Aaron is an extremely talented artist. He’s been kind enough to tattoo our entire family, and we drive from all over NC to see him for our tattoos. He’s so kind and always professional but personable. He’s honest about what he thinks will look best and his work is amazing!

HANDS DOWN OUR FAVORITE TATTOO SPOT!!! My little family will not go anywhere else... these people are like family to us! I have gotten 6 tattoos in 9 visits since August of 2022 by multiple artists there, and I love every single one of them(my tattoos and the artists).Revised: Now it is 7 tattoos in 10 visits!!! My beautiful birdies and first colored pieces.

I started my Lord of the rings cover up here last year. My full sleeve is nearly done and it turned out amazing.

Awesome artists. I personally use CHUƁS but Byron (owner) and other artists are Awesome.

The place was super clean and professional, and the staff was awesome—super friendly and polite. Byron did an amazing job with this watercolor tattoo, it came out far better than I had expected! Would highly recommend coming here 😇

Great people and great work. My most recent work was with Chubbs and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. You do have to schedule in advance for him as he is usually booked up, but hes 100% worth. He is a master tattoo guy. Ive had work there by Byron as well, and again, the work was and is 100% awesome. I highly recommend this place and look forward to getting more work done there.

The three stars are for my friend who has nothing but positive things to say about yall. When I was visiting Raleigh I asked about getting a tattoo, and she drove us straight to Warlocks. I was hoping to be in and out quickly, as I only wanted my friends initials tattooed on the inside of my finger.When we arrived at 4:00pm on Saturday March 23, the person at the front desk told me the shop wasnt comfortable doing hand tattoos. I know a lot of shops have rules about no hand or face tattoos as first tattoos. However, not only do I have tattoos on both my hands, but I have a set of initials like the one I was hoping to get on the other side of the same finger. Nonetheless, apparently it wasnt something the shop wanted to do because those tattoos dont heal well. Again, I can see the logic in that as a rule.So imagine my surprise when I was looking at tattoos online and stumbled upon multiple hand tattoos done at none other than Warlocks! One was even just the letter K going across the top of the persons hand.

Well managed, clean , respectful artists and their craft , what more could you want !!!, you will be in good hands at this established and long time community tattoo shop! Byron and staff are top notch! My Gorgeous tiny friend had many great cover ups and other various tattoos fixed and done here and her experiences were also great. Above and beyond !

Absolutely terrible. I called to get my tattoo removed 20 minutes after I left this shop. Not a single person I’ve shown this to can believe this work is actually acceptable. There’s no symmetry to the work, the lines that were gone over aren’t even in line with each other, I’m honestly embarrassed to walk around with it on my body. 0/10 recommend this place.

My husband, daughter and I went to Warlocks on 8/24 looking to get new tattoos. I cant say enough about this shop! Everyone was so friendly, the artists were amazing, the shop was super clean and their prices are ridiculously reasonable! We each have multiple tattoos and have been trying to find a new shop since we moved down here a little over a year ago. Im happy to say weve found a gem in Warlocks and cant wait to go back!! Shout out to Byron (watercolor daisy), Rich (pumpkin) and Al (crown) for the amazing work that you did. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!

Alex did an awesome biomech shoulder tattoo for me. He helped me realize it as I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted. It was an expensive tat, but you pay an artist what theyre worth.

Well my first tattoo ever. I was very nervous going into this. But Warlocks and the Tattoo Artist I had which was Ashlei was the best. Very professional and friendly and informative about everything. They are also very attention to detail which I like. I highly recommend this place for new people going in for their first tattoo or someone who wants a touch up or wants to get another tattoo. I will definitely will be back for future tattoos that I have in mind.

Everyone in my family(4) has received a tattoo from Warlocks..they are clean, friendly and very good. If l allow you to ink my kids you gotta be good. My new spot! Chubbs does awesome work. My last piece he put on, turned out better than I could imagine. True artistry at work here. Folks up front are nice and helpful. Even the Scotsman is tolerable, for the most part.

Byron is the best professional tattoo artist I’ve had perform on my body. He’s cool af. Down to earth, personable, holds a great conversation. Plays excellent music. And is my forever tattoo artist now.. I’d recommend to anyone. This is my 13th one. First of many by him… reasonable prices too.

I was in the Raleigh area for a few days & decided I wanted to feel at home at a tattoo shop. I called Warlocks & to my surprise they were able to get me in the same day! Me and my fiance went to warlocks tonight and have the owner Bryon tattoo us each some artwork. We both a more than happy with the work that came out. He charged us less than hed originally quoted and he was by far theeee most professional artist Ive had the pleasure of being worked on by. 200% recommend them. You wont be upset.

Me and my wife went on 7/10/21 to get couple tattoos. We were scheduled with Bryan to be our artist. I tell you folks this man is simple Awesome, this is the only way to describe him, his work and personality. He will be my artist I call on for now on. Great job Bryan we love our tattoos!!

Bill did a great job with me and my partners tattoos. They both were pretty simple, but mine included some cherries. Bill suggested a way to do the coloring which turned out perfect.The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.10/10 definitely recommend!

Large, clean and very professional. I have 8 tattoos and this is my favorite. 5 1/2 hours. Pricing is where it should be for the artists here. They take temp, provide hand sanitizer, and are well aware of the proper protocols. Ill be returning for my next piece!

Local Friendly non-poser tattoo shop.Had a nice piece done today with my brother. Everyone we interacted with was great, they obviously enjoy their jobs and understand customer service. I had some work done by Al, AWESOME work, extremely happy with the result.Brother had Greg do his, again AWESOME work! See you again soon!

For as much as bryan was hyping himself up i was expecting much more of a finished or clean tattoo. this was my first tattoo and i asked for the master sword from legend of zelda. he showed me his sketch he came up with and i loved it. came in for my appointment and all was going well but when i looked down at the finished product, the sword was half finished/shaded. the lines were sloppy. and 2 days later i only had bruising on the unfinished blade… each artist i went to about this swore it was purple ink cause of the placement of the “bruising”… would not recommend and the new artist i went to today to fix bryans mistake did a fantastic job. everything was done how it should have been the first time. the photo i added is the unfinished product.

This is a really nice shop - it is set up beautifully with separate rooms for each artist so you have privacy and feel safe. Very clean, very well organized, and great communication. Our artist was Tory, and our experience couldnt have been better. On the fly, he took our poor explanation of the idea and created exactly what we wanted. Tory is also the most gentle, light-handed artist I have ever been to.

I had my first tattoo done recently, and Ashlei was wonderful. Responsive to emails in the planning stages of the tattoo and answered all my questions. The tattoo experience was good, I never felt intimidated, and Ashlei was very pleasant. I am very happy with the final result, it looks great!

