Nobody should support a facility that berates a concerned customer. The owner himself used inappropriate and ableist comments to a person that got their tattoo messed up by them. He does not have accountability or empathy to other people. May the good artists find a better boss.

Best shop in Pensacola. Cam, Ron, Dave, Rob and Erika treat you like family. I would post a picture of my tattoo but for some reason it’s not allowing me to. The quality is amazing. Cam is super talented and a blast to be around. If I could give them a 10/5 I would! Crazy quality for a reasonable price!

Awful service!!! Dirty equipment! I walked straight back out after a customer was there complaining about their infected tattoo!!! The tattoo artist was cussing and screaming at the poor guy ! I didnt stick around to see what happened to the guy but seeing his absolutely awful infected tattoo and the artist acting like a 4 year old who had his candy stolen !!!! I bet they said it was the guys fault!!!! Own up to your mistakes!!! Dont recommend

Cam @Infinite Ink in Pcola was probably by far the best of the best when it comes to good, honest work. I recommend all of my personal friends/fellow service members in the area to go and get you’re ink done by none other than him.Great work done by a humbling dude.

Amazing experience! My fiance and I went here on multiple occasions, both for personal pieces and for their Friday 13th special. I had the pleasure of working with Uncle Ron and Sixxx, and both of these gentlemen did a magnificent job. The environment is very comfortable and their prices are unmatched. Definitely recommending them to my friends in the area!

Cam is an awesome artist. Great conversation and top quality work. My Mom and I got memorial tattoo of our dog’s paw print. For it being my Mom’s first tattoo, he made her feel at home. Erin OShea is amazing, she is a gifted artist and superior tattoo artist.She is very patient and kind and even though I can only take the pain for a small amount of time, she hasnt had a problem with me doing a larger piece that has necessitated repeated visits.The tattoo studio is clean and very comfortable, I safety protocols were followed to the letter.

Erica did an amazing job. I went in wanting a quote and a cover up with the picture seen. She exceeded my expectations, I absolutely love the way my piece turned out. If I could give this shop 100 stars I would. The atmosphere of the facility was above and beyond welcoming, very clean, and not one bit awkward. Will definitely go back for any future tattoos, as long as Ericas my artist. Thanks again, I love it!!🤗

The tattoo artists are all very professional, from start to finish I was kept up to date with the tattoo process and what we were doing each session. Ron was really great when it came to the couple of longer sessions we did. I highly suggest any artist in this tattoo studio.

I got a tattoo from Ron Stafari. It was my first tattoo and I love it!When I first walked into the shop, they sent me to a different artist. When I told that artist my idea, he told me that while he would happily draw my tattoo, I should go Ron instead because thats more his style. Im grateful that I did. So, not only do they have an amazing, clean shop, wonderful staff and talented artists but they take the time to make sure you are matched with a good artist.

Two friends and I went in as walk ins to get tattoos together and it was a fantastic experience. He was super gentle and fun to be around. Our tattoos came out EXACTLY like we wanted and we could not be happier. Next time we are visiting definitely coming back to see Cam.

I went to Infinite Ink Tattoo on the 5 month anniversary of my husbands passing. It was an emotional day & I was apprehensive about getting the tattoo because I needed it to be perfect & represent what I wanted it to represent. I called several shops that day in the area & Infinite was the only one willing to get me in. They made me feel so welcome & at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Arthur did an amazing job! I couldnt be happier. Him & his wife were both absolutely wonderful & helped keep me talking & my mind occupied during an emotional moment for me. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very important piece I needed done and wanted done other shots were not willing to stay they stayed and got the piece done for me and it was a very important piece that meant a lot and cant say how much I appreciate it and thank them and they do amazing work great people.

I went here for my second ever tattoo, and my first real one (my first was a Friday the 13th deal in GA back in March) I think my artists name was Rob or Ron... He was amazing. I had to stop three times due to anxiety, and not once did I feel judged at all for it. They did all they could to help me. In the end, I did complete my tattoo, and Im so glad I stuck it out. This place is amazing and Im so glad I went!!Bottom line, this place was fantastic. I had panic issues (not because of them) and they understood and did everything they could to accommodate me.. I FULLY recommend!

Such an awesome experience! I messaged them on Facebook asking for an appointment. They answer promptly and an artist (Cameron) was directed to me. He messaged me and got the info on what i wanted and set up an appointment. He sent me a pic of what he drew up ahead of time. When i got there the first thing i noticed was how clean and relaxing the place was. Very professional. He got right to work and did an outstanding job. I love this place!!

