Fetch Body Piercing

I have been going to Fetch for a couple years and have had wonderful experiences every time. I feel confident when I come that the service will be great, the piercings will be well done, and I will be overall taken care of. There is a nice price range for the jewelry and it is all of good quality. The piercers make sure to curate your wants with the anatomy of your ear and help your healing process. Justin is fantastic and the piercings are almost painless! I tell everyone to come here.

I’d been debating between a few different places in town where I wanted to get my septum pierced and a few ear piercings done. I ended up choosing Fetch! after getting some feedback and hearing outstanding reviews about it. I’d never been to an actual body piercer before so I was extremely nervous. Angel and Quinn helped me throughout the entire process. They made me my nerves completely disappear and helped me feel comfortable getting what I wanted done. Both of them were so well spoken and I could tell they really knew what they were talking about and loved what they do. I left feeling empowered and excited for what I’m going to do next. I highly recommend coming here, you won’t regret it!

Been going to Fetch the last couple of years. I love this shop super clean and nice staff. Bree and Luna have done all of my piercings and they’re both so great at explaining the process and making u feel comfortable. Definitely recommend and a 10/10!! I won’t go to just any piercing shop and I wouldn’t recommend just ANY shop either! But with this one, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! 💙

Our daughter got here ears pierced here today and they were absolutely wonderful! Bree and Angel did a fantastic job making my 8yr old daughter feel comfortable throughout the process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

Came by to get my nose pierced. The shop is awesome! All the employees are beyond friendly. Lovely Quinn pierced my nose. I had a small heart that is super cute. She was extremely helpful and she did a great job. Thank you, Quinn! 😊

Really excellent experience. Have been here twice for piercings now, and each time has been awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional, and you can tell the piercers know what they are doing and are wonderful at their jobs. They are great with kids too, my nieces have both gotten their ears pierced here as well (13 & 9).

It was pretty awesome. Got my Septum pierced was super affordable, and everyone there was very knowledgeable.I really appreciated the time taken by Fetch and my piercer Q(not entirely sure if you can name employees via internet )as well as the other piercers for the meticulously executed placement of my jewelry.For me it was a 1.5/10 on pain, stiff nose only lasted 24hours, even placement, and most of all it was fun, cool art throughout the shop as well as a very knowledgeable team of piercers.Definitely check out Fetch if you’re serious about getting a seriously good piercing.

I made an appointment at Fetch piercing and I had such a positive experience. I had a second piercing done in each lobe by Luna. They did an amazing job. Luna is very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The healing process was ridiculously quick and I don’t think I bled once unlike my first piercing which was done in LA. It was toward the end of May and it healed quickly with little to no discomfort unlike my first piercing. Thank you so much Luna. You rock!!

The staff here are all very kind and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable while being pierced and know what to expect. They have a wide selection of jewelry, including fine jewelry, and a beautiful collection of stones and historical items to look at or purchase. I highly recommend Fetch!

Beware of jewelry prices! If you want a cartilage piercing like I got, you have to have a specific kind of jewelry (Threadless post I think its called?) and since I didnt have one, I had to buy it. The post itself was about $15 but the opal I picked to go on the end was about $35, bringing the total cost for the jewelry to $50.Plus the $50 fee for a piercing brought the total to almost $100. I do NOT regret it as I LOVE my white opal.The piercing went great, and the piercer for my appointment (Kait) let me put the little dot on my ear myself. It seems theyre a bit reluctant to let clients mark the dot themselves, because they dont know how clean your hands are and they dont want you to touch your ear with nasty fingers. But I was careful about that, and the placement turned out great! Also,they have no less than 17 signs in the restroom detailing good handwashing procedures. Yes, I counted. They have a whole COLLECTION. This is how you know you will not get an infection!!!Its been a week so far and Ive been following Kaits instructions (rinse it with warm water, dont sleep on it) and so far the healing is going great, no weird bumps or infections. If I get an infection at this point, thats on me.

Girlfriend went to get her septum pierced, once they figured out the jewelry was too small the piercer took it out and repeatedly shoved the tapper into the new hole in her nose and missed the exit several times. Once it kinda got through she shoved it through basically creating another hole with a blunt object. Got a $10 discount for the trouble and a traumatized girlfriend after the whole ordeal.