Went for matching tats with my sister-in-law while I was in town visiting and couldnt have asked for a better experience! Everyone in the shop was so nice, our artist Ernie was cool as hell and did an awesome job!! We will definitely be back for more. Thank you Warlock crew 🤘

The staff at warlocks is amazing. I did a lot of research before getting my first tattoo and couldn’t have been happier with choosing Warlocks… I have nothing but great things to say. I worked with Ashlei and hands down is the most dedicated artist to her work. She takes her time to make sure her work is something she would wear herself. The amount of detail she puts into it and also the time is unmatched. I’m currently working on my half sleeve with her which was my first and she was amazing at explaining the process and what all would be involved in the aftercare. I highly recommend her for any work you’re looking to have done.

Got my first tattoo there by Johnny 2-Times. He did an EXCELLENT job and I cant wait to go back for session 2 (coloring). I highly recommend this place for anyone interested.Edit: The tattoo is officially finished and I have got to say I couldnt be happier! I love this place and recommend all of my friends to go there for when they get their tattoos.

I had a wonderful experience today with Ella, she was very sweet and patient with me. I really appreciated that she checked in on me periodically to see if I needed a break. Every staff member that I encountered was polite and helpful, I will definitely be getting more tattoos here. :)

Best tattoo place i’ve ever been to. Extremely clean and spacious. Took me as a walk in and the staff were honest and super helpful. Got my tattoo done by Bryan. He was a stand up man, great attitude, so kind, and did my tattoo exactly how I wanted. He was great to talk to and is very experienced. What I came in wanting wasn’t something that could be managed over time and he was super professional and kind, even showed me other pictures and gave me other options. I will be back.

Ive been wanting a tattoo like this for years and was finally ready. Ive lived here a while and Warlocks is well known in the area so I gave them a call and Deborah was super helpful at getting me a consult with Bryan. Within a day or so Id showed him a bunch of random ideas I had and within a day of that, hed drawn up a beautiful image incorporating all of my ideas exactly how Id pictured it and set up the appointment. He was friendly and funny and did an excellent job, even offered a free touch-up after a little fading during healing. Definitely recommend Bryan and Warlocks, everyone I met was nice, helpful, and professional.

Ella was the best tattoo artist for my first tattoo. She was very patient with me while I tried to figure out the size and placement of the tattoo. I was so comfortable in the chair, I almost fell asleep. Most importantly, the tattoo is beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I’ve been three separate times and worked with two different artists on some tattoos. My first one needed a small touch up that they did at no charge and my others have been great! Ernie is very talented and is dedicated to doing it right. He changed some parts of my last ones to make it look better and I’m so glad I trusted his art as it looks amazing. Ashlei is very kind and also pays close attention to detail. Prices are done by hour and are fair for the work they put out. My lifetime pieces are clean and clear and I didn’t mind the prices as they are competitive with other shops and are fair for the quality. Great shops for first-timers as well as returners.

I recently had an appointment with Byron, who was able to repair existing tattoos to better condition and making me love them even more! He also created two new tattoos which really captured what I wanted to express! I had my first tattoo done at Warlocks, then a couple more elsewhere, which were made perfect by Byron. Choosing Warlocks is the best choice for great tattoos!

Only place you should even consider to get a custom tattoo. Aaron is absolutely amazing, easy to communicate ideas to and continually asks for your opinion. He was quick but quality never suffered, just really good at what he does! I love my piece and will definitely be back to continue it!

My daughter Ashleigh and I have been getting tattooed by Byron Wallace for the past 28 years. We have always had great experiences with this awesome artist. When you walk into his shop, you can literally eat off of the floors. The shop is this clean. Byrons staff is very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. My daughter and I will only be tattooed by this national award winner.

Had my first tattoo today. Warlocks had been recommended by a coworker. The facility was clean and the staff was super friendly. Made an appointment for a nostril & septum piercing, the lady that let me in was very sweet! Then i met my piercer Jaime, he was so kind and friendly!! he walked me through every step and explained everything to me. I wasn’t nervous at all but if i had been he would’ve put my nerves to ease immediately! The shop was very clean and welcoming, there is a large selection of jewelry. This was the most EXCELLENT experience i have ever had at a piercing shop and i couldn’t recommend them enough!!! 😍

Just got my industrial done at this place and I am in love with it! My best friend who is very particular on where she gets her piercings done highly recommended this place to me due to their professionalism, clean atmosphere and high quality jewelry. I was really nervous going in but Sabrina was an absolute gem. She walked me through the entire process and was very thorough with the aftercare instructions. Got my first tattoo here. It was very special to me because it was in remembrance of my son who past away in 2016. I have to say I was blown away. The staff was so kind and welcoming. This was the location of my first tattoo, and it was an AMAZING experience! The staff is quick to cater to your wants, and they try to leave as much time open for walk-ins as possible! Bill was the artist who took care of me, and his work is exquisite! My family from Boone came all the way to Raleigh just for Warlocks! Do yourself and favor; cancel your appointment wherever else it is and head into Warlocks!-Update: I have since gone back to Warlocks for my second tattoo, done once again by Bill, and it was again a wonderful experience. The artists at Warlocks are incredibly friendly, open to answer whatever questions you may have, and care about the creativity/meaning behind each piece they do. I plan to return here for tattoo #3 in the future, and suggest that you do the same, no matter what tattoo youre on!

Awesome ExperienceI went in this past Friday and Sabrina, the piercer, was great. She spent a lot of time with me and answered my questions. She informed me that I could get my nose pierced close to the original spot. Their selection of jewelry was great as well. I went back on Sunday and because I was scared , I waited two hours. Let me tell you, she was patient and caring. She explained everything she did step by step and everything was sterilized. She made me feel very comfortable and it was over so quickly. What I like about her is that she schedules a follow up and she is affiliated with APP. I will only go to her if I get another piercing in the future. Thank you Sabrina for everything, I love my piercing!!

My tattoo experience of Warlocks was fantastic!!! my artist Byron did an amazing job on mine as well as my two other friends tattoos! made great conversation and overall was a great experience, very clean, very precise and for a good cost. Would 10/10 recommend going there.

Fast, professional, friendly. My tattoo artist was Ernie. Granted, my tattoo was extremely simple, but still. Im reviewing now since I may forget later, but I imagine itll heal up fine.

I was lucky enough to be pierced by Anthony today, and it was the best experience ever. Very, very professional, and knows his stuff. He had to spend a little extra time with me so that we could make the piercing work, as well as look great. He was so awesome. Already planning my next piercing with him.

I have gotten 2 piercings here and 3 of my 5 tattoos. The artist, Ernie, is incredible. Great eye for detail and fun to talk to. Hes very fast and knowledgeable as well. The tattoo he did for me 5 years ago has lasted and still looks really good. Just went there a few weeks ago to get my thigh piece and it was just as clean and professional as I recall.

I went with a friend who was getting a back piece done. Ive never been to such a beautiful tattoo shop!! It is bright and welcoming. The entire place is pristine -- cleaner than some health clinics Ive visited in the past. The staff are super friendly and very professional. I dont have any tattoos but have been thinking of getting some. My experience watching her artist (Byron) do her piece was AMAZING. These guys are real artists and their work is impressive. Went in today for my very first tattoo and had a wonderful experience. Byron did my tattoo and made sure everything was just how I wanted it and even gave me suggestions on placement to make the tattoo look even better. I was nervous, but he laughed and joked with me throughout the whole appointment and I was so distracted I barely felt anything! I will definitely be coming back for my next tattoo and I am so so in love with the way my first tattoo turned out!! This place is the best!!

