This is one of the nicest shops ive been to. Shaun has done two pieces for me in the past and both look amazing. Lines are clean, no blow outs and they healed beautifully. Easy to get along with and very welcoming. Tries his best to put people at ease. Shop is warm and inviting, not what you would expect from a tattoo shop. Love it! Oh wow…what a great space! I hadn’t been to see Shaun since he opened his new shop and I was blown away. Tons of space with privacy and it was super bright and clean. Love it. I’ve known Shaun since high school and have been getting tattooed by him since his early days in Wilmington. His work is always fantastic, which is why most of my body is covered in it. Definitely stoked to come back soon.

This is the best tattoo shop in Raleigh by far! I have several tattoos, large and small, that Ive gotten from a few different good shops in the Triangle area. But Raleigh Tattoo Company is definitely the cleanest, most professional, and most fun with awesome work to back all that up.Ive gotten a couple tattoos by Shaun specifically now and they were exactly what I wanted. Hes super fun to talk with, and has always been extremely fast at responding to any inquiries I have about tattoo ideas and possible appointment times. Hes very professional, but maintains being hilarious and outgoing/conversational throughout the whole tattoo experience, which Im sure is actually helpful for a lot of people who may be nervous about getting a tattoo/are scared of needles. His work is clean and very well-done, and again the actual shop is clean and well-designed as well; doesnt feel claustrophobic or grubby like some other shops Ive been to that still have good artists. The area is also a bonus with awesome nearby restaurants and bars if you wanted to make a day out of the whole experience.I definitely recommend Raleigh Tattoo Company if you want tremendous tattoos that will stand the test of time, while actually enjoying your tattoo experience. Shaun is the only artist I trust now for consistently outstanding, quality tattoos!

I discovered Shaun through his website, and ended up talking about the tattoo that I was interested in through email. I showed him a few different photosof the tattoo design and style I wanted and he said that he would draw up a tattoo for me. When my boyfriend and I arrived at the location, the tattoo he had drawn up was perfect and it was exactly how envisioned my dream tattoo! During the whole tattoo experience, however painful it was, I was actually very comfortable and calm due to Shauns great stories haha! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and my tattoo! His communication via email was on time and very well managed. His shop is pristine and sanitary. His practices during the tattoo process are sanitary and safe. I cannot say enough and found a dedicated artist to do all the work I am going to get over the years.

One of the most skilled tattoo artists on the east coast! Shaun is very easy to talk to about custom designs and is extremely detail oriented. The atmosphere is more like an art studio and extremely comfortable. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and will return soon!

I came to Raleigh Tattoo Company for a Sunday walk-in. My best friend and I were both tattooed by Jacob. I have a previous tattoo from many years ago but this was my friends first time and our experience could not have been better. Jacob was extremely informative and helped us craft the perfect matching tattoos. The shop was beautifully decorated, incredibly sanitary, and the perfect vibe. I am already obsessed with mine and will 100 percent be back for my next. I give both Jacob and Raleigh Tattoo Company a 10/10.

Hubby & me was exploring downtown Raleigh. Last minute we decided to get matching tatoo(s). The tatoo business was not open in the middle of the day. We thought they were open according to the sign on the door however the door was locked & the phone # was disconnected . The art inside was pretty nice but no one was @ home?