Sweet people, great service, very professional APP certified shop. I’ve had 5 piercings done here across 3 different piercers. Every one of them the placement has been immaculate. They know what they’re doing.

Luna was super nice & respectful throughout the process, I got two piercings done that day :) they even gave me some water after the first piercing, great environment & beautiful specimens for sell.

My girlfriend got a piercing here and they gave her too small of a piercing and she had to go to another place and have it removed and upsized. I thought these people were trained professionals!

The tattoo artist is very talented and creative. She made a comfy atmosphere and was very accommodating. The only drawback to the establishment is that when I wanted to look at nose rings, I was told I would have to make an appointment to get measured. I would think that showing inventory would not require an appointment, especially if the customer knows their measurements. I wont be getting jewelry there unfortunately because they have some really beautiful pieces in this shop. Gemstones, rocks, metals, and sparkly stuff in cases are cleanly displayed in the lobby. Very eye-catching! Overall, it was a good experience.

Fetch! Is a beautiful and clean store with an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience. Justin and Quinn made me feel comfortable through every step of the piercing process. This was my first piercing in over 10 years and the experience was nearly painless. I will definitely come back for any future tattoo or jewelry needs!

GREAT experience! My first time in a professional shop, and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The person up front checked several prices for me based on what I liked, and there was so pressure to choose expensive pieces. Brea came out to check that the piercings I wanted would be attainable based on what I already had, and was super encouraging. Brea did an amazing job explaining all her steps, and made sure I knew what was happening each moment. Would highly recommend them! Also super impressed with all their sanitation.

Great vibe here! Super inviting friendly staff. Very clean. The staff is attentive to sterilizing everything. They are very busy so making an appointment is best. We went in for a piercing. They have lots of hardware to choose from. The staff is very informative. They make you feel comfortable. For a double piercing and hardware It was $165. Theres lots of parking here.

Amazing staff, we got my nieces belly button pierced here also my daughters nose and septum, and she had to have a MRI and the made her remove it and I called and thryvwere very nice abt putting it back in..thx guys ur amazing!! So firstly I want to thank the stafff who helped me through my experience and being so well trained an caring when I passed out! It was quite the experience aha, I made it home safely, and it seems like my Medusa is healing up nicely! This is my 4th piercing and while it was definitely painful, due to the spot, my piercer did an amazing job with alignment on my crooked lips 🙏🤣 Definitely my favourite piercing studio in town now!I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as well, a Tigers Eye cabochon, for a great price too. All their jewlerly is high quality and they have more budget friendly items like my cabochon, to more expensive high end jewlerly like gold and specialty items.Im definitely gonna reccomend yall, from cleanliness to professionalism to selection you guys are by far my favourite shop now 🙏

Had the best experience taking my 4.5 year old to get her ears pierced. Justin and Angel were so great with her. Very kind and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Great selection of jewelry and the shop was clean and beautiful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Went in for a septum piercing and my piercer and the people at the front desk were so helpful. The shop was clean and bright and wonderfully decorated. Some of the piercings save for the basic options were pretty pricey, but I believe theyre boutique quality. My piercer (I believe their name was Luna) went above and beyond! They walked me through the entire process before even getting the actual piercing ready, then did again step by step as we went. It was quick and mostly painless. I was visiting from out of town but would definitely consider stopping by again for future piercings!!

While it might be a little pricy, its well worth the money for expert services and strict sterilization practices. I have three ear piercings done by them and theyve all healed great!I have also gotten tattooed by both artists, and these ladies are so talented and great to work with. I get compliments all the time about how nice the line work is. So if you are looking for a good clean place with a great atmosphere and kind helpful staff, Id definitely recommend fetch!

Had an AMAZING experience with Luna. They pierced my conch and tragus beautifully. Best piercing experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few. Very caring piercer. The sign is right, it was wholesome. Also GORGEOUS jewelry to pick from!! Only problem, decision paralysis.Edit: VERY FAIRLY PRICED!! Price absolutely depends on the piece of hardware you choose!

I love this place so much. Their receptionists and artists are knowledgeable in what they’re doing and their jewelry is all so beautiful it makes it hard to pick from! Had an amazing experience with Luna and my conch piercing. They are so caring and have exceptional personality and heart for this career. Can’t wait to come back. 🎉

I got my Medusa piercing there yesterday and the staff is the SWEETEST. The person piercing me knew I was panicking a little without me even saying anything and asked if I needed a minute, then proceeded to talk to me about random stuff until I was ready and I haven’t had that experience with a piercer before and it melted my heart. Everything they said was so down to earth and kind, I absolutely adore them. And my piercing turned out perfect, it couldn’t have been better! But the people were what made the experience easy and so wonderful.