It was fate that I walked in at noon this week when they opened and Ernie was able to draw my tattoo in a couple of minutes and was finished the next hour! I have had so many compliments and recommend Warlocks. Their entire staff was awesome and made me feel like a valued customer. The artists are top notch at a very affordable price! Cant wait to get my next tattoo from Warlocks.

Went yesterday and got an awesome tattoo from Byron! He was great from start to finish! Everyone loves my memorial piece!

I called on a Sunday hoping they could fit me in the same day (yeah--Im that person) for a smallish handwritten tattoo on my shoulder. Byron was my artist, and he was fantastic! He was careful to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it, very fast, and gentle. (I was so comfortable I probably could have fallen asleep on the table.) In addition, this tatt is healing SO much better than one I got elsewhere a few years back. Warlocks customer service was awesome from start to finish, and the two staff I met that day were both so sweet. The shop is nice & extremely clean, and the price I paid was very reasonable.

Ernie went out of his way to do my simple walk in tattoo even though he had an appointment who was a little late, great customer service and the building itself and the waiting area is really nice. I didn’t catch her name but the woman behind the counter was awesome and you could tell she knew what she was talking about. If you’re nice and respectful they will be too. Respect is not a right, if you’re not willing to give it, dont expect to receive it (a note for all of you reviewers in general). They do walk ins here or you can make an appointment but either way it doesn’t seem like a terribly long wait. Thank you for the new tattoo! I love it ♥️

Byron has been my artist for over 20 years. Mind you I only have 5 tattoos so I am not in the shop often. However when I went in yesterday there he sat, knowing exactly who I was and was ready to do some ink for me. This trip was so special as my son and I were getting tattoos to represent my survival of a ruptured brain aneurysm 10 years ago. It was my sons first tattoo and it was such a great bonding experience for us after such a rough recovery and facing the unknown going forward. Byron was funny as always, detailed, understanding and all around wonderful. I am so grateful he was able to do my sons tattoo. Its a clean well maintained shop. All the staff members were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I wouldnt ever think of going anywhere else!

Being new to the area I took the time to read reviews and saw that this place looked great. Everyone was friendly and it was a good environment. However, my tattoo didn’t come out at all how I wanted it and am embarrassed by it. It felt rushed and no artistry seemed to be involved. The lines are not straight and are messy too. This wasn’t my first tattoo and I knew the pattern could have been done appropriately, but it was not. Next time I visit Charlotte I am going to have it fixed there instead.

L got my first tattoo done here and they were so efficient . l had a walk in appointment and l was in and out so fast . The guy, Ernie, was very nice as he did my tattoo. My adrenaline lead me to passing out and they were soooooo helpful and nice to make sure l was okay. It genuinely felt the money didn’t matter to them but my health and happiness was their prime focus. He offered to finish the last little bit left . And told me to be safe and if anything happens give them a call. Would definitely recommend

These guys are very professional and the studio is super clean. My artist, Bryon, has lots of awards displayed and this made me very comfortable. He was fast and did a great touch-up on a tattoo that I got from another artist in Georgia.Im very satisfied with the results and I will visit them again soon for a new piece.

Me and my best friend Alexis went to Warlocks to get her nose pierced. They were very professional and very friendly. You can’t go to get a piercing thinking it won’t hurt. But they reassured her that there was nothing to worry about and that she would just feel a slight pinch. It was very easy and very quick. We will definitely be coming back here again! We are thinking about getting curated consolation piercings. These people were amazing and they made us feel at home.

Ashlei is amazing as is the whole team at Warlock. So happy with the work I had done. They are true professionals. You are made to feel very comfortable and looked after. It’s very clean and personable. I won’t go anywhere else. Can’t wait to get started on my next tat. Totally recommend.

If I could give them ten stars I would! I love this place! Ive been to quite a few tattoo parlors and warlocks is the best in the area! I love getting work done by Ernie; he did my first tattoo almost 15 years ago and just added to it recently. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. As Ive stated I have been to other shops in the area as well as Greensboro, Asheville and Fayetteville but they dont feel like home like Warlocks. Got my first tattoo from warlocks in 1998. Ill keep going back. Just a small one today but the experience was great.

The place looks great, so sanitized and they do accept people by appointment only and the door is always locked so no crowd at all ! Anthony took good care of me and gave me the nose piercing I was dreaming of in seconds! Definitely will be his client forever. I felt absolutely no pain during or after. Love it.

I have two tattoos and two piercings both done at Warlocks. My first tattoo is a flower that isnt exactly what I wanted, but was done well and healed well. Dont let this deter you as any GOOD artist (which all of Warlocks artists are) will not copy artwork found online exactly and will rather draw their own rendeition. My other is lettering that I am so so so happy with. Both times I was talked through the process, asked questions about myself and my tattoos, and made comfortable. Quick, easy, and painless. I was also given very reasonable prices. The piercing experience is also phenomenal. Piercings were quick and as painless as possible. Piercings at this shop do come with a pretty penny, but keep in mind the staff here has the highest level of training and using the highest level of jewelry. They also have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. The facility is clean, professional, friendly, and welcoming.

My friends and I had appointments last week and we had a great experience. The shop is clean and the staff are super helpful. My tattoo artist was Bill and he did an amazing job. My NYC marathon tattoo came out fantastic and everyone has commented how great it looks. Im 100% satisfied! Ill definitely be back and I would recommend Warlocks to everyone.

Absolutely the most amazing tattoo experience I’ve ever had!!!!! My tattoo came out fab-freaking-tastic and my artist Byron was so much fun to talk too, he took wonderful care of me. I could not have asked for anything to be better. He gave me exactly what I asked for and gave me suggestions on colors I might like that would work better. I don’t want to go anywhere else ever again!

First off, the place is super clean and everyone is friendly and humorous! I got a tattoo from Julio and he always let me know what he was doing, it was very quick, the price was definitely reasonable and the tattoo was executed perfectly. My aunt and cousin went after me and we all have nothing but good things to say about Julio and the shop as a whole.

This is the most professional tattoo shop I have ever been in. My brother and I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Byron. He is an awesome guy. In his 38 years in the business he has won multiple awards for his work and it was plain to see why. He is straight forward and entertaining at the same time. It was my first time getting a tattoo done. John made it so easy and smooth! He’s friendly and really an amazing artist.. he is a perfectionist who gets into every detail.. highly highly highly recommend going to him. The place is also very neat, clean and the equipments are sterilized and they use a new needle, opened in front of you!

Loved our experience here. Easily the best looking tattoo shop Ive been in, and incredibly friendly staff. You can tell immediately after walking in that the place is well taken care of. Warlocks always has friendly staff as well as up to date knowledge on piercings. I have had all but 1 of my tattoos there. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. Their work areas are always clean and sanitized before starting any tattoo or piercing.

