Took both my daughters to get their ears done and had a great experience with Harmony.

Today, I had seen an altercation happen between a customer and the store owner. The store owner, Dakota, handled the situation VERY well!! The adult in question was screaming around the store and refusing to let the manager speak whenever she tried to calm down or explain something, Dakota followed protocol, and as far as I heard followed the rules of the store as well as ever so respectfully handling a displeased customer. Great work, I was furious at what was going on and I definitely could not have handled it like she did. Amazing manager, give that girl some recognition!

Miss Dakota is one of the best employees there. She always has such a positive attitude and she’s always beyond helpful anytime anyone needs anything. Make sure you ask for Dakota for all of your needs because she is truly amazing

Dakota is an amazing store manager & helped me pick out a birthday gift for my 10 year old niece.She absolutely loves her present and I’ll definitely take her shopping here soon!

Stood waiting 15 minutes for someone to get done piercing ears and then when they were done the chick that had just gotten there said she had to help a person that JUST walked in because they asked her first. I didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes before I got mine done. Every time I go to this store for piercings I am always waiting over 15 minutes. Just do better I guess. Someone you clearly seen standing there waiting, wanted something, she failed to ask if I needed anything.

We made a appointment at 1230 pm. Lady told us to come back in 45 minutes. We came back and then made us make a new appointment at 430. Dragging both my eight year olds and infant. Horrible service.

Staff is extremely RUDE!!! Last two times in the store Harmony was working and both times she was extremely RUDE to us, we won’t be back!! She needs to learn people skills, especially working with the public

The store manager, Dakota, was very helpful and respectful. Definitely makes a great effort to help the customers, she runs the store beautifully

I went here for my ear piercing. It was the 12th of July, 2017. I was helped by a wonderful woman called Rana and her trainee whom Ive forgotten the name of and I apologise. They were wonderful, punctual (no pun intended), respectful and full of energy to assist me. They informed me of everything I needed to know and I felt extremely safe in their hands. I recommend this store to anyone who comes across the idea and dream of having their ears pierced. I was blown away by how great they were. It was like meeting old friends and telling each other of our journeys. 5 stars is not enough.

The people at Icings are very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. My piercing was even which was important to me since I had a friend who pierced her ears at Walmart and had a very uneven piercing which also got infected. Mine never became infected and I will definitely be going back to Icings fir any future piercings.

Terrible service...charged way to much for ear piercings...the staff were not trained correctly on how to dress for a job. They need a uniform policy where their chests arent hanging out. What good role models for children??

This store is by far my favorite for accessories. The staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you find just what you are looking for.
