considering ear piercings for their children. They truly went above & beyond, & we left with big smiles, lots of lollipops, & beautiful new earrings! Thank you so much Mike!

I got my first tattoo ever here today and Angelina did an amazing job!! It looks so good and she was so patient with me figuring out what I wanted. The vibes of this studio were top tier.

Im from Iowa and have wanted a tattoo from Florida since the first time I visited (12 yrs) I finally talked my husband into letting me so doing research before vacation I decided on this place. I first visited the day after we got in town and for $400 the owner promised I get a lot of detail for my two plum trees connecting to create a heart with sky & water in the heart. Said hed personally create this tattoo so when I came back in at the ending of our vacation it would be ready.Well THAT didnt happen!!!!! Very disappointed and feel let down for as much trust I had put into this place.One hour turned into 3 plus hours.I did have a pretty good artist though, very nice (and so easy to look at (😍) . He himself treated me right and create something like what I had in mind. Thank you Jonny, you definitely made me feel comfortable and our styles just clicked. You definitely rock buddy! 😉🌴

I was so nervous at first but it all happened so fast and didn’t hurt at all. the place is really nice and definitely gave bad boy vibes. i’d definitely come back here again in the future🤍

Such a professional, efficient, and welcoming place!! Mike is so sweet and took the time to make sure my nose piercing was where I wanted it and symmetrical with my other piercing. Pierced with titanium, L-shaped stud. $50 including jewelry. Love my piercing more than I thought it would and I’m convinced it’s bc of Mike tbh

I just want to say thank you to this studio. My daughter went and got her belly button pierced and it was done with a rod that was too short she called and expressed that she thought something was wrong and they asked her to come in and let them take a look. And suee enough the rod was too short. They did not even hesitate to replace it with a longer rod and even told her thank God you came in that is service. No charge and they saved her from getting a really bad infection. So caring and very concerned with their work. I appreciate it so much. I recommend them. Their customer service is top-notch.

I came in with my mom for a walk in tattoo that was for my grandpa who recently passed on father’s day. i had a picture of him i wanted to use and i had sketched it myself, i showed them both and he took my sketch and made it a little cleaner but still gave it the meaning that i wanted it to have. i didn’t go into the shop expecting them to use my sketch but man im glad i listened because im in love with it. this guy did exactly what i was looking for. being my first tattoo he was really nice and comforting and the whole staff was amazing. chad was my tattoo artist and i very highly recommend!

I got my helix pierced. It was so fast, easy and nearly painless. My sister got her ears pierced and it was pretty much the same for her. Very clean environment. Came in yesterday with my sisters for a few piercings and had such an amazing experience! We have been looking for a place to get good quality piercings with a good quality piercer in Pensacola for awhile and Keria was absolutely phenomenal!! The space itself was very clean, getting paperwork done and the piercings themselves was quick, and everyone there was super friendly!!We were all extremely pleased with our visit and will definitely be coming back soon!

Visited here while on vacation in Pensacola Beach. All 4 of us came to get tattoos and we all had an amazing experience!! I highly recommend getting your tattoos and piercings here whether you’re local or from out of town! Great environment and we’re all so happy with our tattoos!

Got my lip and nose pierced here! Absolutely loved it! They made sure I had my piercing in the spot I wanted! Was VERY clean and people were quick and efficient! Definitely going back.

Amethyst did my piercing on the flat part of ear. She was patient and informative. I liked her vibe and would go back again for additional jewelry for my new piercing because she really seems knowledgeable.

Amethyst and Mike were extremely professional and very knowledgeable when I went in for a nasal piercing. They walked me through the process and helped me pick the best jewelry to fit my facial features. I would most definitely recommend this shop and will be back again!