I got my first piercings ever here and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The shop itself is warm and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. If youve ever been to other piercing/tattoo shops, you probably already know that that is rare and hard to find. They made the experience really nice and calm. The wonderful person that did my piercings, Angel, if I remember correctly, is their name, was so sweet and helpful. They answered all of my questions, from how high on the pain index my piercings would be, to what I should or shouldnt do aftwards for care and avoiding infection. I got my ears pierced a week ago and they have already almost healed completely! They did such a good job! I highly recommend Fetch! for any piercings you want to get and, from what I saw, for your new tattoos as well.

The artist Luna was incredibly kind, informative, and straightforward. She made the piercing very quick and as painless as possible for me when I got my septum down with perfect placement and for my friend who got a nose stud. The entire staff that Ive met has been real kind, friendly, inclusive and honest. Highly recommend them for their prices, jewelry selection, wonderful staff, impeccable cleanliness standard, and warm inviting atmosphere. 10/10

Everything was great from start to finish. The person helping me on the phone was very polite and accommodating, the wait time before my appointment was incredibly short, and the artist who did the piercing was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the shop itself was very welcoming and cozy. The decor is amazing and it didnt smell like a hospital in there which I appreciate but everything was extremely clean and well kept which I appreciate even more! I honestly could not recommend this place enough! I will definitely be going back for any future piercing needs!

My 6 year old got her first ear piercing by two piercers, one for each ear. They kept her happy and excited. She didnt even feel it! Great job!

I got my nostril and septum pierced at Fetch. Luna did my septum and she was great. She took her time and was able to center my septum piercing on my crooked septum. Pure magic. (Not saying that all piercings can be centered on a crooked septum.) Fetch is clean and the staff really cares about their clients. They take pride in safe and sterile piercing. I highly recommend them for all your body art.

I love fetch. I moved back to Redding from Sacramento last year and was really sad to leave my prior peircer behind. I was so relieved once I found Fetch. The vibe is very inclusive, supportive, fun and respectful. They have a great selection of quality jewelry and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind. I have had the opportunity to work with just about everyone now and each person has made sure that I was comfortable and all my questions were answered at each visit. I have received 4 piercings here and love them all. If youre looking to be peirced this is the spot.

Will never go anywhere else. Luna did my conch piercing and even though I couldnt get it changed to a hoop for a year, they looked out for me by explaining that if I got the hoop it wouldnt allow the piercing to fully heal. Luna also did my second nostril. Each time she was so kind and informative. Her and Samara really have always made the experience so fun and they really are quite the comedy team. I have never met anyone there who did not have great customer service, and they always play good music and have unique pieces.Thank you Fetch!

I took my kiddos (11 & 6) here to get their ears pierced. Everyone was so sweet and made both girls feel safe and comfortable. Were a month out and their ears are healing perfectly and they absolutely love the jewelry. Thank you Fetch friends!! 😘

At first, i thought I had a great experience at fetch. The piercing experience was very nice and the piercer made me feel very comfortable. However, the piercing prices were not disclosed on their website, or in person. After selecting a piece of jewelry (which the price was not disclosed to me beforehand), we were met with an outrageous bill of over $130 for a helix piercing. The jewelry was very high quality, but it sucked that I fell in love with a piece of jewelry before ever being told the price. I did not find this out until today, when getting a different piercing at a different shop. The post fetch had put in my ear was too small to begin with. We went back into fetch twice previously to see if the post could be shortened- of course they said it wasn’t ready but it was already the shortened post upon piercing. After almost a year, the piercer at a different piercing place told me my piercing never properly healed and the post was too short. My piercing looks new despite it being done a year ago. Go to a different piercing place in Redding, preferably not this one. And if you do, make sure you know what your piercing needs to be properly cared for and how it is properly done before going in.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. We were warmly welcomed the moment we walked into the door, and had the most excellent experience possible. Logan was terrific and kind, patient and funny. We could not have had a better experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any piercing needs. They’re the absolute best! 10/10

Got my first earlobe piercings. The staff is super friendly, and they walked me through the whole process. Super clean environment. The price may be higher than some other options but its definitely worth it in my opinion. Definitely going there again if I want more piercings in the future.