Went on a Sunday to get a cartilage piercing and waited about 45 min without anyone taking our name or recognizing that there were several ppl in line waiting. We finally left and came back the next day. It was definitely less busy and we were greeted immediately. The attention to detail and cleanliness was awesome and we will definitely be back for more work just not on a weekend. Thanks!

Ive gotten all my tattoos and piercings done here and wouldnt change a thing! Knowledgeable staff and the piercers make you feel very comfortable and wont do anything without showing you or telling you what Im going to do first eased my mind a lot to hear that.Tattoo artists are very talented and helpful with drafting, changing and placement of the tattoos, not to mention funny, friendly and personable. I went in for a genital piercing and was helped by Sabrina. I had never done anything like this before so I was quite nervous to say the least. Her and the lady working behind the counter were very informative and comforting and during the procedure were both extremely professional and made the experience not only memorable but enjoyable. If you want excellent service professionalism and quality I would highly recommend her services.

Environment is clean and friendly. Ive had a few piercings and one tattoo (from Julio) done here with no problems. Only giving 3 stars instead of 5 because they recently shut down the piercing side, which was my favorite part, and hours posted are inaccurate. My wife has had 2 tattoos from Julio that are well done and she loves them. Call beforehand!! If your just show up, you are likely to not be fit in that day.

I already have quite a few tattoos, but after moving to the area it was hard feeling out shops for my next tattoo. After seeing the cleanliness of the shop, the professional demeanor and great advice of these guys, i was sold. The great prices was just a plus. Quality work at a very affordable price. Ive since gotten 2 here including a concert- up. They listened to my needs and wants and the end product was better than i had thought it would be. The shop usually isnt too busy when Ive gone in. Every time Ive gone for myself or brought in a friend for some new ink, Ive waited no longer than an hour until they or i was seated and starting. Great for walk-ins, and they do take appointments. Keep up the great work guys!

I had an amazing experience here. My artist was Julio but everyone who works here is fantastic. I got lettering done on my ribs and Julio not only did a fantastic job on my tattoo but was extremely accommodating. It was my first tattoo and I was really nervous but he managed to talk me through it and carefully explained everything. The staff who work the front desk are amazing as well.

I have been going to Warlocks for years and Im typically not one to complain, but this latest trip confirms I will NEVER return and I hope you guys dont spend your time or money there either. I will spare you the whole story because that would take too long to write. Lets just say my tattoo is horribly done (its only text and a kid could have written the text better), the management of this place is absolutely horrible, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable with Bryan, the owner of the place. They tried to charge me without considering my deposit, they stuck me with an artist that I didnt have the consultation with, and they didnt even have the right artwork prepared for my appointment. They made me sign the liability waiver before I even got to see the tattoo design. Cannot wait to get a touchup and I certainly wont be going here. This was one of the worst appointments I have ever had. EDIT: I would also like to add they asked me to ask my friend to give me $50 instead of them just giving me back my $50 security deposit. Bad business!

After careful consideration regarding choosing a tattoo artist, I chose Samantha at Warlocks Tattoo to do my sleeve, which required covering three existing tattoos. I told her what I wanted and she sent me a sketch which was pretty much spot on. She listened to my needs and delivered in every way. Samantha went above and beyond during my experience with her and I could not be more pleased with my results. She works quickly and the detail is incredible. Samantha is a true artist and I left my tattoo to her creativity and did not interfere with what she wanted to do. I believe that trusting her to make the choices allowed her to give me the best work of art possible. Thank you, Sam, for your amazing work! I have several tattoos from several different artists at warlocks and overall the experience is top notch. The first thing you notice is the very clean and sleek design of the shop. The staff is a great group and all are very talented. I have a cross done by Byron that is beautiful but my favorite piece is one done by Johnny which is a black and white skyline of new york and he knocked the piece out of the park. All the work exceeds my hopes and the price is just as great. Easily the best shop in the raleigh area.

Fantastic experience all around. Walking in, I could smell how clean it was. I was helped right away and didn’t even wait 5 minutes before I was called back. Bill did an amazing job on my tattoo. I had a custom design and he could not have done a better job. I am so happy with it. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I went with my daughter (7) to get her ears pierced. They were awesome! Debban & Casey were friendly, patient, & terrific with my daughter!! Ive been going here for about 15 years for my tattoos & have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had an amazing experience with Anthony!! He is so kind, professional, friendly, and keeps the process healthy and clean. Even tho I got an infection (from a mistake of my own), he kindly replied to my messages on Instagram in a timely manner and helped me calm down and get thru the infection. Piercings were done neatly and with incredible placement. Absolutely amazing job! I would go back to him any day!!!! Totally worth it!!

I took my 17 yr old daughter to get her belly pierced While we were here visiting for the holidays from Florida... we googled places and Blue Flame came up with great reviews and I have to say they were accurate! Place was nice and clean, great friendly service from the front desk reception to the lady that did the piercing! And the best part was the lady that did her piercing was so good my very nervous daughter didn’t feel a thing!! Not one damn thing... Amazing!! She couldn’t believe she had done anything until she looked in the mirror💖

I got my first tattoo done here by Byron. Honestly it was an awful experience. He showed me what he was going to put on me and slapped it on. The lines are not straight and the shading was not done well at all. I would never get tattooed there again. However, I went in to get some jewelry upgrades done and had a great experience. The piercer worked with me to give me the best jewelry for my piercings. She taught me so much about piercing and piercing jewelry. Would go back to get pierced.

Place was very clean in appearance having never been to a tattoo parlor before. Service was friendly and the people I worked with seemed to care about what customer wanted and listened to you to give you what you are looking for. I feel my tattoo artist Bill is quite intuitive in what I was looking for and gave me a very cool animal tattoo, that I am very proud of. Very cool Bill. Thanks dude.

Absolutely loved getting my nose pierced here. I was worried about getting it pierced but I could not have been happier with the results. They are extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the placement. I felt just a little pinch the with needle and that was all. I had several piercings done here and here is what I discovered. First, the knowledge and professionalism with piercings is outstanding. Their knowledge gives you the most confidence that you are in the right place with the right people. Now the part I find even more impressive is the amount of care afterwards. They want you to come back so they can assure healing is proper. They actually care about the progress of healing of their work. They are nothing short of amazing and with every penny. To top everything off, their prices are very reasonable and quality of the jewelery is great.

I have gotten every tattoo Ive ever had at warlocks . (7 total: The first five being from ernie and the most recent ones being from tori) I cannot say enough positive things or give any amount of praise that would even come close to doing proper justice on the masterpieces these guys have inked onto me . they are always super patient and professional while remaining non judgemental and and only offering critique when they see fit , with the best interests of the client and the integrity of the tattoo itself in mind . I can say that Ernie is the man you wanna contact for tattoos of animals , pet portraits, and realism styles, though he is also amazing at ither stles as well as just bring the man overall ...)while tori is the artist you should deff request for anything cartoons, anime, video games related) Im sure all the other artists there are equally as amazing , I just have yet to work with them. There is a reason Ive gotten all my tattoos in one spot....they simply are the best.