I came here to get a tattoo while I was on vacation. I honestly loved my tattoo at first, but after it healed there is a lot of patchy spots. Also the lines aren’t the straightest.Overall I like my tattoo just probably going to have to get it touched up.

We went here while on our girlcation and as soon as we walked in it was not good. The chick we talked to we told we wanted a small no color tat for our girlcation like we do everytime we go on vacation and she wanted to over charge us $110.00 for this small tattoo each. We said no thanks and left and went to a different much cleaner shop that only charged us 75.00 each. Here is the tattoo that was done with the other shop not them. Its a shame all they seen was out of towners lets charge to much.

My artist was SIXX. He helped design exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, yet friendly and personable. He definitely took his time and made really clean lines. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks SIXX!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and I got paired up with six, he took my idea and drew it up for me and it came out better then I expected, my tattoo had a lot of detail and required lots of shading, six went above and beyond with my tattoo and took his time to make sure it was everything I wanted and everything came out perfect. Since I was born in Pensacola and am in town visiting both my parents (dad is buried on NAS, mom’s in a memory care facility), I wanted my unalome tattoo done here. I looked at many websites and read all the reviews, deciding on Infinite Ink. I’d also seen all the positive comments about Sixxx, so was stoked he was my artist. He understood my vision and the importance of it being executed expertly. I could not be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend!!!

Went in to get a coverup over an old faded horrible looking tattoo. Erica knocked it out of the park. Shes polite, she takes her time and makes you feel as if you have know each other for a while. She really takes care of you when you put your tattoo needs in her hands. Thank you it came out amazing.

Not a very good shop. My artist was Jason and I walked in to get my first tattoo. I had an idea and he printed it on a piece of paper but it was not aligned very well. I wanted my first tattoo to be perfect and it isnt bad but there are minor mistakes and I am unhappy with it. I did appreciate that he said I could come back and get a free touch up. I suppose it is my fault due to just walking in and not completely checking the tattoo outline thoroughly. I just wish we could have talked more about it and made it perfect. I am now hoping to get it covered up.

Went for a cover up here as well. I went TWICE. First time I was told to come back because they were busy. That was fine. So I came back a couple weekends later, TWO HOURS before they even closed and they said I had to come back again because they were about to closed and the guy I had been talking to was hanging around with no customers. They didnt want me to talk to anyone else because I discussed it with him for literally 3 minutes the first time I was in. It was so uncomfortable in there and I had the feeling they did not want to do my tattoo. I went to Sin Ink and saw Damen for my cover up. I will use them from now on. They were so friendly and very clean. If you dont believe me, visit them both and see the difference. I suggest Infinite works on their people skills when dealing with the PUBLIC!

Came in with a tattoo in mind and Erik had it drawn up and stenciled on my arm within minutes! The final product was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Great experience with a really decent price! 10 out of 10 recommend this place.

The dude, I wont say names, rushed my $550 tattoo cause it was taking longer than he thought it would (he thought 3 hours, ended up taking 6), and he frequently expressed how he was getting tired and was too old for this. Now I have a half assed embarrassing piece with obvious flaws any artist in the world could point out and be like yeah, the artist clearly got lazy and half assed it, even not finishing certain parts. Im sure some guys are good but overall based on my experience and some of my friends, id avoid it. Mediocre tattoos for a steep price

My artist here that does my work is Scout he does a fabulous job.i suggest him to everyone I talk to thats asking about a tattoo I always say go to infinite ink and ask for Scout cause he does a great job and overal this place is a fun and warming environment I love talking. To everyone here, its a clean environment, and Ive seen some great work come out of here , and plan on getting a lot more, I think everyone should come here I love this place.

I am very particular about who does things to my body. I currently have one small tattoo that I got when I was young and didnt know any better. In my older age I am researching and asking questions and finding out more. I went in having an idea what I wanted I wanted a few different concepts put into a tattoo. I wanted to know how it was going to be done l and what the healing time was and how much it was going to cost. I showed several pictures and was blown off. I was told I need to draw it out then bring that in. He told me he wouldnt even try to put concepts together until I booked an apt. Then told me to go look at the books and pick something out. I was told they charge anywhere from 125 to 150 an hour and if I did color i would be charged more. One i was looking at was going to be around 8 hours. Thats 1000$. For 1000$ I would expect better service. I also asked if there was a private room to have it done in. He pointed to the chairs and said there is the chair. I am looking to have a c section scar covered. So he expected me to have my vagina showing to everyone who walked into the store. I dont think so. He berated me that I should only be getting a tattoo for everyone to be able to see it. Not everyone gets a tattoo for other people. I dont believe I will be going back. I didnt even get a chance to ask about any kind of pain relief. Kinda glad I didnt he would have probably laughed at me.

