The young lady did a good job piercing my daughters ears. However, when paying, they automatically put the cleanser on the bill and didnt ask or explain anything. After everything was paid for, proceeds to tell me I could use ANY kind of saline solution, BUT YOU JUST CHARGED ME $15 FOR YOURS!! I would have liked to have been asked, Would you like to purchase our cleanser? its just that simple. Also when a person chooses which piece of jewelery they want to be peirced with, dont tell the customer you dont recommend it, because why do u even sell it if you dont recommend it??

China did a great job piercing the ears of our baby girl! The earrings we wanted were out of stock, so China said she could have them shipped from another store. She took our phone number and called us within a week when the earrings arrived to the store. The piercing went smoothly and was done even and aligned across both ears. We are very happy with the baby ear piercing service China provided!

Do not go here for cartilage piercings!! My sister and I both went to get cartilage piercings in our ears. When we went the first time, we didn’t have enough time to wait. The second time, we got our piercings but they did both of our right ears’ incorrect and completely sideways. The third time we went, we stood there for 30 minutes and not a single employee was there. The cash register was on, lights were on, and no employees. The fourth time, we got our ears repierced but the piercer did mine incorrect again and then had to take it out and re-repierce it. They also use piercing guns which are more painful and less accurate. Next time, take your business to a tattoo parlor like we should have from the start.