My daughter is turning 6 this week and for her birthday we wanted to get her ears pierced. I was nervous she wouldn’t sit for both ears. The piercer is absolutely amazing! He has such a way with kids. He put my daughter at ease and made her feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back for all of my family’s future needs

I was in town for a couple of days. So I spur of the moments walked in and was got one of the best tattoos ever. Carlos I believe was his name, Im terrible at remembering names. Regardless he had the lightest hand Ive ever felt, at time it didnt even feel like he was breaking the skin!! He was fast and a bargain at twice the price!! Thank you all very much. Next time Im in town Ill want to come back to get an old terrible tattoo fixed. 10 out of 10

We came in to get our 6 year old sons ears pierced. We also had our 3 year old daughter with us. First impression was how clean the shop was! The guy at the front who helped us was so friendly and welcoming! He not only had friendly conversation with my husband and I he went above and beyond for our children. Brought them drinks, gave them high fives, laughed and joked. There were 2 people ahead of us and we waited no longer than 10 minutes! Amazing! When we got to the guy who did the piercing (unfortunately we didnt catch his name) he was absolutely amazing as well. Very friendly, went above and beyond for our children to make them feel comfortable. We laughed our way through the piercing and he kept my son surprisingly calm! I would absolutely 10/10 recommend coming to this shop for any tattoo or piercing needs!

This is my second review regarding my baby. I got my 3 month old baby’s ears pierced by Mike. Unfortunately, they needed to be redone. Both ears were done wrong. The placement was completely off. I thought the right ear was okay, however, when I went to a new location to get fixed, the lady said the placement was too low on the ear lobe so my daughter had to get both ears redone. Granted Mike and everyone was sweet but horrible job. I’m really surprised because the reviews were good. So just be careful.

We walked in for piercings with a big group and they were amazing! Mike did a great job! Very nice place, very clean and they disinfect everything!

10/10 recommend Mike. He made everything feel so easy. It didn’t hurt at all. I 100% would go back to him.

I’ve been thinking about getting my Conch pierced for a while and decided to this trip! Amethyst took great care of me and let me ask allll the questions lolll she was great at calming my nerves with her personality! Her prep table was super clean and professional. I’d definitely recommend her

EDIT: I went back and Mike and Amanda (I believe was her name) were AMAZING! They redid the navel for my finance n I, nothing but sweet to the both of us and made sure we were comfortable and loved the piercings!I’ve honestly never thought I’d have to say this as a past loyal customer. But oh my gosh. I went a couple of days ago to get a piercing, and the person who pierced me Amethyst , was nothing but rude to me. Even when I first asked a simple question , asking if she had a piercing I wanted. Every question I asked she would reply with a rude snappy “yes” or “no” or something short and snipit. I struggle with anxiety and autism and will ramble a lot and at one point she told me I wasn’t allowed to talk anymore. Was so bad I had to go to the bathroom and cry, and while I was in there she talked rudely about me to my fiancé, saying I was rude and condensing. Which I wasn’t? She even told him she wouldn’t let me choose my jewelry because of my “attitude” when in reality i was just asking a lot of questions and trying to spark a convo..On top of everything the piercing is extremely crooked, bar is also too short.

My piercer was amazing!! He did my second lobe and fixed one of my old messed up piercings. He was so sweet and really made sure they looked good. Definitely will be coming back!

I had my vertical labret done by amethyst, first can I just say this place is a home away from home but on this day (July 7th,2024) I didn’t think twice about getting a piercing from here but before I got into the room I had to wait for 30 minutes before being seen and there was no one else in the shop at the time, Second when the time did come the normal piercer was not taking the piercing but instead asked a apprentice to do it instead I felt a little taken aback because I thought I was going to get a piercing from the professional but when the time came for me to get pierced she asked me if the placement was good it was straight when she places the marks on my lip I was laying down for this process because she told me that it wouldn’t make a difference with how I positioned myself that the piercing would be done right regardless after I got pierced I immediately felt something was off I sat up and looked at my new piercing and I noticed the bottom was positioned right but it was as if the had pierced it angling left. I had asked her if this was normal and she said “yes, it just looks like that now because of the swelling after it should look normal” I have waited a month to post this and I’m really disappointed with my experience because I’ve never had a problem with a piercing being misaligned before and now I feel my lip is completely scarred due to the first time. I’m sorry but as long as amethyst is there taking on piercings I will not be comfortable coming back for another piercing

Outstanding experience. They helped me pick out my design, get it sized right and located on my body, and the tattoo artist was excellent! I worked with Chad, I think. I was very impressed with his use of shading!