Recently went in to get my septum pierced. This is the second piercing I have gotten by Mark at Warlocks. The entire studio is extremely clean. Mark is very nice and professional. I absolutely trust him to pierce me in the future. Very reasonable prices for the quality of service as well as the quality of jewelry. I highly recommend Warlocks to anyone who is considering getting a piercing done. Ill definitely be back to see Mark for my next piercing. I got my septum pierced here three weeks ago, the piercing was fantastic, but the jewelry was too small. At the time of the piercing, neither me or the piercer knew it until it started digging into my nose a few days later.I made an appointment to go back a week after having it done and was treated seriously and with care. I wont go into specifics of how they fixed my piercing, but I walked away with new jewelry that better suited my nose, the pain/swelling went down dramtically, and told to simply call back should I have issues.I am still giving them five stars because I have gone there every week since my piercing to ensure my septum was healing right, and Anthony has always remembered me, answered any/all of my questions without attitude, and never shifted blame on me for the piercing not working the first time. This week, I went back because I knocked a ball out of my jewelery (completely my fault), Anthony had no problem putting it back in for me. Should I get any other type of piercing done, I will go here. They are clean, professional, informative, and take care of their clients.

I absolutely love and trust this place! I came here for my nose piercing and two tattoos, and I’ve been very happy each time! The staff is super friendly and the work they do there is incredible! I wouldn’t go to any other tattoo shop. Yes, they’re expensive, but it’s absolutely worth it for the work they do. I’ll be back for more tattoos (and possibly piercings) in the future for sure!! I took my 9 year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jamie was her Professional Piercer, and when I called with my questions he put me at ease, telling me about their high standards of safety, APP (Association of Professional Piercers) Certification, and that he has been doing piercings for over twenty years. I had to present my daughters birth certificate, another form of ID for my daughter, and my own ID in order to prove she was my child so that he would pierce her ears. Jamie was very professional and it was clear from our experience that with every piercing he upholds the highest standards of safety. My daughter was naturally nervous, but really wanted to follow through with the piercing and overcome her anxiety. Jamie was calm and spoke directly yet gently to her, not rushing her and making sure she understood that this was her decision and that she could always change her mind. This made me and my daughter feel that this truly was her decision. Her ears, her choice. He walked us through everything he was doing, and we found the sanitation process of her earrings and piercing equipment very interesting, and relieving. (Before he pierced her ears we had evidence, through their standard procedures, that everything was sanitized properly.) When the piercings were done he made my daughter feel very special and proud, like it was a celebration. Our experience at Warlocks was not just about getting my daughters ears pierced. It was about the meaning behind making that choice for herself: that she takes ownership of her body - - to love and respect it, and make smart choices about its care. We felt completely safe at Warlocks and under Jamies care and expertise and are thankful for the experience.

Today was my husband and Is 5 year anniversary. We decided to get matching tattoos to celebrate. I called in advance to make our appointment. Spoke with Deborah made an appointment for 6, then changed it to 3:15 then agian to 3:30. Every time I called to change the time I spoke with Deborah. She was always pleasant and understanding. When we got to the shop we were assisted by Ashley. She was quick and her work was excellent. She was also very friendly, she made us feel as we were visiting an old friend.

Im from out of state, so finding a good tattoo shop on my own, was a little intimidating. After stumbling upon Warlocks, I decided to check them out in person. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful while busy, but I was able to get my appointment the next day (today). Ashlei did an amazing job on the most important tattoo I have to date, charged reasonably, is professional, and friendly. Ill gladly refer people to Warlocks and come back for another tattoo.

I went here on my birthday, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment. I got five piercings in one day; my rook, conch, helix, and my 3rd & 4th lobe. Anthony was my piercer, and I could not recommend him enough! He was so incredibly thorough in the sterilization process, and very precise marking where the piercings would go (the purple you see in the photos is just the marker not any redness/infection). His quickness and efficiency made it much less painful than I thought it would be in my opinion. He updated me on everything he was doing, and was also very patient in the million questions I asked lol. Anthony was so knowledgable, kind, funny, and it really got rid of any nervousness I had. Could not recommend this place enough, cant wait for my follow up in 6 weeks :)

Ive been going to warlocks since 2000. They have great artists, great piercers, and I just generally like the people. Ive been to other shops with friends and couldnt get the artists to talk with me. This is a good crew. And I have to mention my artist Julio. Hes been doing my work for the last 5 or 6 years. Just an all around great guy and does impressive​ work.TEAM JULIO!

Ernie was patient and very kind to my 18 year old niece, who was getting her first tattoo. He has inked my husband and I as well. Byron is great too along with MJ who did an amazing cover up for me.Also, the piercer (I cannot remember her name) was great as well with my industrial piercing I just got. Thanks everyone!!

In one word: Perfect!I went in over the weekend to have my Daith & Helix (parts of the ear) pierced. The experience was ideal. Richard was professional and took his time answering all my questions and addressed all my concerns. (I have a metal allergy so I was a little concerned) He was knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He suggested what he thought would work best for each location but I felt no pressure – he left the final decisions up to me.My husband and I both have tattoos from Warlocks, that experience was excellent also. The cleanliness of the facility and effort they put into a safe, sterile environment for their clients is evident from when you first walk in.I highly recommend them to everyone.

This is my second time coming to Warlocks and I am in love with this place. The artists here are welcoming and kind. Ashlei made my experience fun and enjoyable. Plus my tattoo came out badass. She made the drawing exactly how I pictured it in my mind and did not hesitate to give her advise to ensure that the tattoo would come out amazing. When I did not understand some of the concepts she was explaining to me she would pull up pictures as examples to better help me and my idea. I am definitely coming back to Warlocks for her.

Visited Warlocks today for a watercolor tattoo done by Byron. As always, it was an amazing experience, even in the middle of a pandemic. Byron and staff always go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Not only did Byron do an fantastic job on my newest addition, but he also made changes to the design that would improve the overall appearance. I got a cartilage piercing there this weekend and I absolutely loved my experience! Ive had one cartilage piercing in the past and it ended up being a bad experience, so it wouldnt have taken much to be better, but Warlocks went above and beyond my expectations! I loved everything from the process to the piercing to the earring itself, especially how much I was talked through everything. I would definitely come here again if I wanted another piercing!

Brilliant experience! Initially I emailed with Deborah to check if they could accommodate my 4yo. She was polite, friendly, and very clear with their policies. Took my daughter for her ear piercing on Friday. We were helped by Kayli upfront, and then she helped with Danny for the piercing. The place was more sterile than a doctors office! And they were great with helping my daughter feel at ease. Both Danny an Kayli have fantastic personalities! They did both ears at the same time and with my daughter counting down. Absolutely incredible! It is a proper barrel piercing as well! Which means I dont have to worry about loose butterfly backs or twisting. There was no blood, and it was over and done with before she even had a chance to shed a tear! She is so happy! Has shown EVERYONE weve met since Friday! Cannot thank you enough!!!!!!

