10/10 recommend Nate as your piercer. Super knowledgeable and kind and will customize it to your liking 100%. I wish I wasn’t from out of state I want him to do all of my body work!

Nate was super awesome on giving me my septum piercing! He made sure I was comfortable and let me know exactly what he was doing. Sat with me for at least 15 min as I was trying to hype myself up to do it. Super chill and helpful guy. Highly recommend Nate!

I went to get a piercing here a few days ago. The staff was friendly (except for the person working the front). I got my nostril pierced and immediately noticed something wrong with the jewelry. So instead of going back, I went to Oak and Iron on Main and the guy told me that my jewelry was too short (which is why I was experiencing discomfort) and it was plated with a metal that wasn’t appropriate for a fresh piercing. He told me I could have gotten a serious infection from this jewelry. I’m thankful I trusted my gut and got it changed by another piercer. Don’t go here if you want quality jewelry for your fresh piercing.

Jimmy was able to tattoo my fiancé and I as walk ins. He did an outstanding job and listened to everything we wanted. If we weren’t just visiting South Dakota for the weekend, we would absolutely make him our regular artist. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my nose pierced a while back. I also asked about a tattoo design and how much it would be, so I could start saving money for it. The guy who did my piercing stated Your chest area is too small for that. I asked a good number of other people and they said it was a simple enough tattoo that a good artist would have NO issues with sizing it down. I do NOT suggest getting tattoos from here, they can be judgemental about your body. I had struggled with my insecurities about my chest size for quite some time, and to be told that by a supposed professional artist didnt help anything. Not cool or professional for an artist to say something like that.

Showed up at 6:30p on Nov 29. Store not open. Sign says hours until 7p. Shop doesn’t keep their own hours. Beware.

I got my septum done here and coming from a bad septum experience, they did me right. my piercer was amazing, funny and supportive. he did it so fast it barely even hurt! 10/10 will come here again.

My best friend and I went and got a tattoos and they turned out awesome. The guy that did ours took his time and did a awesome job he even joked around with us while doing our tattoos. Im giving it 2 stars for the friendliness and quick appointment but its so low due to the quality of the tattoo. Not only did he go too fast because he had 3 appointments after me (still not an excuse) but he went so deep that the tattoo scarred rather than heal properly and it turned out jagged rather than smooth. I even gave him a smoother stencil to go off of from a prior tattoo to make it easier. I didnt noticed because it was so swollen so it looked OK but after it FINALLY healed 2 weeks later, I am not happy with the outcome. The top one is what I had recently received and its jagged and like a rough draft compared to the bottom one I had him use as the stencil. Great, friendly staff but in accuracy and quality of my tattoo... Very disappointing. That was the most painful tattoo I have ever received and wasnt worth it. 😞

Had an amazing experience with a great team of artist. The owner himself tattooed me and not only great work, but great conversation!10/10 def comming here again.

I had Jimmy as my artist. He is from Colorado Springs CO which ironically is where I was born. I showed up Friday wanting a tsttoo, but this is basically a FCFS studio if a artist is available. I sat and waited while he did a pineapple🍍 😁 on a couple then it became to late to start my 2 tattoos, so I returned Saturday. Saturdays here are Walk-ins and First Come First Serve.Got amazing customer service minis the pushing of a nerve into another nerve.Would highly recommend this studio to anyone.The prices start at a base fee of $80, which is why I chose to have both mine done back to back in one visit here.I have had quotes done starting at $240-$380 jist for a palm sized tattoo.Jimmy and the Staff here at The Ink Gallery SD are top notch and care highly for their clients. Id recommend everyone to come here, but then there would be long waits!

Waited to post pictures until my tattoo healed. I most certainly will be back for my next one! This shop and all of the artists are absolutely amazing and I loved the atmosphere. 1000000% worth it if you are reading the reviews- do it. Go for it. They are worth it! I can’t wait to come back and get another one🤙

My wife and I went for Ring tattoos.Corey tattooed both of us they look like jailhouse tattoos. Worst tattoos we have ever gotten. We called for weeks to get touch ups no answers. Would not recommend this buisenness.Bill and Janet

I have recieved 3 tattoos and a piercing. Krystal did 2 one being a cover up and they are amazing. My 3rd tattoo was done by Franky and Im loving it. He free handed the drawing on my neck then did it snd it is an amazing tattoo. Love these guys and gals

Two buddies and myself went in today and got similar tattoos from Crystal. She did an outstanding job and her line work and small details are incredible. The other artists seemed real cool as well. Would recommend.

The manager never seems to be around, but that traveling piercer and tattoo artist is amazing! Hes funny as hell, too! I hope he sticks around for awhile.

Corey has been working on my tiny tattoo sleeve for awhile now! He always makes me feel welcome and relaxed while I’m at the shop! It’s been a great experience working with them 😁

Worst tattoo place I have ever seen first off my tattoo got infected. I was charged $200 for a crooked Roman numeral tattoo which faded after 3 months. Do yourself a favor and don’t even step inside of this place just awful makes me cringe the work that was done on my tattoo stay away at all costs I repeat

This place was so amazing, i got my nose pierced for my 15th birthday and the people there were so nice! affordable and cute, i recommend this place a lot! the lady that pierced me was so nice!

I loved the girl that did my 2 nose piercings she was so kind and told me how to clean it and 10/10 I would get another piercing by her

The bald guy in there is a real piece of work, the way he talks to customers is very unprofessional and not to mention he is over priced. i will never go there again and hope that place either gets new staff or is out of business...

I wouldn’t recommend it unless your ready to bend over and do everything in there time they won’t work with you or do art for you even when you willing to pay for everything and the time. They just don’t care about the people and what they really want on there body’s so I would not recommend they might have some good work but the people’s attitudes is bad

The tattoo tuned out amazing and they guy who did it was so nice I am going back for my second tattoo