If you are on a tight budget, let them know.Reservations are often needed for a piercing.

I am terrified of needles but Luna made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the whole process! Luna was incredibly fast and efficient. although i will never get another piercing again i 10/10 recommend coming here!!

Saw Justin for a conch piercing and he was amazing! He took his time explaining the aftercare and healing process and gave me advice on another piercing I am healing. The two ladies who took care of my paperwork in the lobby were also super sweet! Overall a great atmosphere and experience, I will definitely be going back.

So far I have been pierced here twice (eyebrow and septum), and have had an amazing experience. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of my piercer, but they were extremely professional and friendly. Every single step was explained to me, no surprises. Every question I could think of was very clearly answered, everyone there was very knowledgeable, and if somebody couldn’t answer a piercing question for me they’d find somebody who could. The jewelry and services are by no means cheap, but it is made up for in quality, which I believe makes pricing completely reasonable. Jewelry selection is beautiful as well. This will always be the place I recommend to go for piercings, and the only place I will go for my future piercings. I went here today just wanting to browse their jewelry selection. The place blew me away! Probably the coolest piercing joint in Redding.The decoration and overall vibe looks so cool when you walk in, so much high quality jewelry to choose from.The two employees who helped me were extremely attentive and friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or judged or anything while I was explaining the looks I wanted for my double helix. Gave great advice and showed me everything I pointed out. I told them I just needed time to decide and they were super understanding and gave me a BVLA card and a free sticker.Just above and beyond service and very personable. Got my septum done here and they are the best! Super clean, private, and relaxed place. The staff are amazing and the piercing was painless. Must schedule an appointment beforehand but its worth it.

Got a tattoo by Dani and I love it. I had my 9-year-old daughter with me and they were all so sweet and accommodating to her. They offered her games and water. The owner was even kind enough to send her home with a crystal.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out a total of 12 pieces of new jewelry on my ears for an updated, curated look thats comfortable and harmonious. 10/10 would go back for all new piercings or jewelry needs.

I can’t even begin to say how much I loved the staff and the experience. Logan did an amazing job, was very professional, and knew exactly what to say to keep my daughter calm, as she was nervous to get her nose pierced. I will definitely see Logan again for future piercings.

I went in for a second cartilage piercing to help me adjust to a new scar on my ear. I didnt make an appointment, but they were able to help me right away. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was super clean, bright, and welcoming. 2 days later, I went back in to replace 4 other piercings. It was another walk-in and even though I had to wait for an appointment to finish, it felt like no time at all because the staff (I must have met nearly all of them by this point) were just that awesome!

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The wholesome vibe of the entire place (like cartoons or animal videos on the TV) makes it a one of a kind shop in our area.The piercers, Angel and Justin, are masters of their craft. I had my septum pierced by their apprentice, Logan, who did an absolutely killer job.Also, the jewelry is super high quality.Theres no better place in the North State.

Luna did a fantastic job with my wife and Is first lobe piercings! The workers were knowledgeable and friendly. The vibe was impeccable, we will definitely be back!

I went there a few months back and they had told me I wasn’t fat enough to pierce and because of that I was a liability. ( I wanted my belly button done ). I’m 5”5 and 125 pounds I’m sure I’m “fat” enough to pierce. They are also very over priced and tried to charge almost 80 when the other shop charged 25. Many of people had come to me after posting about it telling me how their piercings got infected and fell out. Many even said they weren’t in the right place. I went to another PROFESSIONAL shop and now a year later I have a bellybutton piercing perfectly placed and never got infected. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Just went to get a piercing done there with luna. . never been there before. the shop is lovely and clean . relaxing and inviting. everyone is very friendly 🙂. luna did a great job. I will go back for another piercing and highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings. When i was looking at jewelry for my piercing i was not told about the price ranges. I was shown one display and made to feel that that was my only options. I choose one and was told all together it would be almost $300. I was caught off guard and it was double then what i was expecting. I told the guy that thats too much and my friend was there and she had the same piercing done a month before and it was only $60. It wasnt until i was about to cancel my apt i was told about the less expensive ring. I was made to feel i was cheap. I wanted this done for medical reasons. I also was wanting to change out Mt nose ring and figured since i was there and had an apt and it was just a change out it shouldnt have been a problem. I was told no i needed to make another apt and come in. My piercer tho was amazing. He laid everything out for me and explained due to my ear anatomy it will take longer to heal. He stated to me he wanted to keep an eye on it and if for any reason i had questions to come right in. I felt comfortable with him and valued his knowledge. But then came today. It 230 am my piercing began to bleed and has been nearly unbearable throbbing all day. I called to see when would be a better time to pop in. The lady i talked to was incredibly rude and treated me ask tho I was inconveniencing them and lying about what i was told. After my conversation with her I did not feel comfortable going in. I really was excited about this place and if i was just reviewing my piercer I would give 5 stars. My suggestion would be maybe start out with our prices range from x-z what exactly are you looking for. And also work on attitudes and customer service.