My family have been going to Walocks for years. Aaron is our second artist weve used at Warlocks and he did a fantastic on my leg tattoo. Hubby will be getting Aaron to redesign and older tattoo in a couple of weeks. FYI we travel from VA to get all our tattoos done.

Went to see Ashlie for a tattoo on my forearm. After a brief consultation and a couple of design changes, she was very patient and professional throughout the entire process, and did an incredible job with tons of detail. Couldnt be happier with how it turned out. Will definitely be going back for any other work in the future.

This place is awful. My friend went for a small tattoo on the back of her neck (a single line drawing crown tattoo). The tattoo has absolutely NO attention to detail. The lines are not correct at all and are over lapping each other. It is now scabbing and she is humiliated by it. The artists name was Julio and if this is his “everyday work”, he does not need to be an artist at all. She will now have to save up for scar treatment and laser removal. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Recently went in to get a tattoo of my zodiac constellation. I’ve been coming here for years and refuse to be tattooed anyplace else. Mike did my tattoo this time and he was wonderful. He was very nice and made helpful suggestions on how to make my tattoo look good for years to come. I highly recommend Warlocks to anyone who is considering getting a tattoo.

I have been coming to this shop for 7 years. I have gotten almost all of my piercing done here (although they no longer offer piercing) and just recently got my first tattoo. Both my boyfriend and I where tattooed by Ashlei and are in love with the results. She is truely talented and created something we both carish forever.

I and my family have gone to this parlor for no less than seven tattoos and two piercings collectively for the past decade and we have yet to have a bad experience - top notch in everything from customer service and communication to final art result. I’ve gone to Warlock tattoo a couple of times, my most recent experience with Byron was my best since I wanted to get a vine tattoo that I had on my hand from two years ago improved and he did that by adding on to the vine freehand without a stencil and it came out amazing!! Definitely recommend him as an artist 💯!!

I have been to Warlocks for several tattoos and have seen a couple artists there. Ernie Rose did my first back in 2006 and it still looks great. Lately Braden Long and I have been working on a memorial sleeve for my girlfriend Jolene who passed away June 27,2015. I am so glad I chose him to do this very important piece for me and I couldnt think of anyone else Id rather have travel this journey with me. A piece like this is more than just a tattoo, its a story and a once in a lifetime way to honor the memory of someone I thought Id spend the rest of my life with. Braden has been very helpful in helping me choose and design the best of the best for my sweet Jolenes tattoo sleeve! He is very talented, super nice and funny as hell. These guys are like family now and I would recommend them to anyone I know. They are top notch in my opinion, the shop is clean and everyone there has been friendly every time Ive been there. Please dont hesitate to call or stop by their shop anytime. They definitely have someone there that will be the right fit for what you want and they are all willing to help you with everything involved. This is a piece of artwork you will wear for the rest of your life so you should make sure it is what you want and that you have a talented artist do it so the end result is something you will love to have and show to others. Dont judge an artist only by their price when it comes to tattooing because usually cheaper isnt better and it shows! That being said the prices are very reasonable here, & inline with other quality shops in the area. Before you get your permanent body art be sure to look at what that artist has done in person if you can so you can really see the quality and commitment that they put into it! On my way for my THIRD tattoo, the staff here are incredible. Ive been going to Bill for my tattoos (personal preference) but you cant go wrong with any of their artists. Staff is extremely polite and helpful and make you feel at home upon arrival. Highly recommend for tattoos/piercings!

So I went to warlock tattoos back in June of 2017 to get an armband done. I ended up going to a tattoo artist named Rich, he was a very friendly and nice man. The store was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. So when I got the outline done for my armband the lines were very shaky and a lot of the ink used was very faded. Even for an outline the lines are usually suppose to be clean and straight. So I ended up waiting roughly around 2-3 weeks to get a touch up and when I finally went for my appointment with Rich I ended up waiting 45 minutes to actually get it done because he was dealing with other people and when I finally got my time with Rich, after driving an hour their he told me he didnt have time to fix the outline so I ended up getting a firm outline on the top of my armband done and even then the lines still werent straight. In all, I wouldnt advise going to see Rich, Im gonna have to pay two to three times more money to actually get the outline fixed and get all the detail work done.

I’ve had small-to-medium tattoos done in three of the “high end” hipster-ish shops in Raleigh and Durham (plus three in foreign countries), and my experiences at Warlocks were by far the best. Everyone was super friendly and easygoing, the artists work hard to make sure it’s exactly what you want, and they‘re not condescending about your ideas (which I’ve definitely experienced at other shops). They’re great about trying NOT to overcharge for the art you’re getting, accommodate walk-ins quickly, and most importantly the artwork is gorgeous. If I have any room for another tattoo I’ll definitely be going to Warlocks!

I had my first tattoo done here today and I would absolutely recommend Warlocks to anyone! Byron made me feel comfortable the whole time and talked me through it. I was super nervous but he made sure everything was going to be okay. Work came out amazing. 10/10!!!!!

Me and my boyfriend made an appointment today for both of our tattoos. I wanted a simple queen of spades symbol behind my ear and he got a medium sized “619” on the inside of his left bicep. We arrived to a very clean and well kept establishment with smiling faces greeting us at the door. I immediately felt welcomed and we started talking with our artist, John. He helped us tremendously with deciding how we wanted our pieces done and went above and beyond! He was extremely professional and had a fantastic music playlist (even a couple comedy skits came up and we all had a good laugh lol) and the entirety of our time was great. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on both of our tattoos together. John was light handed, very knowledgable and knows how to treat his guests. Both pieces came out even better than we originally planned!! 10/10 will definitely be coming back to start on my sleeve ASAP. Great prices and a great experience.

I cant say enough wonderful things about the outstanding service I received at Warlocks. I went in after receiving a nose piercing from an inexperienced place in Ga. I needed that piercing removed and I wanted to start over. Not only did Sabrina help me out with my request but she also educated me throughout the process. I cant talk enough about how knowledgeable, professional and sterile the process was. I am a satisfied customer for certain!

My 3rd tattoo visit here at Warlocks was very friendly, professional, and attentive. Both Bill and Ernie made me very comfortable... as both were conversational, yet paid very close attention to detail to their craft. I recommend Warlocks to those who seeks outstanding tattoo service.

I went here for a tragus piercing, as well as a consult on a nose piercing I got from a different place. The customer service is absolutely top notch! The place itself is clean and open. The piercer is very professional, and explains each step of the piercing making you feel as ease. There is a wide selection of jewelry to choose from that sets them apart from other places in this area. I will most definitely be back soon!

This is a great tattoo shop, with dedicated and caring workers. However- DO NOT request Byron to do your tattoo- he’s past his prime and will leave you with something reminiscent of expo marker. All other artists are very talented. Beware!

We stopped in to get a feel for the place, before making a decision. They immediately greet you at the door with a pleasant & professional attitude. They listened to what we were looking for & we met with Carlos. He was attentive & polite as well as helpful in the design process. We left with an appointment! We are very impressed with the atmosphere, the staff & the PROFESSIONALISM that Warlock exudes.CARLOS is awesome! So extremely happy with the results,as well as the professional & personable attitude. The staff at Warlocks makes you feel welcome & you can tell they all take pride in their art. This place rocks!