First tattoo and it was done by Erin. Who is amazing by the way. I found her based on recommendations on Facebook. She answered all my questions prior and calmed my fears. I was really fearful on the pain. Arrived to the shop. Friendly service. She had pre printed several sizes of the tattoo I had sent her and gave me time to choose placement and size. Waiver was signed and then ready to go.get the tattoo shortly thereafter. The was very clean, not noisy and very decorative with wall art and other tattoo outlines. Before getting started she placed the image on my arm and again confirmed placement. Then she prepped my arm, shaved and sterilized it. She informed me that if I needed a break at any time to ask. She was very gentle. Despite all my reservations it was super quick, I only had time to listen to 2 songs so about 10 mins if that. Very minor pain. More like the surrounding skin instead of the actually site due to the vibrations. She even said I did great! It was a simple tattoo - no color or elaborate design, just a word and simple image so those were factors too. She reviewed aftercare and then covered it with a tegaderm. Very reasonable price I think. I did take a motrin and extra strength tylenol prior and dosed again on tylenol later that night. Some very slight burning sensation could be felt when the pain meds wore off but otherwise I resumed my normal activities just tried to let my arm rest when I could. I highly recommend this place and Erin.

I just went for only a consultation and it was already an awesome experience. Uncle Ron was friendly, courteous, and professional. He really takes his time to educate potential clients on whats doable and whats not in a tattoo. I think this may be the place.

My tattoo Artist Jason was able to Draw a custom piece that I wanted in a speedy time, which came out great. The final Piece looks fantastic and it didn’t take long at all‼️ Highly recommend 🤝

We went in today (28 July 18) and had what was probably one of the best tattoo experiences I have ever had. Extremely good line work, great freehanded shading and overall knew what to do to minimize pain during my tattoo (my entire forearm.) The very few low star reviews on here dont give a good idea of this shop, nor does it sound like the person who gave a 2 star review bothered to get one. Theres no such thing as a perfect tattoo, and if there is then you wouldnt be paying 100-150/hr; youd be getting gouged. Im beyond happy with mine. Also, dont ever complain about something not being perfect when you walk in, get an artist to draw something out quick and then you get it without being POSITIVE its what you want. That two star rating is more of a review on your own judgement, not this sweet a*s shop. Go talk to them and judge it for yourself.

Sixx did amazing on my first piece and even stayed late to finish up my friends piece, definitely recommend him for anything you’re thinking!!

I went and spoke with Hang Vo about a piercing I had done at another tattoo shop, I was having issues with the jewelry and needed it changed as it was causing severe irritation. I was told by the original piercer that changing the jewelry would cause a keloid. After speaking with Hang Vo, she took a look at the piercing and agreed the jewelry used was to long and to large of a gauge. Hang Vo changed out the jewelry and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Hang Vo to anyone wanting a piercing or if you are having issues with a piercing you had done somewhere else and are unhappy with it, she will give her honest professional opinion and educate you through the entire process.

I walked in yesterday and got a small tattoo. Very friendly artists, and a very clean and nice looking shop. If I decide to get another tattoo next time I’m in Pensacola, I will definitely return.

We got there when they first opened. Waited for 5 hours, the guy finally told us it was about to be our turn then proceeds to bring another person back while we continue waiting. They hadn’t even gotten the stencil ready or an estimate for what we were asking for. If they knew we were so far behind they could’ve told us to come back or something not sitting there for 5 hours!!! Needless to say we walked out & will not be returning

Had work done here by Alex, turned out really scratchy, butchered the look of the whole tattoo, his line work, shading and body proportions are terrible. Not my first tattoo, more like my 10th. Got it touched up elsewhere, but still I have to get a few spots lasered off and THEN redone, the proportions of the figure are just too bad. 10/10 Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE! Me and my husband went in for tattoos & they talked us out of them. Very un welcoming place. Went on & on. At first it was alright but they went ON AND ON & WAYYYY OVER PRICED!!!!!!YOU NEVER TELL PEOPLE WHAT INK TO GET AND WHAT INK NOT TO GET!Plus they were all outside playing a game and all looked high as a kite.I WOULDNT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!Spend your money elsewhere.