Ive gone to fetch for multiple piercings and consultations and have never been disappointed! every employee ive met has been friendly and professional and has always done their best to make me comfortable. with the welcoming atmosphere and amazing staff, i feel obligated to recommend fetch so others can have a great piercing experience as well :)

I would just like everyone to know that I HIGHLY recommend Angel, and the piercing studio as a whole. I just had my first piercing done there (daith),and I had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. First of all it’s the cutest piercing studio in Redding, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcomed by the front counter person, and I absolutely adored angel and everyone else that I encountered. It is also a major safe space for LGBTQIA+ persons which I LOVE!! I could go on and on, everyone needs to go there for their piercing needs, period!

I picked out super pretty (real or maybe not I dont know) opal bars. Seriously they are so pretty. I woke up this morning and one of my gems has fallen out in my sleep. I know this is not their fault they didnt make the jewelry I was just sad it happened so fast. Otherwise I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back to get new jewelry 💗

Logan is top dog, she is best in the whole land (Jasper) First time I got any piercings (22m) and she made the whole experience amazing, the people there are the sweetest and take the time to meet your needs, are incredible in helping provide info, and making you feel great. I had gotten some piercings done here. Very cute and clean shop. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and informative. The jewelery selection is way cool, unique products. Would go back again and highly reccomend to anyone thinking about having something done.

Employees are generally rude, not a fan personally. I got a bad infection the morning after from getting pierced here, I called back asking what I should do and they said they couldnt give me any advice and were too busy to do so, doing so in the most rude way possible. Even the piercing experience itself felt as if it was a burden that I was even in the shop getting a piercing, they couldnt have gotten me out the door fast enough, which most likely explains why they did not stick to clean practices while piercing me. Ive been to many other piercing shops and this one uniquely stands out as the worst, and its not even close. If you want to stay healthy, clean, and not be treated as if you are a burden, DO NOT go to fetch! Your health is on the line!!

Took my niece to get her nose pierced. They were very clean and experienced. They had a lot of information on the lastest style of jewelry. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing. Their customer service was top notch and they took time to make you feel comfortable.

I went in for a tounge piercing, the staff was amazing .Very comforting and knew what they were doing, I got the tounge jewelry I wanted.And the guy doing the piercing made the process quick easy and painless.My tounge ring is healing just fine, and I am very happy with the service i received.

My daughter got her ears pierced by Angel for her birthday and she explained everything single step to my daughter so she wasn’t nervous. She took her time, was very clean and professional and made my daughter so happy! I would highly recommend!!

It was honestly terrible. I went to get my lip pierced again, and the piercing its self was fine but after I got done I have to pay $40 for a lip piercing that kept falling out because it wasnt a screw on. Also like the people I talked to on the phone with said, was that it just wasnt bent enough to stay in there. So basically I have a defective piercing that I had to pay $40 for.

I stopped in here on my way home from shasta. I called first and made an apt due to the covid regulations. The young man at the counter with the tree frog on his forearm was a great help and when he didnt know the answer the piercer with the dathe and stretched holes was totally on point he even had me take a selfie out side then he held it up to my face ( mask covered) and guessed the perfect size nose ring! I got a white gold hinge ring with a cz for $150 when it comes to your face you definitely want quality jewelry. These guys are very knowledgeable, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Fetch and their staff!

I’ve called Fetch so many times to schedule an appointment and I literally never get a call back. It’s rude and unprofessional. All of the tattoo shops in town refer you to them and it’s just stupid that they can’t return calls. I’ll go to Chico before I give them my money.