A few years ago I went to Warlocks to get a tattoo for my daughter as my Mothers Day gift. It was an awesome experience, everyone was friendly and helpful! I went again to get a tattoo for my second daughter and was excited. I was sad the tattoo artist from last time wasnt there but still went.When I made the appointment I sent them a picture of my first tattoo to get an idea of what I wanted. I ended up being 5 minutes late to my appointment for reasons that were out of my control. The tattoo artist was extremely disrespectful and was blaming me because it was clear they overbooked. He said numerous times that they tried calling me a few days ago. I told him where I work I dont get cell signal so if you call Im not going to get it. Not sure why they didnt email me since I sent them a picture. To make matters worse there was a guy who said he came for that artist but lives out of town. I asked numerous times if they wanted me to reschedule but I kept getting attitude and disrespect and being blamed for his day getting pushed back...Not sure why they didnt add in the drawing time to the appointment but whatever. When he started my tattoo he said, Sorry for stressing you out. I wasnt stressed out I felt completely disrespected for no reason what so ever.After their disrespectful attitudes and embarrassing me in front of a whole room of people, I will definitely not go back.

Amber is a phenomenal artist. She is creative, friendly and patient. She made the design process a lot of fun and has a great personal work ethic with unbelievable attention to detail. She makes you feel very comfortable and well informed. If you want excellent work, a professional, friendly, and impeccably clean environment then you want to see Amber at Warlocks Tattoo. I would recommend her and Warlocks to anyone.

A couple weeks ago, I got my first tattoo done at Warlocks by Johnny. I went in the day before to consult with Johnny and he felt very confident in tattooing the 3d starfish that I showed him a picture of. I scheduled the tattoo and went in the next day to get it done. Once he was done, I looked down at my ankle and it was nothing like what I wanted. He had done something different than what I asked and did not communicate what he was doing prior. I asked him to fix the tattoo to my liking and he started getting offended that I didnt like his work. He had already cleaned up everything before he gave me time to look at the tattoo, so he was also upset that he had to get everything back out. He defended his work by saying he doesnt copy other peoples tattoos. I understand what he was saying, but I find that to be crucial information you should tell someone before you permanently tattoo them. If he had communicated the fact that he wasnt going to do what I wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. He finally fixed the tattoo with an attitude and sent me on my way.About a week later, my tattoo started to scab off my ankle. Not peeling, but full scabs coming off with no color underneath. I called Warlocks and the front desk assured me that there is color underneath. I told them that there is not, and the front desk said to call back in a week and schedule a touchup appointment when it is done scabbing. They further told me that I am going to have to pay for the touch-up, as its located on a spot of my body that they dont do for free. Once again, a miscommunication that was not said before I got my tattoo done. So due to my tattoo artists error of applying too much ink because he had to go over the tattoo multiple times, I have to pay to get it fixed. I went to another tattoo shop a week later and got it redone the right way for a much cheaper price. I ended up wasting $100 on a tattoo at Warlocks that scabbed off, I will never recommend Warlocks to anyone!

They have so many talented, hard working artists, each with their own personal talents and style. The shop is clean and friendly, and the staff at the counter are very helpful. The piercers are knowledgeable, and they have a great jewelry selection. They put sanitation first, which is a MUST!!

This is more of a 3 1/2 star rating. I went to Ashlei, and she did a great job. However she charged me $55 over the agreed top price range. We actually went under her projected time by 20 minutes so it wasnt for more time.She also told me to stop twitching even though it was completely involuntary because I got my tattoo on my ribs. It was obviously due to the pain, my eye even was tearing from the pain. I told her this, and she told me not to get another tattoo on my torso because I twitch. She said it was like drawing on a piece of paper that moved, which I get, but tattoos are on people. On skin. On nerves. So yeah they might twitch.Im happy with the result, but wish she maybe could of had better bedside manner or showed a bit less annoyance. Also maybe told me of this price increase from no where. I wont be getting my next tattoo from her.

I give this place 5 stars!!! I especially love the piercing artist Devin ❤ shes a real gem! The staff made me feel like i was family! From the moment i walked in i knew i would be back! I would def recommend WarLocks to friends and family! What a clean place and if u decide to get a piercing ,Devin is an extremely honest person!

I was really pleased with Warlocks, I have a few tattoos and this was a good experience...I think Rich is very talented, he listens, hes a nice guy, he takes his time and he adjusts the drawing until you are happy with it.I had a flower that was over 30 years old on my back, he made it look great,he added another flower and beautiful green leaves. I went here a couple years ago and got the most important tattoo Ill probably ever have and the artist Mike treated it as special as it is to me which meant so much. He did it from a photo and did an absolutely beautiful job. He was awesome to talk to and all of the staff I dealt with were just fantastic, if I ever go back to NC this will be the shop Ill always use.

Ernie Rose has done my last 3 tatts. Always on point and a joy to be around. As long as I live in NC I will always make appointments at Warlocks with Ernie!! Love you much Bro!! They also do great piercings. Check them out.

My sister and I got beautiful tattoos from Chubbs. Everything was super clean and he changed gloves when he walked out of or reached out of the tattooing area. He made me feel so calm with our talk and love for true crime. I will definitely be returning for another one.

I cannot even put to words, how pleased I was with my experience. First, I had an idea, but wanted something original and Bill did not fail. Not to mention, I spent my entire 3.5 hour session barely realizing I was being tattooed! This was an amazing first experience, one that builds trust, and I could not imagine any other studio handling my requests. It’s the customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail that will always keep me coming back.

Went today with my very excited 5 year old to have her ears pierced for her birthday. The shop was very clean and comfortable. My daughter had a momentary set back and we thought she’d change her mind. They were very understanding. We left for a bit and she wanted to go back so we returned. This time we got everything ready and Sabrina was very kind and gentle and talked her though everything as she did it. Got one pierced! Then my daughter had a meltdown.... she suggested we take a break and leave and come back in a bit. So off we went and cooled down. I made sure she wanted to go back & then we set in room like 45 minutes waiting for her to be ready - Sabrina waiting very patiently and assured us this happens. In the end my daughter decided she didn’t want just one ear pierced and let Sabrina pierce the second & she again was very patient kind and gentle and quick! Done in seconds! Then my daughter popped up and said she was so excited! She even left Sabrina with a little toy gift! Great shop everyone was so kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to have us there - granted we went right when the store opened on a Monday so it wasn’t busy at all. And Sabrina gave us the attention and time we needed to make this experience happen! And now back home she’s so excited and said she hopes to see Sabrina again when she’s 18 to pierce her again lol!!!! Thanks for a great experience & being very kind and understanding with the unpredictability of kids!

