Easily one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve ever had. Josh’s space is super cool and cozy and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The quality of his work and the passion he has for what he does blew me away— I’ll absolutely be back.

Josh went above and beyond helping my sisters and me commemorate an amazing weekend. He presented multiple options for us and was very receptive to feedback in ensuring we received the highest quality design. He worked with each of us on placement. I have multiple tattoos, but he is the first artist that explained the different needles and why he used each one, making me feel fully involved in the entire process.The studio was clean and welcoming. He ensured each of us were comfortable brought the entire process.I highly recommend Jink Jam to anyone who is not just looking for a new tattoo but a memorable experience as well.I live in Northern Virginia and will happily drive back down to Raleigh for my future projects!

Josh is the best around! I’ve been lucky enough to have been getting tattooed by him from the start and love to see how far he’s come!Super dope atmosphere and always a great time. My tattoo experience with Josh was amazing! The space is warm, comfortable, and inviting. He is very intentional about creating an environment that is safe and respectful. He is an all around great human AND my tattoo is sicckkkkk and beautifully done. I am so glad to have gotten my first tattoo with him and will definitely be back.

Found out about Josh through a coworker who has some really cool and nicely done tattoos. When she mentioned that they were done by her friend who recently opened a studio I thought Id check it out as Id been interested in getting a tattoo but have been hesitant because I wasnt really sure what all it would entail. Joshs booking and design process, friendly and open demeanor, and the studio space itself took away any uncertainty I had about finally taking the plunge and getting my first tattoo. I was able to see a sketch of the design in advance and request changes, and he was very responsive. My tattoo came out beautiful and Im excited to get more in the future!

Josh did my first tattoo and what a great experience! He messaged with me through text and answered all the questions I had before booking. I was also able to bring a friend with me which was great. Josh’s space was very welcoming and clean. He opened all his tools in front of me, explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. He educated me on the after care for my new artwork and was open to me reaching out after my appointment if I had any questions or concerns. I would def recommend Josh to anyone that asked due to the care he provided. Thanks again so much for such a great first time experience.

Josh has been my tattoo artist for the past 3 years helping me fill in my daydreamer leg sleeve, as well as some other randoms, and I will never go to anyone else! He is so talented, warm, goofy and welcoming- it’s truly such a safe space for women looking to get tattoos. He goes above and beyond to make sure he explains every last detail of what he’s doing which gave me a lot of peace of mind when i was nervous. really can’t recommend him and his incredible art more! Giving 5-stars for the after care packet alone!! I typically leave studios with a little confusion as to how to properly care for my new tat but Josh did a great job of setting me up for success. Other than that, the whole experience from the sketch to the placement to the actual tattooing was super thorough and made me feel super comfortable and confident about the work I was getting done. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience. And that line work is crisp!! I’m already plotting my next tattoo, thanks Josh!!

Went and saw Josh for my first tattoo in 20 years. Id been searching for someone who does great quality work with fair pricing. I couldnt be happier with the result. Not only did he do an awesome job, but he was extremely personable with an amazing chill studio environment. Ive already sent him what I want to do for my next tattoo, and I cant wait to have him do that one as well.

My mom and I went to go get matching tattoos about 2 weeks ago. I could not have asked for a better experience. Josh is so genuine and is extremely personable. He was very considerate and one of his main goals was making sure that we felt comfortable, not only literally but also wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The studio was super cozy and was very clean. I will definitely be going back to get more work done by him!

Josh has been my tattoo artist for a couple years now. There is no one I trust with my creative vision more than him, he always overdelivers on my expectations! Plus, he’s always got good vibes between the lighting and the music :))) I get compliments on my patchwork sleeve all the time! He’s truly the bees knees 👍👍

Josh is a wonderful artist and just a stand up guy. He keeps the vibes up and is absolutely amazing at what he does. He also has incredibly fair prices (he could definitely be charging much more for his work) and he is very transparent with everything he does. I will definitely be coming back often. I’ve gotten two tattoos from Josh so far. His shop is a cozy vibe, and he makes me feel welcomed. Truly committed to providing a unique experience that you really don’t see in some of these bigger tattoo shops where you are more likely to be ignored/not given the space or personal attention you would expect from someone who’s putting permanent art on your body.He’s relatively new to the industry, but his skills get increasingly better with each piece, and I’ll continue to support him

Super chill dude with an awesome space. Very professional and his work is spot on. Makes you feel comfortable through the whole process especially in the drawing phase to make sure you get exactly what you want. I drove 4 hours away twice already for me and a friend could get pieces from him. He did not disappoint.Bonus: you can pick your own music while he tats(you better have good taste!)