I absolutely loved this place! No better experience can be found in this state, for sure. We had 3 different piercings (helix, Daith, and 2nd lobe) between 3 different people and 1 tattoo, and all of us agreed that they were so professional, hygiene-conscious, and competent in their work. Got my naval and helix pierced and my six month old daughter’s ears pierced and they did so great her piercings are so even and look amazing! Mike did a wonderful job!! She didn’t even cry! Definitely recommend!!

They worked with us over 2 days to get designs together and times available for our group of 8. We were very impressed from the moment we walked in. Super clean and beautiful studio, nothing like Ive seen in other studios. Artists were phenomenal, skilled, and all of our group loved their respective tattoos (group theme was compass) so everyone chose a compass type design and we left the rest to artist interpretation. They stayed over 3 hours after closing to make sure everyone in our group was taken care of and satisfied. Very impressed with all the staff here and certainly earn 5 stars. Very welcoming tattoo studio. Shout out to my artist Kemo, great work!

This shop is one of the nicest shop I’ve ever been in. They are very welcoming and takes good care of their clients. My tattoo artist Min was very friendly and did an amazing job on my tattoo! Clean lines and amazing shading. Pricing is very reasonably priced! Overall a great shop if you’re looking for a professional and hygienic shop! Also, the women’s bathroom is amazing with the bidet!P.S. Don’t forget to tip your artists!

Steve was very nice when I called and upon my arrival! Excellent service, everyone was extremely friendly. We used Kemo and Jonathan for our tattoo artists. Pricing was great, they give military discounts as well! We walked in at 3:30 and we’re both done and it’s 5:30! If you’re in town and want quality tattoos please come here! The studio is very clean and modern.

Mike did my nose piercing for me and he was able to make sure it was placed correctly and he provided a nice environment! I definitely will be back, he also let me know that if anything was wrong with the piercing that I was more than welcome to come back in, not that I think Ill have to :-) He also helped to provide the essentials for proper after care and I can definitely see myself coming back!

Just like another post said, do not let a younger inexperienced person go alone. My son sent me a pic of a rosary that they charged $640! for. Poor business model and I will complain to the BBB.

Had to get piercing surgically removed a day after getting it. Bar they used was not long enough, frustrating because I paid for this piercing and ended up paying $500 to get it taken out. Go somewhere else

Went to this shop on vacation for my cousi to get her ear pierced for her 13th birthday. Upon entering the Piercer thought itd be a great idea to insult all of our facial jewelery we were wearing saying we were wearing cheap jewlery. Then once he pierced my cousin ear he put a bar that had NO room for swelling in her ear. It ended up sucking the back of the piercing into her ear causing an infection and a doctors visit for antibiotics. Being rude and arrogant is one thing but causing damage to a child when yur licensed to do something is different. I wouldnt recommend this shop to a cadaver let alone a breathing human being.

I am absolutely terrified of needles, but wanted my nose pierced so bad for my birthday! After reading reviews I decided to give them a try. LET ME TELL YOU! They were amazing! I didn’t even flinch! In less than 10mins I had my nose done and out the door! I highly recommend them for any piercings. The place is very clean and I saw them cleaning more as I was waiting my turn.

We tried this place because someone recommended them but we did not have a good experience. My daughter wanted snake bites and the guy first of all did not have a great bedside manner and ended up making her piercings uneven as well as put in the wrong jewelry. Would not recommend or go back.

From the moment we walked in the place I felt she was in good hands. Clean comfortable atmosphere; checking in, everything was explained to us in detail. Consulted with Mike before we started and he gave some sage advice, which we quickly realized how grateful we were for following. He provided comfort and support for my daughter and explained everything to us as it was happening; and all this while training Bethany, who will undoubtedly under his guidance grow to be another skilled artist at this studio. Will return here, highly recommend!

My family and I had a really good experience here. I waited with our energetic boys for her. We had to wait a while for the artists to get ready for her. Thankfully, they had a really nice waiting area with a TV and games and snacks. They were really good with our little boys there!My wife got a new tattoo on her arm in remembrance of a stillbirth that we experienced. The artists did a really good job taking care of us. We had Mercedes do the tattoo and she did a very good job on it and it looked really good and professional.The only thing that I was disappointed by was the price. I felt like, for the size of the tattoo and the detail, we paid too much for it. It was very well done, but could have been priced more reasonably.