He did a cover up about two years ago and his work stood out more so than the other tattoos I have. I wanted to come back to him in the future.I did today and it was the most detailed it couldve been!SUPERIOR chair side manner. He talked with me and my daughter and gave her info as he went along because she was interested in her teenage years.Today was extremely evident why they are the best in North Carolina

Took our daughter in for ear piercing. We wanted a clean, safe place, and Warlocks was recommended by a friend. When we arrived, we were directed to choose a starter set from a display case. We were not told prices up front, and they talked up the nicest set, which my young daughter chose, of course. When I asked about pricing for the set/the piercing, it was more than double the price I had found in my basic online pre-research. I guess I should have asked about pricing when I called to make an initial appt, but I assumed (never assume!) it would be in line with the research. In any case, here we were, our daughter looking at us hopefully, so we convinced her to go with a smaller stud and decided to move forward despite our sticker shock. Unfortunately, having seen us initially balk at the price, the main piercer seemed to have decided that we must be cheap or something and from then on it felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience, rather than a paying customer. Everything felt curt and if it werent for her trainee, who tried to make my daughter feel comfortable, it would have been an even less enjoyable experience. We were told to come back when we thought her ears were healed so they could double check her healing and change out her earrings. We brought her back and was surprised to find out this was an additional cost. It felt like it was just another opportunity for them to try to sell you more jewelry too. When we arrived, they immediately started showing her all the same studs as before and asking which ones she wanted. I told them that I had brought a pair of our own, as they had told us we could do. From then on, it felt again like we were being treated as cheap by the main piercer. The trainee was still there all these weeks later and mentioned that she didnt know how to put in regular earrings (these were standard studs like you would buy anywhere, instead of the backwards starter studs they sell). The piercer showed her how and it was fine, but Im guessing that means that most people dont come back to have them checked like we were told to do. If we had known that this would be as simple as changing your earrings like you would do everyday, we would have saved the money and the trip across town and done it ourselves. On a positive note, we are pleased with the piercings themselves and had no complications.***Edited to add that we just had friends use a different tattoo/piercing shop in Raleigh and paid 1/3 the price we did. We were blown away (with disappointment). Wow.**

I got my first tattoo today by Byron! I misread their store hours & thought they opened at 10AM. When we got there at 10:45, he still let us in & did my tattoo! He made me feel very comfortable and I am thrilled with the results.

Had a great experience at Warlocks getting some ink done. Aaron is fantastic and did an amazing job! Overall great experience, very professional, and very well run shop. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ill be back for more!

I don’t go here too often but I have been multiple times in the past and have gotten work done on myself from more than one artist and I was very pleased with the service and the experience I had, as well as the tattoo work that I had gotten done while there. Would recommend this place if you’re looking to get some work done, just might have a tiny bit of a wait, as you would at just about any tattoo shop you visit to get work done unless m you have a scheduled consultation or appointment with an artist which in my opinion is reasonable and understandable

Everyone was super nice and the place was very clean! I unfortunately cant remember the guys name that pierced my septum but he was amazing and super helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. He is a visiting piercer that is filling in and he is doing an amazing job !!!

I had both nipples pierced here. They did an amazing job. After a week of healing I feel great. Highly recommend Warlocks for any tattoos of piercings. (I will not attach a photo for obvious reasons.) Lol

So my girlfriend got a piercing here and while I feel she did a good job piercing, the jewelry recommended​was too small. We are going to get that fixed so hopefully it goes well. I will be returning to get a tattoo from an Artist named MJ. I saw his work first hand and it is amazing. I highly recommend this shop

I went over there around March to get a small tattoo to cope with the death of my grandfather, the person who did my tattoo only took 15 minutes, and the more I look at it the more I dislike it. The lines are ridged, aswell as the legs being uneven, it definitely looks like it was completed in 15 min and I still gave a $10 tip. I got one tattoo done before this one of a flower from another artist and I love it. Sadly this tattoo taught me to just stick to my trust guy.

I absolutely would recommend this place! Called to see if they could accommodate a walk in and they made it work. The people working reception were incredibly kind. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Paperwork was thorough but simple and Alex did a great job. Ill be back!

Greeted at the door by a very rude gentleman, he was rolling his eyes as he was opening the door for my friend and I. Woman at the counter was screaming at my friend for trying to give my other friend the car keys so he could wait outside. Its my birthday and they were so unnecessarily rude!! The piercer though, Anthony, was super sweet and was making jokes and making the piercing process very easy for me!! Hes great.

I recently went with my mother and step-father to get tattoos together; this was my second tattoo and their firsts. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the place was. The guys who greeted us were all very friendly and fun to talk to. MJ was the artist who did my mothers and my tattoos. He was super chill. Work place was very clean, plus he had some rad decorations. I will definitely be returning for any future tattoos, and I will recommend Warlocks to all my friends.

I absolutely LOVE Warlocks. Ive had 3 tattoos done by Rich so far and am planning on at least 2 more. He is amazing at his job, his work is incredible and he actually listens to what you want in your art. He is by far my favorite artist and if he happens to move, I will definitely follow him! My first recommendation to anyone who asks me who to go to is Rich at Warlocks in Raleigh :)

I called in to see if they had any 10kt or 14kt studs for your nose.A male representative answered the phone he was professional and polite. I also spoke to the owner he was polite and professional as well. I went to the same day to have my nose ring exchanged it was quick and efficient. Great job warlock

It had been ten years since is had been there for my very first tattoo and they were great then , Today 5/5/2016 i got a new tattoo and it is beautiful, Byron did a spectacular job and i will recommend any one to go there for their first tattoo and many more. Went into warlocks on Saturday. Really wanted to get my nose pierced and so I waited on the piercing side for some to show up to help. No one ever showed up so I then went over To the other side, the tattoo side to ask the girl with glasses and long hair if she knew anything about prices and her response no im only tattoos she was not helpful at all and no one ever came to help me on the piercing side so I left and will never recommend this place to anyone they have the worst service your better off going to blue flame tattoos . I went there and they were helpful and even showed me what my nose piercing would look like on a model nose. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!

My son went in for his first tattoo and I have to say Im pretty disappointed. Lines are crazy crooked, theres even places where its not even close to being symmetrical and towards the end of the dagger it looks like the artist got the hiccups. Im not normally one to do a negative review but this is just too poorly done to ignore. For a place weve frequented over 15 years, maybe longer I can honestly say this looks like it was done by someone who has never held a machine before.

Byron does unbelievable work. My daughter and I went in for butterfly tattoos. We both had reference pictures to show him what we wanted. Both of our tattoos came out even better than the reference pics we brought in. Byron knows what looks good and thats why I never go anywhere else!

The staff here are very friendly and the place is very clean! Everyone seems to know what they’re doing here.I would highly recommend! The only downside is that they stay booked! It’s not easy to get an appointment.But I guess that’s a good thing. It means most people trust and love their services. This is the only place I trust for my piercings.

Great atmosphere; I went in with my sisters to get matching tattoos and Bryon exceeded our expectations. We all had a great time and stories to tell after. Thank you all for a great experience!

ERNIE was amazing! He was quick and his line work was flawless. Asked him about an old tattoo I have that’s super messed up and he was very honest, recommending I consult with Michel because he wouldn’t touch it. Very cool guy and customer service was great. (Poc here, btw)
