This is the only place I will go to for piercings!! Jenni is very knowledgeable and an absolute sweetheart. She made my piercing experience an excellent experience, and she listened and answered all of my questions while making sure I felt comfortable. She also provides very detailed after-care instructions that sets you up for success when your piercing is healing! I recommend her to absolutely anyone that wants a piercing. I was even greeted outside of her door before I walked into her shop!! (and her shop inside is beautiful!) People are really sleeping on her! If you do anything right it’s definitely coming here for your piercing!!

We were incredibly lucky due to a last minute cancellation, and were able to get my daughter’s ears re-pierced after that mall place didn’t do it properly. Jenni did a great job of helping my daughter feel comfortable and walking us through all of the follow-up stuff. My daughter has had ZERO issues, even though she battled a pretty bad infection and incredible pain the first time. My advice: don’t let a teenager use a gun to pierce your ears. Just let Jenni take care of it.

Secondly, we had such a wonderful experience, from the music, to the attentiveness, and top notch service that we received from Jenni. I was very well taken care of. I was anxious and she helped calm me down. The piercing itself was quick, she told me every step of way what would happen. I feel reassured of no infection because The Room was clean and aftercare was very clear. The piercing is exactly what I wanted! It looks great and I feel like myself again!

Had THE BEST experience with my daughter this afternoon! She’s actually had her ears pierced 2.5x before (all lobe piercings, long story), and each time was traumatic and she ended up just letting them close up and didn’t follow through. After today, she’s feeling super confident as she understands the process, and how to properly take care of her piercings. Although she was nervous going in, her anxiety subsided as the process was thoroughly explained in a way she understood. Thank you so much!

I was very nervous, I got two piercings, a navel and a helix, and it is the first piercing Ive gotten as an adult (two lobes as an infant). She talked me through the process and was very calm, which helped me immensely. The space was adorable, clean, and was such a safe space. I brought a friend for moral support who was able to stand in the doorway outside of the piercing room. A fantastic experience from the 1st contact with Jenni to the aftercare! My daughter had her nose pierced 2 weeks prior somewhere else. While cleaning it the stud came out and we where unable to put it back in. I reached out to Jenni and she got us in right away. This place is a definite 10/10! The piercer makes you feel super comfortable and takes you step by step. I would not recommend this place to anyone! This is the worst experience I have ever seen someone go through. A friend and myself talked our mutual into getting a septum piercing here to which she is now having to get surgically removed. The lady piercing our friend told us that she has a deep septum or you may have a deviated septum but I dont believe you do. Well, the lady did not stop from piercing our friend. As she laid in the piercing chair, the piercers hand was SHAKING trying to push the needle through her nose as she was using that much force . My friend was groaning in pain to the point where we had to turn around and not look out her getting pierced. Once the needle was through, there was blood everywhere. I have a lot of piercings myself and I have NEVER bled the way my friend did and neither has anyone else I know who has piercings. After 3 days, my friend who was recently pierced is having to go to the ER as the ball of the piercing has embedded its self in her nose and no one can get it out. The ER can not get it out and it will now need to be surgically removed all because this piercer did not stop when she met resistance when piercing my friends nose. The piercer should have taken note that her nose was not suited for a septum piercing when she told my friend that her septum was deep inside her nose! This is the worst experience I have EVER seen someone go through and I do not recommend this piercer for anyone. I believe she knew she messed up my friends piercing as she told her that when it heals in 8-10 months for her to come back to the shop and she will get free jewelry because the piercing was SO DEEP in her nose that you could not even see the balls dangling out of the nostrils. So yes, this is terrible and I hope no one uses this shop.

Just got my third lobes pierced today and she was amazing 10/10 experience she was very gentle and took her time to make sure that everything was perfect and it turned out to be perfect would definitely go back for future piercings and would definitely recommend