Owner and artists were all friendly and extremely talented, shop was a comfortable environment and the artistry was impeccable! For any large pieces I want in the future I’d be willing to make the 4 hour drive from my home to get it done at this shop

I went in to get my nipples pierced and Hang Vo took care of me. I was very nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. I came back for longer bars since I was swelling more than expected and she swiftly took care of this with no charge. The shop is so clean and looks amazing! I highly recommend going for any piercing to see her!

Went there today on my lunch break to get a service done and waited 30 minutes for service .I called ahead before I got there no one was there to get any tattoos,it was totally dead,the lady at the counter kept saying I”am so sorry I have no idea what is taking so long,meaning that the guy that was working was more worried about helping the guy in the back with the construction and not worried about customer service…..I was there to get an erring changed on a hour lunch…so I end up leaving after 30 minutes….Not one person in the hole place but 2 workers and a construction crew

Got sibling tattoos there today and the two guys that tattooed us were amazing. The front desk artist was also really amazing and humorous and made our original tattoo concept so much better.

Be careful if you dont know about tattoos beforehand. My 18 year old decided to get a tattoo here on a whim on his own and paid almost $300 for what I got 3 different quotes from long time reputable local tattoo artists and they ranged from $130-150 for the little nothing he got done. He says they might have been in the chair for 15 min, single color, simple line. And the lines arent even straight!

Totally cool laid back studio. Step-daughter came in for her first piercing, belly button. Since I wasnt there for my daughters it was a cool experience we were all together for her. These girls grow up so fast. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable, allowed our whole gang in the back to watch it all go down. Mom wouldnt let me get my eyebrow.. We will be back for sure.

There are no words to express the wonderful experience we had here. After searching around for a studio that would pierce a 5 year olds ears, we decided on PTSII. From the moment you walk in, youll be impressed with the cleanliness of the studio. No loud music blaring and a calming environment. The piercer himself was very professional, and calming. He explained everything to my granddaughter so she would know what to expect. Even had her wash her hands before, to teach her to keep her hands clean when touching her ears. Overall an awesome experience!

To start out, when we first walked into the parlor and were talking to the girl at the front counter about how we were getting piercings and were nervous, she continually told my friend that the piercing she was getting (nipples) was going to “hurt so bad” and “be so painful” and that she was “so brave” for getting them. my friend was quite literally shaking already and everyone knows that’s not the kind of talk you want to hear before getting a piercing done. The actual piercing went pretty well. I got my tongue pierced, pain was a 0/10 for the actual initial piercing. But when he went to screw on the ball, he ended up dropping it in my hair and had to dig around in my hair for it and I couldn’t tell if he cleaned or got a new ball before screwing it onto the bar in my mouth. My friend also got her nipples pierced and there was a child that for some reason was allowed in the room while we got pierced. She was asked to leave when my friend got her piercings done, but she was very close to me and my face while i was getting my tongue done and kept saying “there’s blood” and “it’s bleeding” which honestly made me quite uncomfortable. at the end of the service, my friend was encouraged to leave a good review to get free aftercare, which honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t believe it is the worst studio i have visited but i don’t believe i would go back either.

Mike did a helix piercing for my wife as well as a consult for fixing a tattoo. He made my wife feel super comfortable during and after the process.The shop itself was very clean and hand washing was stressed. I will be coming back again.

Once there, I met the manager, Mike, who is extremely experienced and very enthusiastic about tattoos & piercings. Since it was my first tattoo, he guided me towards the right decisions to ensure that everything would go well. Jessie was the artist that I was assigned based on his detail and experience and I showed up for a design appointment then the actual tattooing.Hands down, the best experience that I could have ever asked for. I am speechless with how well Jessie did and how comfortable I felt getting it. This level of talent and hospitality is likely unmatched in Pensacola and I highly endorse and recommend them for anyone wanting a tattoo.
